The real-name safety management system is to indicate "safety" after inspection by construction personnel before workers use it for the purpose of preventing safety accidents caused by unsafe conditions in temporary facilities and temporary constructions installed at construction sites. Purpose: By implementing the real-name system for safety management at construction sites, the objective is to respond to the "Severe Accident Punishment Act" and to improve the level of safety management at the same time. Method: In this study, a hierarchical analysis model was produced through previous studies of actual conditions such as types of safety incidents and causality at construction sites. The AHP model was used to calculate integrated weights and rankings with a pairwise comparison questionnaire for experts. Conclusion: As a result of the analysis of the upper classes, construction machinery was evaluated the highest, and real-name management system was evaluated the lowest. As a result of the lower-level analysis, it was considered that opening doors for safety facility management, tower cranes for construction equipment, management under the "Occupational Safety and Health Act" under the real-name management system, and CEO duties for safety management organizations were the most important.
Purpose: The Ministry of Employment and Labor manages disasters based on the standard manual for risk management of large-scale human accidents in workplaces when large-scale disasters such as fires and collapses occur in workplaces. We are going to check the standard manual currently in operation and suggest improvement plans for the insufficient items. Method: Accordingly, the standard manual was checked together with internal and external experts in the disaster management manual and disaster management staff at headquarters and local government offices, and items to be improved were identified with priority. Result: In case of a collapse accident, it is necessary for the Ministry of Public Administration and Security to accurately present the selection criteria in order to eliminate the controversy over the selection of the disaster management department. In addition, it seems necessary to supplement the details of the disaster safety communication network operation and evacuation guidelines. Conclusion: In the future, in order to improve the disaster management system that meets the public's eye level, it is expected to prepare a standard manual for risk management of large-scale human accidents in workplaces that guarantees the lives and safety of workers through the collection of opinions from experts in the relevant field, disaster management personnel, and the general public.

The study aims to identify the complex effects of information security (IS) environments and individuals' IS-related perceptions and value dissimilarity that negatively affect insiders' IS compliance activities. In detail, the study aimed to confirm the roles of prospective and inhibitory anxiety, and value dissimilarity in the process in which a competitive psychological climate negatively affects IS compliance intentions. The study obtained 387 samples from the firm's workers with IS-related regulations and verified the research hypotheses established using the AMOS 22.0 and Process 3.1 tools. As a result, the competitive psychological climate negatively affected IS compliance intention by increasing individual's IS-related prospective and inhibitory anxiety. In addition, IS-related value dissimilarity had an interactive effect with prospective and inhibitory anxiety and had a negative effect on IS compliance intention. This study has practical implications in terms of presenting information and values to be provided to employees to achieve internal IS goals and has academic implications in terms of applying the complex effects of IS-related anxiety and value dissimilarity.

This study aimed to determine foodservice and hygiene management statuses at welfare facilities catering to disabled persons by facility type to provide basic data for foodservice management guidelines. An online survey was distributed to workers at 1,984 welfare facilities for disabled persons in Korea, and 531 facilities responded, which represented a response rate of 26.8%. The survey requested general information about the facilities, facility users, meals, hygiene, and management. Statistical analyses were performed, and frequency analysis and the chi-square test were used to investigate responses by facility type. The survey results revealed that daycare centers were most common and accounted for 27.4% of responses. Residential facilities for the severely disabled and sheltered workshops accounted for 16.9% and 16.4%, respectively, and residential facilities by disability type accounted for 13.0%. The presence of dietitians at welfare facilities varied by facility type. Welfare centers for the disabled (94.7%) had the highest percentage of dietitians, followed by residential facilities for the severely disabled (87.8%). On the other hand, sheltered workshops and daycare centers for disabled persons had the lowest percentages of dietitians (10.3% and 4.1%, respectively). This study highlights the variations that exist in foodservice management across different welfare facilities for disabled persons and emphasizes the challenges faced by those responsible for managing foodservices and maintaining hygiene, particularly in large facilities with no dietitians. Therefore, we recommend tailored meal management guidelines be developed for each type of welfare facility for disabled persons.

The study was conducted to investigate the activities of working people in the sports club. The subject of this study was to take samples of workers who participated in the physical education system using the convenience sampling method. Out of a total of 400 questionnaires, 387 were used for research purposes, except for invalid or error questionnaires. Factor analysis and reliability tests were performed using IBM SPSS statistics Ver 21.0. Frequency analysis was conducted to explore the general characteristics of the study participants. An independent sample t-test ANOVA were conducted to verify differences among groups according to demographic characteristics, and a correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between variables. Regression was performed to verify the effect of variable factors. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was no difference in wellness and job satisfaction according to gender. Second, there was no difference in wellness and job satisfaction according to sport. Third, there was a significant difference intellectual wellness according to age. In particular, 40s and 50s were higher than 60s and over. Fourth, there was a significant difference in social wellness according to activity duration. In particular, 1~2 years were higher than 3 years or more. Finally, If you look at the impact of working people's wellness lifestyle sports club activities on job satisfaction, the professional wellness lifestyle club activities showed significant influence on job satisfaction.
This thesis discussed the status of women workers as wage laborers and home laborers and the valid of a documentary movie for representing women laborers through a documentary movie, Weabak that revolved around Home-ever occupation strike leaded E-Land labor union at 30th June, 2007. Jobs for women labors got covered by the flow of flexibility with the policy of labor flexibility in South Korea during 1990s. The reasons that justify this trend are their position in the households, and their roles in working places are not very important because there are not required difficult skills. The mass dismissal which caused the E-Land strike also shared these ideologies. In Weabak, since women laborers were always expected to care for their family, they were need strikes in their home as well as their working place. However, a household is a basement for them to get the identity as a women laborer. It has two ambivalent meanings, as a protected area and disorder for them to pursue their life at the same time. Identity of Women laborers, domestic laborers as well as wage laborers, are very difficult to identify as a general noun, a laborer. Weabak is an important example to show us the possibility of a documentary as searching new realism for representing women laborers' story using their own perspective.
The purpose of this study is to find out how local residents using social welfare services in permanent rental apartment areas experience stigma, and how they perceive it. Data collection was carried out for 10 months from May 2012 to February 2013. Interviews were conducted with 13 users who are using or have the experience of using services in social welfare centers, and 12 hands-on workers of the institutions; the results were then analyzed using the modified grounded theory. The results of analysis are as follows. First, a considerable number of people living in permanent rental apartment areas experience stigma while experiencing impoverishment; and they also feel stigma in the formularization process to become recipients. Second, users experience stigma in the process of using social welfare center services located in permanent rental apartment areas after becoming recipients as well. Third, in cases where permanent rental apartment areas are located in the immediate neighborhood of general residence areas, residents living inside and outside the areas were found to give stigma to the residents of permanent rental apartment areas. This study has significance in that it provides an in-depth clarification of the reality of stigma experienced by users of social welfare center services in permanent rental apartment areas through qualitative research

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to objectify the level of case management performance and the factors influencing performance, to improve the case management performance at the Korea Worker's Compensation & Welfare Service (KWCWS) on the basis of the recognition of the objective realities of case management by job coordinators at the KWCWS, to develop a model of case management fit for the KWCWS, and to provide a basis for establishing guidelines for standardized case management. Methods: A total of 156 questionnaires were distributed to job coordinators at the KWCWS's headquarters, six regional headquarters, and 55 branches. One hundred forty-one questionnaires were collected and 126 were analyzed statistically using SPSS 21.0. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of the main measurement items in the research model. Frequency analysis was conducted for general characteristics of survey subjects. Frequency analysis or descriptive statistics were conducted to identify the level of independent variables (case manager's individual variables, job variables, institutional and organizational variables). Dependent variables (case management performance) and the degree of correlation were analyzed through correlation analysis between research variables. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to examine the effect of independent variables on case management performance. Results: The results of the study showed that the level of overall performance in the five stages of case management was ordinary, with an average level of 3.45 on a 5-point scale. Levels of performance by step were institutional approach and intake (3.69), assessment (3.63), goal setting and intervention planning (3.46), implementation of intervention plan (3.32), and evaluation and termination (3.20), in that order. The explanatory power of case management performance (overall) by case managers with the KWCWS was case manager's institutional and organizational variables, job variables, and individual variables, in that order. At each stage of case management, the explanatory power of a case manager's institutional and organizational variables was found to be the greatest. The model changes at each stage of case management assume similar aspects statistically. In hierarchical regression analysis, it was institutional support that had a significant effect on case management performance (overall), and institutional support had the greatest effect. The results of multiple regression analysis in which all variables are input simultaneously showed that institutional support and expertise as well as self-efficacy had a positive effect. However, case management work experience, expertise (technology), and autonomy were found to have a negative effect during the stage of case management performance. Conclusions: As a result of the study, it was confirmed that raising the case manager's expertise and support from the institution and organization are important factors to improve the level of case management performance. The research also derived practical ways of reinforcement of case manager capacity, institutional and organizational support, operation of rehabilitation-case management teams, and occupational health-related aspects.
The net function of the domestic medical insurance system is highly regarded, but due to the problem of incomplete coverage, the public wants to secure coverage through private medical insurance subscription. As a result, the subscription rate of private medical insurance has recently increased, and the billing rate has also increased. As the number of people seeking private medical insurance increased, workers at private medical insurance companies are experiencing increased job stress and side effects, especially for insurance reviewers who are in charge of paying insurance, such as communicating with customers who claimed insurance and contributing to the company's profit. In response, this study analyzed the effects of job stress on mental health of insurance reviewers and conducted a descriptive survey study to reduce job stress of insurance reviewers and promote mental health. The analysis shows that job stress for insurance reviewers has a significant impact on mental health (+). In detail, job stress has a significant impact on all four factors: social performance and self-confidence, depression, sleeping disturbance and anxiety, and general well-being and vitality. This study showed that job stress in insurance reviewers has a significant (+) impact on mental health. Job stress can cause side effects in organizational aspects, such as reducing enthusiasm for job performance and increasing turnover and resignation rates, but it can also worsen individual physical health and cause diseases such as depression and anxiety, causing mental health to be impoverished. Therefore, in order to prevent this, appropriate work stress prevention methods and countermeasures should be provided to help reduce work stress and improve mental health.

This study evaluated the overturning stability of portable tripod ladders used for high-altitude work such as tree management and pruning work in landscaping construction and management. Portable tripod ladders, which are included in general mobile or portable ladders frequently used in industrial sites, are supported in a triangular support structure, not a 4-point support like common A-type Ladders. In addition, since the working height is more than twice that of a mobile or portable ladder, the possibility of an overturning accident that threatens the safety of workers with a fall accident is high. Therefore, based on the overturning stability test specified in ANSI-ASC A14.7 and EN 131-Part 7, which are related standards for about 130 types of portable tripod ladders sold and used in Korea. An equation to calculate each moment according to working height was derived. Then, each calculated moment was compared to evaluate the safety factor for overturning and stability. As a result of the overturning stability evaluation according to each standard, when the provisions of EN 131-Part 7 were applied, portable tripod ladders with 8 steps in the rear direction and 6 steps or more in the side direction were evaluated as unstable against overturning, but according to ANSI-ASC A14.7 regulations. It was evaluated that the stability against overturning was secured in all directions and number of steps.
