연동 구조 내의 추론 성능 향상을 위한 RETE 알고리즘의 적용 (An Application of RETE Algorithm for Improving the Inference Performance in the Coordination Architecture)

  • 오늘날의 네트워크는 다양한 애플리케이션이 수행되고 있는 많은 수의 서버와 라우터들로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 침입 탐지 에이전트와 방화벽 에이전트가 계약망 프로토콜(Contract Net Protocol)에 의해서 서로 연동할 수 있는 구조를 디자인하고 구축하였다. 계약망 프로토콜은 분산 시스템과 같은 이기종의 컴퓨터 시스템의 효과적인 연동을 위한 방법으로서 여러 에이전트들이 모여 서로 협력하며 하나의 문제를 해결하게 된다. 계약망 프로토콜 내의 커멘드 콘솔은 매니저로서 침입 탐지를 수행하는 계약자들을 수행시키거나 제어하는 역할을 수행한다. 지식 기반의 네트워크 보안 모델링을 위해서 각 모델은 계층적으로 잘 구성된 DEVS (Discrete Event system Specification)에 의해서 구성하려다. 본 논문에서는 계약망 프로토콜에 의해서 운용되는 지식 기반의 침입 탐지 에이전트의 추론 주기를 향상시키기 위한 rete 패턴 매칭 알고리즘을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 rete 패턴 매칭 알고리즘을 사용하여 계약망 프로토롤의 성능과 특성을 평가해 본다.

IPA를 활용한 중앙행정부처 기록전문직 직무인식에 관한 연구 (A Study of Job Recognition for Record Manger using the IPA)

  • 본 연구는 중앙행정부처 기록전문직을 대상으로 직무 영역을 파악하고 중요도-수행도 분석 기법으로 분석하여 그에 따른 직무 중요도와 수행도를 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 기록전문직의 역할과 정체성 확보를 위하여 직무에 대한 명확한 분석이 필요하다는 인식 아래, 직무영역 및 요소 분석을 실시한 본 연구는 기록전문직의 직무를 기록물 관리, 기록관 운영, 기록관리 인프라, 기록정보 서비스의 4개의 책무와 19개의 업무, 78개의 업무요소로 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 각각의 중요도와 수행도 빈도를 조사하는 IPA기법을 적용하였다. 분석 결과 법령에서 규정하고 있는 업무 영역인 평가 및 폐기 업무가 중요도와 수행도가 가장 높은 순위를 차지하였으며 서비스관련 업무는 중요성과 수행도가 가장 낮게 분석되었다. 전체적으로 1인 1체제의 기록관에서 모든 기록관리 업무를 수행하기에는 과중한 상태로 파악되었으며 조직 내 직무 재배치를 통한 업무량의 조정이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

Stiffness Analysis of a Low-DOF Parallel Manipulator including the Elastic Deformations of Both Joints and Links (ICCAS 2005)

  • This paper presents a stiffness analysis method for a low-DOF parallel manipulator, which takes into account of elastic deformations of joints and links. A low-DOF parallel manipulator is defined as a spatial parallel manipulator which has less than six degrees of freedom. Differently from the case of a 6-DOF parallel manipulator, the serial chains in a low-DOF parallel manipulator are subject to constraint forces as well as actuation forces. The reaction forces due to actuations and constraints in each limb can be determined by making use of the theory of reciprocal screws. It is shown that the stiffness model of an F-DOF parallel manipulator consists of F springs related to the reciprocal screws of actuations and 6-F springs related to the reciprocal screws of constraints, which connect the moving platform to the fixed base in parallel. The $6{times}6$ stiffness matrix is derived, which is the sum of the stiffness matrices of actuations and constraints. The six spring constants can be precisely determined by modeling the compliance of joints and links in a serial chain as follows; the link can be considered as an Euler beam and the stiffness matrix of rotational or prismatic joint can be modeled as a $6{times}6$ diagonal matrix, where one diagonal element about the rotation axis or along the sliding direction is zero. By summing the elastic deformations in joints and links, the compliance matrix of a serial chain is obtained. Finally, applying the reciprocal screws to the compliance matrix of a serial chain, the compliance values of springs can be determined. As an example of explaining the procedure, the stiffness of the Tricept parallel manipulator has been analyzed.

S/W 벤처기업의 특성별 경영 현황분석 (An Analysis of the Whole Area of Business Administration by the Characteristics in the Software Venture Business)

  • Venture business plays a great role in creating national competitive power in every country. In particular, software venture business can mostly belong to manufacturing business, and takes the top seat of core industry as the basis of globalization, informatization and localization as well as the driving force of national competitive power. However, software venture business still has some risks in the whole area of business administration including the process of business starting. There are also problems to be solved in such areas as manager's ability, leadership, talent, level of technical development, marketing channel, recruiting of marketing specialists, financial plan and fund raising. In this respect, this study divides 102 software venture businesses into two; business in the stage of growth and matured business through the analysis of questionnaire and analyzes their present managerial conditions according to their characteristics after classifying them into four categories such as general management, technical development, marketing, finance and accounting. Therefore, this study attempts to provide the basic data useful for business activities of software venture business from now on. The results are as follows; First, it can be judged that software venture businesses make efforts for their technical development in their character, and that they make a great investment in research and development. Consequently, it can be believed that this kind of investment must be continued in the future. Second, it can be seen that they are not much interested in marketing and its manpower. In fact, software venture businesses develop products technically at the risk of their life, while marketing plays an important role in the continuity of business. Thus, it is necessary for them to invest in the supplement of manpower in marketing. Third, it is observed that they generally have some difficulties in raising money from outside. By the way, it. is believed that this problem will be solved by appealing to the persons interested such as investors and creditors, if evaluation system would be developed more exquisitely so that their accounting and technical value may be appraised.

간호 관리자의 변혁적 리더십과 간호사의 자율성 및 임파워먼트와의 관계 (The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership of Nurse Managers and Autonomy, Empowerment of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the relationship between transformational leadership of nurse managers and autonomy, empowerment of nurses. Method: The subjects were 468 nurses and 19 head nurses were working at the 3 general hospitals in seoul. The data were collected from July 6 to September 14, 2001 by the structured questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SAS package were used. Result: 1) 'Autonomy' and 'Empowerment' were positively related to 'Total Transformational Leadership', 'Charisma', 'intellectual stimulation', 'individual consideration'($r=.18{\sim}24$, $r=.26{\sim}36$, p<.001). 2) 'Transformational leadership' showed a significant difference according to major field of practice(F=4.47, p<.001). 3) 'Autonomy' showed a significant difference according to age, education level, total numbers of years in nursing practice, and position in present(F=3.68, 3.27, 3.13, 4.34, p<.05). 4) 'Empowerment' showed a significant difference according to age, marital status, education level, major field of practice, total numbers of years in nursing practice, and position in present(F=16.02, t=9.04, F=6.97, 1.86, 15.71, 11.38, p<.05). 5) As a result of regression analysis, the key determinants of 'autonomy' were 'Charisma' and this explained 10.61% of the total variance of it. And the key determinants of 'empowerment' were 'intellectual stimulation' and this explained 16.01% of the total variance of it.

간호·간병통합서비스 제공을 위한 간호인력 배치기준 개발 (Development of Staffing Levels for Nursing Personnel to Provide Inpatients with Integrated Nursing Care)

  • Purpose: To develop staffing levels for nursing personnel (registered nurses and nursing assistants) to provide inpatients with integrated nursing care that includes, in addition to professional nursing care, personal care previously provided by patients' families or private caregivers. Methods: A time & motion study was conducted to observe nursing care activities and the time spent by nursing personnel, families, and private caregivers in 10 medical-surgical units. The Korean Patient Classification System-1 (KPCS-1) was used for the nurse manager survey conducted to measure staffing levels and patient needs for nursing care. Results: Current nurse to patient ratios from the time-motion study and the survey study were 1:10 and 1:11, respectively. Time spent in direct patient care by nursing personnel and family/private caregivers was 51 and 130 minutes per day, respectively. Direct nursing care hours correlated with KPCS-1 scores. Nursing personnel to patient ratio required to provide integrated inpatient care ranged from 1:3.9 to 1:6.1 in tertiary hospitals and from 1:4.4 to 1:6.0 in general hospitals. The functional nursing care delivery system had been implemented in 38.5% of the nursing units. Conclusion: Findings indicate that appropriate nurse staffing and efficient nursing care delivery systems are required to provide integrated inpatient nursing care.

예비부부를 위한 "결혼준비교육프로그램"의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of "Premarital Education Programs" for Marriage Expectant Couple)

  • This study proposes to implement premarital education programs designed to enhance potential capacity in marital life, targeted at marriage expectant couple and verify the effectiveness of the programs. For this study, 8 marriage expectant couples residing in Seoul participated. For this study, advance and follow-up surveys were conducted. To be specific, the advanced surveys questions were posed regarding general features, the level of communication, conflict-resolution skills and the attitude toward the role of the gender and so forth of those persons polled. In follow-up surveys, questions were asked regarding the extent to which the participant was satisfied with the contents of the education and teaching process in each session of the programs, the attitude toward the role of the gender, the level of communication and conflict-resolution skills. The effectiveness of the program was verified based on the subjective level of satisfaction of the instructor and the program manager and the statistical analyses of advance and follow-up surveys. Our findings show: First, the changes in 'the attitude toward the role of the gender' of the participants after 'the education of the role of the gender' were not significantly related. Second, after 'the education of communication' was implemented, the capability of the participants to communicate proved to have improved. Third, the extent to which the participants were satisfied with the contents of the education scored higher than the average, the level of educational satisfaction with 'the skills of communication between the husband and wife' scoring the highest. Fourth, with respect to the level of overall satisfaction with the educational effects of the program, the level of satisfaction with improved relationship between each party of the couple turned out relatively high, and the level of the overall education program also proved to be high.

가계재무관리자의 경제적 불안과 재무관리행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Economic Distress and the Financial Management Behavior of the Household Financial Managers)

  • This study explored the level and general propensity of the economic distress and the financial management behavior of household financial managers and analyzes the effects of economic distress and the sub dimensions to financial management behaviors. The research results can be summarized as follows. 1. The overall level of economic distress of household financial managers was middle-levels and the financial management behavior were slightly higher than mid-point. 2. Regarding the household variables on the economic distress of household financial managers, education levels and occupations of husbands, monthly income, financial knowledge were the variables that had a significant negative effect on the economic distress. That is, higher education levels of husbands, husbands with management-level/professional-level career, higher monthly income, and higher level of financial knowledge generated lower economic distress. 3. Regarding the household variables and the economic distress on the financial management behavior, monthly income, and financial knowledge were the variables that had a significant positive effect on the financial management behavior. On the contrary, income-asset distress was negative variable. Thus, higher monthly income, higher level of financial knowledge, and lower level of economic distress generated higher financial management behavior. Statistically significant differences were detected in financial management behavior sub dimensions. From this research, it could be concluded that the main variables affecting the level of financial management behaviors are income-asset distresses and financial knowledge.

컴퓨팅 테그놀로지 도입에 따른 레스토랑 종사자들의 태도와 행동의 변화 (Restaurant Employees' Attitudinal and Behavioral Changes by the Implementation of Computing Technology)

  • 컴퓨팅 테그놀로지 도입은 직장이나 조직내에서 커다란 변화를 가져온다고 한다. 이 연구는 레스토랑 내에서의 IT도입이 종사자들의 직업에 대한 태도와 고객에 대한 행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구에서 IT 도입에 따른 종사자들의 태도를 측정하는 변수는 IT 도입에 대한 인식, 내적 동기 부여, 전반적인 직업의 만족도, 조직에 대한 긍지이며, 종사자들의 행동 변수로는 고객에 대한 긍정적인 행동이 사용되었다. 이 연구의 표본은 full-service, mid-scale의 레스토랑에 종사하는 종업원들이다. 제안된 연구 모형에 포함된, IT 도입에 따른 종사자들의 태도와 행동의 변화를 조사하기 위하여 6개의 가설이 수립되었다. 이 연구는 조직 환경의 변화에 따른 직무에 대한 인식과 태도의 연관성에 대한 지식을 발전시킨다는 면에서 의미가 있다. 이 연구의 산업계에 대한 실증적인 공헌은 레스토랑 owner나 manager에게 컴퓨터 기술 도입에 대한 결정을 하는데 유용한 시사점을 줄 수 있다는 것이다.

병원직원의 노동조합몰입에 영향을 미치는 결정요인분석 (Determinants Influencing Labor Union Commitment of Hospital Employees)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials needed to enhance quality of organizational life by identifying the improvements of labor union management in the perspective of general hospital organization management. The subjects of this study were 428 employees in 8 Hospitals in Metro Capital including Seoul. Materials were collected from administrators, nurses and medical technicians in target hospitals from November 10 to November 30, 2006 through survey questionnaires. The main results of this study were as follows: 1. The commitment level of the subjects according to their characteristics was higher in older employees than the younger ones, large family to support than small family to support and those who had higher positions in labor union. 2. The commitment level of the subjects according to the Job and role related variables were higher those who had higher satisfaction level to their job, role conflict in all hospitals. 3. The commitment level of the subjects according to union related variables, variables jointly controlled by union and employer was statistically significant positive correlation. 4. The results of multiple regression analysis shows that formal and informal socialization, satisfaction with the labor union's were all found as important antecedents of labor union commitment. 5. The results of AMOS shows that structure characteristics of hospital, Job and manager satisfaction, socialization were statistically significant labor union satisfaction. The satisfaction level of labor union was statistically significant labor union commitment To summarize study results, the level of commitment in labor union depends on job satisfaction, managers' attitudes, union satisfaction factors, their colleagues attitudes toward union. Therefore hospital managers should have democratic and flexible attitudes toward labor union. Additionally, as formal and informal socialization is important determinant in union commitment, hospital managers should have countermeasures to enhance the colleague attitude and job satisfaction level of hospital employees. Moreover, as managerial factors of the principal of hospital influence union commitment directly, the attitudes of hospital managers toward union and transparency of hospital management should be improved.
