자동차 밸브바디 중간플레이트 성형해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Moulding Analysis of Automobile Valve Body Mid-plate)

  • In the super slow speed die casting process, the casting defects due to melt flow should be controlled in order to obtain sound casting products. The casting defects that are caused by molten metal were cold shut formation, entrapment of air, gas, and inclusion. But the control of casting defects has been based on the experience of the foundry engineers. The calculation of simulation can produce very useful and important results. The calculation data of die casting process condition from the computer simulation by the Z-CAST is made to insure that the liquid metal is injected at the right velocity range and that the filling time is small enough to prevent premature solidification. The parameters of runner shape that affected on the optimized conditions that was calculated with simple equation were investigated. These die casting process control techniques of automobile valve body mid-plate have achieved good agreement with the experimental data of tensile strength, hardness test, and material structure photographies satisfactory results.

  • The casting defects that are caused by molten metal were cold shut formation, entrapment of air, gas, and inclusion. But the control of casting defects has been based on the experience of the foundry engineers. In this thesis, the computer simulation analyzed the flow of molten metal. The quantitative analyses which proposed the effective mold design was executed Flow patterns of 0.15-0.16m/s molten metal in 15 mm thin plate casting were investigated in order to optimize die-casting process. As increasing ingate velocity in thin plate casting, cold shot was decreased. The parameters of runner shape that affected on the optimized conditions that was calculated with simple equation were investigated. These die casting process control techniques of automobile valve body mid-plate have achieved good agreement with the experimental data of tensile strength, hardness test, and material structure photographies satisfactory results.

  • For gasoline engines, a three-way catalytic converter that has the maximum efficiency at stoichiometric air/fuel ratio is used to clean up the exhaust gas. So a precise air/fuel ratio control is necessary to maximize the catalytic conversion efficiency, For a transient condition, a fred-forward air/fuel ratio control method that estimates the air mass inducted into a cylinder is being used. In this study, a fuel injection map that makes an accurate air/fuel ratio control possible was constructed for the very same transient condition. For the same condition above, intake air model and fuel model were refined so that fuel injection values based on air mass through a throttle valve and intake manifold pressure are equal to the map values.

  • Robust control for DC motor is needed according to the highest precision of industrial automation. It is a quite quality concerning to control temperature of single crystalline growth as it does when you get most of heat treating products. It is also Important factor to control temperature when you make the A1203(sing1e crystalline) used to artificial Jewels, glass of watches, heat resistant transparent glasses. Thus, it is a major interest to get the proper temperature in accordance with the time process while you are making mixture of oxygen and hydrogen to have the right temperature. In this paper, we will study of electrical valve positioning system f3r the gas mixture to improve the quality of products.

  • This paper presents a robust air-to-fuel ratio (AFR) control algorithm for managing exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems. In order to handle production tolerance, deterioration and parameter-varying characteristics of the EGR system, quantitative feedback theory (QFT) is applied for designing the robust AFR control algorithm. A plant model of EGR system is approximated by the first order transfer function plus time-delay (FOPTD) model. EGR valve position and AFR of exhaust gas are used as input/output variables of the plant model. Through engine experiments, parameter uncertainty of the plant model is identified in a fixed engine operating point. Requirement specifications of robust stability and reference tracking performance are defined and these are fulfilled by the following steps: during loop shaping process, a PID controller is designed by using a nominal loop transmission function represented on Nichols chart. Then, the frequency response of closed-loop transfer function is used for designing a prefilter. It is validated that the proposed QFT-based AFR control algorithm successfully satisfy the requirements through experiments of various engine operating points.

  • 발사체 관련 가스공급은 타 분야 가스공급과는 달리 대유량의 가스공급이 요구되며, 가스공급시 공급압력이 감소하여, 유량을 공급하는 동안 요구되는 압력을 만족시키지 못하는 현상이 흔히 발생한다. 공급압력 감소는 레귤레이터의 특성과 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 공압 레귤레이터를 2차측 압력을 일정하게 유지시키는 일종의 제어계로 간주하여 공압 레귤레이터의 공급압력 강하 제어방법을 고찰하였다. 직동식 레귤레이터는 유량공급시 정적 평형 오차가 수반되며, 오차의 분석은 압력오차에 대한 밸브 이동거리의 비로서 정의되는 민감도로서 해석될 수 있음을 제시하였다. 직동식 레귤레이터의 오차는 비례식 및 적산식 제어계의 개념을 도입한 파이롯 레귤레이터의 도입을 통하여 개선될 수 있음을 보였다.

  • 플랜트시설의 핵심부품인 산업용 밸브에 대한 기존안전관리는 인력에 의해 관리되고 있으며 점검 영역이 넓고 시설물의 특성상 제한된 접근성을 가지고 있기 때문에 어려움이 있다. 플랜트 시설의 수많은 산업용 밸브에서 누출 및 고장 발생 시 생산중단, 독성물질 및 가연성 가스의 누출 및 폭발로 인한 인명피해, 사고 위치 파악 어려움 등의 문제점이 발생되기 때문에 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술을 기반으로 한 안전관리 및 제어 시스템이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 IoT 기반 무선통신을 통한 산업용 밸브의 안전관리 및 액츄에이터 제어 시스템 개발 내용 중에서 위험요소 예측기술 개발과 관련 된 내용이다. 밸브의 구조적 특성 분석을 하고 고장데이터, 문헌 등으로 부터 주요 위험요소 분석, 위험요소 원인분석 및 사고시나리오 분석을 통해 주요 위험요소로 인한 사고를 예방하기 위해 IoT 기반 산업용 밸브의 안전관리 기법을 개발하였다.

천연가스 공급기지내 가스필터 성능개선에 관한 연구 (Study on improvement of efficiency of gas filter at the natural gas valve station)

  • 천연가스 공급배관내의 이물질을 제거하기 위하여 한국가스공사에서는 현재 250um 공극 크기를 갖는 금속 스트레이너형의 필터를 사용하고 있다. 하지만 배관내의 이물질 크기를 조사한 결과 필터 공극 크기보다 작은 이물질이 상당량 있는 것으로 파악되었으며. 따라서 이들 이물질로 인하여 필터 후단부의 각종 밸브류나 계 량 측정 기기들에 악영향을 미치고 있는 실정이다. 미세한 크기의 이물질들을 없애기 위해서는 필터의 공극 크기를 줄여야 하는데. 이 경우에는 필터 전, 후단의 차압발생으로 인하여 원하는 유량의 가스를 공급하기 어려운 일이 생길 수 있으므로 차압발생을 신중히 고려하여 필터 공극 크기를 결정하여야한다. 본 연구에서는 손실계수 K를 이용하여 가스필터의 성능평가 방법을 제시하였다.

저밀도 세라믹 필터의 고온 여과 성능시험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the High Temperature Filtration Performance Test of Low Density Ceramic Filters)

  • Hot gas filtration method via using ceramic filters is an evolving technology applicable to numerous industrial and air pollution control processes. Alumino silicate, organic and inorganic binders were the major raw materials in manufacturing ceramic filters. In this work, disc type ceramic filters(50$\phi$$\times$10t) were manufactured by vacuum forming processes using ceramic raw materials. The porosity and bulk density of disc type ceramic filers ranged from 86 to 89% and from 0.27 to 0.36 g/㎤, respectively. In this work disc type ceramic medium were tested utilizing coupon experimental apparatus. Disc type filters showed high collection efficiencies over 99.96% with Darchs law coefficients of 4.1$\times$10(sup)10~9.63$\times$10(sup)10/$m^2$ depending on mean pore sizes. In addition, filtration and detachment of ceramic filters turned out to be performed effectively using 10 cm/sec face velocity, 5 minutes filtration cycle, 100msec pulse jet valve opening time and 3 bar pulsing pressure.

  • This paper describes to design and to examine the mechanical characteristics of high frequency jet ventilator. The device consists of Phase lock loop(PLL) system, solenoid valve driving control part and Air regulating system. This study is carried out by changing several factors such as endotracheal tube(E.T. tube)diameter, injector cannula diameter, 1%, and frequency(breaths/mim.) having direct effects on the gas exchange as well as parameters of the entrained gas by venturi effects, so as to measure the tidal volume and minute volume. This system characteristics were as follows : 1) Frequency : 6-594bpm 2) Inspiration time : 1-99% 3) Variance of input air pressure : 1-30PSI.
