FT-IR gas analyzer를 활용한 섬유제품의 소취성 시험 분석 표준 개발 - 암모니아 가스에 대하여

  • FT-IR 가스분석기를 활용한 섬유제품의 암모니아가스에 대한 소취성 시험법 개발을 위한 연구로서 직물의 시료 크기는 지름 200mm, 순환가스의 양은 분당 8리터로 정하였으며, 분석온도는 40도씨이상, 암모니아가스의 농도는 200ppm이상, 분석시간은 2시간이상 측정하는 것이 타당한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 이동 가능한 휴대용 가스 분석 장치를 제안한다. 기존의 가스 검출 시스템은 주로 해외 기술에 의존되어 있고 고가이며 대형인데 반해 개발된 시스템은 휴대용으로 설계 되었다. 설계된 시스템은 광원, 광변조기, 신호처리기와 신호기록장치 거쳐 가스 데이터를 정보처리한다.

  • Usually there are many furnaces in a ethylene plant and the performance of total furnaces can be improved if that of each furnace is monitored and controlled. For this purpose real-time data for the effluent of each furnace is necessary. However, it is very difficult to analyze the total effluent stream of a ethylene furnace by real-time because it is composed of so many components including heavy hydrocarbons. Fortunately, component data for lighter hydrocarbons is much more important than that of heavier ones for ethylene furnace. In ordinary case, the on-line measurement of light hydrocarbons is performed by on-stream gas chromatography, after separating gas-phase part from effluent. The main and important components of gas-phase are Methane, Ethane, Ethylene, and Propylene. If we can use Near-infrared spectroscopy for measuring those components within good reproducibility, shorter analysis time, better repeatability, easier maintenance and lower cost will make Near-infrared (NIR) analyzer replace on-stream gas chromatography in this process. Although it is known to be very difficult to measure gas components because of very weak absorption in Near-infrared region, we have studied the feasibility of the application of NIR for the measurement of gas-phase hydrocarbon in the effluent of ethylene furnace. The samples were obtained from actual process and NIR spectra were collected over 1100 to 2500nm range. NIR spectra and calibrations showed and demonstrated the possibility of extending NIR spectroscopy to the measurement of gas-phase hydrocarbon in the effluent of ethylene furnace.

콘칼로리미터와 적외선분광계(FTIR)를 이용한 폼블럭의 연소특성에 대한 실험적 연구 (A Study on the Fire Characterization of Foam block using Cone-calorimeter and FTIR)

  • 폼블럭은 셀프 인테리어 용품으로 새롭게 유행하고 있는 건축마감재로 폴리에틸렌을 주성분으로 하여 제조되고 있어 화재에 취약할 것으로 판단된다. 시중에 판매되고 있는 폼블럭 2종(일반, 난연)을 KS F ISO 5660-1(연소성능시험)의 기준에 따라 화재시 발생되는 연소특성을 파악하였다. 또한 적외선분광계(FTIR)를 이용하여 시편의 연소로 발생하는 가스중 대표적 독성가스를 측정한 후 기존의 독성모델에 적용하였다. 콘칼로리미터 시험 결과 2종의 시편 모두 복사열 차단장치를 제거하자마자 인화 및 불꽃연소가 시작되어, 화재시 화염의 급속한 전파 요인이 될 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 적외선분광계를 통한 연소가스 분석 결과, 일반적인 연소가스인 이산화탄소와 일산화탄소뿐만 아니라 인체에 심각한 위해를 주는 아크롤레인, 암모니아 및 시안화수소 등이 다량 검출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 폼블럭 제품은 착화성과 발열량이 높으며 유해가스가 다량 방출될 수 있음을 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 따라서 폼불럭 사용에 따른 재료의 연소특성, 즉 착화성 저감, 최대 열방출률 제한 및 주요 유해가스의 농도를 제한하는 기준마련도 시급히 요구된다.

  • The needs of the times, a cement plays an important roll in the materials field. So, in this research we would like to study on the properties of Photocatalytic Cement for waste gas reduction. The fundamental phenomena of the Photocatalytic Cement were observed by the NOx Analyzer, Bonding strength, SEM, Flow and Surface hardness(Pencil tester). As a result of this study, the Photocatalytic Cement used Photocatalytic powder, admixture and other materials can obtain its physical properties, also photocatalytic efficiency. If we have added a various experiment, we could have to develop the Photocatalytic Cement.

시중 연탄의 일산화탄소 발생량 측정실험(제 1보) (A Study of CO-Gas Analysis of Hole-Briquette(part one))

  • This study is aimed to increase the heat efficiency and to decrease the evolution of carbon monooxide during the combustion of holed coal-briquet by using of non-covered fire-box, and determined carbon monooxide versus combustion time and number of air-hole by the using of Orsat gas analyzer. The obtained results are as follows (1) Carbon monooxide are evolved the greatest quantity between 3rd and 6th hour from the hegining of combustion. (2) Combustion time of holed coal-briquet is not showed the difference to fire-boxes of A-type ($\phi$60mm) and B-type ($\phi$165mm). (3) Combustion temperature is decreased in turns of 4 air-hole>3 air-hole>2 air-hole to holed coal-briquet.

한국산 산초열매와 나무의 휘발성 향기성분 (Volatile Flavor Components of Korean Sancho Fruit and Tree(Zanthoxylum schinfolium))

  • An attempt was in this to analyzer volatile flavor components of sancho(Zanthoxylum schinfolium). Essential oils in sancho tree and fruit isolated by a simulataneous steam distillation (SDE) methods using n-pentane/diethyl ether as solvent. A total of 57 and 44 components were identified by gas chromatography(GC) and combined gas chromatography spectrometry (GC-MS), respectively. Granyl acetate(29.23%) geraniol (6.80%, p-isopropyl-2-chclohexenone(5.53%), phellandral (4.10%) in sancho fruit and 4, 6, 6-trimethyl-bicyclo(7.47%), T-carvelo(4.60%, ${\alpha}$-cypernone(3.58%) in sancho tree were found to be major volatile flavor. 22 compnents including myrcene, limonene, 1, 8-cinol in sancho fruit and 10 components including 4-(1-methylethyl)-cyclohexanol, methyl undecyl ketone in sancho tree were identified. The contents of unsaturated fatty acids of palmitic acid(24.34%), myristic acid(3,68%) in sancho tree was higher than that of the sancho fruit.

가스터빈 발전기 고정자 권선의 절연상태 평가 (Assessment of Insulation Condition in Gas Turbine Generator Stator Windings)

  • The results of off-line and on-line diagnostic tests performed on the stator winding of an air-cooled gas turbine(G/T) generator are reported in this paper. Off-line diagnostic tests included measurements of the ac current, dissipation factor(tan${\delta}$), and partial discharge(PD). Six epoxy-mica capacitors were installed in the three phases of G/T generator for performing on-line diagnostic testing with the turbine generator analyzer(TGA). The TGA showed that the normalized quantity number(NQN) and the PD magnitude($Q_m$) were high in phase A of the stator winding. Internal discharges were generated in phases B and C, and slot discharge occurred in phase A. According to the trend analyses of the NQN and $Q_m$ values available for insulation condition assessment for G/T generator stator windings, it was concluded that phases B and C were in good condition, whereas phase A has been significantly deteriorated.

가시용 직분식 디젤기관의 분무와 화염에 관한 연구 (A study on the spray and flame by optically accessible D.I. diesel engine : analysis by Schlieren method and diffused background illumination method)

  • To analyze the spray and flame in D.I. diesel engine, the visualizing methods by schlieren photograph and diffused background illumination photograph with high speed camera are applied to optically accessible D.I.diesel engine. Wcaporating spray, spray droplets and brightness flame are taken with high speed camera by visuallizing method in accordance with various suction air temperature and injection time. The spray and flame image on the film was analyzed by image analyzer. The optically accessible D.I. diesel engine had the similar pressure characteristic to the real D.I. diesel engine. Experimental results showed that shadow areas of the evaporating spray were extended at higher suction air temperature, spray droplets had a max. Penetration length and their penetrating patterns were dependent on the surrounding gas temperature, and flame size after ignition was largely governed by the evaporated fuel quantity at ignition point and by the surrounding gas condition due to piston motion.
