네트워크 분석 기법을 통한 패션 상권의 특성 분석 (Analysis of Properties of Fashion Trading Areas Using Network Analysis Technique)

  • This research analyzed characteristic changes in trading areas and the success factors of popular fashion trading areas (Garosu-gil, Dongdaemun, and Itaewon). This research adopts a social network analysis method to semantically analyze trading areas. Articles on the three fashion trading areas were located through KrKwic software to extract keywords and calculate word frequency. Keywords with high frequency were placed through NodeXL software to identify relationships among keywords. Researchers created a network of relationships among trading areas and between past and present of trading areas to analyze and visualize. In the past (2008-2009), the trading areas of Dongdaemun, Garosu-gil and Itaewon were placed horizontally with a limited number of shared keywords between them. However, the three trading areas retain diverse rage of keywords and an organic realtionships five years later (2013-2014). Compared to the past, all three areas see the emergence of relevant fashion keywords such as 'designer', 'design', 'brand'. Additional cultural keywords such as 'culture/art/performance', 'exhibition', and 'event' have commonly appeared and imply that related industries are an important factor as well. Fashion companies that consider evaluating areas for a new store opening need to understand the trading area characteristics and select the most suitable area. In addition, it is necessary to equip the trading area with basic fashion elements as well as relavant industry when the government tries to develop fashion trading areas.

지역성을 고려한 한국형 친환경 아파트의 계획요소 개발연구 - 청주지역을 사례로 - (Design Factors for Korean Style Ecological Apartment according to Locality)

  • This study proposes design factors for Korean style ecological apartment for application in Cheongju. Library and internal surveys were performed to summarize the concept of locality in housing and to determine the present condition of apartment estates which were introduced with design factors according to locality, traditionalism, or ecology, fold surveys were carried out at 10 apartment estates to investigate the present condition of management and residents's un. The interviewees were concierges and representative residents. The following design factors for Korean style ecological apartment to be applied in Cheongju were proposed; layout and building shape according to climate as natural environment, landscape factors according to cultural assets as human environment, adolescent spaces according to population as social environment, road plan according to 'Cheongju Garosu-Gil' civil environment.

문화소비공간의 확산에 따른 저층주거지 변화 특성 연구 - 연남동 일대를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Changes of Low-rise Residential Neighborhood with the Spread of Consumption-biased Cultural Space - Focused on the Yeonnam-dong Area -)

  • Low-rise Residential neighborhoods of Hongdae area, Garosu-gil, Samchung-dong, Itawon etc. are currently emerging new spaces for cultural consumption in the city. Nonetheless undiscerning excessive commercialization often results in monotonous urban space and deportation of residents and leaders of change; Due to commercialization and popularization recently this phenomenon is influencing surrounding low-rise residential neighborhoods. The main objective of this study is to examine how surrounding low-rise residential neighborhood transforms according to the expansion of culture-commerce spaces. Hongdae area's culture-commerce spaces and its expansion into Yeonnam-dong is investigated in specific. Especially attributes and main causes of transformation in physical and experiential space of neighborhood living facilities and residential buildings, when changed into culture-commerce related use is examined in detail. The expansion of culture-commerce space of Hongdae to Yeonnam-dong area has positive meaning in aspects of everyday experience. First, physical alteration of street-building relation increases direct and indirect contact of people. Contact opportunity carries important meaning in sense that it is prerequisite for next stage contact of network and exchange. Second, culture-commerce related programs provide the third place, where various leisure activities can take place. Attributes of transformation and positive meaning of culture-commerce spaces expanding its territory presents the need of management.

최초방문자와 재방문자의 관광목적지 선택차이 연구 -서울지역을 중심으로 (A Comparison of First Time and Repeat Visitors' Tourism Destination -Focusing on Seoul City)

  • 본 연구는 순수 관광을 목적으로 서울 지역을 방문하는 외래관광객을 최초방문자와 재방문자로 분류하여 이들이 선택한 관광목적지에 차이가 있음을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국 문화체육관광부에서 주관한 '2015 외래관광객 실태조사'의 데이터를 활용하여 외래관광객이 방문한 관광지 20개소를 중심으로 연결망 자료를 구성하고 사회연결망 분석방법을 적용하여 밀도와 중심성 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 최초방문자와 재방문자의 관광지들은 주로 강북 지역에 편중되어 있었으나 전체적으로 매우 유기적인 연결을 보이고 있었다. 이는 방문자들의 이동량이 많을 뿐만 아니라 전체 이동네트워크가 활발함을 의미한다. 둘째, 관광지들의 연결정도, 근접, 매개 중심성을 분석한 결과, 최초방문자와 재방문자의 상위 관광목적지는 전반적으로 동일했지만 재방문자가 선택한 관광목적지 중 신촌/홍대주변, 강남역, 가로수길 등은 중심성 지수가 높아지면서 결절지로서의 역할이 강화되는 변화를 보였다. 즉, 재방문자는 최근 국내에서도 젊은 연령층에게 각광받고 있는 신흥관광지에 더 매력을 느끼고 있는 것으로 파악된다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 본 연구가 방문자 특성에 따른 관광상품 개발 및 운영에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
