In this paper, we have studied about the relationships between a core gap and a feeding velocity, an amplitude and the core gap by the exciting force, the parts movement and a bowl materials, and the feeding velocity and the weight of the parts in the parts feeder. The obtained are as follow : 1) Optimal condition of mean feeding velocity is speeded up largely when the core gap is in 0.6mm. 2) It can be safe to say that the relation between the feeding velocity and the exciting voltage relay on the core gap. 3) An exciting voltage is rised by an increase of the weight, but an amplitude has been in the range between 23$mu extrm{m}$ through 40${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$.

This paper describes an intelligent filler wire feeding device which can control 3- dimensional seam tracking and the filler wire speed by measuring the gap position and the joint gap width in laser welding. By means of visual sensor controlled filling the missing material into the joint gap and 3 dimensional seam tracking, lineup errors from manufacturing tolerances and the repeatability of lineup jigs and weld robot can be balanced and at an even seam quality which avoids weld defects. In this paper, we assessed weld quality in 2mm sheets of A16061 which had various gap width by using the intelligent filler wire feeding device.

In laser welding, automatic seam tracking is important to adjust the laser head position in real time as it moves along the seam. Also if the joint gap is occurred, filling the missing material into the joint gap is necessary to prevent welding defects and bad welding quality. In general, the joint gap width is not constant along the seam due to a variety of reason. So it is essential to control the filler wire speed into the joint gap to acquire good welding quality. This paper describes an intelligent filler wire feeding device which can control 3-dimensional seam tracking and the filler wire speed by measuring the gap position and the joint gap width in laser welding. We call this device as Smart Micro Control system(SMC). To achieve this objective, we assessed weld quality in 2mm sheets of A16061 which had various gap width by using the developed device. From the experimental results, It was found the possibility that the developed device could be used in welding various 3-dimensional structures.

In this paper, we have describes about the reationships between a core gap and a feeding velocity, an amplitude and the core gap by the exciting forc, the parts movement and a bowl materials, and the feeding veocity and the parts in the parts feeder. The main results as compared with the stainless and the aluminum materials are as follow : 1) The mean feeding velocity by bowl material shown more relative proportion in the STS304 to the exciting voltage than the C%AV 2) IN the exciting voltage, the response time for the aluminum material is slow, but the stainless is sensibility. 3) An exciting voltage is rised by an increase of the weight, but an amplitude has been in the range between 23 .mu.m through 40 .mu. m.

In this paper, a modified feeding structure for microstrip patch antenna is suggested for improving the performances. The proposed antenna has a gap between the transmission line and the recessed part of the radiating patch which makes a capacitive coupling. It shows higher 511(-l4dB) and lower cross polarization level(-2OdB) compare with the conventional inset ftd patch antenna while having a similar characteristics in another evaluating items. Experimental results are examined and considered to apply to the S-Band application, and the effectiveness has been confirmed by FDTD simulation and measurement simultaneously.

Gap fillar antennas are needed for serving the high quality of DMB through the cellular phone by eliminating the shadow regions among buildings or underground. We implement Quadrifilar Helical Antenna using phase difference with PCB feeding lines without coaxial cables and four impedance matching circuits. It is shown that the antenna characteristics is affected by the size and diameter through the simulation process using MicroWave Studio and it is applied for implementing QHA. Experiment results confirm that the performance can be gained as same as the simulation data by using the phase difference with PCB feeding lines without additional impedance matching circuits.

Propellant feeding system is the system to satisfy propellant feeding requirements(mass flow rate, pressure, temperature) at engine inlet of launch vehicle. Propellant feeding test facility is being constructed for the development scheme of pressurization system, processing in tank, propellant piping system, and flow control system that are main technologies in order to develope propellant feeding system. This paper introduces the propellant feeding test facility being constructed in KARI.

For an efficient finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) analysis of coaxial-probe feeding structures in radio frequency(RF) and microwave bands, an interrelation between equivalent source modeling techniques is investigated. In existing literature, equivalent source models with delta-gap or magnetic-frill concepts have been developed by many researchers. It is well known that FDTD implementation and computational accuracy of these source models are slightly different. In this paper, the interrelation between FDTD equivalent source models for coaxial feeding structures under the quasi-static approximation(QSA) is presented. As a function of FDTD equivalent source models, time-domain and frequency-domain responses of a coaxial-probe fed conical monopole antenna are calculated numerically. And comparison results of computational accuracy and efficiency are provided.
This paper is concerned on kinematic analysis and simulation of an automatic feeding mechanism and a curved inverse earn. The main objective is the development 0 fan algorithm of the earn-feeding mechanism and a CAD program. The computer program CACAFS (Computer-Aided Cam and Automatic Feeding System) is developed by using the state-of-the-art for CAD. Thus, the program CACAFS is independent of computer hardwares and also interactive. As the second part of paper, this paper introduces the technique for the mechanism simulation and graphics-oriented CAD programming. The first part of r paper presents the algorithm to analyze the motion of the inverse earn and the automatic feeding mechanism.

This paper reports on the proposed design of a low profile broadband array antenna for home repeater applications. The proposed antenna consists of $1{\times}4$ patch elements and two ground planes, one of which is slitted. By using the gap feeding method, the impedance matching of the antenna is improved by a multi-resonance phenomenon. The proposed antenna provides a wide -10 dB reflection coefficient bandwidth simultaneously covering the Global System for Mobile communications (GSM-1800), Personal Communications Service (PCS), and the Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS) bands (1.67-2.32 GHz). In order to reduce the mutual coupling between adjacent patch elements, slits are embedded in the ground plane. An isolation level of -20 dB is realized over the entire operating frequency band.
