Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the various effects of individual or combined extract of GamiSaengmaeksan (GSS) on cell viability, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activityMethods : In order to evaluate cytotoxicity, MTT assay was performed. We investigated the levels of proinflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interleukin (IL)-6 and interleukin (IL)-1β, and nitric oxide(NO) in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells to check the effects on anti-inflammatory activity. The level of NO production in RAW 264.7 cells was measured by using Griess reagent. The levels of cytokines and ROS were measured by Luminex and Flow cytometry, respectively. Results : At concentration of 200 ㎍/㎖ GSS, cytotoxicity was observed in RAW 264.7 cells. However, at concentration less than 100 ㎍/㎖ of both combine and individual GSS, cytotoxicity was not observed in Raw 264.7 cells. However, the level of ROS in RAW 264.7 cells were decreased at both extract of 100 ㎍/㎖ GSS. Also, the level of NO in RAW 264.7 cells were decreased from extraction of concentration of 100 ug/ml in GSS and individual-extraction of Liriopis Tuber, White Ginseng and Glycyrrhizae Radix. In addition, productions of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α) in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells were decreased from extraction of concentration of 10 and 100 (㎍/㎖) in GSS and individual-extraction of Liriopis Tuber. Conclusions : It is concluded that combined extract of GSS appears to be more effective in anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory effect than those in individual-extraction of GSS. These results may be developed as a raw material for new therapeutics to ease the symptoms related with inflammatory and oxidative stress.

Germination is well-known to enhance the digestibility, functionality, and palatability of plant seeds. To examine the functionality of germinated-safflower seed (GSS), proliferative and differentiative effects of GSS extract on the mouse calvarial bone cells were determined by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolinbromide (MTT) assay and alkaline phosphatase activity, respectively. Water extract of GSS increased dose-dependently proliferative and differentiative effects on calvarial bone cell, and its effects were stronger than those of ungerminated-safflower seeds (UGSS) extract. One major component was isolated from GSS extract by a series of purification procedure of solvent fractionation, Diaion HP-20, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies. Its chemical structure was identified as trachelogenin (TC) by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry (MS) spectral analysis. Trachelogenin showed significant proliferative (125.7%) and differentiative (132.1%) effects on calvarial bone cells at $10^{-8}M$, and its effects were significantly higher than those of $17{\beta}-estradiol\;(E_2)$. TC was found to be a major active compound responsible for high proliferative and differentative effects of the water extract of GSS. Therefore, these results suggest that TC in GSS may be useful as potential therapeutic agent for the prevention and treatment of bone loss.

This research was performed to examine an anti-inflammatory effects of Gamisangryosamul-Tang(GSS) and anti-pruritus effects of Ziyang-Go(Salve). This study was processed by three experiments; Experiment 1: Inhibitory activity of GSS extract on the degranulation of mast cell and histamine release in plasma induced by compound 48/80 i.p, injection after the pretreatment of GSS extract i.p, injection in Sprague-Dawley rats, Experiment 2: Anti-inflammatory effect of GSS extract on macropharge raw 264,7 cells treated by LPS 250 ppm (before 2 hours). Experiment 3: Measurement of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis and atopic dermatitis using NC/Nga mice, GSS extract inhibited histamine release by 70% compared to compound 48/80 treated control group and histologically significantly reduced (P<0,01) the degranulation of mast cell in SD rats. In GSS extract treated group, the expression of TNF-α in macropharge cell showed the remarkable inhibitory effect about 62% (P<0,01) compared to LPS treated control group. The expression of IL-6 appeared more effective by 46% than the LPS treated control group and by 6% compared to hydrocortison treated group, Comparing with steroid (0.05% prednisolon) ointment, Ziyan-Go treated group showed the significant(30%) recovery on skin response index in atopic dermatis like anaphylaxis mice(NC/Nga), Finally, in scratching behavioral tests of NC/Nga mice for three weeks, Ziyang-Go treated group significantly (P<0.05) suppressed the pruritus on the face, neck, ears and dorsal skin than inbred NC/Nga mice. However, the change of IgE and IFN-γ from the spleen cell of NC/Nga mice was not significantly different between the oral intake of GSS extract group and of saline intaked control group. Summary and Conclusion: This study demons trates that Ziyang-go have the equal anti-pruritus effect to steroid ointment and GSS extract have the notable immunologic activity on inflammatory in vivo and in vitro model. Advanced experiment of this study will be required for more reliable information about the correlation between the lymphokine (i.e. IgE) and the anti-allergic effects of GSS.

Graphene Nanosheets play an important role in nanosensors due to their proper surface to volume ratio. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to consider the nonlinear vibration behavior of graphene nanosheets (GSs) under the influence of electromagnetic fields and electrical current create forces. Considering more realistic assumptions, new equations have been proposed to study the nonlinear vibration behavior of the GSs carrying electrical current and placed in magnetic field. For this purpose, considering the influences of the magnetic tractions created by electrical and eddy currents, new relationships for electromagnetic interaction forces with these nanosheets have been proposed. Nonlinear coupled equations are discretized by Galerkin method, and then solved via Runge-Kutta method. The effect of different parameters such as size effect, electrical current magnitude and magnetic field intensity on the vibration characteristics of GSs is investigated. The results show that the magnetic field increases the linear natural frequency, and decreases the nonlinear natural frequency of the GSs. Excessive increase of the magnetic field causes instability in the GSs.
EDAS_P system for electronic circuits design, which is developed at ETRI. There are 3 kinds of graphics tools. In this paper, we presents the improved graphics functions of EDAS_P system using the GSS${\times}$CGI.
In this article, we are presenting and examining a subclass of Meromorphic univalent functions as stated by the Bessel function. We get disparities in terms of coefficients, properties of distortion, closure theorems, Hadamard product. Finally, for the class Σ*(℘, ℓ, ℏ, τ, c), we obtain integral transformations.
As part of the DIGIT key program, we observed GSS30-IRS1, a Class I object located in Ophiuchus (d=125 pc), with Herschel-PACS. More than 70 lines were detected: CO lines of $J=14{\rightarrow}13$ to $41{\rightarrow}40$, several $H_2O$ lines of Eu=100 to 1500 K, 16 OH lines, and two atomic [OI] lines at 63 and 145 ${\mu}m$. All lines, except for [OI], were detected only at the central spaxel of $9.4^{\prime\prime}{\times}9.4^{\prime\prime}$ while the [OI] emission is extended along the NE-SW direction. One interesting feature in GSS30-IRS1 is that the continuum is extended beyond PSF, unlike the line emission. For detail analysis, we apply the non-LTE LVG model, RADEX as well as simple rotational diagrams to the detected line fluxes. We will discuss about the physical conditions around GSS30-IRS1, learned by the line flux analysis.
The thermal oxidation recipe has been optimized for very thin (12 nm) capacitor oxide for Mega bit DRAM. The time dependent dielectric breakdown characteristics show that the breakdown voltage and time to breakdown are very high and uniform, indication that our oxide is defect free and suitable for DRAM capacitor dielectric. To our knowledge this is the best oxide quality obtained up tp now around 10 nm.
In this paper, we consider a characterization of a Guard Sufficiency Set(GSS) in the hierarchy of simple polygons. we propose the diagonals of a arbitrary triangulation of a polygon as a GSS when guards see the diagonals with completely visibility and both sides of the diagonal. we show that this can be a GSS in convex polygons, unimodal polygons, spiral polygons but this can not be a GSS in star-shaped polygons, monotone polygons, completely external visible polygons.

In this study, experiments for selection of association terms were conducted in order to discover the optimum method in selecting additional terms that are related to an initial query term. Association term sets were generated by using support, confidence, and lift measures of the Apriori algorithm, and also by using the similarity measures such as GSS, Jaccard coefficient, cosine coefficient, and Sokal & Sneath 5, and mutual information. In performance evaluation of term selection methods, precision of association terms as well as the overlap ratio of association terms and relevant documents' indexing terms were used. It was found that Apriori algorithm and GSS achieved the highest level of performances.
