The number of multicultural families with children are growing in South Korea. When it comes to childrearing, co-existence of two different cultures in these families pose unique challenges as husbands and wives navigate differences in norms and practices. The goal of this study was to examine what predicts involvement in child care among South Korean fathers in multicultural families. We hypothesized that the degree of wives' adaptation to South Korea and husbands' cultural characteristics, such as family ideology and cultural competence, would influence father involvement in child care. The sample consisted of 138 Korean fathers and their wives from China. Participants completed a questionnaire. Results showed that South Korean fathers engaged in a moderate level of child care activities. As hypothesized, their Chinese wives' level of adaptation to South Korea and their own cultural characteristics were significantly associated with their involvement in child care. South Korean fathers were more likely to get involved in child care when their wives were less acculturated. Also, culturally considerate and less traditional men in terms of family ideology were more likely to perform child care.

I compared trade structure and competitiveness by sector using industrial classification in UN Comtrade data and SITC. Based on the comparison, I calculated market share, export competitions, RCA, and TSI. and then selected sensitive industries based on competitiveness, and identified the ZOPA and our BATNA. These calculations confirmed the industries damaged by FTA and those benefiting from the FTA between Korea and Japan, the study them developed strategies for VIA negotiation. It is to minimize damages to Korean economy and to maximize benefits from the agreement. The negotiation plan allowed an adjustment period for industries, for which damages are expected, by setting a long grace period before implementing tariffs. Based on the negotiation plan made through economic analysis, I intend. contribute to more efficient promotion of negotiation by extracting the optimal FFA negotiation plan for each manufacturing industry.

The purpose of the present study was to examine how dimensions of socialization practice and relationship quality may function to manage or increase parent-adolescent conflict. Of particular concern was to examine the comparative efficacy of potential predictors of parent-adolescent conflict across three cultural groups consisting of samples from Mainland China, Russia, and the U.S. as well as across gender-of-parent/gender-of-adolescent dyads from each culture. Findings from a sample of 1,365 adolescents indicated that adolescents' perceptions of parental influences on parent-adolescent conflict differ across cultural groups and gender-of-adolescent. The use of punitive behavior by parents was the strongest and most consistent predictor of parent-adolescent conflict across all cultural groups and gender dyads, suggesting that a general pattern exists for punitiveness to increase parent-adolescent conflict cross-culturally. Perceptions of support, monitoring, conformity to parents, and autonomy from parents influenced parent-adolescent conflict within some of the cultures and selectively for adolescent boys and girls.

Good manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulation for diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals was prepared at 2014. The mandatory GMP regulation becomes effective on $1^{st}$, July 2015,with two years of grace periods. Korean radiopharmaceuticals GMP regulation was consisted of quality management, personnel, premise and facility, documentation, production, quality control and self-audit and they have a very similar structure to European Union and PIC/S GMP regulation. Here, we describe detailed description of GMP regulation each part and application to radiopharmaceuticals production. And we also compare Korea, Japan and USA radiopharmaceuticals GMP regulation. GMP is a method to maintain quality of radiopharmaceuticals in daily production and it must be embedded on the manufacturing operation and management.

기독교 영성교육에 대한 관심은 날이 갈수록 증가되는 추세에 있지만, 한국교회 현장의 영성교육은 개신교 전통에 따른 선명한 교육목적의 제시가 없는 가운데 교육내용과 방법이 파편화되어 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 엄밀한 학문적 방법에 의거하여 개신교 영성교육의 목적을 정립하고 그것에 맞는 교육의 내용과 방법을 찾아내는 연구가 필요하다. 이 필요성에 따라 수행된 본 연구는 개신교 영성의 핵심정신을 찾아 교육목적으로 삼고 그 목적을 구현할 수 있는 개신교 교유의 영성교육 내용을 찾아 그것을 오랜 역사를 가진 그리스도교 영성수련들과 유기적으로 통합한 하나의 창의적 영성교육 모형을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 먼저 교육목적의 설정을 위해서 개신교 대표지도자 루터(Luther), 칼빈(Calvin), 그리고 웨슬리(Wesley)의 '믿음의 삶'에 대한 가르침을 고찰하였다. 그 가르침 안에서 '개신교 영성'의 핵심정신으로서 '자유케 됨'(liberated-ness)의 정신을 발견하여 교육목적으로 삼고, 로마가톨릭교회의 '은혜' 개념과는 다른 개신교 특유의 '은혜의 방편' 전통을 발견해 내어 '자유케 됨'을 구현하는 교육내용으로 삼았다. 그리고 '자유케 됨'이 이루어지는 기전을 다음의 세 개의 창의적 개념으로 설명한다. 신자의 '자유케 됨'은 하나님에게서 나오는 '자유케 하는 의지'(liberating will)로 시작되며, 신자는 '자기를 드리는 의지'(self-giving will)로 이에 응답하게 되는데, 이 두 의지가 만나는 접촉점이 '믿음의 생명막'(the living membrane of faith)이다. 이 기전을 기초로 삼아 구성된 '자유케 됨의 실천' 영성교육 모형의 교육목적은 학습자가 삶 가운데 하나님과의 인격적 '만남'을 가지며 점점 더 '자유케 됨'을 누리는 가운데 더 충성스럽게 이웃을 자유케 하는 사람이 되어가는 것이다. 학습자와 교사의 관계는 쉐릴(Sherrill)의 인격적 '만남'의 관계이며 김현숙의 '공유적 권위'를 갖는 관계이다. 교육내용은 쉐릴의 '만남'의 성경묵상과 다익스트라(Dykstra)의 '실천들', 그리고 개신교 '은혜의 방편'의 다섯 영역과 연계된 그리스도교의 영성수련 다섯 가지를 채택하여 그것을 개신교의 '자유케 됨'의 원리로 변형한 것이다. 이 영성수련들의 새로운 명칭은 '만남의 렉시오 디비나,' '주님향함기도,' '서로-영적방향잡기,' '자유마중섬김,' 그리고 '자유성찰기도'이다. 교수-학습과정은 다익스트라가 학습자 중심의 실천을 돕는 데 사용한 코칭과 멘토링의 과정이다. 교육환경은 무어(Moore)의 '성례전적 공동체'를 지향하는 인적 환경에 중점을 두며, 평가는 학습자 스스로 평가하는 것을 기본으로 한다. 본 교육모형은 그리스도교 역사 안의 주요 영성수련 내용들을 명시적으로 개신교의 '자유케 됨'의 영성으로 변형하여 교육하는 길을 제시함으로써 초대교회 때부터 이어지는 그리스도교 영성수련의 맥을 개신교 교회에서 창조적으로 계승하여 나갈 수 있게 해 준다는 의의를 갖는다.

Sourcing Simulator is specialized form of software capable of providing great insight into merchandising decision making. It is relatively easy to learn and operate by reading the help menus, experimenting with inputs, and critically analyzing outputs. 1 see that it has great potential in a training program for new merchandisers to help them absorb the complexity of the numbers they must effectively use. The Sourcing Simulator, Version 1 that accompanies my textbook, Merchandising: Theory Principles, and Practice, 2nd ed. is the least complex version available. Two versions are available from [TC]2 - Retail version and The Retail/ Manufacturing version. The Retail Version is very similar to the Version 1. The Retail/ Manufacturing Version includes analysis of processes and costs in the manufacturing process as well as the merchandise planning component that we have discussed here. Sourcing Simulator is developed at North Carolina State University by Dr. Russ King, and available from Textile Clothing Technology Corporation $[TC]^2$, Cary, North Carolina.

This study researches the form of the Korean jacket point through relics from the Three Kingdoms period that have the traditional Korean style and grace of the Goryeo period as well as the form of the modern Korean jacket starting point. Several conclusions can be drawn from the Korean Image of the Korean jacket that can be classified into types expressed in the jacket style of modern fashion. Therefore, we will analyze traditional elements of Korean beauty through the "Korean image" on how to express it in modern fashion. The purpose of this study is to understand modern design creation and Korean culture. It is important to begin the world through the application of traditional elements to recognize Korean beauty as well as to utilize historical dress based on function and popularity to continue the effort.

본 연구의 목적은 교회 안팎에서 사용되고 있는 카리스마와 영성의 인과관계를 통하여 교회 공동체의 영향력과 리더십의 미래를 고찰하고자 한다. 연구결과 첫째 목회자의 카리스마리더십은 일반성도들의 영성 즉 하나님과의 관계의 하위요소인 양육, 기도, 전도, 제자도, 지도자에 영향을 미치며 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째 목회자의 카리스마리더십은 일반성도들의 영성 즉 사람들과의 관계의 하위요소인 양육, 기도, 전도, 제자도, 지도자에 영향을 미치며 중요한 요인이다.

In line with the goal of achieving a low carbon future, the Philippines made an aspirational target which aims to increase the total installed capacity coming from renewable energy (RE) to at least 20,000 MW by 2040. The country's RE sector has progressively advanced over the years following the enactment of its comprehensive RE Law in 2008. Among other RE technologies, solar achieved the highest installation growth from 2008 to 2018. The paper seeks to assess whether the Philippines' RE target by 2040 is achievable in terms of the current status and future outlook for RE. Major roadblocks that hamper RE development are identified and discussed, including some recommendations for policy-making and energy planning.

Why do religions emphasize good deeds like charity or love? What kind of relation are there between good deeds and salvation? Early Buddhism stresses that the deed of mortal cannot escape retribution. And deeds are intentional act, so those are representation of mind. Therefore an issue of mind raises its head before action. The extinction of ignorance and thirsty gives rise to good mind, and the good mind produces good deed. Mahāyāna Buddhism accentuates charity. It signifies that the mind of oneself sympathizes the mind of others. That is impossible unless one throws away attachment to oneself. The alms deed makes that possible. In Roman Catholicism Ten Commandments assert absolute worship to god. The transcendental merits devaluate worldly ones, so the mind can obtain calmness. Protestant claims the one can acquire salvation only by faith. And the salvation leads human to good deed. In conclusion good deeds are not ways and means to mokṣa or grace, but identical with them in Early Buddhism and Mahāyāna Buddhism, and Roman Catholicism and Protestant.
