GMT-Sheet 성형품의 표면요철에 미치는 성형조건의 영향 (Effects of Molding Condition on Surface Unevenness of GMT-Sheet Moldings)

  • 성형조건에 따른 GMT-Sheet를 관찰하여, 성형품 표면의 불량원인을 조사했다. 현미경 관찰 결과, GMT-Sheet 성형품의 표면에서 구정, 섬유돌출, 크랙, 섬유노출, 마이크로 웰드라인, 핀홀, 여파굴곡곡선 등의 결함을 발견했다. 이 결함들은 요철의 발생원인이고, 표면 광택에 영향을 주는 현상이다. 그리고 표면거칠기에 영향을 주는 요철의 가장 주요한 발생원인은 보압 냉각 과정에서 발생하는 모재의 수축이었다. 성형 시의 보압하중이 높을수록 GMT-Sheet 성형품 표면은 좋아졌다. 또한 서냉실험에서는 탈형온도가 낮을수록 성형품의 표면이 좋아졌다.

  • The application as the parts of an automobile, using the property of GMT-Sheet, is increasing. In order to exchange the parts of an automobile for GMT-Sheet, at first, the establishment and joining problem of exact joining strength must be determined. We have studied it using composites which is not same each other fiber oriented condition so as to determine joining strength and joining condition of GMT-Sheet. h this study, the result of experiment of forming condition concerned joining problem of GMT-Sheet is this ; joining efficiency of of GMT-Sheet, increases as lap joint length L increases. Increase of compression ratio causes decrease of joining efficiency after of GMT-Sheet joining. In the viewpoint of recycling, randomly oriented composite of GMT-Sheet is desirable more than unidirectional oriented composite. We has better design the structure so as not to occur to stress centralizatien on the joining part.

GMT Sheet에서 섬유함유율 및 섬유배향이 인장강도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Fiber Content and Fiber Orientation on the Tensile Strength in Glass Mat Reinforced Thermoplastic Sheet)

  • we can say that the increasing range of the value of GMT Sheet's tensile strength in the direction of fiber orientation is getting wider as the fiber content increases. It shows that the value of GMT Sheet's tensile strength in the direction of fiber orientation 90 is similar with the value of pp's intensity when fiber orientation function is J= 0.7, regardless of the fiber content. Tensile strength of GMT Sheet is affected by the fiber orientation distribution more than by the fiber content.
