The purpose of this study was to find a system and a progression principle in orchestral piece based on the outcome after comparatively analyzing the orchestral operation technique in "Battle for The Glory" out of the background music in the animation "Dragon Quest IV" by Koichi Sugiyama(1931~), who is a leading runner of Japan's animation music, based on functional parts daccord & Instrumentation Pattern, Rhythm Pattern, Voicing Pattern, and harmonic ratio by progression section devised by the writer. As a result, first, five themes in this music have specific instrumentation pattern, respectively. In a passage that is shown exposition, reprise, and representation in theme, the unity was emphasized by maintaining the same instrumentation pattern. On the contrary to this, a passage of being suggested new theme is being used the exchange method and addition & subtraction in musical instrument in order to strengthen diversity. Second, the voicing pattern is forming the vertical contrasting relationship of "thinness-thickness" on the whole. However, the diversity is being intensified that is changed into the structure of "thickness-thinness" in the third theme and of "thinness-thickness" that has two melodies in the fourth theme. Third, the rhythm pattern is forming the vertical contrasting relationship of "big-small" on the whole. However, the fifth theme is being given diversity with being changed into the structure of "small-big." Fourth, the harmony by progression section from the horizontal perspective is shown to be high in the proportion of unity in the section of being repeated and represented the theme and to be high in the proportion of diversity in the section of being suggested new theme. In this study, the balanced orchestral operation technique through the operation technique, which was used in this work, is what extracts the relationship of diverse proportions in the horizontal progression section based on the technique of vertical perspective. In this aspect, this analytical study is desired to be positioned as a new paradigm in establishing a theoretical system and an educational method in orchestration.

Toegye pursues a life of pleasure, joy and nobility. Anyone who is a scholar shall feel a joy in learning and practicing. However, not everyone can enjoy true pleasure or true calling through self-cultivations. Everybody wants "a joy of distant friends' visitations." But most of Confucian scholars prefer forests as a place of learning and self-cultivation. Toegye especially likes a forest life and then gives same value to walking as to reading. "Not to be angry even if not recognized" must be a high stage of self-cultivation. Toegye does not pursue fame or glory and always resign into a country life. His life-time resignation makes him obtain great after-death fame and glory. Thus, nobody feels jealousy against him but adores him.

It is estimated that there are 40 million people with AIDS worldwide, with most cases occurring mainly in developing countries. HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, is infected with CD4+ T cells in the blood and gradually destroys CD4+ T cells for several months to 10 years, thereby lowering the patient's immune function. AIDS patients who have weakened immunity in this way will die from various diseases. The current method for counting the number of CD4+ T cells is usually performed by flow cytometry. The flow cytometry method has the advantage of high accuracy, but it is difficult to use in developing countries because it requires skilled professionals and equipment is expensive. As a result of this study, a device for AIDS screening was developed by capturing leukocytes from a small amount of 5 ㎕ blood through a microfilter and analyzing CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells from the captured cells. cheaper and easier to carry and use than current test equipment.

The Paprika plant infected with Pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV) do not produce commercial fruit as causing necrotic spots symptom on the fruit. Ten cultivars of paprika were analyzed to select the resistance cultivars against PMMoV pathotypes, $P_{1.2}$ and $P_{1.2.3}$, using bioassay and genetic markers. $L^1$, $L^3$, and $L^4$ genotypes expressing resistance to the pathotypes existed in those cultivars but $L^2$ genotype did not. $L^4L^4$ in cvs. Easy and Magnifico, $L^4L^3$ in cvs. Scirocco and Orange glory F1, $L^4L^1$ in cv. Special F1, $L^3L^3$ in cvs. Fiesta, Piero and Derby, and $L^3L^1$ in Cupra and Mazzona F1 were identified with SCAR and CAPS markers. The resistant cvs. to the 2 pathotypes were Magnipico, Easy, Scirocco F1, Orange glory and Special F1 and the susceptible cvs. were Fiesta, Piero, Derby, Cupra and Mazzona F1. The susceptible cvs. of the absence of $L^4$ genotype showed systemic infection when inoculated with PMMoV-$P_{1.2.3}$. However, those cvs. despite the presence of $L^3$ genotype showed vein necrosis on the inoculated leaf and hypersensitive necrosis symptom on the upper parts when inoculated with PMMoV-$P_{1.2}$.

In railway, Tie supports rail and plays a role that distribute train load to the ballast. Also, Tie and ballast resist against external force and fix the track position. But, weakening resistance of ballast and tie cause vertical displacement of tie and track irregularity. For reinforcement of track stiffness and reduction of track irregularity, KORAIL has developed Multi Branch type tie(GLORY Tie) that reinforced resistance than general PCT and installed in order to test in the field. This study measured and analyzed lateral resistance of ballast, wheel load of rail, bending strain of rail foot, vertical displacement and vibration acceleration of tie in order to evaluate performance of Multi Branch type tie in the field. According to the results of test, Multi Branch tie is excellent than general tie about lateral resistance of ballast and vertical displacement of tie. And, gap of measurement value between Multi Branch type tie and general tie about wheel load of rail, bending strain of rail foot were very small.

Costume of each age reflects its own history. Military costume is an reflections of war, social and geometrical background. Soldiers on their uniforms were at the battlefields with their lives and country on their shoulders. The main purpose of this writing is to study military costume of ancient empires in historical Point of view including especially those of Egypt, Mesopotamia, Crete, Greece, Etruria, Rome. As we will see, ancient military costume developed from earlier stages of uniforms into military costume in various ways. The types of military costume formed itself gradually but rapidly into sophisticated, useful, and excellent quality clothes. Military costume of early ancient empires signified its strength and were actual and symbolic costume that determined life and death, glory and disgrace.

The Tabernacle was Personally designed by God and was ordered from God to Moses to build it as the first Piece of church architecture that accurately showed God's love and will of salvation towards humankind. Tabernacles, through the architecture of tabernacles teaches the Lord being among us. His Holiness and man's sins, and also reflects the path of eternity as well as the good news and salvation through Jesus Christ. And the Tabernacle is talking of the Glory of New Jerusalem that is provided Kingdom of Heaven for us at the same time being a completion of a final and ultimate church constructed long predicted through the Bible being already designed by God. The external expression of modern architecture may follow the uniqueness of that age but the special quality of the interior and exterior symbolism of church architecture will have to consist the standards of God for He is the first, sincere designer.
