  • Recently many of earlier GIS services are changing to the form of user-participated dynamic geoweb service like many new impressive web 2.0 services substitute for earlier old-fashioned web 1.0 services. Many relevant technologies are necessary to be developed so as to integrate a number of geospatial data and functions all around into the useful geoweb services. It is also necessary to make the integration easy and to cope with the rapid changes in geoweb environment. In this study, the trend of relevant geoweb technologies were reviewed before, and the development of open geospatial service platform were carried out. As a result, open 2D/3D map service engine, user-participated mashup engine, Open API search engine and so on were im plemented as the core components of that platform. The platform will be able to be used as the common platform among a number of applications in the fields such as public/private GIS integration, u-city projects and GIS/LBS services etc.

  • It is widely known that the ultra high frequency (UHF) method that detects the electromagnetic wave of the PD pulses in the gas insulated space is one of the most competitive methods for its high sensitivity. From the above point of view, this paper describes the propagation characteristics of GIS PD signals measured with ultra wide band (UWB) GIS PD detecting system in which PD signals are detected into the dual UHF band. The UWB PD detection system consists of the UWB UHF coupler, the UWB low noise amplifier (LNA) and the oscilloscope. The dual bands for PD signals are 0.5-2GHz(full band) and 1-2GHz(high band). As results, propagation characteristics of GIS PD signals were measured in the mock-up GIS bus and it was found that the propagation characteristics of the high band showed a better result in accordance with the infernal configuration of the GIS bus than those of the full band.

  • In this paper partial discharge were simulated by conducted particle, a fine protrusion, surface discharge, which could be easy accumulated charge and concentrated electric field in the model GIS. In this times this paper measured and analyzed the radiated electromagnetic waves by using spectrum analyzer and antenna ($30{\sim}2,000[MHz]$ for measurement of EMI EMC in accordance with occurrence and propagation of partial discharge. In the basis of this results, a novel UHF(Ultra High Frequency) spherical sensor is presented. The measured impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna is from 0.3[GHz] to 1.7[GHz]. Form results of this study, this antenna will be playing an important role for the sensor for insulation diagnosis system by UHF method of real site GIS and power equipment using $SF_6$ gas.

  • If obstacle in GIS(Gas Insulted Switchgear), its affects are great are on the community and it is consequently demanded lots of difficulties to recover and repair. Accordingly, diagnosis techniques, that are able to prevent from accidents before they happen by providing more stable and highly reliable power effectively and finding sign of the accidents is very important A novel UHF(Ultra High Frequency)-microstrip antenna is presented. The measured impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna is from 0.5[GHz] to 15[GHz] with the stop band from 0.5[GHz] to 10.7 [GHz] for VSWR<2. Form results of this study, The antenna is will play an important role for the sensor for insulation diagnosis system by UHF method of real site GIS and power equipment using SF$_6$ gas.

The Analysis of Suspended Sediment Load of Donghyang and Cheoncheon Basin using GIS-based SWAT Model (GIS 기반 SWAT 모델을 이용한 동향·천천유역의 부유사량 분석)

  • This study applied SWAT model to analyze suspended sediment load that is influence on the high density turbid water in Donghyang and Cheoncheon basin, which are located in the upstream of Yongdam Dam. GIS data such as DEM, land cover map and soil map, and meteorological data were used as the input data of SWAT model. And the rating curve equation and Q-SS equation of Donghyang and Cheoncheon gauge station were applied as the measured values of them. As the result of flowout, the coefficient of determination ($R^2$) and the Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient of efficiency (EI) of model calibration showed high as 0.87 and 0.87 at Donghyang gauge station, and the $R^2$ and EI of model validation were high as 0.95 at Cheoncheon gauge station. Also, as the result of suspended sediment load, the $R^2$ and EI of model calibration were high as 0.77 and 0.76 at Donghyang gauge station, and the $R^2$ and EI of model validation marked high as 0.867 and 0.80 at Cheoncheon gauge station. It is considered that the suspended sediment load of 2003 showed the highest due to rainfall amounts and rainfall intensity in using SWAT model. The results of suspended sediment modeled in this study can be applied to the decision-making support data for the evaluation of soil erosion possibility and turbid water potential in the management of reservoir.

Applications of a GIS-based Paddy Inundation Simulation System (GIS 기반 농경지 침수모의시스템의 구축 및 적용)

  • A GIS-based paddy inundation simulation system which is capable of simulating temporal and spatial inundation processes was established and applied in this paper. The system is composed of HEC-GeoHMS, and HEC-GeoRAS modules which interface the GIS and flood runoff models, and HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS models which estimate the flood runoff. It was used to simulate storm runoff and inundation for a small rural watershed, the Baran HP#7, which is 10.69 $km^2$ in size. The simulated peak runoff, time to peak, and total direct runoff for eight storms were compared with the observed data. The results showed that the coefficient of determination ($R^2$) for the observed peak runoff was 0.99 and an error, RMSE, 11.862 $m^3$/s for calibration stages. In the model verification, $R^2$ was 0.99 and RMSE 1.296 $m^3$/s. Paddy inundation for each paddy growing stages in study watershed were estimated using verified inundation simulation system when probability rainfall was applied.

  • 본 연구에서는 UHF 대역의 측정이 가능한 Cavity 안테나를 이용하여 절연진단기술에서의 적용가능성을 검토해 보았다. 제안된 안테나는 유전체 손실이나 급전라인의 손실이 없는 공기를 매질로 하므로, 고출력에 적합하며 고효율을 가진다. 또한 제작이 용이한 구조를 가지므로 대량 생산 시 많은 장점올 가질 것으로 기대된다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 Cavity 안테나가 0.3 ${\sim}$ 10[GHz] 대역에서는 -10[dB]이하의 Return loss값을 가지는 측정주파수 대역이 약 2.7 ${\sim}$ 10[GHz]로 나타났으며, 0.3 ${\sim}$ 2.5[GHz]의 대역일 경우는 측정 주파수 대역이 약 0.7 ${\sim}$ 2.5[GHz]으로 나타남으로써 대표적인 전력기기인 GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear : 가스절연개폐장치)에서 UHF 대역을 이용한 절연진단기술에서 사용하는 주파수 대역에서 사용이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Since the mid-2000, so-called Web 2.0 paradigm was emerged and has been widely extended to actual Web markets with supporting Web technologies. Among Web 2.0 services, mashups with Open APIs is regarded as one of core technologies. Web mapping is also the most dominant mashup application in Open API-based applications, so that various mashups with Google Map API and other Open APIs are developing. In this paper, current technological status is explained with web GIS file formats of KML. While, a prototype is web-based GIS layer authoring system for general users, without any kinds of GIS tools and external spatial databases. This mashup application will be used web-based feature extraction for geo-spatial web for public users.

  • 공간정보의 효율적 공유를 위해 인터넷 기반 GIS소프트웨어 개발 및 응용과 관련된 연구가 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 여러 인터넷 GIS의 기본적인 요구사항 및 현재까지 개발모델과 문제점을 살펴보고, 표준 인터넷 기술을 기반으로 최근 웹 기술 표준 동향을 포함한, OpenGIS상호 운용성이 지원되는 인터넷 GIS기본 구조를 제시하고자 한다. 표준화될 인터넷 GIS 속도 향상과 TCP/IP상의 보안문제가 해결되어야 하고, OpenGIS에서 구성하고 있는 공간 데이터 공유를 위한 표준 사양을 준수할 뿐 아니라 클라이언트/서버의 부하가 최적화된 구조여야한다. 특히 웹 중심의 각종 인터넷 기술들, 즉 HTTP NG. XML, SSL등의 표준 기술이 함께 적용되어야 한다. 새로운 인프라구조는 GIS D/B에 포함된 확장된 (Enhanced) HTTP/MAP 서버와 클라이언트로 구성된다. MAP클라이언트는 MIME-TYPE 에 따라 GIS데이터를 표시할 수 있는 윈도우 환경으로 변환되며 GIS 데이터셋은 XML을 기반으로 하는 MapML(Mapping Makup Language)를 통해 형식을 정한다. 클라이언트가 MapML 토큐먼트를 통해 정의된 구획의 레이어와 벡터 데이터를 요청하고, Map서버는GIS D/B에서 WKB 혹은 소위 VML 형태로 추출하여 클라이언트로 보내주게 된다. 주어진 구획은 MapML로 정의된 속성들을 통해 각종 부가 정보를 열람할 수 있다. MAP은 HTTP와 같은 형태로 동작하므로 전자인증, 암호화를 통한 GIS정보 보안, 클라이언트와 서버 부하의 효율적인 분배 XML을 통한 다양한 GIS속성표현이 가능하다. 본 구조는 Apache +Amiya + Crass D/B+ MapML 환경에서 구현되고 있다.팔일 전송 기법을 각각 제시하고 실험을 통해 이들의 특성을 비교분석하였다.미에서 uronic acid 함량이 두 배 이상으로 나타났다. 흑미의 uronic acid 함량이 가장 많이 용출된 분획은 sodium hydroxide 부분으로서 hemicellulose구조가 polyuronic acid의 형태인 것으로 사료된다. 추출획분의 구성단당은 여러 곡물연구의 보고와 유사하게 glucose, arabinose, xylose 함량이 대체로 높게 나타났다. 점미가 수가용성분에서 goucose대비 용출함량이 고르게 나타나는 경향을 보였고 흑미는 알칼리가용분에서 glucose가 상당량(0.68%) 포함되고 있음을 보여주었고 arabinose(0.68%), xylose(0.05%)도 다른 종류에 비해서 다량 함유한 것으로 나타났다. 흑미는 총식이섬유 함량이 높고 pectic substances, hemicellulose, uronic acid 함량이 높아서 콜레스테롤 저하 등의 효과가 기대되며 고섬유식품으로서 조리 특성 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.리하였다. 얻어진 소견(所見)은 다음과 같았다. 1. 모년령(母年齡), 임신회수(姙娠回數), 임신기간(姙娠其間), 출산시체중등(出産時體重等)의 제요인(諸要因)은 주산기사망(周産基死亡)에 대(對)하여 통계적(統計的)으로 유의(有意)한 영향을 미치고 있어 $25{\sim}29$세(歲)의 연령군에서, 2번째 임신과 2번째의 출산에서 그리고 만삭의 임신 기간에, 출산시체중(出産時體重) $3.50{\sim}3.99kg$사이의 아이에서 그 주산기사망률(周産基死亡率)이 각각 가장 낮았다. 2. 사산(死産)과 초생아사망(初生兒死亡)을 구분(區分)하여 고려해 볼때 사산(死産)은 모성(母
