An autonomous navigation technology for the mobile robot is investigated in this paper. The proposed robot path planning algorithm employs the dynamic programming to find the optimal path. The algorithm finds the global optimal path through the local computation on the environmental map. Since the robot computes the new path at every point, it can avoid the obstacle successfully during the navigation. The experimental results of the robot navigation are included in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to examine the organization of the standard liberal arts curriculum in accordance with the academic credit bank system (ACBS). With the growth of the system, the standard curriculum of the ACBS turned out to have many problems which have to be solved for securing and maintaining the quality of the system. In an attempt to improve the standard liberal arts curriculum of the ACBS, the study analyzed the problems of standard liberal arts curriculum of the ACBS according to three criteria: the organization of subjects in the six liberal arts curriculum areas, the completion of liberal arts and the exchange subjects between majors and the liberal arts. Based on the results of the analysis, the study suggests ways to improve standard liberal arts curriculum. In the future, research needs to be conducted to explore ways to implement the proposed standard liberal arts curriculum of the ACBS in real contexts.

Biomass to methane production is a good supply of substitutable energy resources. The economic viability of these systems depends a great deal on cost effective production methods and facilities. The operational problem is to determine the time eto allocate to each batch of several feedstocks for each digester and to determine the number of batches for each digester so as to maximize biogas production for two identical digesters over a fixed planning horizon. This paper provides an efficient approximation procedure which is based on decomposition of the problem and the analysis of incremental gas production function for each feedstock. The computational experience for the heuristic procedure was also reported.

이 연구는 근래 한국 농가계층간에 경쟁력 수준의 격차가 확대되는 원인을 생산기술효율 측면에서 계측하고 비교분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 비모수적 접근방법을 사용하여 농지규모계층별 농가의 생산기술효율을 측정하고, 이는 다시 순수기술효율과 규모효율로 분리 계측되어 농가계층간 격차의 원인을 비교분석하였다. 1998-2002년 기간에 한국농가평균 순수기술효율은 0.54, 규모효율은 0.93으로 계측되었고, 대농층으로 갈수록 순수기술효율은 높은데 비해 규모효율은 낮게 나타났다. 그러나 5년(1998-2002년)기간 동안 대농층일수록 순수기술효율과 규모효율 모두 여타의 계층보다 빠르게 증가하는 추세를 보였으며, 이는 결과적으로 시간이 경과함에 따라서 대농층과 여타농과의 기술의 격차가 확대되고 있는 것으로 해석된다.

본 연구에서는 오늘날 학교현장과 가정에서 학습자의 자기주도적 학습을 지원하기 위한 도구로서의 휴대폰의 유용성에 대해 알아보고 초등학생들에게 널리 보급되어 있는 피처폰에서 활용 가능한 학습 애플리케이션을 개발하여 이러한 모바일 애플리케이션을 통한 학습이 가지는 장점에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 또한 모바일 학습 애플리케이션을 효과적으로 개발할 수 있는 방법에 대한 자료를 제공하여 궁극적으로 모바일 학습이 활성화되는데 기여하고자 하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

본 논문에서는 바이어스 변형 신경회로망을 이용하여 시스템 동정과 제어 방식을 제안한다. 제안한 제어 방식은 바이어스 변형 신경회로망으로 비선형 시스템을 동정하고, 동정한 정보를 이용하여 제어기를 설계하는 방식이다. 제안한 방식의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 단일 관절 매니퓰레이터를 대강으로 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 우수성을 확인하였다.

This paper deals with the economic analysis of domestic fuel cell vehicles considering subsidy and hydrogen price in 2015 and 2025. We selected TFCV (Tucson fuel cell vehicle) and TDV (Tucson diesel vehicle) to identify the economic feasibility of fuel cell vehicles compared with conventional internal combustion engine vehicles. We made some sensitivity analysis by changing input factors such as the size of the subsidy, the hydrogen price and the discount rate. Also, we made a break-even point analysis on hydrogen prices that equalize the economic feasibility of TFCV and TDV in 2025. As a result, TFCV is not economical in 2015 due to the relatively high prices of hydrogen and vehicles. If the sale prices of TFCV are 30,000,000 won and 35,000,000 won in 2025, then the break-even points of hydrogen prices are equal to 7,483 won/kg and 5,043 won/kg.

This paper studies in terms of nonverbal communication the roles of Gut-clothinbgs used in Jin-Do Sit-gim Gut are classified as follows: 1) The message communicated through the ordinary clothings of a shaman is that he or she is waiting to serve as a presider of a Gut ceremony actiong as a mediator between the spirtual and the human world. 2) The shaman clothings representing many kinds of spirits are visualized figures which are closely related to the common wishes of most people in society e. g. physical and material well-being longevity fertility. 3) The clothings serve as a body figure in the Gut are classified into 5 groups. (1) Laid-on clothings give the message that the body is standing still. (2) Wrapped clothings serve as an incarnated body of the dead. (3) Spread clothings represent a lying body. (4) Oscillated clothings are the symbols of a spirit which moves from this world to another. (5) Burned clothings mean that the spirit has attained a complete seperation from this world.

선박통항이 빈번하고 해상 교통밀도가 높아 해양사고가 빈번한 서남해역의 해상교통안전에 기여하고자 진도 연안VTS 센터를 구축, 2006년 7월 19일 개국식을 갖고 본격적인 운영을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 진도 연안VTS 관제범위내 주변환경과 항행 위해요소 분석, 교통실태 관측조사 및 해양사고 분석을 통한 해상교통환경평가를 실시하여 진도 연안VTS 관제범위내 해상교통시스템 개선을 위한 항행 위해요소를 제시한다
