개심술후 발생한 심근손상에서 진단 표지자로서의 Troponin T의 임상적 유용성 (Availability of Cardiac Troponin T as a Marker for Detecting Perioperative Myocardial Damage in Patients with Open Heart Surgery)

  • Troponin T(이하 TnT)는 주로 심근세포에 존재하며 심근손상 시에만 유리되는 심근특이 효소이다. 저자들은 개심술을 시행한 34명의 환자들을 대상으로 수술 전후 심근손상에 대한 지표로서 TnT의 유용성에 대해 조사하였다. 환자들은 허혈성 심질환에 의한 관동맥 우회술이 11례, 후천성 판막 질환이 13례, 그리고 선천성 심질환이 10례였다. 이들은 술후 흉통과 심전도의 ST분절과 T파의 변화 등에 의거하여 심근손상이 의심되는 환자들(A군, 11례)과 정상 소견을 가진 환자들(B군, 23례)로 구분하였다. TnT의 측정은 효소 면역법을 이용하여 술 전, 수술 직후와 술후 1, 2, 3, 7일에 각각 측정하여 수술 전후의 수치 변화를 각 군간에 서로 비교하였고, 같은 시기에 측정한 CK-MB의 변화와 비교 분석하였다. A군에서는 수술 직후와 술후 1, 2, 3, 7일에 각각 1.37$\pm$0.26 $\mu$g/L, 3.16$\pm$0.66 $\mu$g/L, 2.39$\pm$0.74 $\mu$g/L, 2.49$\pm$0.76 $\mu$g/L, 그리고 1.23$\pm$0.60 $\mu$g/L로 변화하였으며, B군에서는 0.38$\pm$0.04 $\mu$g/L, 0.34$\pm$0.05 $\mu$g/L, 0.25$\pm$0.03 $\mu$g/L, 0.24$\pm$0.04 $\mu$g/L, 그리고 0.11$\pm$0.03 $\mu$g/L로 두 군간에 전기간에 걸쳐서 유의한 차이를 가졌다(P<0.01). 이에 반하여 CK-MB는 술후 1일째만 A군과 B군간에 145.04$\pm$35.08 IU/L과 31.28$\pm$5.87 IU/L로 유의한 차이가 있었고(P<0.05), 2일째부터 급격히 감소하여 3일 이후에는 술전치로 환원하였다. 혈청 TnT치가 1.0 $\mu$g/L이상인 경우를 술후 심근손상의 기준으로 볼 때 TnT는 심근손상의 진단에 있어서 100%의 민감도와 87%의 특이도를 보였다(P<0.01). 따라서 TnT는 심근손상 환자에 있어서 CK-MB와 달리 수술 직후부터 증가하여 지속됨으로써 심근손상의 정도를 더욱 민감하게 반영하고, 장기간 유의한 차이를 보여줌으로써 술후의 심근손상을 진단하는데 있어서 기존의 방법들보다 더욱 유용한 것으로 사료된다.

우리나라 인공호의 부영양화 평가 및 예측에 관한 연구

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate and to predict of eutrophication in lakes by using VollenweiderGECD model and total phosphorus concentration and inflow rate which were measurded in 1993-1996. The results of study was as follows. The annual total phosphorus loading from the watershed was calculated to be 181-195tP /yr at lake Soyang, 591-680tP/yr at lake Chungju, 420-466tP/yr at lake Taechong, 229-278tP/yr at lake Andong, 103-106tP/yr at lake Hapchon, 57-59tP/yr at lake Imha, 194-244tP/yr at lake Namgang, 8386tP /yr at lake Chuam, 99-109tP /yr at lake Somjin. These are discharged, for the most parts, from population and ftshfarm facility. TP loading on the surface area at lake Soyang was 3.0lgP/$m^2$/yr, 2.82gP/$m^2$/yr, 2.84gP/$m^2$/yr, 3. 03gP/$m^2$/yr, at lake Chungju 7.91gP/$m^2$/yr, 6.87gP/$m^2$/yr, 7.38gP/$m^2$/yr, 7.l8gP/$m^2$/yr, at lake Taechong 6.7lgP/$m^2$/yr, 7.25gP/$m^2$/yr, 7.24gP/$m^2$/yr, 6.53gP/$m^2$/yr and TP loading on the surface area of Nakdong river basin, that is, lake Andong, Imha, Hapchon and Namgang were 5.39gP/$m^2$/yr, 4.47gP/$m^2$/yr, 4. 56gP/$m^2$/yr, 4.45gP/$m^2$/yr and 2.20gP/$m^2$/yr, 2.23gP/$m^2$/yr, 2.24gP/$m^2$/yr, 2.l7gP/$m^2$/yr and 4.50gP/$m^2$/ yr, 4.50gP/$m^2$/yr, 4.54gP/$m^2$/yr, 4.43gP/$m^2$/yr and 8.25gP/$m^2$/yr, 8.48gP/$m^2$/yr, 8.48gP/$m^2$/yr, 10. 39gP/$m^2$/yr respectively. Also those of lake Chuam was 2.51gP/$m^2$/yr, 2.61gP/$m^2$/yr, 2.52gP/$m^2$/yr, 2. 54gP/$m^2$/yr and TP loading on the surface area at lake Somjin was analysed 4.09gP/$m^2$/yr, 4.l0gP/$m^2$/yr, 3.98gP/$m^2$/yr,3.73gP/$m^2$/yr. The tropic states of nine lakes can be assessed as eutrophy because phosphorus loading exceeds the critical phosphorus loading by Vollenwelder-GECD model.

  • 과냉각액체구역(${\Delta}T_{x}=T_{x}-T_{g}$)을 갖는 $Fe_{80}P_{10}C_{6}B_{4}$ 조성에 천이금속(Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Co, Ni, Pd, Pt및 Cu)를 첨가하여 이들 원소가 유리화온도($T_{g}$), 결정화온도($T_{x}$) 및 과냉액체구역 (${\Delta}T_{x}$)에 미치는 영향에 \ulcorner여 조사하였다. $Fe_{80}P_{10}C_{6}B_{4}$ 합금의 ${\Delta}T_{x}$ 값은 27K였으나 이 합금에 Hf, Ta 및 Mo을 각각 4at%첨가하면 그 값이 40k 이상으로 증가하였다. 이같은 ${\Delta}T_{x}$ 값의 증가는 유리화온도($T_{g}$의 상승보다 결정화온도($T_{x}$)의 상승폭이 크기 때문이다. $T_{g}$$T_{x}$는 외각전자밀도(e/a)가 약 7.38에서 7.05로 감소할수록 상승하였다. e/a의 감소는 천이금속과 다른 구성원소(반금속)사이의 상호결합상태를 의미한다. 즉 $T_{g}$$T_{x}$의 상승은 강한 상호결합력에 기인하는 것으로 사료된다.

Thickness Dependence of the Glass Transition Temperature in Thin Polymer Films

  • In this study the glass transition temperature in thin polymer films has been studied. Ellipsometry has been used to measure $T_{g}$ of thin film as a function of film thickness. Empirical equation has been proposed to fit the measured $T_{g}$ pattern with thickness. Also, a continuous multilayer model was proposed and derived to describe the effect of surface on the observed $T_{g}$ reduction in thin films, and the depth-dependent $T_{g}$ profile was obtained. These results showed that $T_{g}$ at the top surface was much lower than the bulk $T_{g}$ and gradually approached the bulk $T_{g}$ with increasing distance from the edge of the film. The model and equation were modified to apply for the polymer coated on the strongly favorable substrate and the freely standing film.

Structural Relaxation of Semiconducting Vanadate and IR-Transmitting Gallate Glasses Containing Iron

  • Glass transition temperature (T/sub g/) is proportional to the quadrupole splitting(Δ) of Fe(III) obtained from the /sup 57/Fe Mossbauer spectra (T/sub g/-Δ rule (1990)). The values of Δ reflect the distortion of Fe(III) atoms, which occupy the sites of network-forming atoms. Heat treatment of potassium vanadate and calcium gallate glasses at around the individual T/sub g/ causes a structural relaxation, accompanying a linear decrease of T/sub g/ and Δ values. These experimental results prove that T/sub g/ decreases with a decrease in the distortion of VO₄, GaO₄, and FeO₄tetrahedra, as the T/sub g/-Δ rule predicted.

한우 HGD 유전자내 변이지역과 경제형질간의 연관성 분석 (Identification of a SNP in Cattle HGD Gene with its Effect on Economic Trait in Hanwoo)

  • HGD (homogentisate1,2-dioxygenase)유전자는 소의 1번 염색체에 존재하며, tyrosine과 phenylalanine의 이화 작용을 돕는 효소 중 하나로 알려져 있다. 또한 소에서 도체중과 등심단면적에 영향을 주는 유전자로 보고된 바 있다. 본 연구는 한우 집단을 대상으로 HGD유전자내 변이지역을 탐색하고, 경제형질과의 연관성을 분석하기 위하여 실시하였다. 총 14개의 Exon지역을 바탕으로 변이지역을 탐색한 결과, 10개의 SNPs를 확인하였고, 이 중 genotype의 Frequency (MAF>0.1)를 고려하여 6개의 SNPs (G34256T, G34257C, T34284C, T42333G, T42348C, T42468C)를 발굴하여 경제형질과의 연관성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 G34256T에서 근내지방도와 유의적인 연관성이 확인되었고, G34257C에서 등심단면적과 근내지방도에서 유의적인 연관성이 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과에서 확인된 HGD 유전자의 SNP유전자형은 한우선발 및 개량을 위한 분자육종의 기초 자료로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • In this paper we are concered with the counting processes with intersity function $g_n(t)$, where $g_n(t)$ not only depends on t but n. It is shown that under certain conditions the number of events in [0, t] follows a generalizes Poisson distribution. A counting process is also provided such that $g_i(t)$$\neq$$g_i(t)$ for i$\neq$j and the number of events in [0, t] has a transformed geometric distribution.

  • The 5G system standardization body has been developing standard functions to provide ultra-high speed, ultra-high reliability, ultra-low latency, and ultra-connected services. In 3GPP Rel-16, which was recently completed, this system has begun to develop ultra-high reliability and ultra-low latency communication functions to support the vertical industry. It is expected that the trend in the adoption of mobile communication by the vertical industry will continue with the introduction of 5G. In this paper, we present the industrial Internet-of-Things (IIoT) service scenarios and requirements for the adoption of 5G systems by the vertical industry and the related standardization trend at present. In particular, we introduce the 5G time-sensitive networking standard technology, a core technology for realizing 5G-based smart factories, for IIoT services.

Association of SNPs in ODC and PRDM16 with Body Weight Traits in Korean Native Chicken

  • Both ODC and PRDM16 genes were known to be associated with body weight traits in chicken. These two genes were located on GGA3 and GGA21, respectively, where the QTLs of body weights are located. Therefore, the objectives of this study were to identify the SNPs in these two genes and their associations with body weight traits in Korean native chicken. Fluidigm Dynamic Array integrated fluidic circuits (IFCs) assay was used to genotype 7 SNPs consisting g.-353C>T, g.2136A>G, g.2524T>C, g.3607C>T SNPs of the ODC gene, and g.182216C>T, g.182290A>T, g.182491A>T SNPs of the PRDM16 gene. Statistical analysis showed that g.2136A>G SNP of the ODC was associated with body weight at 20 weeks of age and slaughter weight, and g.3607C>T SNP of the ODC was associated with body weight at 2 weeks of age. Association between g.182216C>T SNP of the PRDM16 and body weight at 12 weeks of age has also been revealed. In addition, g.182491A>T SNP of PRDM16 has significant correlation with body weight (BW) at 8 weeks, BW at 10 weeks and BW at 14 weeks of age. These results suggested that both ODC and PRDM16 could be strong candidate genes for body weight traits in Korean native chicken.
