  • Polymer-bonded magnetostrictive composites have some distinct advantages over conventional type materials in being cost effective and suitable for high frequency applications due to high electrical resistivity. Composites of rare earth based alloys were reported to show good magnetostrictive characteristics both in static and dynamic conditions [1].   • The generalization of social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly spread non-face-to-face services, accelerating the speed of non-face-to-face digital conversion technology. The importance of telemedicine, a remote service, has been rekindled in the wearable technology including the medical industry. In a situation where it is not easy for any company to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, it is a time when collaboration within the industry or between competitors is necessary. In addition to the digital-based online exhibition hall using AR-VR-MR technology, which is a major core technology of the future industry, virtual stores that can receive services such as actual shopping should be actively used. Paradoxically COVID-19 will provide new opportunities to reshape and reconnect the future of the textile and fashion industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of wearable technology products being developed as fashion items for the prevention of COVID-19 and analyze their characteristics. This study results can be used as basic data for future research on the fashion industry and education.

과학기술인력정책의 발전과정과 한계, 미래 방향에 대한 제언 (Development process and limitations of science and technology manpower policy, and suggestions for future direction)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 주요 과학기술인력정책의 발전과정에 대한 정리와 함께 수급 패러다임 변화라는 정책 환경 속에서 바람직한 미래 정책 방향을 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 이공계 기피 현상 해소를 화두로 2000년대부터 본격 추진되었던 과학기술인력정책의 전개과정을 이공계인력 지원 기본계획을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 다음으로 디지털 전환 등으로 인해 나타나는 과학기술인력 수요 변화와 인구구조 감소라는 공급충격, 즉 과학기술인재 수급 패러다임 전환의 주요 내용과 시사점을 정리하였다. 이를 바탕으로 미래 과학기술인력정책의 핵심 방향을 우수 과학기술인재 배출과 활용의 토대가 되어 인재의 지속 성장과 유입을 촉진시키는, 사람 중심의 과학기술 연구생태계 조성으로 제언하였다.

미래 과학교육에 대한 예비 초등 교사들의 인식 (The Perspectives of Pre-service Elementary Teachers on Science Education of Future)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perspectives of pre-service elementary teachers on science education of future by using Draw-A-Science-Teacher-Test Checklist and open-ended questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 136 pre-service elementary teachers. The results of the research are as follows. The pre-service teachers thought that the physical environment reflecting the latest science and technology for science education will be developed in the future. However, few respondents indicated that student-centered equipment or a free and creative classroom environment would be provided. Second, they predicted that there would be changes in teacher's activities due to the introduction of advanced facilities and equipment, but most of the other teachers' activities were thought to be similar to those of current teachers. Third, the pre-service elementary teachers thought that a variety of new technologies would be used in science education and science teachers would mainly teach high-technology, IT technology, science knowledge, and newly discovered science concepts. In addition, we found that pre-service elementary teachers' images were more 'teacher-centered' than 'student-centered'. These results show that pre-service elementary teachers are expected to utilize the latest science and technology actively in science education in 2030 and that it will lead to changes in the physical environment, teachers' activities, education contents, and teaching and learning methods. In addition, they viewed acquisition of science concept as an important goal of science education in the future and had different points of view from the current science education curriculum and scholars' emphasis on educational research for the future.

바이오 미래유망 연구분야 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Promising Future Biotechnology)

  • 과학기술이 경제사회의 핵심동력으로 작용하면서 향후 산업발전 및 국가 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 수 있는 과학기술에 대한 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 신규 유망기술 발굴의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 주요 선진국에서는 미래 유망기술을 예측하고 이에 대한 연구개발 지원이 추진 중에 있다. 현재 우리나라에서도 미래기술 예측을 위한 모델 및 조사체계 강화방안에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 신성장동력으로 각광받고 있는 바이오 분야에 대한 미래유망 연구 및 기술에 대한 도출방법을 연구하고자 한다. 바이오 분야 논문을 수집 및 분석하고 주제를 확인하기 위해 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용하여 주요 연구 분야를 도출하고자 한다. 텍스트마이닝 기법으로 논문등고선을 분석하여 바이오 분야의 중점 연구분야를 도출한 후, 심층분석을 통해 세부적인 연구동향 파악으로 미래유망 바이오 중점 연구테마에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 변화와 더불어 첨단과학기술의 발전에 따른 해당 기술을 접목한 미래 유·무인 혼합 보병분대 운용 시 전투효과를 전투실험 기법을 적용하여 도출해 보는데 목적이 있다. 과거 인간 및 수동적 기술을 활용한 전쟁 수행방식에서 무인·자동화·정보화 등 디지털 기술로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 부응하고 미래 전쟁에 대비하기 위해 육군의 가장 기본 조직이자 직접적인 전투를 수행하는 분대의 부대구조를 보완하는 방안을 모색해 본다는 측면에서 전투실험을 통해 미래 유·무인 혼합 보병분대의 전투효과를 측정했으며, 일정 부분 효과가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 미래 유·무인 혼합 보병분대 부대구조 발전을 모색할 시 여러 전투상황 속에서 AWAM 모델을 이용하여 실험한다면, 좀 더 최적화된 미래 유·무인 혼합 보병분대 부대구조를 찾는데 도움을 줄 것이라 생각한다.

국내 건축분야 3D 프린팅 시장 성숙도 기반 단계별 유통플랫폼 구축방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Phased Development Plan of Distribution Platform Based on 3D Printing Market Maturity in Domestic Architecture)

  • Recently, it is easy to find cases of 3D printing product, equipment, and materials in the architecture field. However, there is a lack of distribution environment where 3D printing products can be traded on an online platform or to access on-demand services in the architecture field. Therefore, in this study, a distribution platform development plan was proposed in consideration of the maturity level of the 3D printing distribution market in the domestic architecture field. For this purpose, the research was carried out as follows. First, by analyzing the case of the 3D printing distribution platform, the development stage of the distribution platform was set as three stages from the perspective of market maturity, platform development level, and sales/purchase experience level of suppliers and consumers. Second, the market maturity of the current domestic architecture field was evaluated as the first stage, and a distribution platform that could be implemented in the first stage was presented as a pilot. Third, we presented the first stage pilot, collected practical opinions on future construction plans through in-depth interviews, and presented detailed implementation plans for each stage necessary to achieve the second and third stage market maturity goals. Based on the roadmap derived from this study, it is expected that the domestic distribution platform market will grow step by step in the future and be utilized for business model development.

콘텐츠 중심의 네트워크 기술 (Content Centric Networking Technology)

  • 1990년 초 웹의 등장과 함께 인터넷의 전세계 확산으로 'Everything over Internet'은 시대적 요구가 되었다. 그러나 현재인터넷은 시대적 요구를 수용하기에는 인터넷 구조에 근본적인 문제가 제기되고 있어, 새로운 혁신적 접근(clean-slate approach) 방식의 미래인터넷에 대한 연구가 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 혁신적 미래인터넷 연구 기술의 하나인 콘텐츠 중심의 네트워킹 (content centric networking) 기술에 대해 분석한다. 콘텐츠 중심의 네트워크는 현재 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있는 데이터 서비스에 대해 보다 콘텐츠 중심의 전송 방식을 제공함으로써 더 빠르고 더 네트워크 공격에 강한 서비스를 제공하고자 하는 기술이다.

  • Today, the Internet has penetrated almost all the ins and outs of social life, has changed work, communications, social influence and the lifestyle of humankind. However, it is still short of flexibility, transparency etc., due to network address translator overuse, masschanges, uncomfortable protocols, and so on. Hence, more research is necessary into future telecommunications networks based on contemporary networks accompanied by new requisitions and new designs that are compatible with today's and tomorrow's demands. This paper researches a new vision of the telecommunication network of the future, its effects on human life and society, and the targets to achieve a new generation network (NwGN). In the paper, we also propose orientation towards an NwGN from the current networks, especially with Vietnam's telecommunications networks.

  • While cloud computing is gaining popularity, diverse security and privacy issues are emerging that hinder the rapid adoption of this new computing paradigm. And the development of defensive solutions is lagging behind. To ensure a secure and trustworthy cloud environment it is essential to identify the limitations of existing solutions and envision directions for future research. In this paper, we have surveyed critical security and privacy challenges in cloud computing, categorized diverse existing solutions, compared their strengths and limitations, and envisioned future research directions.
