Method : One hundred and eighty-four physical therapists working in hospitals participated in the study by completing the Korean Occupational Stress Scale and surveys about job satisfaction and job involvement. The results were collected and analyzed. Result : The job stress factors the significantly influenced job satisfaction are the following, in order of importance: the organizational climate (p<.05), inter-personal conflict (p<.01), insufficient job control (p<.001), lack of reward (p<.001), and the occupational system (p<.001). The following factors significantly influenced job involvement, again in order of importance: job demand (p<.001), the organizational climate (p<.05), lack of reward (p<.05), the occupational system (p<.01), and insufficient job control (p<.001). Conclusion : The purpose of this study was to analyze the job stress factors affecting the job satisfaction and job involvement of physical therapists and to provide basic information to prevent job stress among physical therapists. The results indicate the need for more studies that analyze the job stress factors of physical therapists and additional studies that specifically analyze the tasks of physical therapists. Studies on how to reduce job stress among physical therapists must also be conducted in the future.

Students at Maritime University can expect to improve their understanding of the jobs they will perform in the future through long-term boarding in a one-year boarding practice that allows them to understand necessary work practices. Satisfaction with attending maritime college can also affect the job satisfaction and turnover intention of shipping industry workers after graduation. Therefore, by checking job satisfaction for each year of study, we intend to analyze and improve the curriculum or factors necessary for their future career choice. Based on previous studies, this study attempted to determine the effects of self-efficacy, teamwork, and self-leadership of maritime college students on job satisfaction through career planning, .analyze the factors that affect job satisfaction by year of study, and empirically confirm the factors students need in each year. The analysis, found that self-efficacy had the greatest influence on job satisfaction, and the effects of teamwork and self-leadership were similar in size.
This current research investigated whether job stress mediates the relationship between physical environment and safety behavior of members in organization. Furthermore, we hypothesized that safety climate functions as moderator between physical environment-job stress link. In order to examine the hypotheses, 870 employees in various fields of companies were sampled. Using structural equation modeling(SEM), we conducted moderated mediation model analysis which cab elaborately test the significance of our hypotheses. The results showed that job stress mediated the link between physical environment and safety behavior of members. Moreover, the relationship between physical environment and job stress was moderated by safety climate. The implications and limitations of our study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organizational justice on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and health among hospital nurses. Method: The sample of this study consisted of 267 nurses from 3 general hospitals located in Seoul, Korea. Data were collected with self-administrated questionnaires and analyzed hierarchical multiple regression. Result: The distributive and procedural justices had effects on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but no effects on health. The procedural justice had more effects on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment than distributive justice. There was no moderating effect of distributive and procedural justices on nurses' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and health. Conclusions: It is important for hospitals to be established fair reward systems which should focus on both outcomes and processes in order to evaluate nurses' rewards. It is suggested that new moderators like personality or organizational structure should be considered for future research.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate and identify the influence of nurses' followership types and ego-resilience on job embeddedness. Methods: Self-reported questionnaires were distributed to 546 nurses working at hospitals with 400 to 700 beds in Seoul and Gangwon Province, and 520 sincere questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS / WIN ver 23.0 program. Results: The job embeddedness, ego-resilience and followership types of the participants showed significant correlation with each other. In hierarchical multiple regression analysis, nurses' followership types and ego-resilience were identified as predictors of job embeddedness (Adj. $R^2=0.34$, p<.001). Conclusion: Findings of this study indicate that nurses need to develop their followership and ego-resilience to increase job embeddedness. Future studies should explore ways to improve followership and ego-resilience.

While youth unemployment has recorded the lowest level since the global COVID-19 pandemic, SMEs(small and medium sized enterprises) are still struggling to fill vacancies. It is difficult for SMEs to find good candidates as well as for job seekers to find appropriate job offers due to information mismatch. To overcome information mismatch, this study proposes the fine-turning model for bidirectional HR matching based on a pre-learning language model called BERT(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers). The proposed model is capable to recommend job openings suitable for the applicant, or applicants appropriate for the job through sufficient pre-learning of terms including technical jargons. The results of the experiment demonstrate the superior performance of our model in terms of precision, recall, and f1-score compared to the existing content-based metric learning model. This study provides insights for developing practical models for job recommendations and offers suggestions for future research.
The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship between job crafting and job enthusiasm, informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital, and to investigate the effect of informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital on job crafting through job enthusiasm. A survey was conducted on 451 safety workers at large domestic companies, and the collected data were analyzed for model suitability, influence relations between variables, and mediating effects with AMOS 23.0 using SPSS 23.0. Through research, we found five important results. First, the structural model of job crafting, job enthusiasm, informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital properly explained the empirical data. Second, social support and positive psychological capital had a positive effect on job enthusiasm, but informal learning did not significantly affect job enthusiasm. Third, informal learning and positive psychological capital had a positive effect on job crafting, while social support did not significantly affect job crafting. Fourth, job enthusiasm had a positive effect on job crafting. Finally, job enthusiasm was found to mediate the relationship between social support and positive psychological capital and job crafting. These suggest that continuous environmental efforts and systematic management measures are needed to promote job crafting of safety workers so that informal learning, social support, positive psychological capital, and job enthusiasm can be expressed. Therefore, the necessity of developing various sub-factors of informal learning that can promote job crafting of safety workers was suggested as a follow-up study.
