디지털저작물 자유이용라이선스 활성화를 위한 전략방안 연구 (A Study on the Strategy Plan for the Utilization on Free Use License of Digital Works)

  • 자유이용라이선스는 저작물의 자유로운 이용과 창작 활성화를 위한 좋은 수단이며, 이는 저작물의 이용에 대하여 저작권 분쟁과 불법이용에 대한 예방 차원의 역할을 수행 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 자유이용라이선스 서비스 및 국내외 기술적 현황을 분석하고, 기술적 요소에 따른 요구사항을 반영하여, 라이선스 적용, 검색 및 활용을 위한 기술적, 서비스 및 연계 관점의 전략 방안을 제시한다. 그 결과 자유이용라이선스의 활성화를 위한 디지털 아카이빙과 의 연계 방안과 UCI 식별체계와의 연계 방안, 그리고 공공정보의 활용방안 등 3가지 활용방안을 제안한다.

  • 최근 컴퓨터 시스템 내부에 존재하는 웹 브라우저, 운영체제 커널 등에서 Use-After-Free 보안문제가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 해당 보안약점은 기존의 보안약점 탐지방법으로 제거하기 어려우며 소프트웨어 내부에 해당 보안약점이 존재할 경우 내부 보안에 심각한 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 과정에서 해당 보안약점을 제거하기 위한 방안을 연구하였다. 이 과정에서 해당 보안약점의 발생 원인을 정리하고 이를 제거하기 위한 방법을 제시한다.

  • 최근 소프트웨어 산업의 발달에 따른 사회적 보안 문제가 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 소프트웨어 안정성 검증을 위해 다양한 자동화 기법들이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 테스팅 기법 중 하나인 동적 기호 실행을 이용해 윈도우 시스템 콜 함수를 대상으로 Use-After-Free 취약점을 자동으로 탐지하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, 목표 지점을 선정하기 위한 정적 분석 기반 패턴 탐색을 수행한다. 탐지된 패턴 지점을 바탕으로 관심 밖의 영역으로의 분기를 차단하는 유도된 경로 탐색 기법을 적용한다. 이를 통해 기존 동적 기호 실행 기술의 한계점을 극복하고, 실제 목표 지점에서의 취약점 발생 여부를 검증한다. 제안한 방법을 실험한 결과 기존에 수동으로 분석해야 했던 Use-After-Free 취약점을 제안한 자동화 기법으로 탐지할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

4세 유아의 수세기 기술과 어머니의 수 단어 사용: 유아 수 단어 사용의 매개효과 (Four-Year-Old Children's Counting Skills and Their Mothers' Use of Number Words: The Mediating Role of Children's Number Word Use)

  • Objective: This study examines the relationships among four-year-olds' counting skills, their use of number words, and their mothers' use of number words during mother-child free play. Specifically, we assess whether children's use of number words mediates the relationship between their counting skills and their mothers' use of number words during play. Methods: Forty-two 4-year-old children and their mothers were asked to play freely with a given set of toys at their home for 10 minutes. Children also completed a counting skill test. Frequencies of number word use were calculated for mothers and children from transcriptions of the free play. Results: Children's counting skills, the frequency of their number word use, and their mothers' frequency of number word use were positively correlated with each other. Additionally, the frequency of children's number-word use completely mediated the relationship between their counting skills and their mothers' frequency of number-word use. Conclusion/Implications: The results suggest that children's use of number language may play a crucial role in the provision of number-related language input by parents, based on their children's math skills. Practical implications of the findings are discussed.

Primary thrombolysis for free flap surgery in head and neck reconstruction: a case report and review

  • The use of free flaps is an essential and reliable method of reconstruction in complex head and neck defects. Flap failure remains the most feared complication, the most common cause being pedicle thrombosis. Among other measures, thrombolysis is useful when manual thrombectomy has failed to restore flap perfusion, in the setting of late or established thrombosis, or in arterial thrombosis with distal clot propagation. We report a case of pedicle arterial thrombosis with distal clot propagation which occurred during reconstruction of a maxillectomy defect, and was successfully treated with thrombolysis using recombinant tissue plasminogen activator. We also review the literature regarding the use of thrombolysis in free flap surgery, and propose an algorithm for the salvage of free flaps in head and neck reconstruction.

유리피판술에서 덱스트란의 사용이 필요한가? (Is It Necessary to Use Dextran in Free Flap Surgery?)

  • Purpose: Low - molecular - weight dextran is one of the most frequently used antithrombotic agents in microvascular surgery, but there is controversy if it has the real benefit in the clinical aspects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect associated with postoperative use of low - molecular - weight dextran in breast reconstruction by free TRAM flap patients. Methods: From January 2002 to October 2008, we reconstructed 88 cases of postmastectomy deformity using the free TRAM flap. The 88 cases were divided into two groups : a group with no use of dextran(66 patients, control group, Group A) and a postoperative low - molecular weight dextran loaded group(22 patients, Group B). We assessed number of flap survival, rate of complication like hematoma or seroma, total amount of drainage from operative wound, duration of drainage, and amount of transfusion in each group. Results: There was no total flap loss and every flap was survived. Total amount of drainage for post - operative 5 days were 857 ml in group A and 1101 ml in group B. Drain was kept for average of 7.3 days in group A and 8.7 days in group B. Packed red cell transfusions were made in average of 3.3 units for group A and 3.0 units for group B. Group B showed significantly higher values in former 2 comparative parameters than group A. Conclusion: There was no definitive advantage of anticoagulants in elective free - flap surgery in terms of success rate. However, groups with using anticoagulants had the increased bleeding tendency in immediate postoperative period. The routine use of anticoagulants in elective free - flap surgery should be reconsidered with postoperatively less bleeding and early recovery.

  • The large intestine is a home for trillions of microbiota, which confer many benefits on the host, including production of vitamins, absorption of nutrients, pathogen displacement, and development of the immune system. For several decades, germ-free animals have been used to study the interaction between the host and its microbiota. This minireview describes the technical aspects for establishing and maintaining germ-free animals and highlights the advantages and disadvantages for germ-free animals as experimental models.

  • Breast reconstruction is an aesthetically critical procedure and should be peformed to match the opposite breast in shape, contour, and position. Many methods were introduced to reconstruct the breast with autogenous tissue. But, free tissue transfer for breast reconstruction has become common method. The transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap technique has been a widely accepted method of breast reconstruction after mastectomy, since the first introduction of free abdominoplasty flap in 1979. In breast reconstruction with a free flap the selection of suitable recipient vessels remains one of the most critical decision for surgeon. The most common recipient site for free flap breast reconstruction is the axillar system. But, the use of the axillary system as a recipient site limits flap movement and flexibility in breast shaping. The use of internal mammary vessels as a recipient site be able to achieve ideal breast symmetry, but that technique require the rib resection. The selection of suitable recipient vessels is most important for successful free tissue transfer. We have performed breast reconstruction with TRAM flaps anastomozed to the internal mammary vessel perforator. We came to the conclusion that this vessel perforator is useful as a recipient site in cases of immediate breast reconstruction with free TRAM flap.

아동의 상위기억과 책략훈련에 관한 연구 (Effects of Metamemory and Mnemonic Strategy Training on Children's Performance)

  • The present research studied the effectiveness of specific strategy training in memory awareness on children's memory performance. The subjects were 60 children, 30 six-year-olds and 30 eight-year-olds. Free recall scores and use of a rehearsal strategy (exposure durations) based on Belmont & Butterfield (1971) were used to measure children's performance in three memory tasks. All subjects were randomly assigned to one of three experimental groups: the control group with no training, the chunking and rehearsal strategy training group, and the chunking and rehearsal strategy training combined with memory awareness strategy. The data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA, three-way ANOVA with repeated measures, and Student-Newman-Keuls post hoc test. There were significant differences among the three groups both in the free recall score and in the use of the rehearsal strategy. The mnemonic strategic training with memory awareness strategy was the most effective on both free recall and use of rehearsal strategy. The effects of the mnemonic strategy training with memory awareness strategy were more effective for the 8-year-olds than the 6-year-olds.

A two-dimensional positioning system by use of rotation-free mark pattern

  • The authors proposed a new two-dimensional(2D) positioning system by use of M-array and correlation technique which is suitable for noisy environment in '88KACC and its revised versions in '89KACC and '90KACC. This system uses the property of M-array that the autocorrelation function of the M-array has a sharp peak at its origin. In this paper, a new mark pattern is developed, instead of M-array, with which the two-dimensional positioning system becomes robust to rotation error of TV camera. The property of the rotation-free pattern is checked under various conditions, and it is shown that, by use of this rotation-free pattern, the positioning system can be used not only in a noisy environment but also in a roughly aligned set up of the TV camera.
