  • The following are suggested joint distraction and gliding techniques for use by entry level therapists and those attempting to gain a foundation in joint mobilization. A variety of adaptations can be made from these techniques. The distraction and glide techniques should be applied with respect to the dosage, frequency, progression, precautions, and procedures as described in this section. Basic concepts of joint mobilization were presented, including definitions of terminology and the two grading systems. Joint mobilization techniques are one part of a total treatment for decreased function. Therapy should also include appropriate range of motion, strengthening, and functional techniques.

  • Purpose - This paper's goal is to assess and promote several good teaching product designs and several learning environments. The paper discusses research product design learning and management. Research design, data, and methodology - As part of information science and technology, a school uses several teaching networks for auxiliary teaching, taking several designs as the teaching foundation, and creating multimedia curricula. Results - The results indicate that in the best learning designs and environments, the learner can maintain a high interest, which not only attracts all levels in the schools, but also has a pivotal influence on teaching around the world. The research study answers the question, was the atmosphere already luxurious? Conclusions - This study introduces several methodologies that are widely used for experimental processes. Using multi-criterion decision-making technology in studies of language product evaluation systems, the language teaching quality and space design is developed, and the language classroom learning system, the machine operation, the classroom environment design method, etc., conform to specifics of the study, the best choices, the most effective utilization, and are the most efficient.

CIM환경을 위한 공정품질정보시스템 개발 (Development of a Process Quality Information System for the CIM Environment)

  • A Process Quality Information System (PQIS) for the CIM environment is presented. The system includes three subsystems which are qualify control, statistical analysis, and information management. As part of CIM, the PQIS was designed by using the ICAM Definition(IDEF) methodology. The Oracle-CDE was utilized as a graphic development tool which made the system more user friendly. PQIS operates on IBM or compatible PCs under MS-Windows and Oracle DBMS. The methodology developed in this research provides a foundation for the application of CIM subsystems.

  • This paper analyze the dynamic characteristics of Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV) which is being developed as a part of automation in port through DADS, one of the multi-dynamic analysis program, Previous evaluation of a vehicle is carried out through the continuous driving test of a real vehicle, however this method raise the loss of finance and time. If it is possible to analyze the dynamic characteristics of vehicle before construction completely we can compensate the loss of money and time during constructing. AGV contained containers is very heavy and its center of gravity can be easily changed with the disturbance from road or cornering. It makes AGV unsatisfied, therefore we evaluate the handling characteristics and stability of the full vehicle model. This paper contribute to establish the foundation of the development of a new system like a AGV which have a special structure.

목단피 정유에서 분리된 Paeonol과 그 유도체 Methylpaeonol의 in vitro 항염효과 (In vitro Atiinflmmatory Activity of Paeonol from the Essential Oil and Its Derivative Methylpaeonol)

  • Paeonol (2-hydroxy-5-methoxyacetophenone) obtained by silica gel column chromatography of the essential oil extracted from Paeonia moutan (Paeoniaceae) was methylated by dimethylsulfate to yield methylpaeonol (2,5-di-O-methylacetophenone). Both compounds inhibited nitric oxide (NO) foundation in lipopolysaccharide-induced macrophage RAW 264.7 cells in nitrite assay. In the western blotting assay, it was shown that both compounds also decreased inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)-and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) formation. Methylpaeonol produced more potently inhibited NO-, iNOS and COX-2 formation in the assays than paeonol. These results suggest that paeonol is in part responsible for anti-inflammatory activity of Paeonia moutan, and that synthesis of paeonol derivatives may produce a promising candidate for andtiifnalmmatory agent.

  • Organic matters that comprise a tiny part of seawater generally occur over 50% of membrane fouling in Reverse Osmosis Process. This study evaluates Foundation efficiency of reverse osmosis membranes under brackish and seawater conditions and resistance of organic fouling. Moreover, analyzing the membrane surface through roughness, contact angle and zeta potential results in roughness and contact angle are proportional to flux decline rate (FDR), yet FDR has high value when zeta potential is low level. Furthermore, with various membrane fouling of different raw water conditions, the flux tends to improve when pH value is high and raw water which is complex with organic and cation pollutes membrane faster than organic separated raw water condition.

경량성토재(EPS)를 이용한 교량 교대의 안정성 검토 (A Case Study of Stability of Bridge Abutment Using the Light Banking Material(EPS))

  • The EPS construction method-one kind of the load reducing methods-utilizes the EPS blocks, ultra-light materials whose unit weight is about 1/100 of soils and has been applied to many soft ground sites. It needed 3,000 days to get the 90% degree of the consolidation for the case of 12m high soil embankments on the 30m thick soft clayey foundations. The N value of SPT at this deposit was less than 5. The pack drain was installed to promote the radial consolidations. Although staged embankments were planned, designers failed to get a sufficient stability of the foundation ground. Therefore, the EPS fill method was selected to reduce the load and the construction period. EPS blocks(D-20 model) replaced the upper part of the soil embankments. These complex embankments reduced the ground settlement and the construction period. The possibility of lateral movements of the bridge abutments was checked and the design scheme was reviewed.

산업체 현장실습 운영 현황 분석을 통한 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the improvement through the present state analysis of the industry field training)

  • This paper examines the industry field training education model, analyze the operational status proposed improvement measures. Data were analyzed using a field training participating students participating industry last three years. On the other hand analysis field training participating students increased, industry participation has decreased. And most of the students took part in the seasonal short-term job training. In addition, it was difficult to analyze the employment status field training operations follow-up member. In this paper, a field training operations support system management models and practical training courses organized field trips how to improve. Field training operations support will be strengthened through the work associated with the company expanding participation model introduced and is expected to increase in the long-term practical training, students participate in field training system improvement. Run the job training Improvement in future research presented in this paper attempts to analyze the students' employment status and results of operations involved.

Practical Work in British School Science during the Second Half of the 19th Century

  • This study examines how practical work in science was introduced in British schools and became an important part of school science activities during the second half of the 19th century. Firstly, the establishment of a national education system in Britain is reviewed. Secondly, a general development of school science teaching is summarized with a special attention to students' enrollment in science subjects. Thirdly, the practical work in elementary schools are discussed in relation to the introduction of Object Lessons in curriculum. Then, the situations of practical work in science in secondary schools, particularly in Organized Science Schools and some famous public schools, are illustrated. Finally, the overall development until present days is critically discussed in relation to the types and aims of practical work in science.

한국 언어학의 정체성에 대한 인식론적 성찰 (A Cognitive Approach to the identity of Korean Linguistics)

  • In this paper I am arguing in favour of more vigilance on the part of the Korean linguistics' melieu and, if deemed necessary, a more solid epistemological foundation of the Korean Linguistics. The purpose of this work consist in providing some epistemological inquiry on the major orientations and tendencies which are manifested in the reception of western linguistic theories. I might call this point of view as a critical approach to the philosophy and history of Korean linguistics. In the first section, I gave a short description of the model of the linguistic historiography which can be applied to the history of the Korean linguistics. In the second section, I am concerned with the comparative epistemology of the development of linguistic ideas produced in the West and East. In the final section, I made some critical reflections on the limits of Korean linguistics.
