The purpose of this study was to derive policy priorities for fostering the biopharmaceutical industry. In this study, the urgency and importance of the policy to foster the biopharmaceutical industry in Gyeonggi-do was investigated, and the priorities of the policy in the biopharmaceutical industry were analyzed through IPA analysis. As a result of the study, the top priority support tasks for the biopharmaceutical industry promotion policy were 'R&D support', 'Expert training', and 'commercialization support'. As a result of deriving policy priorities for each biopharmaceutical sector, 'R&D support' and 'Expert training' were found to be high in common, and differences in policy priorities for each industry such as cell therapy products and advanced bio-convergence products were confirmed. Also, as for the policy demand, R&D funding support, clinical trial support, and commercialization funding support were found to be high. Based on these results, the government's policy to foster the biopharmaceutical industry was supported with a focus on 'R&D support' and 'Expert training', and policy implications were drawn that customized support is needed in consideration of the characteristics of each industry field.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the impact of human rights sensitivity and patient rights awareness of first-year students in clinical practice on clinical practice adaptation and to prepare practical and systematic personality development program education alternatives to foster high-quality medical personnel. Method: As for the research method, an online survey of 155 medical and nursing students from two universities in G-do (76 medical students and 79 nursing students) was conducted, and the collected data were T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and step-by-step multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN/25.0. Findings: The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the differences in each variable according to general characteristics, human rights sensitivity had a significant impact on gender, patient rights recognition on personality type, and clinical practice adaptation had a significant impact on major selection motivation. Second, the factors affecting the adaptation of first-year college students to clinical practice had a significant impact on extroverted personality and patient rights perception among personality types (regression model results F=6.38 (p<).001), 24.2% explanatory power). Conclusion: This study suggests that education and policy efforts are needed to foster accurate awareness of human rights issues by developing flexible and flexible extracurricular activity programs in the operation of the curriculum to strengthen medical and nursing students' ability to adapt to clinical practice and improve awareness of human rights issues.

Major countries are actively pursuing policies to promote entrepreneurship to foster economic growth and employment. Meanwhile, although South Korea's entrepreneurial ecosystem has shown robust quantitative growth since the COVID-19 pandemic, it is still criticized for its shortcomings compared to other major countries. Based on this, this study aims to derive a comprehensive innovation entrepreneurship index for each country to foster an innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem and sustainable growth in South Korea. Specifically, this study first analyzed the entrepreneurial ecosystem of various countries. Second, we utilizing data from sources such as the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, Global Innovation Index, and World Bank, the study calculates a comprehensive innovation entrepreneurship index for each country. Finally, this study analyzes the type of South Korea's innovation entrepreneurship index and suggests the future direction of through cluster analysis.

Alteration in chromosome numbers and structures instigate and foster massive genetic instability. As Boveri has seen a hundred years ago (Boveri, 1914; 2008), aneuploidy is hall-mark of many cancers. However, whether aneuploidy is the cause or the result of cancer is still at debate. The molecular mechanism behind aneuploidy includes the chromosome mis-segregation in mitosis by the compromise of spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC). SAC is an elaborate network of proteins, which monitor that all chromosomes are bipolarly attached with the spindles. Therefore, the weakening of the SAC is the major reason for chromosome number instability, while complete compromise of SAC results in detrimental death, exemplified in natural abortion in embryonic stage. Here, I will review on the recent progress on the understanding of chromosome missegregation and cancer, based on the comparison of different mouse models of BubR1, the core component of SAC.

Child sexual abuse is not a rarely encountered problem. Child sexual abuse is a pediatric disease entity with lifelong impact. Child sexual abuse, different from sexual assault, is not always accompanied by violent force and usually repeated over a period of time. Child sexual abuse should be approached by multidisciplinary team experts. Every pediatrician should know the child protection network in his district and be competent in the child sexual abuse medical evaluation and treatment as a primary doctor. In order to accomplish that goal, the Korean Pediatric Society should change the pediatric residency training curriculum and foster child sexual abuse experts. Pediatricians have responsibilities to do their active role in response to children at risk.

Plan of Human Resource Development is essential to strategically promote poor domestic fire protection industry and as a consequent to grow it to a high value added service industry. To foster fire protection industry, any reform will be needed to for a smooth supplies of work force by training customized high class work force. Consequently, In this study, We will investigate and analyze the status and problems of current domestic fire protection industry so that We can suggest the direction for a way to improve these.

In today's college curriculum, fashion illustration courses are regarded as fundamental sources of knowledge in the fashion industry and the fine arts. The purpose of this study was to critically examine current curricula and educational objectives of fashion illustration courses offered by domestic fashion-related universities and academic institutions, in order to help the development of more effective tertiary level fashion education. Based on the results of data analysis, we suggest the following recommendations: Firstly, university courses should focus on drawing-centered fundamental education. Secondly, design education linked to fashion illustration should be strengthened. Thirdly, creativity-boosting design education is necessary. The range of curricula that could foster creativity and problem-solving skills in professionals should be enlarged, and future education should place emphasis on lateral and creative thinking. The result of this study are expected to contribute to the development of better curriculum in fashion-related education.

This study is to make clear the knowledge-based management perspective for knowledge companies and to find a way to measure intellectual capital of R&D organizations. Based on the state-of-the-art findings from business sectors, the intellectual capital is divided into three categories: human capital, structural capital, and customer capital. The fourth capital, infrastructural capital, is added in this study specifically for government sponsored R&D organizations, of which the main objectives are to foster technological innovation nationwide and to support its diffusion effectively, The result of this study can offer basic concept of under what categories they can be classified, which also can be used further to find the right indicators of intellectual capital specific to each organization by combining the items found in this study.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to develop a cooperative clinical nursing education model in response to the challenge to provide quality clinical instruction for nursing students. Method: A hypothesized model was developed based on literature review and Cho's partnership model of preservice teacher. Final model was refined with cooperative committee meetings, workshop and post clinical education meetings. Results: A Cooperative clinical nursing education model was developed with three phases(collaboration, planning, redefinition of major roles) and ten constructs(organization of cooperative committee, goal setting, partnership contract, planning objectives, and operating manual). Conclusion: The Cooperative clinical nursing education model support the need for continued collaborative partnership between nursing college and hospitals to foster quality clinical instruction.

The high-rate Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPANs) which IEEE 802.15.3 standard support, foster the Digital Home Network (DHN) scenarios with high rate multimedia data transmission. Actually, there are a few routing protocols for ad-hoc networks which considered the terminal location information and routing metric to reduce the energy consumption and optimize the routing path in mobile system. Based on other routing protocols, this paper presents the reliable location-based routing algorithm which is an adaptation to these networks.
