전자 도서관에서 문서의 메타데이타 관리를 위한 2 버전 래치 기법 (Two Version Latch Technique for Metadata Management of Documents in Digital Library)

  • 최근 메타데이타의 주요 논쟁점으로 메타데이타의 표준화 문제가 등장하고 있다. 새로운 표준화 방향으로 인한 메타데이타의 확장성은 기존 메타데이타 관리 기법의 변화를 요구하게 되었다. 즉, 동적인 자료의 일관성 있는 저장과 유지방안이 필요하게 되었다. 이에, 본 논문서는 새로운 표준화 형태의 메타데이타 특징들을 정의하고, 이러한 특징들을 만족하는 병행수행 제어 기법인 2 버전 래채 법(Two Version Latch : 2VL)을 제안한다. 2VL은 래치를 사용하여 2 버전을 유지한다. 이러한 기법은 판독과 기록 연산간의 충돌을 최소화하고, 불필요할 로크의 소유를 제거함으로써 리프레쉬 지연을 최소화한다. 따라서, 기존 메타데이타 관리 기법에 비해서 판독 연산에 있어서의 빠른 응답시간과 높은 최근성 반영률을 제공한다. 성능 평가를 통해, 2VL 알고리즘이 메타데이타 관리에 있어서 기존의 알고리즘에 비해 좋은 성능을 가짐을 보인다.

국내 유통 전자출판물의 납본 및 수집을 위한 데이터 요구사항 및 품질 검증 연구 (A Study on Data Requirements and Quality Verification for Legal Deposit and Acquisition Tasks of Domestic Electronic Publications)

  • 본 연구는 국내 유통 전자출판물의 납본 및 수집을 위한 데이터의 속성과 속성값의 표준화 방안과 정책 및 제도적 고려사항을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 필수 및 선택 속성은 총 21개가 도출되었으며, 이는 국립중앙도서관 납본 및 수집 업무 담당자들의 설문조사 및 FGI 결과를 바탕으로 선정되었다. 데이터 품질 검증 과정에서 추가적으로 필요한 속성이 발견되어, 전자책, 오디오북, 웹툰, 웹소설 등 자료유형별로 필수 및 선택 속성을 구체화하였다. 속성값의 표준화는 ISO 8601 규칙에 따른 날짜 및 시간의 표기, 파일 형식과 성인 여부 등 제한된 범위의 속성값의 명확한 지정, 제목과 관련된 정보의 상세한 기술 등을 포함하였다. 정책 및 제도적 고려사항은 표준화된 메타데이터 요구사항의 확립, 지속적인 데이터 품질 관리 및 모니터링 체계의 구축의 필요성을 제시하였다.

철도 물류 정보 표준화 방안 및 정보시스템 개선에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Railroad Logistics Information Standardization and Information System Improvement)

  • 현재 화차를 이용하여 화물을 운송하는 철도 물류는 국내 화물 물동량의 $10{\sim}20%$ 가량을 담당하고 있다. 철도물류 사용자인 운송사(화주 포함) 또는 내륙화물기지는 철도물류 업무를 처리하기 위해 EDI(XML)를 통해 문서를 전송하거나 WEB을 통해 데이터를 입력하고 있다. 그러나 점차 e-비즈니스 환경이 활성화됨에 따라 기존 철도물류 업무에 대한 개선이 요구되고 있다. 또한 확장성 있는 ebXML 기반의 스키마 형식의 사용이 확산되면서 DTD 구조의 전자문서를 XML 스키마 형태로 개선할 필요성도 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도물류업무 개선을 위한 철도물류 정보 표준을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기존 비즈니스 프로세스를 재정의 하여 불필요한 업무를 개선하고, 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링으로 철도 물류 액티비티를 정의해서 최종 정보 모델을 도출한다. 또한 도출된 정보 모델에 따라 새로운 전자문서를 설계할 수 있도록 비즈니스 정보 개체를 정의하였으며, 철도물류 정보시스템의 개선된 구조도 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 철도물류 비즈니스에 효율적이고 확장성 있는 업무 절차를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

의료기관 종별 의무기록 중요서식 항목별 작성 실태 및 의무기록 완결점검표 분석 (A Study on Medical Laws and External Evaluation Criteria with Reference to the Essential Forms consisting Medical Records and to the Items for Each Medical Record)

  • Backgound : This study is to suggest the standardized format of the clinical sheets and the standardized items of every clinical sheet. The standardization of the medical records will increase the faithfullnes of the contents in them and it will contribute to construct the good health information system. Method : From Jan. 1st. 2001 to March 31st 2001, we gathered as many paper clinical sheets as possible by every class of institutions to review the faithfulness of the clinical contents in them. Clinical sheets of 9 tertiary care hospitals, 6 general hospitals and 56 clinics were gathered. Two experienced medical record administrators reviewed them. The review focus was to check whether the items recommend by the hospital standardization review criteria and hospital service evaluation organization were appeared in the clinical sheets and whether the contents of every item were written. Results : Tertiary care hospitals; In case of administrative data, the contents were filled well if the items were fixed. The clinical data like C.C, history,physical examiniation were filled well, but if the items were not fixed, some items were omitted. The result is that more items are to be filled if they are fixed. General hospitals Administrative data were filled more than 50%. Final diagnosis was filled about 66.7%.But other clinical data were not filled well and not many clinical related items were appeared in the sheets.In the legal point of view, the reason for visiting hosptals or the right diagnosis, patient condition at discharge could not be confirmed well.In surgery cases, surgical procedures could not be confirmed well as many surgical related information(surgery time, fluids and blood, number of sponges, biopsy, etc) were omitted. Clinics More than 70% administrative data were filled and fixed as items. Among the clinical related data, laboratory result was the most credible data. But without the right diagnosis, drug orders were given and doctors' written signatures were not appeared over 96.4%. So the clinical sheets cannot be used as a legal document. Conculusion : There was a tendency that the contents were filled well if the items were fixed in the documents, We also suggest a clinical check list to review the completeness and faithfulness of the clinical sheets. If many hospitals use the suggested clincal check list and if they make the necessary items fixed in the clinical sheets, the quality of the medical record will increase dramatically.

A Study on the Development of Computer Aider Die Design System for Lead Frame of Semiconductor Chip

  • This paper decribes the development of computer-aided design of a very precise progressice die for lead frame of semiconductor chip. The approach to the system is based on knowledgr-based rules. Knowledge of fie이 experts. This system has been written in AutoLISP using AutoCAD ona personal computer and the I-DEAS drafting programming Language on the I-DEAS mater series drafting with on HP9000/715(64) workstation. Data exchange between AutoCAD and I-DEAS master series drafting is accomplished using DXF(drawing exchange format) and IGES(initial graphics exchange specification) files. This system is composed of six main modules, which are input and shape treatment, production feasibility check, strip layout, data conversion, die layout, and post processing modules. Based on Knowledge-based rules, the system considers several factors, such as V-notches, dimple, pad chamfer, spank, cavity punch, camber, coined area, cross bow, material and thickness of product, complexities of blank geometry and punch profiles, specifications of available presses, and the availability of standard parts. As forming processes and the die design system using 2D geometry recognition are integrated with the technology of process planning, die design, and CAE analysis, the standardization of die part for lead frames requiting a high precision process is possible. The die layout drawing generated by the die layout module s displayed in graphic form. The developed system makes it possible to design and manufacture lead frame of a semiconductor more efficiently.

  • 전자도서관체제는 일종의 전자정보생산시스템으로서 기존의 도서관 체제와는 차별화 된다. 즉, 기존의 도서관이 수요자와 직접 관계에 있는 서비스업에 가까웠다고 보면 전자도서관 체제에서의 기존 도서관은 새로운 정보(지식)를 생산 가공하는 지식 생산업체로 변모할 것이며, 외부의 지식을 끊임없이 받아들이고 재생산할 수 있는 조직체인 것이다. 이에 따라 전자도서관은 데이터 표현양식도 SGML과 같이 개방성 있는 문서 표준화 양식으로 통일해야 하며 각 사이트 전자도서관시스템이 연계되어 정보공유가 가능하도록 하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 현재 추진되고 있는 국가주요전자도서관연계사업을 통하여 효율적인 전자도서관체제 구축을 위한 기술적 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper discusses the implications of the MASTER SPEC project and its introduction to Korea in terms of social and political contexts. The motives for this report starts from both theoretical and empirical puzzles. Its theoretical motive is concerned to the right form of governance of electric-construction standardardization. Upon the experience of the United States and many European countries, we have acknowledged the role of government in the setting of industrial policy formats and standardization. However, the mechanisms of industrial governance have greatly changed these days, from the centralized one to the participatory one. We call the latter type governance. The form of governance implies the participation of both public and private actors in the policy-making of industrial matters. We have sought to find a better format in the case of electric-construction field. The answer is: the governance initiated by the private actors rather than the government-centered one. The project of MASTER SPEC, in this sense, has many probable implications toward the standard-setting of future industrial managements in Korea.

  • In WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) environment, a large amount of sensors, which are small and heterogeneous, generates data stream successively in physical space. These sensors are composed of measured data and metadata. Metadata includes various features such as location, sampling time, measurement unit, and their types. Until now, wireless sensors have been managed with individual specification, not the explicit standardization of metadata, so it is difficult to collect and communicate between heterogeneous sensors. To solve this problem, OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) has proposed a SensorML(Sensor Model Language) which can manage metadata of heterogeneous sensors with unique format. In this paper, we introduce a metadata model using SensorML specification to manage various sensors, which are distributed in a wide scope. In addition, we implement the metadata management module applied to the sensor data stream management system. We provide many functions, namely generating metadata file, registering and storing them according to definition of SensorML.

  • To look at Korea trade environment, as increasing the quantity of goods transported in North-East Asia and deepening national competitive, information-oriented logistics environment is needed. That means it is automated work process and can provide value-added service. To do this, logistics business can be efficiently handled through "Electronic Means for the Clearance of Ships" and electronically data processing. Also, by increasing the risk of international terrorism, regulation regarding to logistics security has strengthened around the advanced country, such as USA and EU, etc. or international organization, such as IMO, ISO, etc.. Furthermore, because trade and logistics environment is changing and security becomes more important in logistics area, movement or status information of goods within the port or in entry in/out becomes more and more be needed in real time. In case cross-border logistics activities, international cooperation or agreement between countries is very important. However, different opinions much happened on defining the interface. If to follow one format or type using at a specific country or organization, it was occurred to difficulty in respect of interoperability as well as additional costs or time. Therefore, this paper proposes common interface model to exchange information for the efficient global SCM for using by the output of Korea R&D project, "National Logistics Standardization System Development".

해양플랜트 의장품 조달관리를 위한 배관 공정 리드타임 예측 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study of Piping Leadtime Forecast in Offshore Plant’s Outfittings Procurement Management)

  • In shipbuilding and offshore plant construction, pipe-stools of various types are installed. Moreover, these are many quantities but they must be installed in a successive manner. Due to these characteristics the pipe-stool installation processes easily tends to cause the schedule delays in the overall production processes. In order to reduce delay, the goal of this study is to predicts production’s lead time before manufacturing. Through this predictions it’s expected to reduce total production’s lead time by improving it's process. First of all, we made MLR(Multiple Linear Regression) and PLSR(Partial Least Square Regression) model to predict pipe-spool's lead time and then compared predictability of MLR and PLSR model. If a explanatory variable is added, it will be possible to predict results precisely.
