역세권 지가 변동 분석을 통한 서울시 공간 구조 변화 분석 (Analysis of Changes in Spatial Structure of Seoul by Analyzing the Land Price Changes of Station Influence Areas)

  • 서울시에서는 1990년부터 도시를 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 도시기본계획을 수립하여 다층적 위계를 갖는 중심지 체계를 도입하였으며, 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 방안으로 도시철도의 역세권에 중심지가 설정되도록 하는 전략을 사용하고 있다. 따라서 도시철도 역세권의 변화에 대한 검토는 서울의 공간 구조 변화를 파악하기 위한 가장 기본적인 연구라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울 지역의 도시철도 역세권에 대한 2000년, 2005년, 2010년 3개년의 표준지 공시지가의 변화를 이용하여, 서울시 중심지 구조가 어떻게 변화되었는지를 분석해 보았다. 연구 결과 역세권 공시지가의 시계열적 변화를 분석함으로써 중심지 위계의 변화를 용이하게 파악할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

UCP 600 해상운송서류(海上運送書類) 규정(規定)의 주요(主要) 개정사항(改正事項)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on The Revision of UCP600 concerning the Sea Transport Documents)

  • UCP 600 approved at the Banking Commission Meeting of ICC at the end of October, 2006 comes into effect from July 1, 2007. The main revision of the UCP 600 concerning the sea transport document are as follows. First, if the bill of lading contains an on-board-notation, with the date of shipment, the date stated in the on-board-notation will be deemed the date of shipment. Secondly, phrases "on its face" and "otherwise authenticated" should be eliminated. Thirdly, when an agent signs for or signs on behalf of the master, there is no longer a need for the name of master to be quoted. Fourthly, the terminology "loading on-board or shipped on a named vessel" is changed to "shipped on-board a named vessel." Fifthly, phrases "the rejection of the documents transported only by sail" is removed. Finally, new rule in UCP is the signing of a charter party bill of lading by the charterer or a named agent on behalf of the charterer. My assessment of the revision in UCP 600 is as follows: Because a freight forwarder transport document is a weaker form than a liner bill of lading as collateral, banks may need a secure measure as to protect themselves from such a weak collateral effect. we recognize that Such a weak collateral effect stemmed from the elimination of rules in UCP 500 article 30, and the admission of transport documents issued by the freight forwarder as long as any one besides carrier, shipper, and charterer satisfies the requirements of transport document clauses in UCP 600. Finally, I hope the Commentary on UCP 600 will serve to explain the ambiguities remaining in the new rules.

CAD/CAM 밀링 시스템을 활용한 단일 치관과 3본 교의치의 3D 적합도 평가 (Three-dimensional evaluation of the internal adaptation of single and three-unit fixed dental restoration by CAD/CAM milling system)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the occurrence of errors regarding adaptation by conducting a three-dimensional assessment comparing the bridge type dental restoration after the cutting process, which has multiple abutments, with a single type dental restoration. Methods: By using ten identical files obtained by scanning the master model, thirty designs were created consisting of ten maxillary right first premolars and ten maxillary right first molars with single crown abutments, along with ten bridge designs with the identical abutment. A 5-axis milling machine was used to produce the design file. The produced denture prostheses were scanned using a silicone replica for a STL file. An evaluation was conducted using 3D analysis software on the master model and each of the thirty data files. Results: The RMS value of the pre-molar (14) was $38.4{\pm}4{\mu}m$ for single and $54.7{\pm}6{\mu}m$ for bridge abutment; therefore, a statistically significant difference was observed for single and bridge designs although both shared the same abutment form (P<.05). Also, the RMS value of the molar (16) was $47.6{\pm}2{\mu}m$ and $56.6{\pm}5{\mu}m$ for the single and bridge designs, respectively, thereby presenting a statistically significant difference (P<.05). Conclusion: As a result, dental prosthesis fabricated using the single method presented better internal adaptation outcomes.

Differential settlements in foundations under embankment load: Theoretical model and experimental verification

  • To research and analyze the differential settlements of foundations specifically, site investigations of existing railways and metro were firstly carried out. Then, the centrifugal test was used to observe differential settlements in different position between foundations on the basis of investigation. The theoretical model was established according to the stress diffusion method and Fourier method to establish an analytical solution of embankment differential settlement between different foundations. Finally, theoretical values and experimental values were analyzed comparatively. The research results show that both in horizontal and vertical directions, evident differential settlement exists in a limited area on both sides of the vertical interface between different foundations. The foundation with larger elastic modulus can transfer more additional stress and cause relatively less settlement. Differential settlement value decreases as the distance to vertical interface decreases. In the vertical direction of foundation, mass differential settlement also exists on both sides of the vertical interface and foundation with larger elastic modulus can transfer more additional stress. With the increase of relative modulus of different foundations, foundation with lower elastic modulus has larger settlement. Meanwhile, differential settlement is more obvious. The main error sources in theoretical and experimental values include: (a) different load form; (b) foundation characteristics differences; (c) modulus conversion; (d) effect of soil internal friction.

도시 유역에 위치한 하구를 구성하는 하천의 저영향 개발 기간 산정 (Estimation of low impact development duration of estuaries at urban area)

  • 하구는 하천이 개방해역과 연결되어 있어 담수와 염수가 만나는 전이지대로 생물다양성이 매우 높고 독특한 생태계를 구성하고 있다. 그러나 하구의 생태적 가치를 인식하기 전부터 다양한 훼손 및 교란이 이루어져 왔으며, 이를 위한 대책이 필요한 실정이다. 하구를 구성하는 하천의 하천기본계획은 지속적인 교란요소로 작용하고 있으나, 수재해로부터 인명피해를 최소화하고 하천의 기능을 강화시켜 국가 수자원을 관리하기 위한 공익적 목적이 있다. 따라서 개발과 생태계 보호라는 대립적 관계가 공존할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해서 환경창이라는 개념을 이용해 하구 생태계가 개발의 부정적인 영향으로부터 교란이 최소화되는 기간인 저영향 개발 기간을 산정하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 저영향 개발 기간 산정방법은 향후 이루어질 개발사업이나 교란·훼손 행위 등으로부터 생태계를 보호하기 위한 근거 및 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

국제상품분류속성코드를 고려한 건설자재 분류체계 개선방안 연구 (A Study on a Improvement Plan for Classification System of Construction Material based on Consideration to the UN/SPSC Attribute Code)

  • 시설물이 건설되는 생애주기의 전 과정에서 파생되는 방대한 정보는 저장 ${\cdot}$ 가공 ${\cdot}$ 교환을 필요로 하며, 이는 모든 분야에 적용된다. 또한, 기술의 진보로 인해 정보의 취합 ${\cdot}$ 접근방법 ${\cdot}$ 교환이 빈번하게 파생되고 있으며, 건설분야에 종사하는 실무자들의 자재정보획득 절차의 효율성 및 용이한 접근성에 대한 요구도 증대되고 있는 실정이기 때문에, 이를 해소하기 위한 활용성 및 확장성 ${\cdot}$ 표준성을 기반으로 한 건설자재 분류체계는 필수 불가결한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 건설자재 분류체계의 국제표준성을 확보하고자 ISO기준에 대한 검토를 선행하여으며, 건설실무자들의 활용성 증대를 위한 건설 공정별 분류형식을 자재분류체계에 접목하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국제표준 및 전자정보화를 위해 개발된 국제 통합분류체계인 OmniClass의 상세분석을 기반으로 건설공정별 분류인 Table 22와 UniClass의 상품 및 자재부분을 적용한 Table 23, 35, 41을 비교하여 건설자재 분류체계의 확장성 및 표준성을 확립하고자 하였다. 또한, 향후 전자상거래를 통한 사용성 및 국제호환성을 확보하기 위하여 국제상품분류(UN/SPSC)의 소성코드체계 접목도 시도하였다.

Compact Disc를 마스터 몰드로 사용하는 저비용의 OFET용 유기반도체 소프트 리소그래피 (Cost-Effective Soft Lithography of Organic Semiconductors in OFETs with Compact Discs as Master Molds)

  • Organic field-effect transistor가 실제 전자 장치에 쓰이기 위해서는 유기반도체 용액공정용 미세 패터닝 기술이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 스핀 코팅 방법보다 미세 패턴을 형성할 수 있는 소프트 리소그래피 방법이 더 우수한 전기적 특성을 가질 수 있다는 것을 확인하기 위해 비교 분석하였다. Compact Disc 표면의 나노 패턴을 이용하여 유연한 마스터 몰드를 제작하였고, 650 nm 폭의 2,7-Dioctyl [1] benzothieno [3,2-b] [1] benzo thiophene (C8-BTBT) 나노 와이어를 얻었다. 그 결과 소프트 리소그래피 방법을 이용해 제작된 소자 이동도는 0.086 cm2/Vs이며, 스핀 코팅으로 만들어진 소자 이동도는 0.0036 cm2/Vs으로 소프트 리소그래피 방법으로 제작된 소자가 약 20배 이상 높은 이동도와 더 우수한 전기적 성능을 보였다.

좌측 슬부 통증을 호소하는 베이커 낭종 환자에 대한 고주파 치료 증례보고 1례 (A Case Report on Left Knee Pain and Instability with Baker's cyst Treated with Ultrasound Therapy)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of ultrasound therapy on left knee pain and instability diagnosed with Baker's cyst in a 25-year-old male patient. Methods: Patient was treated with Radio frequency ablation treatment on left knee from Naeseulan (EX-LE4) to Wijoong (BL40). The effect of radio frequency ablation was assessed by Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities (WOMAC) and Euro Qol-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D Index). The treatment was executed one time a day everyday form May 28th to June 1st of 2020. Patient was observed from May 26th to June 1st. Results: After five sessions of radio frequency ablation, VAS of left posterior knee pain was improved while no improvement was discovered at left medial knee. In Korean WOMAC scale, only subscale of weight bearing and walking around plain were improved. EQ-5D did not show any improvement. Conclusion: The results suggest that radio frequency ablation treatment can be a valuable option in treating knee pain and daily living function. Further study seems to be needed based on long-term intervention.

DEVELOPMENT OF BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL FOR RESOURCES OPTIMIZATION IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

  • The aim of the study is to develop the 3D visualization of Building Information Model and integrated 4D model for optimization of resources in the construction project. This study discuss the process of methodology and creation of 4D model of the project and simulate it to monitor the workflow at the site. Different stages of the construction process and activities are generated by using Revit and MS Project. MS project has been used for creation of the schedules and these are linked with the Revit for 3D modeling. The time used as the fourth dimension and 4D model created by using Navisworks Time liner software. Narges shopping center is presented as a case study to realize the actual uses and benefits of Building Information Model (BIM). Narges shopping mall is located in Tehran, Iran. As a part of Hekmat master plan, Narges shopping center is an 11 stores building with a total area of 30000 Sq.m. This shopping and entertainment center is comprised of 150 retails and two multi-use public halls with a capacity of 400 persons each and underground parking with total 400 parking space. The main purpose of architecture was to create an urban public center along with its revolving, spiral like form and an ever changing continuous façade by means of different colors, materials, which is in harmony with the other building of the master plan. The approximate cost of the project is $17 million and duration of the project schedule is 30 months. The developed Building Information Model enabled us to identify the potential collisions or clashes between various structural and architectural systems. 4D model has been used for limiting the interaction between subcontractors installing the different systems so rework could be avoided and productivity maximized. It is also observed that the utility of BIM for construction stimulation and clash detection is the best suitable method. Clash detection before the implementation of work is highly recommended to avoid rework.
