전산 해석에 의한 파풍망의 설치 효과와 최적 파이프 규격 (The Installation Effect and Optimal Pipe Sizes of an Anti-Wind Net by Computational Analysis)

  • This study was carried out to(1) visualize the installation effect of an anti-wind net; (2) evaluate structural stability of typical anti-wind nets in Jeju; and (3) present the optimal specification of pipes in an anti-wind net for maximum instant wind velocities of 40 m/s and 45 m/s. The analyses were done for anti-wind nets with a mesh of 4 mm and a height of 3 m by using CFX and ANSYS. The results showed that the wind went down due to flow resistance when passing through an. anti-wind net. The anti-wind net with the supporting pipe being installed every two main columns was certainly unstable because the main column not sustained by the supporting pipe became cantilever. With regard to the position of a fixing point of the supporting pipe, von Mises stress on pipes was certainly increased as vertical positions of the supporting pipe were changed to be too lower or higher than an adequate position but there was little difference according to horizontal positions. The adequate vertical position was $2{\sim}2.5\;m$ high from the ground. For a maximum instant wind velocity of 40 m/s, the optimal specification of pipes was a main column of ${\varphi}48.1{\times}2.1$ t@2,000, cross beams(bottom and top) of ${\varphi}26.7{\times}1.9\;t$, cross beams(center) of ${\varphi}33.5{\times}2.1$ t/2ea and a supporting pipe of ${\varphi}31.8{\times}1.5$ t@2,000. In case of a maximum instant wind velocity of 45 m/s, the optimal specification of pipes with structural stability was a main column of ${\varphi}48.6{\times}3.25$ t@2,000, cross beams(bottom and top) of ${\varphi}26.7{\times}1.9\;t$, cross beams(center) of ${\varphi}48.1{\times}2.1$ t/2ea and a supporting pipe of ${\varphi}31.8{\times}1.5$ t@2,000.

모바일 교통정보 애플리케이션의 사용의도와 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Use Intention and Satisfaction of Mobile Transportation Information Applications)

  • PURPOSES : Lately, a traffic information market has been developed with a rapid speed owing to information and communications. In this situation, a study on the use intention and the satisfaction of mobile transportation information applications of users will be diverse implications and a strategic foundation to local governments and transportation information related enterprises that should provide satisfactory info as public goods to much more users. METHODS : Going along with the flow, this study establishes features of the mobile transportation information applications aiming to the users and analyzes empirical causality for effects of the use intension and the satisfaction. Through this study's analysis, targeting users having experienced transportation information applications among smart phone users, a survey was conducted and characteristics of the transportation information applications were lighted and the effects of the use intention and the satisfaction were analyzed using a technology acceptance model. RESULTS : The analysis result was that Accuracy, Riskiness, Ubiquity and Interactivity as all attributes of transportation information applications have a significant effect on Perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use respectively. The Perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have affected significantly users' satisfaction respectively, so consequentially this shows effect relationship leading to reuse intention. CONCLUSIONS : The Perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use all for the transportation information applications were shown to influence significantly on the satisfaction. With this kind of result, if users obtain positive outcomes such as travel time reduction or effective roles on their tasks through the transportation information applications, they feel the satisfaction for using and eventually these affect positively to the reuse intention of those transportation information applications.

산소가 혼입된 Cr 박막의 질화처리에 따른 구조적 특성 (Structural Properties of Ammoniated Thin Cr Films with Oxygen Incorporated During Deposition)

  • Metallic Cr film coatings of $1.2{\mu}m$ thickness were prepared by DC magnetron sputter deposition method on c-plane sapphire substrates. The thin Cr films were ammoniated during horizontal furnace thermal annealing for 10-240 min in $NH_3$ gas flow conditions between 400 and $900^{\circ}C$. After annealing, changes in the crystal phase and chemical constituents of the films were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) surface analysis. Nitridation of the metallic Cr films begins at $500^{\circ}C$ and with further increases in annealing temperature not only chromium nitrides ($Cr_2N$ and CrN) but also chromium oxide ($Cr_2O_3$) was detected. The oxygen in the films originated from contamination during the film formation. With further increase of temperature above $800^{\circ}C$, the nitrogen species were sufficiently supplied to the film's surface and transformed to the single-phase of CrN. However, the CrN phase was only available in a very small process window owing to the oxygen contamination during the sputter deposition. From the XPS analysis, the atomic concentration of oxygen in the as-deposited film was about 40 at% and decreased to the value of 15 at% with increase in annealing temperature up to $900^{\circ}C$, while the nitrogen concentration was increased to 42 at%.

  • Companies and brands that practice sustainability pay attention to New Media due to its ability to build a sustainable relationship between companies and consumers. The need for research on specific roles, characteristics, and social media effects on eco-friendly advertising has had rapid growth in marketing programs for sustainable activities especially shown through social media. Information about sustainable fashion has spread to consumers through social media, and multifarious efforts have been made to attract the attention of youth. Despite the dramatic increase in eco-friendly marketing through social media as a part of sustainability, there is a lack of research on the major influences of emotional factors such as ad color and expression in social media. In this context, it is meaningful to identify relationships between emotional responses, advertising value and consumer behavior of sustainable fashion brands in Instagram and implement a suitable advertising type (color vs expression) for consumers. We used 366 responses for the final analysis. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, structural equation modeling using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study suggest that emotional responses, advertising value have a significant effect on the flow. This study expands on a previously limited research field by verifying consumer responses to image advertising on Instagram, rather than general sustainable fashion marketing. The study results also provide meaningful implications for a relation formation between customers and fashion brands vis-${\grave{a}}$-vis sustainable social media marketing.

Mechanical, rheological, and durability analysis of self-consolidating concretes containing recycled aggregates

  • In the present paper, the effect of recycled aggregates on the rheological and mechanical properties of self-consolidating concrete is investigated experimentally and numerically. Hence, the specimen with two types of recycled aggregates, i.e., known and unknown resistance origins, are utilized for the studied specimens. The experiments in this study are designed using the Box-Behnken method, which is one of the response surface methods. Input variables in mixtures include silica fume in the range of 5-15% as a percentage substitute for cement weight and recycled coarse and fine aggregates in the range of 0-50% for both series of recycled materials as a substitute for natural materials. The studied responses are slump flow, V funnel, compressive strength, tensile strength, and durability. The results indicate that the increase in the amount of recycled aggregates reduces the rheological and mechanical properties of the mixtures, while silica fume effectively improves the mechanical properties. In addition, the results demonstrate that the fine recycled aggregates affect the total response of the concrete significantly. The results of tensile and compressive strengths indicate that the mixtures including 50% recycled materials with known resistance origin demonstrate better responses up to 8 and 10% compared to the materials with unknown resistance origins, respectively. Recycled materials with a specific resistance origin also show better results than recycled materials with an unknown resistance origin. Durability test results represent those concretes containing recycled coarse aggregates have lower strength compared to recycled fine aggregates. Also, a series of mathematical relationships for all the responses are presented using variance analysis to predict mixtures' rheological and mechanical properties.

  • 고속 전자기 성형 (EMF) 과정은 로렌츠 힘과 자기장의 에너지를 기반으로 한다. EMF의 장점은 향상된 성형성, 주름 감소 및 비접촉 성형 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자기 성형을 통한 알루미늄 파이프의 온도에 따른 성형성을 분석하기 위해 전자기-구조 연동해석을 수행하였으며, 온도가 증가함에 따라 전기저항이 커지므로 인해 자속 밀도는 감소하고, 응력-변형률 곡선에서 온도가 높아질수록 유동 응력이 낮아지므로 변형량은 상대적으로 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 복합 후처리장치의 최적 모델 개발을 위해 반응기 내부 유동 특성 및 유량 분배 수준, 공기 연령, 체류시간 등과 관련지어 3차원 전산유체역학(CFD)을 수행하였다. 백필터의 각 격실별로 유량 분배가 크게 차이가 발생해 반건식 반응기(SDR)에 편류현상이 발생할 것으로 예측되어 백필터에 균등한 유량 분배를 위한 구조 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 SDR의 유입구 구조 변경을 통해 반응기 내부의 속도장과 체류시간 분포 특성을 개선할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 해석을 이용하여 수정 보완한 배가스 복합 후처리장치는, 반건식 반응기와 백필터 처리부가 일체화되어 있어 장치가 콤팩트하고 설치면적이 적으며 운영 및 관리가 매우 편리할 것으로 판단된다.

액상화 레드머드의 첨가량에 따른 시멘트 모르타르의 강도특성 및 색차 분석 (Strength Characteristic and Color Difference Analysis of Cement Mortar According to the Amount of Liquefied Red Mud)

  • 건설분야에서는 구조적 안정성과 더불어 생활수준과 의식수준의 향상으로 미관에 대한 새로운 요구가 증대되고 있다. 한편 보크사이트로(Bauxite)부터 수산화알루미늄 추출공정에서 발생되는 레드머드 슬러지는 $Fe_2O_3$를 약 20% 함유하고 있어 자연스런 천연 황토색을 나타내며 건설산업분야에 활용 가능성이 높다. 본 논문에서는 산업부산물인 함수율 50%의 레드머드 슬러지를 액상으로 제조하여, 제조된 액상화 레드머드를 시멘트 모르타르에 첨가하여 액상화 레드머드의 첨가량에 따른 시멘트 모르타르의 강도 및 색차를 검토하였다. 그 결과 액상화 레드머드 첨가량이 증가할수록 압축강도는 증가하였으며 액상화 레드머드를 첨가한 시멘트 모르타르는의 색채는 모든 시험체에서 YR계열의 범위에 분포하는 것으로 나타나며 액상화 레드머드 첨가량이 증가할수록 색채는 뚜렷해지는 경향을 나타내었다.

  • 곡선거더교의 복부는 교축방향의 면내응력과 면외 휨응력을 동시에 받는 구조이므로, 직선교에 비하여 플랜지와 복부의 필릿용접이음부에서의 발생응력이 상당히 크며, 또 바닥틀이나 브레이싱을 주거더에 연결시켜주는 거셋플레이트는 구조적으로 더욱 취약한 구조가 된다. 본 연구에서는 23년간 공용된 곡선거더교에서 발생된 피로균열의 발생원인을 조사하기 위하여 실제교통 흐름 하에서의 용접부에서의 응력특성을 파악하기 위하여 일련의 현장측정을 실시하였다. 이들 현장측정으로부터 여러 가지 타입에 대한 피로균열 원인을 분석하였고, 또한 주요 균열에 대한 피로수명을 평가하였다. 또한 곡선거더교 용접이음부의 구조거동 특성을 조사하기 위하여 유한요소해석을 실시하고 이들 결과를 현장측정결과와 비교분석하였다.

파라미터 모델링을 이용한 항공기 날개의 다분야 설계최적화 (Multi-Disciplinary Design Optimization of a Wing using Parametric Modeling)

  • 본 연구에서는 항공기 날개를 설계하기 위하여 공기역학과 구조해석을 통합한 다분야 설계최적화(MDO) 프레임웍을 구성하였다. 파라미터 모델링 기법을 사용하여 최적화 전 과정을 자동화하였다. 공력해석은 Fluent를 사용하였으며 이를 위한 격자는 CATIA의 파라미터 모델과 Gridgen을 사용하여 자동으로 생성되도록 하였다. 유한요소해석을 위한 격자는 MSC.Patran의 PCL 기능을 사용한 파라미터 방법으로 자동으로 생성되도록 하였다. 공력하중은 volume spline method를 사용하여 구조하중으로 변환시켰다. 최적화 방법은 전역해를 구하기 유리한 반응표면법을 사용하였다. 최적화 문제로 목적 함수는 날개의 무게의 최소화, 제약조건은 양항비와 날개의 변위로 정하였다. 그리고 종횡비, 테이퍼 비 및 후퇴각을 설계변수로 정의하였다. 최적화 시험 결과는 본 MDO 프레임웍이 성공적으로 구성되었음을 보여주었다.
