평판형 태양열 집열판의 집열관 온도분포 특성 (The Characteristics of Temperature Distributions for Flat Tube Type Solar Collector Type)

  • This study represented experimental research on the flat-plate solar collector. The heat performances were measured the tube array surface temperature by thermal-couple. The solar collector($W{\times}H$) of $580{\times}1100$, various tilt angles of 30, 45, 60 degree and the internal tube number of 4, 6, 8, 10(ea) were utilized in the present investigation. It is found that the thermal concentration is higher as the tilt angle become larger and the solar tubes are more and more. In this stuby obtained results of following: The array of tubes in collector has the best nice in that the number of tube is eight and the tilt angle is 60 degree. The collect energy by each tube array shown high value by increase the number of tubes and tilt angles. In addition to, the collect energy depends on by the tilt angle than the number of tube.

공조용 알루미늄 납작관 내의 R-410A 대류 비등 (Convective Boiling of R-410A in an Aluminum Flat Tube for Air-Conditioning Application)

  • 원관 열교환기보다 납작관 열교환기를 사용하면 전열성능을 한층 향상시킬 수 있다. 납작관 열교환기를 적절히 설계하기 위해서는 관 내측 열전달계수를 알아야 한다. 본 실험에서는 수력직경 1.41mm인 알루미늄 납작관 내 R-410A 대류 비등 열전달계수를 구하였다. 실험범위는 질량유속 $200{\sim}600kg/m^2s$, 열유속 $5{\sim}15kg/m^2$, 포화온도 $5{\sim}15^{\circ}C$이다. 실험 결과 열전달계수는 임계 건도를 기점으로 감소함을 보였다. 임계 건도는 열유속이 증가할수록 감소하고, 질량유속이 감소할수록 감소하였다. 이는 높은 열유속 또는 낮은 질량유속에서 대류의 영향이 작게 되고 따라서 조기에 dryout이 발생되기 때문에 나타나는 현상으로 판단된다. 열전달계수는 질량유속이 증가할수록 증가하였다. 그러나 낮은 건도에서는 질량유속의 영향은 미미하였다. 열전달계수는 포화온도가 증가할수록 증가하였다. 하지만 이런 경향은 열유속이 작아지면 감소하였다. Shah와 Kaew-On et al. 상관식은 본 실험자료를 적절히 예측하였다.

  • 제 3세대로 불리우는 차세대 발전시스템인 고체산화물 연료전지(Solid Oxide Fuel Cell, SOFC)는 연료전지 가운데 발전효율이 가장 높고, NOx와 SOx의 발생이 없는 무공해 청정에너지 발전 시스템으로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이중 원통형 구조는 전력밀도가 평판형 구조에 비해 다소 떨어지나 반응기체의 밀봉이 쉽고, 기계적 강도가 높으며, 열응력에 대한 저항성이 높아 스텍제작이 비교적 용이하며 장기 운전이 가능하다는 장점이 있으며, 평판형 구조의 경우는 전류의 흐름이 구성요소의 면에 수직방향으로 흐르므로 전력밀도가 높은 장점이 있으나 가스의 밀봉이 어렵고, 기계적 강도나 열응력에 대한 저항성이 높은 단점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원통형 구조와 평판형 구조의 상호 장점을 보완하여 기존의 원통형의 구조를 최적화하여 개선한 연료극 지지체식 Flat-Tube형 고체산화물 연료전지의 제조와 특성에 대한 연구를 발표하고자 한다.

진공복사관식 집열기의 성능실측 및 최적화 연구 (Study on the Optical Performance of Evacuated Solar Collectors)

  • This work has been carried out to find the ideal operating conditions for solar vacuum tube collectors which are widely used at present. Various types of solar collectors including a flat plate one were experimentally tested and examined to determine their thermal efficiencies and operating characteristics. Generally, solar vacuum tubes can be classified into two groups according to their design features. Of these, one is characterized by the insertion of a metallic device(such as a finned heat pipe) in an evacuated glass tube for the collection and transportation of solar energy. The other utilizes double glass tubes where the smaller one is contained inside the bigger one and soldered to each other after the small gap between them is evacuated. Both of these solar collectors are designed to minimize convection heat losses by removing the air which is in direct contact with the absorber surface. The performance of the former type can be readily analyzed by applying the relevant correlations developed for flat plate solar collectors. This has been demonstrated in the present study for the case of a solar collector where a heat pipe is inserted in an evacuated tube.

  • A CPM (computational preston tube method) was developed to measure wall shear stress in a transitional boundary layer on a flat plate using Preston tubes. Correlation for the displacement factor of Preston tubes was improved for a CPM to be used in the transitional boundary layer. The distribution of skin-friction coefficient was reasonably predicted in the uniform free stream of 3.1% turbulence intensity. Reasonable and accurate estimation of displacement factor of Preston tubes was found to be of crucial importance for the CPM, especially in the laminar boundary layer. The mean velocity profiles of the boundary layer on the plate were also measured and presented.

  • This paper presents a useful method of registration in manufacturing of shadow color mask for cathode ray tubes of the FTM (Flat Tension Mask) type, wherein the shadow mask and front panel are interchangeable when mask-panels are assembled, which is called ICM system. Theoretical analysis and alignment process are presented. The pattern of mask aperture is registered with a screen pattern of corresponding geometry of the panel in flat tension mask tube. Registration accuracy of panel and mask affects the purity of color cathode ray tube concerned with mislanding. It tries to minimize the misregistration caused by variances, which are mechanical error, mask stretching position error, restrictive number of fiducial point, etc.

  • These experiments is to determine design equations for heat transfer and for pressure drop in a new designed heat exchanger with the waved circular fin tube bundles under various experimental conditions. The results with waved circular fin tube bundles are compared with those with the flat circular fin tube bundles. Heat transfer coefficients in the waved circular fin tubes were enhanced to about 50% in comparison with those in the flat circular fin tubes, This is expected to reduce the capacity of a heat exchanger up to 30%.

  • Deformation surrounding the hole in the tube during the hydro-piercing process has been investigated in this study. The tube is expanded and internally pressurized between upper and lower dies, and a piercing punch is driven forcefully through a cross passage in the die and through the wall of the tube. The pressurized fluid within the tube provides support to the wall of the tube during a piercing step to form a hole in the tube having less deformation surrounding the hole in the tube. The deformation area may be fully retracted to a substantially flat form or partially retracted to a countersunk form. In this study, a mathematical model that can predict deformation surrounding the hole has been proposed and experimentally verified by actual hydro-piercing test.
