조피볼락(Sebastes schligeli)에 있어 사료내 단백질 사료원으로서의 어분대체품 (Fish Meal Analog as a Dietary Protein Source in Koran Rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli)

  • 본 연구는 조피볼락 사료에 있어서 어분대체품을 결정하고, 상품어분대체품과 유인물질의 첨가 효과를 통하여 조피볼락용 어분대체품개발을 위한 기초자료도 사용하고자 수행되었다. 실험사료는 조단백질 52%로, 가용성 에너지 16.8 KJ/g으로 설계되었고, 주단백질원으로 북양어분, 어분대체품 및 상품어분대체품을 사용하였다. 사료의 성분조성은 다음과 같이 요약된다 : 사료1, 100%FM (control) ; 사료2, 60%FM : 40% CFMA ; 사료3, 60%FM : 40% CFMA+ATT ; 사료 4, 80%FM : 20% FMA ; 사료5, 80% FM: 20%FMA+ATT : 사료 6, ; 사료6, 60%FM : 40%FMA+ATT; 사료7, 40%FM : 60% FMA+ATT. 어분대체품은 혈분(BM), 오징어간분(SLP), 육골분(MBM), 수지박(LM), 가금부산물(PBP), 우모분(FM), 필수아미노산(Met, Lys, Ile) 등을 적절히 배합하여 제작 사용하였다. 성장률, 사료효율, 일간성장률 및 단백질효율에 있어서 사료 1은 사료 4, 사료 5 및 사료 6에 비해 유의적인 차이가 없었지만(P>0.05), 나머지 실험구들은 대조구에 비해 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). 특히, 상품어분대체품(CFMA)인 사료 2와 사료 3은 실험사료로 제작된 동일한 수준의 사료 6과 비교하여 성장률, 사료효율, 단백질효율에서 유의적으로 낮은 경향을 보였다. 0.5% 유인물질을 첨가한 사료 3과 5는 사료 2와 4에 비해 유의적인 차이는 보이지 않았으며(P>0.05), 간중량지수, hemoglobin 및 비만도에 있어서는 유의적인 차이가 나타났다(P<0.05). 따라서, 조피볼락에 있어서 어분대체품(FMA)으로 어분단백질을 40%정도 대체 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

양어사료의 어분대체품 개발의 경제성 분석 (Economic Evaluation of The Newly Developed Fish Meal Analog (BAIFA-M))

  • This study was conducted to examine the economic evaluation of the newly developed fish meal analog (BAIFA-M) in Korean rockfish feed. A raw fish feed (MP) and two commercially formulated diets (EP) were employed to compare weight gain (WG), feed conversion ratio (FCR) and survival rate (SR) from the sea cage culture system. By using the economic model in the practical sea cage culture system, feed cost, production cost and gross profit per kg production, rate of profit to gross revenue (RPGR), and internal rate of return (IRR) were calculated based upon the results of the experiment and the information of the private aquaculture farm (Young Chang) in Tong young, Korean. IRR criteria is one of the popular economic feasibility analysis methods applicable far aquaculture industry. This is an economic evaluation method to compare the given interest rate or the discount rate with IRR which can be calculated by the difference between the present value of the benefit stream and of the cost stream. The benefits of using EP on WG, FCR, SR, and production cost will be emphasized in this study. Fish averaging 20$\pm$3.6g (Mean$\pm$SD) were randomly distributed in each small cage (6m$\times$6m) as groups of 2,000 fish. By using 3 large size cages (12m$\times$12m), 12 small cages were constructed, and only 9 small cages were employed for three replicates of each diet treatment. To compare with MP diet, two sinking EP diets were designed by our laboratory and produced by the local feed company who wanted to promote these EP diets for the mass cage culture of Korean rockfish in the future. Two EP diets contain white fish meal and/or BAIFA-M as the main animal protein sources : WFM diet, maximum 43% of white fish meal : BAIEA- M diet, 30% of white fish meal nab replaced by BAIFA- M from WFM diet. Results are summarized in Table 1. Fish fed MP diet showed significantly lower SR than does fish fed two EP diets(P<0.05). However, there Were no significant difference on FCR among fish fed three practical diets. Table 1. As we expected, BAIFA-M diet is more economical than WFM diet as well as MP diet. Feed cost and production cost per kg production from BAIEA - M diet were lower than those from WFM and MP diets. Moreover, gross profit per Kg production, RPGR and IRR from BAIFA- M diet were higher than those from WFM and MP diets. This economic evaluation study clearly indicated that MP diet should be replaced by the commerical formulated EP diets as soon as possible in the near future because MP diet is not economical in the practical sea cage culture system.

치어기 넙치에 있어서 9가지 단백질 사료원의 단백질 및 인 소화율 측정 및 성장에 미치는 영향 (Apparent Protein and Phosphorus Digestibilities of Nine Different Dietary Protein Sources and Their Effects on Growth of Juvenile Olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내에서 가장 많이 양식되고 있는 넙치에 있어서 단백질 사료원들의 단백질과 인소화율을 측정을 통해 저오염 사료 개발을 위한 사료원을 선택하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 실험에 사용된 9가지 동 식물성 단백질원들은 $BAIFA-M^{TM}$(어분대체품), 어분(White fish meal, WFM), 넙치근육분(Flounder muscle powder, FMP), 오징어간분(Squid liver powder, SLP), 수지박(Leather meal, LM), 대두박(Soybean meal, SM), 콘글루텐밀(Corn gluten meal, CGM), 가금부산물(Poultry by-product PBP), 그리고 난단백질(Egg albumin) 이였다. 실험결과, 각 사료원의 단백질 소화율은 FMP, 94%; SLP, 92%; WFM, 86%; SM, 82%; CGM, 75%; LM, 72%; PBP, 72%; $BAIFA-M^{TM}$, 71%; EA, 30%로 나타났다. 각 사료원의 인 소화율은 FMP, 77%; SLP, 72%; $BAIFA-M^{TM}$, 65%; LM, 55%; WFM, 54%; PBP, 50%; CGM, 20%; EA, 20%; SM, 17%로 나타났다.
