유동제어 성형기술을 이용한 자동차 허브클러치의 실험적 연구 (A Experimental Study of Automobile Hub Clutch used Flow Control Forming Techniques)

  • In this paper, the metal forming process is caused of rise of the unit cost of production in increase of the lead-time and cost because of manufacturing final product through a few the number of processes. Flow control complex forming is proposed to put into formulation in order to apply cold forging from conventional approximate similarity theory, and the forming loads of the real material(AISI 1008) can be calculated by put at the new similarity formula the load by plasticine model material experiment through hub clutch. In order to reduce lead-time and cost the technology is used to manufacture with lower die of this product. By the application synthetic resin as the raw material, it is have the merit such short lead-time, low cost, good surface finish etc., as compared with the machine work.

산업현장을 고려한 작업복 소재의 역학적 특성 연구 (The Mechanical Properties of Working Clothes Materials Considering Industrial Settings)

  • In order to investigate the mechanical properties of working clothes materials considering industrial settings, the test weaving materials were compared with the existing materials depending on the season. The material design of the test fabrics were changed through fineness, composition, density of materials then subsequently treated with functional finish. As a result of evaluation of the forms according to KES-FB system, Koshi was deduced, and Numeri and Fukurami were increased. Thereby, the test weaving materials became flexible, surface became smoother, elasticity and volume characteristics indicated to have been improved. Consequently, the THV value of working clothes materials for test weaving was increased compared to existing materials which indicated improved result of the total hand value. Specially, the winter cloth material indicated improved drape characteristics and dimensional characteristics, showed improved liveliness as being compressed softly.

  • Hard facing overlay welding in high chromium carbide is a representative way of extending the fatigue life or recompensing damage, because workpiece surface is uniformly overlay-welded by alloy material. In general, grinding process is currently used for finish due to hardness of weld material. The development of tool material, such as PCBN, has made it possible to use turning instead of grinding. There are many advantages of hard Owning, as lower equipment costs, shorter setup time, fewer process steps, higher material removal rate, better surface integrity and the elimination of cutting fluid. In this paper, machining characteristics and cutting performance are examined to investigate turning possibility of overly welding in high chromium carbide.

  • As part of recent low-energy policies, thermal insulation standards for buildings are being tightened every year. The importance of external insulation methods is increasing due to the strengthening of insulation standards. Among the main materials used in the external insulation method, dry bit material is a finishing material composed of an organic binder and aggregate. When the fire occurs, the ignition of the surface part causes a direct fire on the thermal insulation material at the rear side when heat energy is concentrated. Therefore, it is important that the finishing material in dry insulation using a dry bit has a low fire spreading property in case of a fire and does not have a sustained combustion. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the fire spreadability by changing the internal fillers while using alkoxide-based acrylic emulsions, hybrid acrylic emulsions, and general acrylic emulsions in order to suppress the fire spreading properties of exterior finish materials.

석조문화유산의 표면 요철도에 적합한 초음파 탐촉자 및 접촉매질 선정 연구 (A Study on Selection of Ultrasonic Transducer and Contact Material for Surface Irregularities of Stone Cultural Heritage)

  • 이 연구에서는 석조문화유산의 표면 요철도를 고려한 맞춤형 초음파 측정법을 설정하기 위해 새로운 접촉매질인 엘라스토머 커버를 개발하였다. 이 커버는 17MPa의 인장강도와 625%의 신장도를 가져 탄성력이 매우 우수하고 마모되지 않는 특징이 있다. 또한 엘라스토머 커버를 포함하여 탐촉자 및 접촉매질에 따른 7개 유형의 비교 실험 결과, 암석의 표면 거칠기는 초음파속도 감쇠에 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 이러한 현상은 잔다듬에서 정다듬으로 갈수록, 직접전달방법보다는 간접전달방법에서 두드러졌다. 그러나 지수형 탐촉자와 엘라스토머 커버를 사용하는 유형 F는 요철도에 큰 상관없이 안정된 초음파속도와 높은 첨두치를 나타냈다. 이는 접촉매질로 사용한 엘라스토머 커버가 요철 표면에 충분히 밀착되어 탐촉자와 시편 사이의 공극을 제거했기 때문이다. 따라서 석조문화유산의 초음파 측정은 유형 F를 사용하는 것이 가장 적합할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 타워팰리스 III 현장은 현존하는 국내 건축물로는 가장 높은 초고층 주상복합건물이다. 초고층 현장에는 일반현장과는 다른 시공기술 및 엔지니어링 기술의 적용이 요구되는 바, 타워팰리스 III 현장은 지금까지 축적된 기술을 바탕으로 보다 발전된 시공기술과 엔지니어링 기술, 그리고 공정관리기법을 통하여 마감공사 포함 충 당 13.4일이라는 공사 속도를 달성하였다. 이와 같은 공사를 성공적으로 수행하기 위하여 적용된 첨단 시공기술로 1) 골조공사 및 외벽공사의 3-Day Cycle을 달성하기 위한 여러 가지 공법, 2) 초고층 주거건물의 마감공사 공정관리를 위한 Tact 공정관리 시스템, 3) 현장관리 시스템으로 물류관리 및 정보공유 시스템 등이 적용되었다. 또한 엔지니어링 요소기술로 1) 고유동 무다짐 콘크리트와 국내 최초의 압축강도 $800kgf/cm^{2}$의 초고강도 콘크리트 등의 New Material, 2) 냉각수 순환형 파이프쿨링 시스템 등의 New Method, 3) Smart Fan Control 주방환기 시스템을 포함한 Mechanical System 4) False Car System을 포함한 Electrical System 등이 있다.

전해Ni, 무전해 Ni pad에서의 Cu 함량에 따른 접합 신뢰성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Joint Reliability According to Various Cu Contents between Electrolytic Ni and Electroless Ni Pad Finish)

  • 솔더 조인트의 신뢰성 강화를 위해서 다양한 pad finish material이 사용되고 있으며, 최근에는 Electroless Ni Electroless Pd Immersion Gold (이하 ENEPIG) pad가 많이 사용되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 상용화 되어 사용중인 Electrolytic Ni (soft Ni) pad와 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 ENEPIG pad에 대한 신뢰성 평가에 관한 것으로, 다양한 Cu 함량에 따른 거동을 관찰 하였다. Reflow 후 솔더와 pad간의 접합층은 $Cu_6Sn_5$에 Ni이 치환된 형태의 금속간 화합물로 구성되어 있었으며, ENEPIG pad의 경우, 접합층과 Ni layer 사이에 $Ni_3P$ (dark layer) layer가 관찰 되었다. 또한, Cu 함량에 따라 Dark layer의 두께를 제어할 수 있었다. 충격 낙하 시험 후, 파괴모드를 관찰한 결과 soft Ni pad와 ENEPIG pad에서 서로 다른 파괴모드가 관찰 되었으며, soft Ni의 경우, 1차 IMC와 2차 IMC 경계에서 파괴가 관찰 되었고, ENEPIG pad의 경우, dark layer에서 파괴가 관찰 되었다. IMC와 pad material, bulk 솔더와의 lattice mismatch에 의해 불안정한 계면이 존재하며, 이는 연속적인 외부 충격에 의해 가해진 열적, 물리적 스트레스를 IMC 계면으로 전송하기 때문에, 솔더의 신뢰성 향상을 위해서는 솔더 벌크의 제어와 IMC의 두께 및 형상의 제어는 필요하다.

티타늄 난삭재의 탭핑 가공 특성 (Tapping Machining Characteristics of Titanium Hard-to-Cut Material)

  • This study compared and analyzed manual tapping and automatic tapping regarding tapping process characteristics of titanium hard-to-cut-material. Tapping process characteristics of titanium hard-to-cut-material are evaluated as the quality of a screw, wear of a tap, economic analysis, and cycle time etc. The type of screw threads after manual tapping is formed as an irregular type of screw threads, and perfect screw threads are created after automatic tapping. In addition, the chip type after manual tapping process is formed as the discontinuous chip due to work hardening, and the powder type of chip after automatic tapping process is created. In terms of cycle time, an automatic tapping process is shortened by 70% compared to manual tapping process. Insert tip wear of an automatic tapping shown in the process of 5-hole tapping is not found, but hand tap wear for finish cutting is most severe.

조경시설공사의 시공품질 분석을 통한 품질관리항목의 중요도 연구 (A Study on the Relative Importance of Quality Management Items through the Defect Analysis in the Landscape Construction Process)

  • This study aims to estimate the relative importance of quality management items through the defect analysis in the landscape construction process. The RIQMI are decided by the defect coefficient and it's cause weight. The defect items in the landscape construction process were classified by 56 items based on the classification form of '96 landscape architectural construction standard and the cause pattern were categorized 4 types as design, material, construction, and environment factors. To analyze the defect coefficient and the aucse weight by defect, the researcher surveyed the questionnaires on the 103 engineers and the 31 experts on the landscape architectural construction. The result of this study are as follows. The relative importance by facilities pattern turn out to be much higher construction, material fator than design. environment factor in wood facilities, paving facilities, and steel facilities, the RIQMI is very high in timber crack, timber vending, faulty of timber against decay, welding faulty of steel facilities in material factor, and timber crack, faulty of timber against decay, finish faulty of steel facilities, welding faulty of steel facilities in construction factor.

고장력 열연강판의 드릴 가공시 공구마멸에 관한 연구 (A Study on Tool Wear in Drilling of Hot-rolled High Strength Steel)

  • Drilling is one of the most important operations performed in the machining industry. And the material of the workpiece has a profound effect on the tool life, the surface finish produced and the overall economy of the process. Hot-rolled high strength steels have been used for automobile structural material, owing to high hardness and machinability of the material. However, in the drilling of hot-rolled high strength steels, the current knowledge of tool wear and machinability are insuf-ficient. There, it is desirable to monitor drill wear status and hole quality changes during the hole drilling process. Accordingly, this paper deals with the cutting characteristics of the hot-rolled high strength steels using common HSS drill. The performance variables include the drilling thrust, torque and drill wear data obtained from drilling experiments con-ducted on the workpiece. Also drill were is measured by acoustic emission system and computer vision system.
