CAE를 이용한 파인블랭킹 성형 해석 (Analysis of Fineblanking Forming using CAE)

  • Computer-aided engineering (CAE) is the broad usage of computer software to aid in engineering tasks. It includes computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided analysis (CAA), computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), material requirements planning (MRP), and computer-aided planning (CAP). In this study, the stress of mold analyzed using CAE technique. Punch loads were same difference between 0.5 % and 1.0 % of clearance, but punch load was decreased according to increasing of clearance. Punch load of pre-piercing process worked a little smaller than piercing process. Therefore, the hole of fine blanking process is also more efficient to manufacture the true size after pre-piercing.

  • To optimization of mlod for fineblanking forming of sector gear of recliner, it was analyzed the effect of clearance, V-ring height, V-ring position, blank holding force and counter punch force. In case of 0.003 mm of clearancs, the finest shear plane was obtained, but optimization between die and punch clearance was 0.005 mm. The height of V-ring was 0.7 mm. In case of increasing of hold force, the size of shear plane got better and the decrement of thickness became smaller. Both the size of shear plane and the decrement of thickness increased according to increasing of counter punch force.

  • This study was carried out the experimental and the analysis for process of carburizing and quenching, evaluated the reliability of mock-up. Carburizing of comer of rock gear was higher than body regardless of condition of eight processes, and the end of gear tooth was more highly distributed than root. Hardness of surface shows the maximum value and was decreased linear to depth direction. The result of analysis wasn't nearly the heat deformation. In mock-up, tooth flank increased 0.096%, thickness of tooth decreased 0.11% and body increased 0.11%. It had no trouble with assembly and operation like this. The mock-up of recliner for automobile was secured stability by four types of test.
