  • This paper uses the Apollonius Circle technique to estimate the position of a target that generates a specific signal by using a drone, which is rapidly becoming a rapidly expanding industry. The existing direction finding method is performed through the vehicle on the ground or installed the antenna at a high position to detect the position of the target. However, the conventional direction finding method is difficult to configure the reception environment of the LOS signal, It is difficult. However, the direction finding using the drone is easy to construct and measure the LOS signal receiving environment using the drone flying at high altitude. In this study, we use the 3D 800MHz Path-Loss Model to reconstruct the signal by using the measurement data of the ground direction finding, reconstruct the signal by using the 3-D 800MHz Path-Loss Model, and use the Apollonius Circle method to estimate the position of the target. A simulation was performed to estimate the position of the target. Simulation was performed to determine the target position estimation performance by configuring the ground direction finding and the dron direction finding.

  • There exist some regular multiple relations in the intervals of notes when they are combined within one measure. This paper presents a method to find the exact measure positions in monophonic song based on those relations. In the proposed method the individual intervals are segmented at first and the rules that state the multiple relations are used to find the measure position. The measures can be applied as the foundational information for extracting beat and tempo of a song which can be used as background knowledge of automatic music transcription system. The proposed method exactly detected the measure positions of 11 songs out of 12 songs except one song which consist of monophonic voice song of the men and women. Also one can extract the information of beat and tempo of a song using the information about extracted measure positions with music theory.

  • The technology of direction finding is very important to make high position fixing accuracy. TDOA(time difference of arrival) direction finding technology is a high accuracy technology and is used in RF system from 1990. The principle of TDOA is to receive an emitter signal with two antennas, measure the time difference of received signal and then convert the time differences to azimuth angle. For high DF(direction finding) accuracy long basis line and high SNR at receiving system are needed. The DF accuracy and position fixing accuracy are simulated with different SNRs and antenna base lines. We obtain the DF accuracy of $0.51^{\circ}$ at $0^{\circ}$ incident azimuth angle in case of 50m base line and 40dB SNR.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the difference voice production, according to the pelvic inclination while in the sitting position. Measure the sound produced(pitch) in three positions with the Praat program. position: anterior tilt position, posterior tilt position, neutral position(seat surface tilted 15 degrees). We found that the mean values of pitch were statistically significant different according to three types of sitting positions (p<0.05). The following result was observed: anterior tilt position > posterior tilt position > neutral position. There was significant difference in the neutral position. This finding suggests that the seat surface inclinations have an effect on speech production. Especially, neutral position may be an effective posture that may help increases the speech production.

  • This work deals with finding a suitable position correction algorithm of industrial robot based on measuring gaps between door and chassis. The algorithm calculates correction quantities and then must allow visually acceptable door-chassis assembly take. The algorithm simulation is performed for a simple door-chassis model, and its effectiveness is addressed in terms of the predefined total unformity, line uniformity. In addition, the error sensitivity analysis of the rotation center of door due to the mismatch of robot grasping is performed using the algorithm.

  • Generally, G.P.S(Global Positioning System) is using for the car navigation system but it has some restrictions such as the discontinuity of earth satellites and SA (Selective Availability). Recently, the hybrid navigation system combining with G.P.S and Dead-reckoning are much attractuve for improving the accuracy of a vehicle positioning. G.P.S called satellite navigation system, can measure its position by using satellites. Dead-Reckoning is the self-contained navigatioin system using a wheel sensor for the vehicle velocity and a gyro sensor for the vehicle angular velocity. Some algorithm could be generated for finding the vehicle position and orientation. In this paper, we developed a hybrid algotithm wiht G.P.S DR and Map-Matching.

  • The accurate focusing position should be determined for accurate measurements In VMS. Camera lens focusing is an important problem in computer vision and video measuring systems (VMS) that use CCD cameras and high precision XYZ stages. Camera focusing is a very important step in high precision measurement systems that use computer vision technique. The auto focusing process consists of two steps, the focus value measurement step and the exact focusing position determination step. It is suitable for eliminating high frequency noises with lower processing time and without blurring. An automatic focusing technique is applied to measure a crater with a one-dimensional search algorithm for finding the best focus. Throughout this paper, the suggested algorithm for the Auto focusing was combined with the learning. As a result, it is expected that such a combination would be expanded into the system of recognizing voices in a noisy environment.

  • This paper aims at finding out dominant robot configurations with maximal position errors, which can be attributed to the parameter errors, by using Monte-Carlo simulation for error analysis of a 3-axis SCARA(Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) type robot. In particular, the Monte-Carlo simulation is used for virtually measuring on the position errors, instead of physical measurement. In order to measure the observability of the model parameters with respect to a set of robot configurations, we propose the observability index which is defined as the product of singular values for error propagation matrices. Thus the index can be used for discriminating dominant robot configurations from a set of simulated ones in conjunction with standard deviation of positional errors, This paper analyzed error by robot positional error.

  • Time-varying tempo of a song is one of the error sources for the identification of a note duration in automatic music recognition. This paper proposes an improved music transcription scheme equipped with the identification of note duration considering the time-varying tempo. In the proposed scheme the measures are found at first and the tempo, the playing time of each measure, is then estimated. The tempo is then used for resizing each IOI(Inter Onset Interval) length and considered to identify the accurate note duration, which increases the degree of correspondence to the music piece. In the experiment the proposed scheme found the accurate measure position for 14 monophonic children songs out of 16 ones recorded by men and women. Also, it achieved about 89.4% and 84.8% of the degree of matching to the original music piece for identification of note duration and pitch, respectively.
