In this study, the estimating weight data of eight leading ships of Korea navy were processed by comparing with the final weight data of their incline test results statistically, and are analyzed as follows; The maximum criteria of the weight margins of Korea naval ship in the preliminary and detailed design phases seem to be appropriate values, but the minimum criteria would be advisable to update more reasonable values. And, the limitation that the acceptable deviation of lightship weight should be 10 % of the lightship weight on a naval ship's ROC(Required Operational Capabilities) is recommended to be prohibited, because it comes from the weight estimation which has considerable uncertainty and it may also drop off design flexibility. Finally, the SWBS(Ship Work Breakdown System) groups which have larger deviation values in the estimating weight of naval ships are necessary to improve their accuracies, and to upgrade their weight database continuously.

Moisture content was 79.5%, banjhi shoot was 77.8% of the total and the weight was 29.4 g/100 buds in the harvested plant leaves used for manufacturing Okro tea. Okro tea heated at 75$^{\circ}C$ for 30 min showed the best quality among all the treatmants. Chemical components such as total nitrogen, theanine, arginine and chlorophyll were high in the tea treated at 75$^{\circ}C$ for 30 min compare with those of other treatments. The sensory evalution test In terms of appearance shape color and taste showed greater preferences in Okro tea treated at 75$^{\circ}C$ for 30 min than those of other treatments. The results suggested that heat treatment at 75$^{\circ}C$ for 30 min was the best condition for the final rolling process in manufacturing of Okro tea.
Weight reduction while maintaining functional requirements is one of the major goals in the automotive industry. The use of lightweight magnesium alloys offers great potential for reducing weight because of the low density of these alloys. However, the formability and the surface quality of the final magnesium alloy product for auto-body structures are not acceptable without a careful optimization of the design parameters. In order to overcome some of the main formability limitations in the stamping of magnesium alloys, a new approach, the so-called "hybrid technology", has been recently proposed for body-in-white structural components. Within this approach, necessary level of mechanical joining can be obtained through the use of lightweight material-steel adhesion promoters. This paper presents the development process of an automotive hybrid hood assembly using magnesium alloy sheets. In the first set of material pairs, the selected materials are magnesium alloy AZ31B alloy and steel(SGCEN) as inner and outer panels, respectively. In order to optimize the design of the inner panel, the stamping process was analyzed with the finite element method (FEM). Laser welding by CW Nd:YAG were used to join the magnesium alloy sheets. Based on the simulation results and mechanical test results of the joints, the determination of die design variables and their influence on formability were discussed. Furthermore, a prototype based on the proposed design was manufactured and the static stiffness test was carried out. The results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed hybrid hood with a weight reduction of 25.7%.

Dredged and reclaimed soft clays form slurry state which is very high water content and very low shear strength, experience large self-weight consolidation, nonlinear compressibility and permeability phenomenon would take place. In this case, a material functions which represent variety effective stress-void ratio-permeability relation (especially very low effective stress), are should be determined to predict nonlinear finite strain consolidation phenomenon forehand In this study, large slurry consolidometer with a 380mm diameter and a 1400mm height which is able to consolidation and permeability test, was developed to determine material function of very soft clay with a 500% initial water content clay, self-weight consolidation and low stress level consolidation (1Kpa, 3Kpa, 6Kpa, 12Kpa) was conducted and after each consolidation step permeability test also conducted. after final consolidation step, a constant rate of strain consolidation was conducted with undisturbed sample obtained from the large consolidometer. On the above result, material function was determined and laboratory test was modelled to evaluate its validity, numerical analysis on th field was compared to other method.
Purpose: The purpose was to develop a preliminary scale to measure Korean adolescents' health behaviors through a qualitative approach, to evaluate the scale psychometrically, and to develop a final scale. Methods: Participants were 61 adolescents for qualitative interviews and 1,687 adolescents for the psychometric evaluation. Procedure included content analysis of interviews to identify health behavior categories for Korean adolescents, pre-test to confirm that preliminary scale items were understandable, content validity by an expert panel, development of the web-based computer-assisted survey (CAS), and psychometric analysis to determine reliability and validity of the final scale. Results: A final scale was developed for both paper-and-pencil and CAS. It consisted of 14 health behaviors (72 items), including stress and mental health (10), sleep habits (5), dietary habits (12), weight control (4), physical activity (4), hygiene habits (5), tobacco use (5), substance use (2), alcohol consumption (4), safety (4), sexual behavior (9), computer use (3), health screening (4), and posture (1). Conclusion: The scale's strong points are: 1) Two thirds of the final scale items are Likert scale items, enabling calculation of a health behavior score. 2) The scale is appropriate to Korean culture. 3) The scale focuses on concrete health behaviors, not abstract concepts.
Purpose: As improving the search performance of aviation security equipment is considered essential, this study proposes the need for research on how to find an optimized test sequence that can reduce test time and operator power during the search function test of explosive detection systems. We derive the weights and work difficulty adjustment factor required to find the optimized test order. Methods: First, after setting the test factors, the time of each test and the difficulty scale determined by the worker who performed the test directly were used to derive weights. Second, the work difficulty adjustment coefficient was determined by combining the basic weight adjustment factor and corresponding to the body part used by the test using objective rating. Then the final standard time was derived by calculating the additional weights for the changeability of the test factors. Results: The order in which the final standard time is minimized when 50 tests are performed was defined as the optimized order. 50 tests should be conducted without duplication and the optimal order of tests was obtained when compared to previously numbered tests. As a result of minimizing the total standard time by using Excel's solver parameters, it was reduced by 379.14 seconds, about 6.32 minutes. Conclusion: We tried to express it in mathematical formulas to propose a method for setting an optimized test sequence even when testing is performed on other aviation security equipment. As a result, the optimal test order was derived from the operator's point of view, and it was demonstrated by minimizing the total standard time.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of clothing habits wearing cool or warm in daily life on motor ability. A group of ten healthy young females were divided into a cold (C) group and a warm (W) group. From autumn to winter, C group was advised to wear cool clothing, and W group, warm Clothing. The subject's physical fitness were tested in October, initial stage of the clothing training and March of the following year, final stage of the training. The measurements were taken after the subjects rested in a thermoneutral room conditioned at 23$\pm$2$^{\circ}C$ over 1 hour. The test items were weight, skinfold thickness, grip strength (right, left), back-lift strength, vertical jump, sit-ups, Irosmax, side step test, single-foot standing test with eyes closed, and standing trunk flexion. Changes in motor ability of each group between initial stage and final stage of the training were compared. 1. Muscle strength, part of the motor revelation capacity, showed no significant change in the both ,Troops. On the other hand, strength and power showed a decrease in the both groups and C group showed a sharp decrease. 2. Muscular endurance and cardio-pulmonary fitness, part of the motor continuation capacity, were increased after the training and the degree of increase was great in C group. 3. C group showed significant increase in motor coordination capacity including agility, balance, and flexibility after the training, while Wgroup showed significant increases only in balance. 4. Weight and skinfold thickness as a part of the physique showed no significant change.
The purpose of this study was to examine the four week repeated toxicity in Sprague-Dawley rats orally administrated with Rhus-II (water fraction of Rhus Veniciflua). In acute toxicity test, three groups (40 rats of both sex) were administrated different dosages of Rhus-II, 2 g/kg (high dosage group), 1 g/kg, 0.5 g/kg and one group (10 rats of both sex) were received by orally only saline according to the Regulation on Korea Food and Drug Administration, respectively. There was no difference in body weight change, feed intake and water consumption among different dose groups. There was no alteration in relative organ weight by the administration of Rhus-II. No death of abnormal clinical signs was observed during the experimental period. Between the groups orally administered Rhus-II and the control group, there was no statistical significance in urinalysis, hematological test or serum biochemical values. There were no gross findings at final sacrifice. There was no evidence of histopathological alteration mediated by four week treatment with Rhus-II. These results suggest that no observable effect level(NOEL) of the test orally administration was considered to be more than 2g/kg in rats under the conditions employed in this study.

Objective: The objective was to test if creep feeding (CF) improves the average daily gain (ADG) and weaning weight of calves submitted to temporary weaning (TW) and if the combination of CF and TW improves conception and pregnancy rates of cows. Methods: Primiparous (n = 74) and primiparous and multiparous (n = 104) cows grazing native grasslands were used in experiment 1 and 2; respectively. The experimental design was in plots divided into complete random blocks with two replications. The CF was the big plot and TW the small plot, thus four experimental groups were formed: i) -CF-TW (n = 21 and 27); ii) -CF+TW (n = 16 and 24); iii) +CF-TW (n = 20 and 26); iv) +CF+TW (n = 17 and 27) with cow-calf pairs for experiments 1 and 2; respectively. Nose plate application for TW had a duration of 14 and 15 days for experiment 1 and 2: respectively. In experiment 1, calves were fed at 1% of live weight for 112 days using a commercial supplement with 18.4% crude protein. In experiment 2, the supplementation lasted 98 days, and was carried out with corn dried distillers grains with soluble (DDGS) at 40% of the potential intake on a daily basis. Results: The TW reduced ADG during the TW period and the following 14 days, but the negative effect of TW was maintained until the final weaning only in experiment 2. The CF increased ADG during TW period in both experiments. The TW promoted an earlier conception of the dams (12 days in -CF treatment and 19 days in +CF treatment, p<0.01) and CF increased pregnancy rate in experiment 1, being the effects not consistent between experiments. Conclusion: The CF consistently promoted an increase in ADG during the period of TW and increased final weaning weight of calves, therefore it is economically viable.

The success of establishing the Indonesian growing fast hybrid carp, namely "Permata", on a controlled environmental test must be followed up with a large-scale test. This study aims to evaluate the phenotypic performance of the Permata hybrid carp in multi-locations with different cultivation systems. The test sites consisted of floating net cages, running-water ponds, semi-concrete ponds, earthen ponds, fully concrete ponds, and static net cages. For 90 days, fish were fed commercial pellets with a 28%-30% protein content. At the end of the test, all fish were harvested and counted. Data on length, weight, survival rate, and harvested biomass were used to analyze the effect of genotype, environment, and their interaction on the phenotypic performance. The growth based on final weight is used to analyze the stability performance in each test location. The results showed that the length and weight of common carp were significantly affected by genotype and the environment, but not by the interaction of both. The genotype, environment, and the interaction of both factors affected common carp's survival and harvested biomass. Common carp reared in floating net cages generally had the best performance, while carp reared in fully concrete tanks and static net cages had the lowest. The growth stability analysis showed that the common carp in this study were unstable genotypes but have a broad adaptability in term of different environments.
