  • Recently, It is gradually raised necessity that thickness of thin film is measured accuracy and managed in industrial circles and medical world. Ultrasonic Signal processing method is likely to become a very powerful method for NDE method of detection of microdefects and thickness measurement of thin film below the limit of Ultrasonic distance resolution in the opaque materials, provides useful information that cannot be obtained by a conventional measuring system. In the present research, considering a thin film below the limit of Ultrasonic distance resolution sandwiched between three substances as acoustical analysis model, demonstrated the usefulness of ultrasonic Signal processing technique using information of ultrasonic frequency for NDE of measurements of thin film thickness, sound velocity, and step height, regardless of interference phenomenon

Ultrasonic Signal processing method is likely to become a very powerful method for NDE method of detection of microdefects and thickness measurement of thin film below the limit of Ultrasonic distance resolution in the opaque materials, provides useful information that cannot be obtained by a conventional measuring system. In the present research, considering a thin film below the limit of ultrasonic distance resolution sandwiched between three substances as acoustical analysis model, demonstrated the usefulness of ultrasonic Signal processing technique using information of ultrasonic frequency for NDE of measurements of thin film thickness, sound velocity, and step height, regardless of interference phenomenon. Numeral information was deduced and quantified effective information from the image. Also, pattern recognition of a defected input image was performed by neural network algorithm. Input pattern of various numeral was composed combinationally, and then, it was studied by neural network. Furthermore, possibility of pattern recognition was confirmed on artifical defected input data formed by simulation. Finally, application on unknown input pattern was also examined.

물성변화에 따른 압전형 마이크로스피커의 특성 (Characteristics of Piezoelectric Microspeakers according to the Material Properties)

  • This paper reports the characteristics of piezoelectric microspeakers that are audible in open air with high quality piezoelectric AlN thin film according to the materials properties. When we use a tensile-stressed silicon nitride diaphragm as a supporting layer, the Sound Pressure Level (SPL) is relatively small and constant at low frequency region and shows about 70 dB at 10 kHz. However, in case of a compressively stressed composite diaphragm, the SPL of the fabricated microspeakers shows higher output pressure than those of a tensile-stressed diaphragm. It produces more than 66 dB from 100 Hz to 15 kHz and the highest SPL is about 100 dB at 9.3 kHz with $20V_{peak-to-peak}$, sinusoidal input biases and at 10 mm distances from the fabricated microspeakers to the reference microphone. From the experimental results, it is superior to have a compressively composite diaphragm in order to produce a high SPL in piezoelectric microspeaker.

  • 현대영화에 나타난 스토리텔링의 구조적 경향을 아피찻퐁의 영화와 구조영화를 통해 비교분석하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 구조적 특징과 관련하여 주요하게 논의된 개념은 반환영성인데 이는 1960,70년대 영미권을 중심으로 활동한 구조/물질주의 영화작가들의 형식적 실험에 영향을 받은 측면이 있다. 하지만 구조/물질주의 영화가 영화형식에 대한 극단적인 실험에 중심을 두고 있었다면 아피찻퐁의 영화는 이를 수용하고 넘어선 포스트모던 영화의 미학으로 확장되었다. 아피찻퐁은 주류적 스토리텔링방식을 거부하거나 무시하기 보다는 환영과 비환영의 개념사이에서 균형을 잡는다. 아피찻퐁은 이를 위해 영상과 음향의 외재성과 내재성을 창의적인 방식으로 활용한다. 현대 영화에서 관찰할 수 있는 주류적 스토리텔링 방식이 아리스토텔레스가 시학에서 언급한 방법론들의 현대적 변용에 기초하여 여전히 환영적 디제시스 창조에 관여하고 있는 반면 아피찻퐁은 구조/물질주의 실험영화의 미학적 성과 위에서 스토리텔링 전략의 새로운 방향을 모색한다.

유체 윤활 저널 베어링의 음원 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Sound Source of Hydrodynamic Journal Bearings)

  • Results of theoretical investigations on acoustical properties of hydrodynamic journal bearings are presented. Nonlinear analysis including rotor imbalance is performed for a rotor-bearing system in order to obtain acoustical properties of hydrodynamic journal bearings. Furthermore, a cavitation algorithm, implementing the Jakobsson-Floberg-Olsson boundary condition, is adopted to predict cavitation regions in a fluid film. Acoustical properties of hydrodynamic journal bearings are identified through frequency analysis of oil pressure fluctuation calculated from the nonlinear transient analysis. The results show that the acoustical frequency spectra of the fluid film are pure tone spectra, containing the frequency of the shaft rotation and its super-harmonics. The analysis also shows that super-harmonics are predominant at the neighborhood of the fluid film reformation and rupture regions.

  • David Harris argues that mass media suppress counter-hegemonic factors in order to reach audience. According to Harris's theory, the success of the film "Tess" depends on its effective adaptation from Thomas Hardy's novel Tess of the D'Urbervilles (1891). Tess (1979), directed by Roman Polansky, casting Nastassia Kinski for Tess, was acclaimed as a professional and commercial success, awarded with various prizes. Hardy's aim at criticizing Victorian English social and moral standard through Tess appears obscure in Polansky's film which focuses on the aesthetics of human body and capital. Polanski's Tess with urban white beauty does not emerge victimized by poverty, which the late twentieth century audience under the capitalist umbrella may abhor. To examine his use of music, sound effect, visual images by means of camera operation—angles, distances, close-ups and frequent movements—light and color, and mythic elements in the film, show Polansky's sharp perception of his contemporary audience's desire and conscientious work upon it.

  • We reported on characteristics of the piezoelectric ceramic-polymer composite for the application of the thick-film speaker. The PVDF-PZT composites were fabricated to incorporate the advantages of both ceramic and polymer with various mixing ratios by 3-roll mill mixer. The composite solutions were coated by the conventional screen-printing method on ITO electrode coated PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) polymer film. After depositing the top-electrode of silver-paste, 4 kV/mm of DC field was applied at $120^{\circ}C$ for 30 min to poling the composite films. The value of $d_{33}$ (piezoelectric charge constant) was increased when the PZT weight percent was increased. The maximum value of the $d_{33}$ was 24 pC/N at 70 wt% PZT. But the $g{33}$ (piezoelectric voltage constant) showed the maximum value of $32mV{\cdot}m/N$ at 65 wt% of PZT powder. The SPL (sound pressure level) of the speaker fabricated with the 65:35 composite film was about 68 dB at 1 kHz.

  • 이 연구는 영화편집론에서 감정과 커뮤니케이션에 관한 논의를 고찰하였다. 커뮤니케이션 형식으로서의 편집을 통해, 관객은 이야기의 새로운 사실이나 그 사실의 세부로서 새로운 쇼트에 반응하며, 새로운 쇼트는 관객의 귀납적 능력을 이용한다. 쿨레쇼프는 유명한 모주킨 실험을 통해 편집이 개별 쇼트의 내용을 넘어서는 감정과 연상을 이끈다는 것을 보여주고자 했다. 180도 법칙, 시선과 동작의 일치, 30도 법칙, 사운드의 지속성, 빛과 색의 연속성 등의 기술을 활용하는 연속편집은 감정을 강화시킨다. 영화의 감정 효과를 극대화하는 대표적인 장치가 시점편집이다. 영화 내레이션의 목적에 봉사하는 시점편집은 감정 커뮤니케이션을 실행하고 설득하는 강력한 수단이다.

貯藏溫度와 充塡材料가 마의 貯藏과 品質에 미치는 影響 (Effect of Storage Temperature and Keeping Materials on Storability and Quality of Chinese Yam)

  • 최근 한방(韓方)의 생약제(生藥劑) 또는 생식용(生食用)으로서 마의 소비량은 급격히 증대되고 있어 년중(年中) 출하(出荷)를 위한 안정적인 저장방법이 설정되어야 할 것이다. 본 시험은 마의 저장에 관한 정보를 제공하고자 저장온도와 충전재(充塡材)에 따른 저장 또는 상품성과 관련된 형질의 변화를 조사하였던 바 그 결과를 요약(要約)하면 다음고 같다. 1. 충전재(充塡材)에 따른 건전개체율은 상온저장과 저온저장 모두 vermiculite를 이용할 경우 가장 높았고 상온저장에서는 흙, 저온저장에서는 PE film을 이용할 경우 가장 낮았다. 한편 중량감소율은 상온과 저온저장 모두 타충진재(他充塡材)에 비하여 PE film과 vermiculite를 이용할 경우 가장 낮았다. 2. 충전재과(充塡材科)에 따른 저장 후 상품성(商品性)과 관련된 명도(明度)와 수분함량(水分含量)은 저온저장에 비하여 상온저장에서 낮았으며, 충전재(充塡材)는 저온저장에서 PE film을 이용할 경우 명도 및 색도 a값이 높고 색도 b값이 낮은 반면, vermiculite를 이용할 경우 PE film과는 상반된 결과를 보였다. 3. 충전재료별 저장 후 상품수량은 건전개체율 또는 수분함량과 정(正)의 상관(相關)을 보인 반면, 부패정도가 $30\sim60%$, 60% 이상인 것, 중량감소율 또는 색도 b값과 부(負)의 상관(相關)으로 분석되었다.

고압 수증기하 산화에서 핵연료 피복관내 수소효과 연구 (The Effect of Hydrogen in the Nuclear Fuel Cladding on the Oxidation under High Temperature and High Pressure Steam)

  • The characteristics of oxidation for the Zry-4 was measured in the $800^{\circ}C$ and high steam pressure (50 bar, 75 bar, 100 bar) conditions, using an apparatus for high pressure steam oxidation. The effect of accelerated oxidation by high-pressure steam was increased more than 60% in hydrogen-charged cladding than normal cladding. This difference between hydrogen charged claddings and normal claddings tends to be larger as the higher pressure. The accelerated oxidation effect of hydrogen charging cladding is regarded as the hydrogen on the metal layer affects the formation of the protective oxide layer. The creation of the sound monoclinic phase in Zry-4 oxidation influences reinforcement of corrosion-resistance of the oxide layer. The oxidation is estimated to be accelerated due to the creation of equiaxial type oxide film with lower corrosion resistance than that of columnar type oxide film. When tetragonal oxide film transformed into the monoclinic oxide film, surface energy of the new monoclinic phase reduced by hydrogen in the metal layer.
