This study aimed at improving the packaging technology of Yukwa to improve the quality and extend the shelflife using secondary packaging. After packaging the Yukwa using an OPP film, P2, P3, and P4 packaging materials were applied secondarily. Various films including (1) P1: OPP (oriented polypropylene), (2) P2: P1+OPP/LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene), (3) P3: P1+PET (polyethylene terephthalate)/NY (nylon)/CPP (cast polypropylene) and (4) P4: P1+PET/AL (aluminum)/NY/CPP (P4) were used for packaging Yukwa. The experiment was conducted at $25^{\circ}C$ for 12 weeks. P1 showed the highest acid value score (1.26 mg KOH/g), and P3 had the highest peroxide value score (32.91 meq/kg) among all packaging groups. Nevertheless, these values did not exceed the guideline values of 2.0 g KOH/g and 40 meq/kg specified in the Korean food code. The overall color difference showed a tendency for decreasing Hunter 'L' values and increasing 'a' and 'b' values; however, no noticeable difference in the outer appearance was observed in any of the packaging treatments except in the P1 for greater than 10 weeks of storage. Some texture defects were observed in the Yukwa when the moisture contents dropped below 5%. The P4 packaging treatment had the lowest moisture permeability and showed the least rheological deterioration change, followed by P3 and P2. In conclusion, the use of a secondary packaging with less gas and moisture permeability was more effective for maintaining the quality and extending the shelf-life of Yukwa than other types of packaging material.

DR has had an important fact not only in the department of radiology but also in productivity or work efficiency of a whole hospital. The environment of DR has more various parameter than CR, so it is able to supply high quality of medical services. The current environment of radiology department in each hospital has been changed from Film-Screen system to DR through Full-PACS. This hospital which uses Full-PACS became to study the proper condition of CR and DDR and how the image quality of them is expressed among general photographing systems in the DR environment. From this experiment, the image quality of DDR is better than CR under the same exposure condition. And in the DDR system, the score of image which uses AEC is a little higher than the score which doesn't use it. Especially it can be known that the function of AEC of DDR is useful to improve the image quality in the part of skull and chest. (The function of AEC : It is the tool that detects the ionized current of x-ray which goes through objects with using the ion chamber which is in the detector. Also it controls the examination of X-ray when the proper density is reached.) Because the proper degree of density can be represented by this system, the photographing can be taken much easily without consideration of the exposure condition with the thickness of various objects. From the result of this experiment, it can be known that the selection of proper exposure condition plays an important rule to gain good Image Quality. More researches will be necessary about DDR system which has potential ability in the future.

In previous paper(Lee et al., 1984), preparation formula and processing conditions of the fish meat (mackerel) paste using dielectric heating were described, that included the proper shape and size of product and the conditions of dielectric heating, hot air dehydration, and heating with electric heater to yield the minimum expansion and case hardening during heating and to controll the final rater activity of 0.86 to 0.83 accompanying with a complete reduction of viable cells and good texture. In present study, changes in VBN, pH, total plate count, water activity, texture, the loss of available lysine, color indexes, TBA value, and the content of TI were determined to assess the quality stability and shelf-life of the product during the storage for 35 days at $5^{\circ}C\;and\;25^{\circ}C$, respectively. And the effect of vacuum sealing and hot water treatment before storage on the storage stability of product was also mentioned. As the product was vacuum packed in K-flex film bag, heat treated in boiling water for 6 minutes, and stored, water activity was maintained 0.86 to 0.84 for 35 days regardless of storage temperature, and the increase of total plate count was negligible in case of $5^{\circ}C$ storage while tended to gain slightly after 25 days at $25^{\circ}C$ storage. Changes in VBN was also minimum with an increase of 1.5 mg/100g at $5^{\circ}C$ and 7.0mg/100g at $25^{\circ}C$, but in case of unpacked sample, it was 24.5mg/100g at $5^{\circ}C$ and 42.4 mg/100g at $25^{\circ}C$ even after 7 days. In textural property hardness tended to increase after 28 days and folding test score was down to A or B from AA grade. The loss of available lysine was $7.5\%\;at\;5^{\circ}C$ and $17.0\%\;at\;25^{\circ}C$ but brown color was not deeply developed as the color index score indicated. TBA value was not increased at $5^{\circ}C$ while it tended to increase rapidly after 30 days at $25^{\circ}C$. Changes in TI content was not obvious except that it showed a tendency of increase at the end of storage as well as in the change of lysine and TBA value. It is concluded from the results that the quality of the product, pasteurized and water activity controlled by dielectric heating, and vacuum packed in K-flex film would be stable for more than 35 days at $5^{\circ}C$ and at least 25 days even at room temperature.
Purpose: To evaluate the clinical and radiological outcomes, and the complications of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) using a fixed bearing prosthesis after 5-year follow-up. Materials and Methods: Twenty-six knees (25 patients) that underwent fixed bearing UKA between May 2003 and August 2011 were included. The subjects were 3 males (3 knees) and 22 females (23 knees), and the average age was 63.5 years. The preoperative diagnosis was osteoarthritis (23 knees) and osteonecrosis (3 knees). The mean follow-up duration was 67 months (from 60 to 149 months). The clinical evaluation included pre- and postoperative American knee society knee and function score, and range of motion. The radiology evaluation included standing antero-posterior, lateral view, and fluoroscopic film to analyze the postoperative alignment and osteolysis. Results: The mean American Knee Society knee score and function score were improved from 42.0 and 57.5 to 87.9 and 85.0, respectively (p<0.001). The mean preoperative and postoperative range of motion was $132.9^{\circ}$ and $132.5^{\circ}$, respectively. The mean femorotibial angle were varus $0.5^{\circ}$ preoperatively and valgus $2.2^{\circ}$ postoperatively. A radiolucent line was observed in 2 knees; one knee had a stable implant, while in the other knee, patellofemoral arthritis was identified during UKA. Diffuse pain of the knee joint with tenderness of the medial joint line was identified at the follow-up, so conversion to total knee arthroplasty was recommended. No other complications, such as osteolysis, infections, postoperative stiffness, and dislocation, were encountered. Conclusion: The midterm results of fixed bearing UKA were clinically and radiologically satisfactory.
The processing techniques are need to use the non-marketable paprika fruit because paprika that is difficult crop for cultivation and produced easily non-marketable fruits, such as physiological disorder fruit, malformed fruit, and small size fruit. This study was carried out to investigate the proper active modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) condition for enhancing the storability of fresh-cut paprika fruit. The fresh-cut paprika (cv 'Score', seminis) put into $7cm{\times}0.7cm$ size and packed them in 20 g bags. The active MAP and vacuum treated paprika fruits were packaged with LLDPE/Nylon, EVOH, Tie film, and injected partial pressures of $CO_2$ and $O_2$, and $N_2$ in the packages immediately after sealing to treat active MAP. The ratio of $CO_2$, $O_2$, and $N_2$ of active MAP conditions were 0 : 20 : 80 (air), 5 : 5 : 90, 30 : 10 : 60, 10 : 70 : 20 and vacuum treatment did not contain any gas. The passive packaging treated paprika packaged with $40{\mu}m$ ceramic film. After 7 days of storage at $9^{\circ}C$, the fresh weight decreased less than 2% in all treatments, and showed lower in 5 : 5 : 90 ($CO_2:O_2:N_2$) active-MAP treatment and higher in vacuum treatment than other treatments. The $CO_2$ and $O_2$ concentration in packages did not change remarkably in active-MA treatments except 30 : 10 : 60 active-MAP treatment that showed sharply decreased $O_2$, concentration and increased $CO_2$ concentration at $1^{st}$ day of storage at $9^{\circ}C$. The ethylene concentration in package was the highest in 30 : 10 : 60 active-MAP treatment and the lowest in the passive MAP treatment that packaged with gas permeable film during $9^{\circ}C$ storage for 7 days. The 30 : 10 : 60 active-MAP treatments were not proper condition to storage fresh-cut paprika. The visual quality was maintained higher in 0 : 20 : 80 (air), 5 : 5 : 90, and 10 : 70 : 20 active MAP treatments and passive MAP treatment than others and the firmness, off-odor, and electrolyte leakage was investigated at 7th day of storage at $9^{\circ}C$. The 5 : 5 : 90 and 10 : 70 : 20 active-MAP treatment showed higher firmness and lower off-odor than other treatments after $7^{th}$ day of storage at $9^{\circ}C$. In addition, the electrolyte leakage was reduced less than 20% at 0 : 20 : 80 (air), 5 : 5 : 90, 10 : 70 : 20, and passive MA treatments. Therefore, 10 : 70 : 20 ($CO_2:O_2:N_2$) and 0 : 20 : 80 (air) might be recommended for proper active MAP conditions.
Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) was assessed in terms of extending the shelf life of Solidago virgaurea spp. gigantea. In June 2005 Solidago virgaurea spp. gigantea were harvested from Ulleung Island, packaged in $30\;{\mu}m$ PP, $30\;{\mu}m$ Antifogging-OPP, $30\;{\mu}m$ LDPE, $18\;{\mu}m$ Macroperforated-HDPE, $60\;{\mu}m$ nylon/PE, or $85\;{\mu}m$ PVC/PE film, then stored at 4, 10 or $20^{\circ}C$ for up to 14 days. The $O_2$ concentration decreased to $9{\sim}10%$ in the PP and A-OPP packaging, to $12{\sim}16%$ in LDPE packaging, and to 2% in nylon/PE and PVC/PE packaging at $10^{\circ}C$. The $CO_2$ concentration increased to 5% at $10^{\circ}C$ in PP, A-OPP and LDPE packaging, but increased consistently in the nylon/PE and PVC/PE packaging. Weight loss was markedly reduced by all MAP films except M-HDPE, and which was enhanced with decreasing storage temperature. The soluble solids and pH were not affected by the packaging material at $4^{\circ}C$ and $10^{\circ}C$, but were affected at $20^{\circ}C$. The highest score for sensory qualities (appearance, color and overall acceptability) was obtained for vegetables stored at $4^{\circ}C$ in PP films. Our results show that MAP using PP films and $4^{\circ}C$ storage can effectively maintain the quality of Solidago virgaurea spp. gigantea.
Shelf-life of pork packaged under $CO_{2}$ was observed and the optimal volume of $CO_{2}$ gas was determined. High gas barrier film, EVOH($CO_{2}$ permiability; 1 $cc/cm^{2}{\cdot}24\;h{\cdot}atm$) was used as packaging material and the volume ratios of sample to $CO_{2}$ of 1 : 1, 1 : 3 and 1 : 5 were tried using the control of vacuum packaged pork. To ev.3luate quality of pork cuts, total plate counts, TBA, color and sensory score were monitored during the storage at $4{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ for 31 days. TPC of vacuum packaged pork increased up to $4.6{\times}10^{6}\;CFU/cm^{2}$ in 24 days while that of $CO_{2}$ gas packaged pork $4.5{\times}10^{5}\;CFU/cm^{2}$ at the same storage period, and it took 7 days more for gas packaged pork to reach the same TPC count. There was no significant difference in TBA value between vacuum packaged and gas packaged pork. In the color L and a values were not affected by treatment but vacuum packaged pork cuts showed higher b value than gas packaged pork. According to sensory evaluation, gas packaged pork showed less off flavor, better flavor and freshness than vacuum packaged one (P<0.05).

We compared two different processing methods for preparing high quality frozen in-shell baby clam products. In the first method, sand and mud were removed from the clams, then they were vacuum packed in polyethylene film, boiled at $97^{\circ}C$ for 6 min, and snap frozen in a cold air blast freezer (sample 1). The second processing method was similar, except the boiling process was excluded (sample 2). Both frozen products were boiled for 4 min, and then shucked and minced. Various quality metrics, such as the opening rates of shells, chemical composition, pH, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), salinity, thiobarbituric acid (TBA), amino-N, total amino acids and free amino acids were measured, and sensory evaluation was conducted. The opening rates of shells of sample 1 and sample 2 were 98.3% and 4.67%, respectively. The proximate composition of sample 1 and sample 2 was 75.2% and 78.7% moisture, 19.7% and 16.2% crude protein, 2.45 and 2.2% crude lipid, 2.8% and 2.1% ash, and 2.1% and 1.9% salinity, respectively. The L, a, b and ${\Delta}E$ values were similar: 48.6 and 49.2, 3.9 and 3.9, 15.7 and 15.5, and 50.7 and 50.1 for sample 1 and sample 2, respectively. The sensory evaluation score of sample 1 was higher than that of sample 2. Sample 1 was deemed to be superior to sample 2; therefore, we determined that the boiling process is needed for manufacturing high-quality frozen clam products.
We studied the effects of dip treatments of natural extracts (Camellia sinensis, Angelica gigas, Astragalus membranaceus, Glycyrrhiza uralensis: 1% extract) on the quality of peeled 'Daebo' chestnut. After dipping treatment peeled chestnuts were vacuum packaged with $75{\mu}m$ PE+Nylon 7-layer film then stored in $4^{\circ}C$ incubator for 35days. The quality changes including the surface color and off-odor were evaluated for storage days. The natural extracts dipping treatment on peeled chestnut was effective on skin browning inhibition. Especially, Astragalus membranaceus and Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract treatments was significantly effective in reducing surface browning. The color change (${\Delta}E$) of peeled chestnut was the highest (5.6) in control, whereas that was the lowest (3.4) under Astragalus membranaceus extract treatment at 35 storage day. The natural exteacts treatments had no effect on the weight, the mositure loss rate, the firmness and the soluble solid contencts of peeled chestnuts during storage after treatment. The decaying rate of peeled chestnut was 9.0% in control, 9.0% in Camellia sinensis extract treatment, 9.0% in Angelica gigas extract treatment, 21.0% in Astragalus membranaceus extract treatment, and 7.0% Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract treatment at 35 storage day. Sensory evaluation revealed significant differences in off-odor and color attributes. After all, the score of overall sensory evaluation was the lowest in Astragalus membranaceus extract treatment and the highest in Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract treatment. As the results, the natural extract treatments, especially with vacuum packing after Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract treatment, extended the shelf-life of the peeled chestnut by inhibiting the surface browning.

Flumazenil is a competitive antagonist of benzodiazepines. It is usually administered intravenously. However, if the intravenous route is not available then other routes of drug administration should be considered. This study was designed to evaluate the reversal effects of flumazenil after nasal administration. Twenty-five young, healthy adult volunteers participated in this clinical trial. The dosage of 0.08mg/kg midazolam was administered intravenously to induce deep sedation. Ten minutes after midazolam administration, 0.5mg of flumazenil was dropped nasally, over a period of one minute. Blood samples were taken to measure the concentration of midazolam and flumazenil at 0, 5, 10, and 20min after nasal administration of flumazenil, using High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The degree of sedation was evaluated with sedation score and bispectral index (BIS), Statistical analysis was performed by multivariate ANOVA and correlation analysis (P<0.05). Peak serum flumazenil concentration was reached in 10min. Sedation score decreased after midazolam administration and showed a significant increase after flumazenil administration. However, BIS decreased during the first 10min after midazolam administration and then no significant changes after flumazenil administration. There were two instances representing rapid and complete reversal of midazolam after intranasal administration of flumazenil. In conclusion, intranasal flumazenil administration may be effective in some patients when intravenous route is not available in condition of benzodiazepine overdose.

② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
