Business Process Change Design from Decision Model Perspective

  • Various organizational factors effect successful implementation of IT enabled business transformation. Among them, the most critical success factor is deemed to overcoming change management problem. Lots of studies have been made on implementation methodologies and business process formalizations to encourage organizational members to accept new business process changes. However, the logic of process redesign still depends on qualitative problem solving techniques mostly depending on basically human intuition such as brainstorming, cause-and-effect analysis, and so on. In this paper, we develop algorithmic procedure applicable to designing various business process changes such as process automation, business process resequencing, and more radical process integration. The framework is employed from dynamic programming approach in the literature, which is based on the decision making paradigm of organizations to abstract business processes as quantitative decision models. As such, our research can fill the gap of limited development of theory based analytic methodologies for business process design, by providing objective rationale to reach the consensus among the organizational members including senior management.

Improvement of Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Solar Cells' Property using ZnO based nanostructure surface treatment (ZnO 나노구조물 표면 처리를 통한 유무기 복합체 태양전지의 특성 향상)

  • 유기물 기반 태양전지의 낮은 전하수송 효율 문제(전하이동거리 약 ~20nm)를 개선하기 위해서는 생성된 전자-홀 쌍이 빠르게 전극 층으로 이동하도록 태양전지 의 층 구조 및 특성을 제어하는 것이 중요하다. 그 방안으로 무기물 반도체인 산화아연을 나노구조물 형태로 제어하여 전자 이동층(Electron Conductive Layer) 으로 도입, 생성된 전자의 이동 가능한 면적을 넓히고 전자수송효율을 높여 유무기 복합체 태양전지의 Fill Factor를 향상시켰다. 또한 제조된 산화아연 나노구조물의 산소플라즈마 처리와 같은 표면 처리를 통하여 유기물 층과의 흡착성을 높이고 나노구조물 표면에 oxygen을 침투시켜 전자 이동도를 향상시켰다.

Nitric Acid를 이용한 SiNx/SiO2 Double Layer Passivation

  • 실리콘 질화막(SiNx : H)는 결정질 실리콘 태양전지 제작 공정에서 ARC (Anti Reflection Coating)과 표면 패시베이션의 역할로써 많이 사용되었지만, layer 자체의 quality가 좋지 않기 때문에 최근에는 SiNx/SiO2 이중 layer로 passivation layer를 형성하고 있다. SiO2 layer는 Si substrate를 소스로 하여 성장시키기 때문에 막의 질이 우수하기는 하지만, 막 성장을 위해서 Furnace를 이용해야 하기 때문에, 공정 시간과 공정 비용을 증가시키는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 SiO2 layer를 Furnace가 아닌, 질산(HNO3)을 이용하여SiNx/Thin SiO2 passivation layer 제작하였다. 실험에서는 SiO2 성장을 위해서 질산 용액에 p-type wafer를 dipping하여 시간대 별, SiO2 막의 두께를 관찰하였고, passivation의 효과를 확인하기 위해 lifetime을 측정하였다. 그 결과 SiNx/SiO2 이중 passivation layer는 SiNx 단일 막으로 passivation을 하였을 때보다, lifetime이 10 us 상승했고, 셀 제작시 효율은 약 1.1%, Fill Factor는 약 4% 정도 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

결정질 실리콘 태양전지의 전면 전극 최적화 설계에 대한 연구

  • 태양전지에서 Fill Factor를 저하시키는 직렬저항의 성분들은 베이스저항, 에미터 저항, contact 저항, finger 저항, busbar 저항 등이 있다. 각각의 저항 성분은 전극의 width및 height, 그리고 전극과 전극 사이의 spacing을 가변함에 따라 각기 다른 값을 나타내는데, 낮은 직렬저항 값을 달성하기 위해 전극의 면적을 크게 하는 것이 바람직하지만, 이는 cell의 shading loss를 증가시켜 cell의 JSC를 저하시킨다. 그러므로 cell의 면적과 전면 에미터의 면저항을 고려하여 shading loss와 직렬저항을 최소화 하는 최적의 전면 전극의 설계가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션을 통해 전면 전극의 height, spacing 및 width를 가변하여 1 by 1, 2 by 2, 3 by 3의 cell 면적에서의 전면 전극의 설계를 최적화 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 각각의 cell면적에서 단위면적당 저항 값이 500 $m{\Omega}$ 이하, shading loss가 4% 미만인 전극을 설계하였다.

Screen printed c - Si solar cell의 전면 전극 Finger width 및 spacing 최적화에 대한 연구

  • Crystalline silicon solar cell을 양산에 적용하기 위해 전면 전극의 패턴을 형성하는 방법으로 Ag paste를 이용한 screen printing이 가장 일반적으로 사용된다. 전면 전극의 패턴 형성 시, Finger의 width와 spacing은 Fill factor, JSC, VOC 등 태양전지의 중요 parameter들과 관련되어, 효율에 영향을 미치기 때문에, printing 시 Finger width와 spacing을 최적화하여 최대한의 효율을 내는 조건을 찾는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 Finger width를 $30{\mu}m{\sim}100{\mu}m$, spacing을 $1.8{\mu}m{\sim}2.8{\mu}m$ 까지 가변하여 c-Si solar cell을 제작하였으며, 제작된 cell의 LIV를 측정을 통하여, 최적의 효율을 내는 조건을 찾고자 하였다. 그 결과 Finger width $30{\mu}m$, Finger spacing $1.8{\mu}m$의 조건에서 17.12%로 최고의 효율을 나타내었다.

A Survey of People on Awareness of Health in Urban Area (서울경기지역 주민의 건강상태에 대한 인식조사)

  • A survey was carried out to investigate consciousness level of health. A total of 499 people living in Seoul and the vicinities were asked to fill out the questionnaire during the period from the October 1997 to the January 1998. Among the 532 answers collected 33 was imcompleate data, and 499 answers were used for the statistical analysis by using SPSS program. The most worried disease was cancer(27.6%), indigestion(23.0%), liver trouble(14.8%) and high blood pressure(14.8%). The perception of Korean on health and food habit indicated that food habit was considered the most important factor for the maintenance of health, as appeared in 28.9% of the subject. Eighty-seven percent of the respondents thought that health food is necessary for the health.

  • Consumers fill up not only their needs but also their own identity through apparel product and company. From this point of view, Brand personality is essential to convey customer's personality through advertizing influencing on buying behavior. This study investigates how personality factors of brand and advertising model and personality congruence influenced upon brand equity in casual apparel brands. The research methodology was questionnaire distributed to individuals who used to buy casual apparel brand. A total of 58 returned questionnaires were analyzed by internal validity, factor analysis and regression analysis with SPSS 12.0. The results of this study are as follows: in casual apparel brands, personality factors of brand and advertising model influence on personality congruence. Personality congruence influences on brand recognition and brand loyalty among brand equity.

  • Nanocrystalline $TiO_2$ electrode were prepared by spray-printing in order to efficiency and improved fill factor. Different compositions of nanocrystalline $TiO_2$ pastes are described, based on $TiO_2$ powder made by ourselves. The produced by spray printing $TiO_2$ films were compare with the produced by squeeze printing $TiO_2$ films and was studied in the light of static I-V characteristics. The produced $TiO_2$ films are extensively characterized by means of spectroscopy(Ramon, XRD) and microscopy(FE-SEM).

Heteroface AlGaAs/GaAs Solar Cells grown by MBE (MBE에 의해 성장된 Heteroface AlGaAs/GaAs 태양전지)

  • Heteroface AlGaAs/GaAs drift solar cells with an active area conversion efficiency of 15.9% under one sun and AM 1.5 condition have been grown by molecular beam epitaxy(MBE). These drift solar cells have graded doping profiles in the base and emitter regions. The cells have a short circuit current density (Jsc) of 19.00 mA/cm\ulcorner an open circuit voltage(Voc) of 0.93 V, and f fill factor(FF) of 0.78, respectively. Conventional solar cells with fixed doping profiles were also grown by MBE for comparison with the drift solar cells. Even though the fabrication cost of MBE grown solar cell is higher, the expected highest conversion efficiency of the single or multiple cells could compensate for the increased cost, particularly in case of space applications.

  • For high efficiency of Si-cells, Si wafers were textured by the KOH and NaOH etching solution to decreas the reflectance at surfaces of the cells. The textured surfaces were shown various types such as isotropic and anisotropic depending on the etching solution. The reflectance at sample of an anisotropic form with pyramid type was lower than that of isotropic form. The surface with isotropic form of general tiny circles on the surface increased the efficiency, however, the reflectance of it was increased. The efficiency was increased on surface with low roughness.
