  • This program was developed in Visual C + +, the Windows operating system has security features within the files and directories. File and directory security, encryption / decryption operations yirueojimyeo file security can be round, to know the value of the key and security password I need to know the directory is designed to be decrypted. In addition, ECB, CBC algorithm and 3DES, SEED algorithms and methods, and encryption. De0 can not run that created the file extension, as has been developed to allow for double security.

  • The most commonly used PKZIP format is a ZIP file, as well as a file format used in MS Office files and application files for Android smartphones. PKZIP format files, which are widely used in various areas, require structural analysis from the viewpoint of digital forensics and should be able to recover when files are damaged. However, previous studies have focused only on recovering data or extracting meaningful data using the Deflate compression algorithm used in ZIP files. Although most of the data resides in compressed data in the ZIP file, there is also forensically meaningful data in the rest of the ZIP file, so you need to restore it to a normal ZIP file format. Therefore, this paper presents a technique to recover a damaged ZIP file to a normal ZIP file when given.

  • With the development of information and communication technology, we have been able to access and manage documents containing corporate information anytime and anywhere using smart devices. As the work environment changes to smart work, the scope of information distribution is expanded, and more efforts are needed to manage security. This paper proposes a file sharing system that enables users who have smart devices to manage and share files through mutual cooperation. Proposed file sharing system, the user can add a partner to share files with each other when uploading files kept by spliting the part of the file and the other uses an algorithm to store on the server. After converting the file to be uploaded to base64, it splits it into encrypted files among users, and then transmits it to the server when it wants to share. It is easy to manage and control files using dedicated application to view files and has high security. Using the system developed with proposed algorithm, it is possible to build a system with high efficiency even for SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises) that can not pay much money for security.

  • Cookie file can be properly protected by designing security zone to enhance the safety of cookie file vulnerable to cyber attacks. In this paper, the model, in which cookie file is stored in the security area and the current visiting page is closely linked with cookie, is proposed to help users utilize in the same existing way, as well as enhance the security of user cookie files. Even if attacker tries to compromise web browser's cookie folder, the security of other cookies can be preserved. It is possible since the folder has the only cookie for the current web page where user is visiting.

  • Recently, various threat and security incident are occurred for unspecified individuals, and this problem increases as the rapid of information sharing through Internet. The using of Information Security System such as IDS, Firewall, VPN etc. makes this problem minimal. However, professional knowledge or skill is needed in that case, normal user can't operate the Information Security System. This paper designs and implements File Access Control Module(FACM) to use easily for normal user against malicious threats and attacks. The FACM can exclude from malicious threats and attacks based on operation system rather than detection of threats and attacks. The FACM is working not only Windows System but also Linux System, and the FACM has effect on access control, integrity and non-repudiation for a file with an access control over files on the each OS that are used by multi-user.

  • File security is typically protected by encryption methods. The development of a network environment, such as the Internet according to the sharing of information between systems become commonplace, while providing convenience to users, individuals or organizations that facilitate access to sensitive information caused by hacking the system to attack the rapidly growing is a trend. This paper is the latest generation file system caused by the hacking attacks on the Sniffing for users using file encryption and key generation, Packet Sniffing Tool IP and data through the analysis are discussed. Through this study, the importance of protecting personal information by imprinting Proactive in the hacking incident, and what users will contribute to increase the level of security awareness.

  • The overlay2 file system is one of the union file systems that mounts multiple directories into one. The source directory used for this overlay2 file system mount has a characteristic that it operates independently of the write-able layer after mounting, so it is often used for container platforms for application delivery. However, the overlay2 file system has a security vulnerability that the write-able layer is also modified when file in the source directory is modified. In this study, I proposed the overlay2 file system protection technology to remove the security vulnerabilities of the overlay2 file system. As a result of empirically implementing the proposed overlay2 file system protection technology and verifying the function, the protection technology proposed in this study was verified to be effective. However, since the method proposed in this study is a passive protection method, a follow-up study is needed to automatically protect it at the operating system level.

  • Greybox fuzzing is known as an effective method to discover unknown security flaws reside in software and has been actively researched today. However, most of greybox fuzzing tools require an executable file. Because of this, a library, which cannot be executed by itself requires an additional executable file for greybox fuzzing. Generating such an executable file is challengeable because it requires both understanding of the library and fuzzing. In this research, we suggest the approach to generate an executable file automatically for a library and implement this approach as a tool based on the LLVM framework. This tool shows that executable files and seed files can be generated automatically by static/dynamic analysis of a unit test in the target project. A generated executable file is compatible with various greybox fuzzers like AFL because it has a common interface for greybox fuzzers. We show the performance of this tool as code coverage and discovered unknown security bugs using generated executable files and seed files from open source projects through this tool.

  • In the Hive file format, the sk(Security Key) cell provides access control to registry key. An attacker can figure out secret information on registry or change the security set-up if she could apply modified hive files on system. This paper presents various methods to change access control of registry key by modifying or replacing cell on hive file. We also discuss threats by access control modification and signs of attacks analysis by modified hive files.

  • As taking pictures by using smartphones has become more common in society, there are many incidents which are unexpected manipulation of images and leak of confidential information. Because of those incidents, demands that identify forgery/alteration of image file and proves of the original copy is constantly increasing. In general, smartphone saves image file as JPEG form and it has DQT which determines a compression rate of image in a header part of image. There is also DQT in Thumbnail image which inside of JPEG. In previous research, it identified a smartphone which take image by only using DQT, However, the research has low accuracy to identify the devices. There are two main purposes in this research. First, this research will analogize a smartphone and an application that takes a picture, edits and save an image file by testing not only about a DQT information but also a information of Thumbnail image. Second, the research will build a database of DQT and Thumbnail information in JPEG file to find more accurate image file's origin.
