  • Total six units of 3㎾ photovoltaic system and data acquisition system (DAS) are constructed for analyzing performance of PV system at field demonstration test center of Gwang-Ju in Korea. As climatic and irradiation conditions are varied. operation characteristics of the PV system are collected and analyzed in data-acquisition system furthermore, not only performance test of each PV system component such as PV module and power conditioning system but also performance of total PV system e.g. system efficiency power and loss factor at the site are reviewed.

과전류 부하에서 5상 농형 유도전동기의 정수 특성 (Parameters Estimation Characteristics of Five-Phase Squirrel-Cage Induction Motor within Over Current Load)

  • This paper propose a variable parameter estimations for variable over current load of five-phase squirrel-cage induction motor(IM) to servo control system. In order to high performance control of AC motor using a field oriented control(FOC) and direct torque control(DTC) algorithm, there are required precise motor parameters for slip calculation, flux observer, controller gain, torque command of current components, rotor position, speed estimation, and so on. We are suggest a analyzed estimation results of the motor parameters that developing five-phase squirrel-cage IM have a stator of concentrated winding for experimental within variable over current load at rated input frequency. There are results of stator winding measurement, no-load test, locked-rotor test, variable over current load test, and estimated parameters of equivalent circuits using manufactured experimental apparatus by IEEE Standard Test Procedure for Polyphase Induction Motors and Generators 112-2004.

현장 실험을 통한 원형강관 석션관입성 검토 (Suction Penetration Review of Circular Steel Pipes by Field Test)

  • 현재 국내에서 하천/해상 교량 공사시 교량기초 설치를 위한 가시설로서 원형 단면의 가물막이(cofferdam)를 많이 적용하고 있다. 기존 케이슨(caisson), 시트파일(sheet pile), 셀(cell) 식 등의 가물막이 공법이 많이 활용되고 있으나 이러한 공법은 설치 및 해체시 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 해상공사에서 가장 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 시트파일 공법의 경우 지반 관입에 의한 시트파일 손상과 요소 부재 연결 작업의 어려움으로 내적 및 외적 안정성 확보를 위해 주의가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 서해안 연약지반을 대상으로 원형강관의 석션관입성 설계를 수행하였고, 현장실험을 통하여 원형강관 석션관입 시공이 가능한 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 표준관입시험(N치) 결과보다 콘관입시험(CPTu)을 이용한 지반 분석 결과를 설계에 적용하는 것이 현장 실험 결과와 보다 유사한 결과를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 실트질 사질토 지반에서 상한석션압 이상의 석션압을 적용시 가물막이 내부의 국부적인 파괴(piping 현상)를 유발하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 인공연직배수재는 일반적인 샌드드래인에 비하여 비용 절감, 지반 교란의 최소화, 시공성 및, 시공 중에 발생될 수 있는 배수재의 변형을 최소화하는 유연성을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실내실험을 통하여 측압과 동수경사에 따른 여러형태 PVD의 통수능을 도출하였다. 시험결과는 압밀된 점토에 대한 과압력이 증가하였으며, 또한 PVD 공시체의 측압도 증가하였다. 이는 측압이 증가함에 따라 통수능이 감소됨을 나타내고 있으며, PVD 코어의 공극크기는 통수능과 비례관계에 있음을 보여준다. 현장조건을 고려하여 시뮬레이션을 통한 침하량에 대한 수치해석을 수행한 결과 현장계측한 침하량과 유사하게 나타났다.

시험시공을 통한 일방향 배수필터의 성능 평가 (Evaluation of the Performance of One-way Drainage Filter by Field Test)

  • It is needed to install a one-way drainage filter to prevent a seepage from lake or river outside of embankment and to promote a drainage from a flood inside of embankment when dikes such as lake dike, river dike, etc are constructed. However, the results of research for one-way drainage filter are insufficient. Therefore, through the field test of one-way drainage filter, this study checked a function of one-way drainage filter with a test of performance. As a result of field test, water flow in dike was blocked in the interception direction of the section that one-way drainage filter was installed, but water passed to the flow allowance direction of the section. Therefore we confirmed the function of one-way drainage filter. Seepage quantity in the flow allowance direction of the one-way drainage filter section was low as 74.6~80.5 % than that in the section without installation of filter because of a reduction effect of seepage with filter. And seepage quantity of field test was low as 64.3~90.0 % than that in results of seepage analysis because the coefficient of permeability of embankment in field is different from the results of laboratory test. In the future, more study will be needed to solve several problems which are related to fix the filter on slide, durability of filter, etc.

단상 MJ81 전기선로전환기 국산품의 현장설치시험 (The Site Installation Test of Single-Phase MJ81 Switch Point Machine Localization)

  • 본 논문에서는 단상 MJ81 전기선로전환기의 실용화를 위해 요구되는 현장설치시험을 수행한 결과를 기술하고 있다. 이러한 단상 MJ81 전기선로전환기는 경부고속철도 건설시에 프랑스 알스톰 및 코지프로부터 기술이전 받아 국산화한 3상 MJ81 전기선로전환기를 단상 220V를 사용하고 있는 국내 기존선에서도 선로 연변 전원설비의 변경 없이도 사용할 수 있도록 구동부의 성능 개선을 통해 공인인증시험을 통과한 제품이다. 한국철도기술연구원 및 삼성 SDS에서는 기존철도기술개발사업을 통해 기존선의 속도 및 안전성 향상을 위해 단상 MJ81 전기선로전환기를 국산화 하였으나 이의 실용화를 위해서는 연동장치와의 인터페이스 시험 뿐 아니라 실제 선로에서의 현장설치시험을 통해 성능을 입증하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시험을 진행한 과정과 함께 현장설치시험의 결과 분석을 통해 국산품인 단상 MJ81 전기선로전환기의 실용성을 입증하였으며, 입증된 결과를 바탕으로 2009년 2월 한국철도시설공단의 물량을 수주하여 현재 설치 중이다.

방류수 유량계(전자기유량계, 파샬플룸)의 특성평가 연구 (A Study on Comparison of the Characteristic Test of Discharge Water Flowmeters (Electromagnetic Flowmeter, Parshall Flume))

  • The test of comparing liquid flow calibration system (approved by KOLAS) for accuracy and structure change test was performed in the test bed in order to evaluate the typical characteristics of the electromagnetic flow meters and parshall flume that are generally used in the water discharging facilities. The results of the accuracy comparing test with liquid flow calibration system showed the error of less than 2%. Pharshall plume got error up to -8.3% (low flow) from the flow rate test, but less than 4% from the accumulated flow test because of offset error at high flow rate and low flow rate. Evaluation of structual change test was tested with only parshall flume using structure and it consisted of installation angle (parshall flume and level sensor) and position change. Installation angle, water level sensor angle and position changing test for parshall flume had errors of 3.1%~-9.2%, 0.4%~-5.6% and 0.2%~1.3% respectively. Especially, the error showed the largest increase when the water level sensor measured the point of decreased flow by the structure change. Therefore, error factors (change of straight pipe length, installation of obstacle or effect of foreign substances on water level sensor) that can often occur in the field should be derived and the research for optimized installation method should be carried out continuously.

A numerical study on manoeuvrability of wind turbine installation vessel using OpenFOAM

  • In this study, a numerical prediction method on manoeuvrability of Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV) is presented. Planar Motion Mechanism (PMM) captive test for the bare hull of WTIV is carried out in the model basin and compared with the numerical results using RANS simulation based on Open-source Field Operation And Manipulation (OpenFOAM) calculation to validate the developed method. The manoeuvrability of WTIV with skeg and/or without skeg is investigated using the numerical approach along with the captive model test. In the numerical calculations, the dynamic stability index which indicates the course keeping ability is evaluated and compared for three different hull configurations i.e. bare hull and other two hulls with center skeg and twin skeg. This paper proves that the numerical approach using RANS simulation can be readily applied to estimate the manoeuvrability of WTIV at the initial design stage.

멀티 모바일 로봇 시스템의 충돌회피 경로 계획 : 퍼지 및 포텐셜 필드 방법 적용 (Collision Avoidance Path Planning for Multi-Mobile Robot System : Fuzzy and Potential Field Method Employed)

  • In multi-mobile robot environment, path planning and collision avoidance are important issue to perform a given task collaboratively and cooperatively. The proposed approach is based on a potential field method and fuzzy logic system. For a global path planner, potential field method is employed to select proper path of a corresponding robot and fuzzy logic system is utilized to avoid collisions with static or dynamic obstacles around the robot. This process is continued until the corresponding target of each robot is reached. To test this method, several simulation-based experimental results are given. The results show that the path planning and collision avoidance strategies are effective and useful for multi-mobile robot systems.

배전급 내뢰설비 시설효과 분석 실증시험설비 구축에 관한 연구 (The Construction of distribution test facilities of lightning protection equipment)

  • In distribution system about 5% of total outage is due to the lightning stroke. In order to reduce the rate of outage occurrence, distribution lightning protection equipments such as a secondary arrester, arching horn and various ground electrodes are developed and installed in the inside and outside of the county. Therefore it is needed to construct the test facilities to analyze the effect of these equipments. In this paper we describe the main content of the test facilities of lightning protection equipments. We have completed the field test of distribution lightning protection equipments for example lightning arrester, secondary arrester and arching horn etc.
