도심지역 노인복지시설 실내 환경에 대한 RF 전자파 노출량의 정성.정량 평가에 관한 연구 (Assessment for Ingredients and Amount of Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Field Exposure for Indoor Environment in an Institution for the Aged of Downtown)

  • In this study in order to evaluate the growth of RF propagation exposure rate generated according to the enhancement of its use, it is proposed for the ground to be able to examine and to contemplate the correlation between the human health and RF propagation exposure rate by measuring and analyzing the RF exposure source and exposure rate in an indoor environment. As a result of research, it is analyzed that the main exposure source of critically making effect in indoor environment is the frequency hand if radio broadcasting, mobile communication, wireless LAN, digital broadcasting, home appliance, etc., including the TV broadcasting. Among these, it is shown that the TV broadcasting and mobile communication band are the highest. And it is the concluded that RF exposure rate of the environmental sensitive equipment, like an institution for the aged, has lower possibility to exceed the human RF protection criteria by this evaluation.

태양전지모듈의 EVA sheet 열화와 전극부식이 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Electrical Properties with Degradation of EVA sheet and Electrode in Photovoltaic Module)

  • In this paper, degradation in field-aged PV modules including degradation of interconnect, discoloration of encapsulant and hot spot have been observed and analyzed. From the results, photovoltaic module installed for 15 years shows around 13~20% drop of electrical properties due to the interconnect degradation and PV module passed 19 years has been found to drop of around 20% mainly by the encapsulant discoloration. Fill factor of the electrode oxidized photovoltaic module has been dropped by the amount of 6~10% due to the change of irradiance. It is because maximum voltage(Vmp) decreases according to the increase of irradiance.

경기북부지역 섬유업체 구직을 위한 교육수강생의 현황분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Status Analysis of Students for Employment in Textile Industry in the Northern Region of Gyeonggi-do)

  • This paper investigated and analyzed the status of students for jobs in textile industry for proposing the basic data for more effective labor supply to textile industry in northern region of Gyeonggi-do. The survey was conducted with 55 students in the middle aged class living in northern region of Gyeonggi-do who participated in the field practice education program related to industry business from April to June, 2013. The analysis results are described as below. For the satisfaction on the curriculum, 45.5% of the subjects showed the highest satisfaction on the education program. 65.5% desired the full-time employment in the textile business after the education. 78.2% of the subjects agreed that the education program for helping employment and recruitment in textile industry was the essential project in the current reality when there is a serious lack of field workers. Significant number of subjects answered that the education program should be implemented through the academy and business cooperation between the relevant departments in colleges and textile business. Although the subjects in this paper were very limited, the survey results would be important data to prepare the approach for improving the supply and demand of labor in textile business in the future as well as the starting point for a project to create new jobs for middle-aged women in the Northern region of Gyeonggi-do.

선천성 폐낭성 질환의 외과적 치료 (Surgical Treatment of Congenital Lung Cysts)

  • A total of 69 patients were treated for congenital lung cysts at Seoul National University Hospital during the period between 1960 and Aug, 1989. They were 37 patients of bronchogenic cyst, 18 patients of pulmonary sequestration, 7 patients of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation [C.C.A.M.], and 7 patients of congenital lobar emphysema. In cases of bronchogenic cyst, involved age was variable from 7 months to 53 years and most cases were asymptomatic. They were located 14 cases in the right lung, 6 cases in the left lung and 17 cases in the mediastinum. Their sizes were also variable from 2.5 to 12 cm and most of them except 3 cases were solitary cysts. There were 6 cases that had bronchial communication. In cases of pulmonary sequestration, aged from 3 months to 29years, all were intrapulmonary type. 15 cases of them were found in the left lower field and 3 cases in the right lower field. Anomalous vessels were confirmed in 16 cases by aortography and/or surgical exploration. In cases of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation, aged from 7 days to 6 years, 3 cases of infants were admitted due to severe dyspnea and cyanosis but the remaining 4 cases were admitted due to large cyst or abscess on chest roentgenogram. 3 cases were located in the right lung and 4 cases in the left lung. In cases of congenital lobar emphysema, aged from 14 days to 11 years, 6 cases were located in the right lung and one case was located in the left lung. All of them were male and had shown some degree of dyspnea from birth There were 2 cases of mortality, one in C.C.A.M and one in congenital lobar emphysema. But the remaining cases were well treated and recovered with the surgical resections.

일본의 고령자 지원을 위한 정보통신기술 정책 동향 및 활용 (Policy Trends and Utilization of Information Communications Technologies for the Senior Support in Japan)

  • 초고령 사회 일본은 다양한 사회문제 해결 방법 중 하나로 정보통신기술의 활용을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 특히 머지않아 초고령 사회에 진입할 우리나라로서는 고령자 지원과 관련한 ICT활용에 대한 일본의 정책 및 현황을 살펴보는 것은 의미가 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통하여 일본의 고령자 지원관련 ICT정책 및 활용 현황을 살펴보고 우리나라 고령자 지원과 관련하여 다음과 같은 사항을 제안하였다. 고령자 지원관련 현장에서 ICT기술이 실질적으로 활용될 수 있는 기회가 넓혀져야 하며, 일본의 경우처럼 고령자 지원에 있어서 개호와 의료의 연계가 중요하기 때문에 이러한 기관간의 정보연계네트워크 구축을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 또한 다양한 로봇의 개발 및 보급을 통해 개호자와 관련 인력의 서류업무의 간소화 및 개호 부담의 완화를 모색해야 한다. 그리고 ICT활용을 통한 고령자를 위한 정서지지 및 안정을 위한 기술의 보급도 적극 추진되어야 한다.

  • 본 연구는 고령화세대의 특성을 고려한 신변장식용품을 디자인연구와 발전 방안을 모색하여 신변장식용품산업을 활성화 시키고 고령화세대의 삶의 질 향상을 통한 정신적 복지개선을 위해 연구하였다. 정책보고서, 학회지, 단행본 등을 통하여 고령친화산업과 고령친화용품에 대해 조사한 결과 빠른 고령화진행, 베이비부머 세대의 고령화세대 편입, 삶의 질을 중시하는 라이프 스타일의 변화로 인하여 고령친화용품 관련 산업은 발전가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났지만, 정책적인 법제도, 표준화 제정 및 기준마련이 부족하였고, 관련 R&D투자가 취약하여 전문인력이 부족한 현실이었다. 하지만, 이를 역으로 이용하면 수요자가 확실한 시장에서 니치마켓이 형성될 수 있고 이를 위해 디자인 및 다양한 연구를 한다면 고령화세대뿐만 아니라 국가경제적인 차원에서도 발전가능성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

오프 상태 스트레스에 의한 에이징된 P형 Poly-Si TFT에서의 GIDL 전류의 특성 (The GIDL Current Characteristics of P-Type Poly-Si TFT Aged by Off-State Stress)

  • The effects of off-state bias stress on the characteristics of p-type poly-Si TFT were investigated. To reduce the gate-induced drain leakage (GIDL) current, the off-state bias stress was changed by varying Vgs and Vds. After application of the off-state bias stress, the Vgs causing GIDL current was dramatically increased from 1 to 10 V, and thus, the Vgs margin to turn off the TFT was improved. The on-current and subthreshold swing in the aged TFT was maintained. We performed a technology computer-aided design (TCAD) simulation to describe the aged characteristics. The aged-transfer characteristics were well described by the local charge trapping. The activation energy of the GIDL current was measured for the pristine and aged characteristics. The reduced GIDL current was mainly a thermionic field-emission current.

중년여성의 운동참여 촉진을 위한 향유방식: 긍정심리학의 향유 이론을 중심으로 (The Ways of Savoring for Promoting Exercise Participation in Middle-aged Women: Focused on Savoring theory in Positive Psychology)

  • 본 연구는 긍정심리학의 향유이론을 바탕으로 중년여성의 신체활동 향유방식을 탐색하는데 목적이 있었다. 1단계로 운동참여경험에 대한 배경을 이해하고 향유방식에 대한 기초 정보를 제공하기 위한 오리엔테이션을 진행하였다. 2단계로 개방형설문을 통해 운동 시 활용하는 향유방식을 수집한 뒤 심층면담을 통해 향유방식을 구체화하였다. 수집된 원자료는 긍정심리학의 향유방식을 토대로 유목화 하였으며, 각 방식의 사례를 구체적으로 탐색하기 위해 심층면담을 진행하였다. 개방형설문 결과 중년여성들은 신체활동 시 타인과 공유하기, 자축하기, 비교하기, 세밀하게 감각 느끼기, 축복으로 여기기, 행동으로 표현하기 등의 향유방식을 사용하는 것으로 탐색되었다. 심층면담을 통해서 각 향유방식의 사례를 긍정심리학의 향유이론을 기반으로 구체화하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 중년여성의 운동지도 현장에서의 향유방식 적용 가능성, 향유하기 관련 프로그램 개발 가능성 등을 논의하였다.

Accelerating Aging of Transmission Line Porcelain Suspension Insulators by Autoclaving

  • Porcelain suspension insulators aged for 1, 5 and 10 years on Korean transmission lines and new insulators are tested for autoclave expansion. The compressive strength of the insulators aged in an autoclave with conditions of $250\;^{\circ}C$ and at 20 atm for 30 minutes, was about $7.6\;kgf/mm^2$, which is close to that measured on insulators aged for 10 years in the field. From simulation results, the cement displacement changed linearly with temperature. At a temperature of $200\;^{\circ}C$, the shear stress was approximately $7\;kgf/mm^2$; a stress that is brought about by a 0.07 % expansion of the cement. It is evident that the cement would fracture at a 0.07 % expansion, because the cement has about 7 to $9\;kgf/mm^2$ flexure strength. A turning point in the shear stress with mechanical load occurred at 0.02 % cement expansion. From an analysis of the porcelain body it is shown that there is sufficient margin of strength to guard against fracture of the porcelain body even for a cement expansion more than 0.12 %.

노후 공동주택의 위생설비 리모델링 계획방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sanitary Piping System Plan When an Aged Public Housing is Remodeled)

  • Recently, the domestic remodeling market is increased in scale. This study is to develop the sanitary piping system which improves quality of life and facility performance when the aged public housing is remodeled. Above all, we found out three standard floor plans in bathrooms of the public housing. And then, the plan and section types of the sanitary piping system were developed for the on-floor piping, a construction cost of each section types was estimated to review the economical fact. Also, the field mock-up test was performed in the type of the pipe shaft with on-floor pit. In result, the developed sanitary piping system was available for the remodeling public housing without a great facility cost. Additionally, the sanitary pipe was replaced easily through the shaft and on-floor fit. And a noise was reduced to a lower unit when the water flowed down.
