Purpose: Fire response education is critical for healthcare providers working in hospitals to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. However, a comprehensive review that thoroughly examines the contents, methodologies, and outcomes of fire response education in hospitals is currently lacking. Methods: We conducted a scoping review by adhering to the framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley. We searched five electronic databases for literature published after 1990, using the key categories of "hospitals," "fires," and "education." As a result, we identified 15 relevant articles that met our inclusion criteria for the review. Results: Of the 15 articles, 12 had adopted a quasi-experimental design and the remaining 3 had employed a true experimental design. The majority of these studies (11 out of 15) were conducted in the United States, with 4 studies forming committees or teams dedicated to education. Simulation methods were used in 13 studies, while 2 studies had employed a combination of methods. All studies focused on first-response procedures based on RACE (Rescue, Alarm, Contain, Extinguish/Evacuation). Outcome measures included the learners' overall experience, performance in the educational settings, and performance in the field, with all studies reporting positive results following the educational interventions. Conclusion: Our review highlights the importance of multi-professional and multi-departmental educational strategies based on institutional-level initiatives for healthcare providers to create a safe hospital environment.

The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of the formation of legal and professional competence of students of higher educational institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The modern system of public relations tightens the requirements for the professional and legal competence of specialists in all spheres of life. The development of a unified nationwide strategy in the field of education focused on the formation and development of young people's skills for life in the information society, is aimed at finding ways to form an active position of a future specialist, developing an experience of a holistic understanding of the professional activity, systemic action in solving new problems and tasks. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods. Based on the results of the study, the main elements of the formation of legal and professional competence of students of higher educational institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this research was made to suggest the improvement for problems of indication subject of Fisheries & Maritime High School teacher's certificate issued by the operation of the 7th national curriculum in 2000. After analyzing the integrated indication subjects related with fisheries & Maritime high school, among the middle school teacher's 24 subjects of industrial world, the problems and improvements can be arranged as followed. Firstly, the subjects of fisheries & Maritime high school teacher's certificates are fishing industry, aquiculture, sailing, engine and freezing and new subjects are ocean shipping and ocean logistics. Because the teacher's certificate was changed to integrated indication subjects, there were problems of teacher cultivation, teacher hiring, etc. So, in the actual field of school, teacher cultivating university and related department are necessary to strengthen high-quality majoring education/subjects and practical education as well as need to establish teacher cultivating system by teacher cultivating organization's evaluation system and teacher cultivating education program related by differentiation and easiness of majoring characterization. Secondly, teacher cultivating for new departments and new subjects can apply related major system, free major system, etc. Thirdly, if professional high schools find majoring areas whose content is same one another and introduce common indication subject system, it will be helpful to improve the quality of teachers, teacher certification examination, etc. of professional area.

The purpose of this study is to find an effective curriculum of the future in the fashion design and the clothing construction area by comparing the curricula of the fashion -related departments in domestic college. The research finding are as follows : 1. Clear objectives of fashion education need to be defined based upon the characteristics of the field. 2. Following education methods are suggested for the fashion design area. 1) Basic core courses need to be offered to support the fashion design courses. 2) More design -practice courses need to be included to educate creative designers and the curriculum need to reflect also the needs of the Apparel Industry practioners. 3) Major concentration systems need to be introduced. 4) Intership which is a kind of the Academy and Industry cooperation needs to be introduced. 3. Following education methods are suggested for the clothing construction area. 1) Major concentration systems need to be introduced. 2) Workshops which are similar to the actual production systems of the clothing Apparel Industry, are required. 3) Internship is required. 4) Course required for both the fashion design area and the clothing construction area need to be offered effectively. The suggestion made in the research can be applied with some modifications or adjustments considering the situation of each college. Since each college has different characteristics in terms of the tradition , faculty ,size, facility etc., it is difficult to make a general statement regarding professional fashion education , however, professional fashion education should be reformed in order to achieve individuality of each college.

The school system of fisheries high school was proper to specialist objective school system in order to training for expert human resource development.Training a field of human resources development from fisheries high school is fallow; fisheries production, seamen's training, ship engine and refrigerator, marine electronic telecommunication and information, fisheries foods production and fisheries foods production and distribution, fishery fisheries self-management, marine distribution, management and conservation of marine environment, safety and marine prevention of disasters, apparatus of marine development, under water area development.A new department opening and each department was revised toward to department name and department character. The unit-lesson hour of curriculum according to specialist objective school system of fisheries and marine highschool was revised. professional subject 98 unit-lesson hour(52%), normality subject 90 unit-lesson hour(48%), and educational activity of professional subject 10unit-lesson hour, total training activity 10 unit-lesson hour. And the special objective school system need to revise curriculum of 208 total unit-lesson hour.

An anthological analysis of known literature and historical sources is carried out in the work. It was found that the development of foreign language training of future professionals was influenced by a number of factors: socio-economic (focus on the needs of the labor market, integration into the international space, scientific and technological progress); educational (updating legal documents in the field of education, standardization of educational content, development of methods of professional development of a specialist). The historical period is analyzed and the following stages are determined: ideological (realization of ideological imperative in language and professional training of future specialists; educational-methodical (preparation according to unified curricula, reading and translation as a leading type of speech activity); integration (integration of foreign language teaching and multicultural education)), methodological (use of traditional verbal methods, standardized textbooks). Thus, the research conducted in the article indicates the periods (stages) of formation, functioning and development of foreign language education.

This research explored methods for improvements to be made within the field of drone usage within the construction industry based on an investigation of factors which limit their efficiency and productivity. Limiting factors and improvement measures were presented in terms of technology, service, law and policy for employing drones at construction sites. Our first suggestion is, from a technical point of view, that companies need to expand professional manpower and infrastructure for systematic management. Second, in terms of service expansion, it is necessary to have management capabilities for operation such as the use of drones with enhanced safety and reinforced on-site education and personal information management. Third, in terms of legal and institutional support measures, it is necessary to prepare a plan for reforming the legal system for revitalization and to expand the training of professional manpower. This study may contribute not only to the development of drone technology, but also to effectively respond to various problems that appear at construction sites.

사회의 분화와 전문화에 따라 범죄의 내용이 복잡화, 다양화 되면서 형사사법 분야에도 전문분야에 대한 범죄수사는 각 전문분야의 공무원으로 하여금 사법경찰권을 부여받아 수사함으로써 국민에게 높은 수준의 사법서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 특별사법경찰제도를 도입하게 되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 소방사범 수사를 담당하는 특별사법경찰관은 일반사법경찰관에 비해 상대적으로 수사에 관한 경험이나 수사업무 능력이 부족한 탓으로 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 소방사범수사사례의 분석을 통하여 문제점을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 개선방안을 제안하여 소방사범 수사의 효율성과 전문성을 제고하고자 한다. 소방사범의 수사과정에서 나타난 주요 문제점으로는 전문수사기관의 부재, 전문 인력 부족, 전문수사요원 양성 프로그램 부재 등이다. 개선방안으로는 전담수사부서 신설, 전문인력 확보, 전문수사요원 양성 프로그램 개발, 전문수사기법 관리체계 구축, 소방사범 지식관리시스템 도입 등이다.

본 연구는 기록관리 전문직의 경험 이면에 있는 인식과 그 의미를 해석하여 현재 처한 상황과 핵심 역량을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 전문가단체의 교육 서비스 방향을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 해석현상학적 연구방법을 통한 질적 데이터 분석 결과, 본 연구는 기록관리 현장의 요구 상황, 기록관리 전문직 핵심 역량, 교육 서비스 방향의 3개 범주와 10개 상위주제, 30개의 하위주제와 82개의 의미단위를 생성하였다. 이를 기반으로 전문가단체의 교육 서비스 방향으로, '업무 혁신을 위해 외부 동력을 확보할 수 있는 기회 제공', '기관 간 소통 및 공론화를 위한 학습 기회 제공', '새로운 파트너십과 실질적인 학습 기회 제공'을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 현재 기록관리 전문직이 처한 상황 속에서 실질적으로 요구 받고 있는 핵심 역량을 파악함으로써 전문가단체가 집중하여 지원해야 할 주요한 교육 서비스 방향을 도출하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

Globalization in the 21st century and development in the field of IT have caused rapid change in the practical site of fashion industry. Therefore, as colleges aim to produce professional technicians and experts in the applicable fields, they are strengthening professionalism and practicality more than ever before that can respond to the practical situation. In addition, owing to the reduction of population of academic students, colleges would search for specialty and structural innovation with the serious desire to establish new structural system to produce talented persons. Purpose of this study is to strengthen competition of colleges voluntarily, specialize themselves and maximize mutual benefit through cooperative relation with industrial businesses. Thus, this study would compare, analyze and investigate the curriculums of fashion designs in colleges for the plan of curriculum applicable for the industrial changes and corresponding business demand. Considering the result of questionnaires of industrial businesses, most of them would prefer the curriculum for 3 years to that for 2 years. Nowadays industrial businesses will require computerization ability much more than ever before besides the professional knowledge and technology in the field of fashion and it is also showed that education of personality in colleges would be considered to be important for the performance of the vocational duty. Especially, specialty and progressive participation in the curriculum would be strengthened during the education process of colleges. This study will be used for the establishment of specialty of colleges and development of curriculum of them.
