In recent years, the speed of a train has been recognized as one of the important factors to determine the competitiveness as a mean of transportation. In line with this, infrastructure improvements and enhancements are being made with increases in the speed of train. Accordingly, there is a need to establish plans for infrastructure improvements through a comprehensive analysis of signals, track/civil engineering, catenary and environment, etc. to improve the speed of a train of high-speed train service sections in Korea. This study proposes improvement plans for catenary systems by investigating the possibility of improvements through performance analysis of catenary equipment by speed increase based on the analysis on catenary systems in Gyeongbu high-speed line, and analysis the applicability of catenary improvements and economic feasibility.

This study aims to conduct economic analysis of the Rainbow Trout (Onchorhynchus mykiss) aquaculture farms in Korea. The analysis was performed based on farming cost, market price of the species and fishermen's income. We estimated the farms' economic feasibility using return on sales, the NPV, the IRR and the break-even point. The result indicated that while the profitability depends on current aquaculture production performance and market situation, the business operation is up to price and aquaculture production of species. According to sensitivity analyses of price and yield, aquaculture business becomes poorer with lower price and production.

There have been few attempts made to perform a systematic analysis of the various risk influence factors in building development projects. This study suggests an analysis of the risk influence factors in the process of feasibility studies for apartment building development projects. To reflect the voice of professionals, surveys were carried out. In addition, an FD-AHP method was applied to identify the importance of the risk influence factors. Through the surveys, major risk factors were separately identified as direct and/or indirect elements. An analysis of risk influence factors supports an effective feasibility study of apartment building development projects.

BTL projects, which has been 3 years since it was carried out in 2008, trigged the controversy on the adequacy in the calculation of disbursement for Government due to such problems as low earning rate and the burden of service level compared with the project suggestion. Thus, the purpose of this study is to offer a suggestion on the calculation system for the purpose of the standardized - expense appropriation by item and database including the antecedent study on the finance model and the feasibility in BTL projects. The system is composed of 4 steps - project management, basic database, an analysis on expense by item and the result, and an analysis on sensitivity, and it is possible to carry out a comparative analysis on single and multi alternatives by variable change along with the ground on expense calculation.

This paper aims to examine the farmers' perceptions of the importance and feasibility of climate change awareness and adaptive measures in agriculture, utilizing paired sample t-tests and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Significant differences were found in farmers' views on the importance and urgency of climate change issues, with specific factors standing out. The IPA analysis identified key issues requiring sustained attention, including climate change magnitude, extreme weather events, livestock damage scale, pest fluctuations, and variability in flowering periods. Additionally, the study revealed significant disparities in farmers' perceptions of the importance and feasibility of adaptive measures, except for specific items related to heat indices.

최근 건설경기가 침체됨에 따라 건설사들은 고부가가치의 자체개발사업 비중을 높이려는 경향을 보이고 있는 실정이나, 여전히 시행사가 제안한 사업을 수주하는 형태의 공동주택 개발사업이 주를 이루고 있다. 공동주택 개발사업의 성패에 큰 영향을 미치는 사업타당성 분석에 관한 많은 연구들이 진행되었지만 주로 경제적 수지측면에서의 타당성 검토에 높은 비중을 두고 있었으며, 공동주택 개발사업 전반에 걸친 분석항목 및 평가기준에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 분석항목들이 너무 세분화되어 있으며 이론적인 부분에 치중함에 따라 실무에 적용하기에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설업체가 공동주택 개발사업 수주 시 사업타당성 분석을 보다 효율적으로 수행하고 결과의 정확성을 높여 성공적인 수주를 할 수 있도록 사업추진 절차의 흐름에 따른 사업타당성 분석항목 및 정량화된 평가기준을 설정하고 이를 체계화한 모델을 개발하였으며 사례적용을 통해 모델의 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 연구를 통해 분석항목을 대항목, 중항목, 소항목으로 분류하였고 중요도 설문결과 분양성 검토, 수지분석, 사업부지, 자금조달의 항목이 중요하게 고려해야 할 요소로 평가되었다. 한편 분석모델을 3개 사업에 적용한 결과, 모델의 신뢰성은 충분한 것으로 판단되나 추후에 보다 많은 사례에 적용하여 검증해야 할 것이다.

전 세계적으로 폐자원 에너지화에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 상승되고 있다. 국내에서는 하수슬러지를 처리하는 과정에서 발생되는 바이오가스를 에너지로 활용하는 방안에 관심을 갖고 있다. 그 한 가지 대안으로 바이오가스 열병합발전 시설이 운영되고 있고, 이로 인한 수익이 창출되고 있다. 향후 하수슬러지의 발생량은 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예측되고, 이에 대한 처리비용도 늘어날 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 하수슬러지를 처리하면서 부생되는 바이오가스를 에너지로 활용하는 시설의 확대와 함께 많은 재원이 투자될 것으로 보인다. 따라서 이와 같은 시설에 대한 정량적인 정보가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 하수슬러지에서 발생되는 바이오가스를 열병합발전 시설에 공급하여 수익을 창출하고 있는, 서남 바이오가스 열병합발전 시설에 대한 경제성 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 열병합발전 시설은 열과 전력을 생산하는 시설이다. 따라서 편익 항목으로 열과 전력을 생각할 수 있다. 그런데 서남 바이오가스 열병합발전 시설의 경우, 생산된 열은 서남물재생센터의 소화조 가온에 전량 공급된다. 따라서 열병합발전 시설의 편익이 아닌, 서남물재생센터의 비용절감 효과로 나타난다할 수 있다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서는 편익 항목으로 전력만 고려하여 용도별 (주택용, 일반용, 산업용) 전력공급 편익을 산정하였다. 2015년 기준 전력의 용도별 평균 가격은 각각 123.69원, 130.46원, 102.59원으로 계산되었고, 경제적 편익은 용도별로 각각 310.21원, 378.49원, 222.87원이다. 경제성 분석 결과 순현재가치 721.82억원, 편익/비용 1.90, 내부수익률 37%로 계산되어 경제적으로 타당성이 있는 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 초대형선 도입으로 대형선 수리 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 해상 오염물질 규제강화로 스크러버와 선박평형수처리장치를 부착하는 선박개조 시장이 확대되고 있는 상황에서 우리나라 대형 수리조선소의 건립 필요성을 고찰하고, 수리조선소 경쟁력 결정요인들을 도출하여 경쟁력을 평가하였으며, 수리조선소 건립 운영의 경제적 타당성을 검증하였다. 수리조선소의 경쟁력 결정요인에 대한 AHP 분석결과, 수리조선소 경쟁력 결정요인의 중요도는 입출항 안전성, 수리기술력, 도크 및 안벽시설, 수리비용, 수리기간(납기준수), 수리 부품 조달 등의 순서로 나타나 해운선사 및 선박관리회사들은 수리조선소를 선택함에 있어서 수리조선 인프라와 수리기술 및 품질 등을 가장 중요하게 고려한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 향후 건립될 부산항 수리조선소의 경쟁력에 대한 AHP 분석에서는 이동 거리, 수리서비스 품질, 수리부품 조달과 입출항 안전성, 수리 기술력, 도크 및 안벽 시설, 수리기간(납기준수) 순으로 나타났다. 이는 부산항 입항 선박들이 기항 시에 바로 이용할 수 있으므로 이동거리 요인의 경쟁력이 가장 높으며, 해운기업들이 수리조선소를 결정함에 있어서 중요하게 판단하고 있는 경쟁력 요인 대부분에서 부산항 수리조선소의 경쟁력이 높다는 것을 나타낸다. 부산항 수리조선소의 건립 및 운영 타당성을 비용 편익 분석(cost-benefit analysis)한 결과, 순현재가치는 4,356억원, 내부수익률은 9.8%로 사회적 할인율(4.5%)보다 높으며, 비용 대비 편익 비(B/C)가 1.167로 높게 나타나 경제성 타당성(economic feasibility)이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 부산항 수리조선소의 필요성과 경제적 타당성이 충분히 확보되고 있으며, 경쟁력에 대한 평가도 높게 나타나므로, 실무적 관점에서 본 연구는 부산항 수리조선소 건립의 논리적 타당성과 사업 추진의 이론적 기반을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 정보시스템 기능 설계와 활동원가기준 예산, 그리고 IT 프로젝트 타당성을 확보하기 위해 개발된 활동패턴분석방법론을 소개하고, 2010년 종합건강검진센터에 적용한 사례를 통해 활동패턴분석의 유용성을 제시하였다. 활동패턴분석은 분석대상 범위 내 행위자들의 활동 분리, 활동 조정, 활동가치산출을 핵심 논리로 하며, 자원기반이론과 행위자 네트워크 이론을 중심 이론으로 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 G검진센터는 활동패턴분석 진단을 통해 (1) IT 전략, (2) IT구축 목표, (3) 새로운 비즈니스 프로세스, (4) 정보시스템 설계도(기능 명세), (5) 정보시스템 구축 예산 및 타당성을 확보하였다. 활동패턴분석은 분석범위와 분석시기 결정이 유연하며, 분석대상을 분석목적에 적합하도록 확장할 수 있다는 점에서 유용하다. 궁극적으로는 정보시스템 도입 조직의 IS자원 관리능력의 내부화를 위한 방법론으로 활용될 수 있다.

태양열 주택 및 급탕의 보급 정책은 민수용 에너지의 절감 또는 대체의 의미에서 그 필요성 및 당위성을 인정받고 있으나, 다른 대체에너지와 마찬가지로 태양열 이용시스템의 경제성이 가상 문제가 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 태양열 주택 및 급탕의 경제성을 상세히 분석함으로써 실질적인 보급정책 자료를 제공하며, 실수요자를 위한 계몽근거를 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 태양열 이용시스템의 경제성을 정확히 수행하기 위한 의사결정지원 시스템(decision support system)을 확립시켰으며, 이에 따른 태양열 이용시스템의 열적성능 해석과 동시에 경제성 분석은 시행오차(trial & error)하에 수행할 수 있도록 각종전산 프로그램을 개발하였다. 태양열 주택 및 급탕의 열적성능 해석은 모의실험을 통하여 기상 조건과의 상관관계를 도출하고 태양열 이용시스템의 추가비용 및 연료가 이용을 현재가 (present worth) 개념으로 적응하여 산출하고, 순익분기 해석법 (break-even point analysis method) 및 수명가 산정법(life-cycle cost analysis method)으로 경제성 분식을 중점적으로 수행하였다.
