본 논문에서는 FAX문서에 직접 서명을 실행하는 디지털 서명 방식을 제안한다. 서명 비트를 합성하기 위해 기주사된 복수개의 참조 주사선중 키에 의해 선택된 주사선의 변화화소와 부호화주사선의 변화화소의 거리의 우기성을 이용하여 합성 비트열에 따라 거리를 신축조작하는 합성알고리즘을 제안한다. 앞서 제시한 방식에 비해 서명의 확산이 가능하므로 부분 서명에 의해 문서전체에 대한 서명이 구현되어 서명 속도가 개선되며 합성 전제조건의 제거로 합성 가능량이 증가한다. 또한 제안하는 디지털 서명구조에 의해 디지털 서명의 제 3 조건인 송신 부인 봉쇄를 구현한다. 디지털 서명된 송신 문서는 원 문서와 시각적으로 구분이 어려워 제 3자에게는 통상의 문서교환으로 인식될 것이다.

인간은 시계를 발명하여 스스로를 24시간 안에 묶어 놓았다. 일과표에는 항상 "몇 시 몇 분" 이런 식으로 정해진 시간에 해야 할 일을 적어 놓았다. 시계를 이용해서 인간은 주어진 시간을 효율적으로 활용하는 방법을 배웠다 그렇다면 공간 세계에서의 인간은 어떠한가\ulcorner 예전에는 서로가 모르는 장소에서 약속을 정할 때, 지도책을 찾거나 업소의 전단지에 표시된 약도를 Fax로 보내어 장소를 알렸다.(중략)

This paper studies directions for technology information service on Korea material & component industry which is a main course for the deficit of balance of payments in Korea. We have got survey results through e-mail or fax, for the degree of the necessity of the service and the contents for the service. Finally, we will recommend the check point for the service, and for the policy.

본 통계는 2002년 1월부터 디아조(Diazo) 광디스크 파일링, 타이프 라이터, 2005년 1월부터 서류분쇄기(Shredder), 타임레코더(Time recorder)가 생산 통계에서 제외되었기 때문에 전체의 숫자에는 포함되어 있지 않다. 지면 사정상 오프셋인쇄기(생산수 출입)과 워드프로세서(수출입)의 표는 생략했지만, 사무기 전체의 숫자에는 포함되어 있다. 그리고 2007년부터 회계기(수출입)가 통계에서 제외되어 전체 숫자에는 들어있지 않다. 한편, 2007년 1월 통계부터 수출입의 복사기 카테고리가 변경되어, 지금까지 계산하지 않았던 레이저복합기(FAX, 프린터, 스캐너 기능을 탑재한 기종)를 통계에 넣었기 때문에 숫자가 종전보다 늘어났으며 정전간접식, 기타 분류는 없어졌다.

Firms' utilization of internet is completely changing their business environment. Apparel firms' without exception are using internet as their essential marketing mechanism and as a new media for educating customers. Some apparel firms' at the same time acquire valuable customer information from internet users. These business cases become evident in developed countries. in contrast most domestic appstrl firms' are unable to see the strategic importance of internet. Accordingly their level of internet utilization remains quite low. This paper describes apparel firms' use of internet as electronic commerce mechanism based on cases of pioneering apparel firms' which adopted internet technologies in the first place. little attention has been given to the analysis of electronic democracy media, although electronic democracy, if adopted in Korea, is expected to enhance the quality of the political culture to a large extent. This research is to compare electronic democracy media, such as Internet, cable TV, teleconferencing, fax, and ARS and suggest recommendations on the successful Introduction strategy of electronic democracy in Korea. The analysis of collected data yields research findings, such as the fact that internet will be the most effective medium and a strategy for popularizing internet needes to be developed in advance.

In this paper we introduce some existing preprocessing algorithm for character recognition and consider feature extraction method for the recognition of low resolution document. Image recognition of low resolution document including fax images can be frequently misclassified due to the blurring effect, slope effect, noise and so on. In order to overcome these difficulties in the character recognition we considered a mesh feature extraction and contour direction code feature. System for automatic character recognition were suggested.

사용자가 전자 메일, 인터넷 전화, 인터넷 팩스 등을 사용하는 경우에 해당하는 서비스 수 만큼의 주소를 소유하게 된다. ENUM은 하나의 전화번호를 사용하여 URI 주소들을 제공할 수 있기 때문에 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 논문은 RFC2916에 따른 ENUM 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 SIP에서 요구되는 기능에 관한 설계를 기술한다.
