Group delay distortion (phase distortion) is a characteristic which is of no account from a standpoint of voice transmission. But this distortion becomes the major source of distortion in wave form transmission such as data, FAX and others over the public switching telephone network (voice band transmission) so that it must be drastically studied. This paper makes analysis of group deray distortion of the telephone network, describs experimental and measuring results and refers also to the improvement of distortion for the purpose of opening the public switching telephone network to data transmission.

Finance, Securities, banking system provides information through Internet, DM SMS, IVR, E-mail and FAX for customer. Customers can use multi channel. Enterprise requires Host transaction and transparency for DB processing, This paper provides two contributions to the study. First, we discuss Server of Fire insurance (finance, securities and capital, bank system) in Enterprise. Second, we present Real time monitoring system for customer transparency. Finally, we design and implement the proposed system. These techniques can be efficiently supported in CRM(Customer Relationship Management).

선박의 안전한 항해를 위해서 필수 장비 중 하나인 기상 팩스 장비는 연안국에서 FSK 방식으로 변조된 무선 주파수를 통해서 보내는 기상도를 선박에서 수신하여 이미지화 하는 장비이다. 연안국에서는 기상도를 스캔 한 후에 중심 주파수를 1900Hz로 하고, 흑점을 1500Hz, 백점을 2300Hz 신호로 FSK 변조하여 방송하면 선박에서 이 신호를 수신한다. 따라서 현재는 기상 팩스를 받기 위해서는 기상 팩스 장비가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 선박에 일반적으로 설치되어 있는 IBM-PC를 이용하여 소프트웨어만을 사용하여 기존의 기상 팩스 장비가 가지고 있는 모든 기능을 구현하고, 기상도의 출력, 편집, 저장 기능을 추가로 설계 및 구현하였다. IBM-PC에서는 RS-232C 보트를 통해 수신된 신호를 Timer Interrupt와 Serial Interrupt를 사용하여 이미지화 하고 주파수를 선택할 수 있게 하고, 실시간 처리 등을 소프트웨어적으로 가능하게 하였다. IBM-PC를 사용함으로 기상도의 수신 및 상태를 개선하는 이미지의 보정이 가능하며, 저장 후 처리가 용이하고, 별도의 기상 팩스 장비를 구입할 필요가 없는 경제적인 기상 팩스 시스템이다.

We developed the facsimile encryption system that could send/receive the cipher text and plain text automatically. This facsimile encryption system is adopting the 128bits SEED encryption algorithm, 1024bits modular and 256bits exponential Diffie-Hellman key exchange method. We can reduce the cipher text transmitting time by developing the Dual Facsimile Server, it can make the real time encryption communication. Key is safely exchanged by the exchanging the listed serial numbers when the Diffie-Hellman key exchanging.

To find out the status of document delivery and interlibrary loan services and the use of information technology in special libraries, questionnaires were sent to 328 special Libraries nation wide with at least 1 librarian, listed In the Korean Libraries Statistics 1994-1995(1996). $46.6\%$ were returned and 152 Questionnaires were analyzed. For document delivery, $61.3\%$ use BLDSC$47.5\%$ use KINITI. 87 libararies $(57.2\%)$ participate In interlibrary loan activities. To send requests, FAX and telephone is used the most, while FAX and print copy is used the most to receive the requested documents. $45-75\%$ use various information technology including online databases, Internet, e-mail, etc., and the use of information technology was related to the budget of the libraries. The costs, budgets, and slowness was the problems raised by the most. To improve the document delivery services, the most urgent thing is establishing cooperative system using BBS or Internet. Network systems to facilitate interlibrary loan should be established ultimately.
