There are 4 CANDU6 type reactors operating at Wolsong site. For fuelling operation of certain fuel channels (with flow less than 21.5 kg/s) a FARE flow Assist Ram Extension) device is used. During the refuelling operation, two remote controlled F/Ms (Fuelling Machines) are attached to a designated fuel channel and carry out refuelling job. The upstream F/M inserts new fuel bundles into the fuel channel while the downstream F/M discharges spent fuel bundles. In order to assist fuelling operation of channels that has lower coolant How rate, the FARE device is used instead of F/M C-ram to push the fuel bundle string. The FARE device is essentially a How restricting element that produces enough drag force to push the fuel bundle string toward downstream F/M. Channels that require the use of FARE device for refuelling are located along the outside perimeter of reactor. This paper presents the FARE device design feature, steady state hydraulic and operational characteristics and behavior of the device when coupled with fuel bundle string during fuelling operation. The study showed that the steady state performance of FARE device meets the design objective that was confirmed by downstream F/M C-ram force to be positive.

2007년 7월부터 시행되고 있는 수도권 대중교통 통합요금제는 이용자의 통행비용 절감 및 활발한 환승행위의 유도로 긍정적인 평가를 얻고 있다. 그러나 수도권 대중교통 통합요금제를 고려한 철도 수요예측 방법론, 특히 수단분담과 관련된 연구가 많지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 수도권 대중교통 통합요금제를 반영할 수 있는 수단별 효용산정기법을 제시하였으며, 2006년 가구통행실태조사 자료를 활용하여 통행시간과 통행비용 산정에 적용되는 계수를 현실화하였다. 그리고 다양한 요금제를 적용하기 위한 철도 수요예측 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 철도 수요예측 방법론은 철도 수요예측의 정확성과 유용성을 향상시키는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

현재 운영 중인 광역철도 승차권은 교통카드와 정기권 등으로 매우 제한되어 있어, 소비자 선택에 한계가 있으며, 소비자 수요의 다양성을 고려한 승차권 제도 도입이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 외국 주요도시에서 사용 중인 다양한 승차권 제도 운영을 분석하여 우리나라 수도권 광역철도 승차권 제도가 보다 효율적으로 운영되는 방안을 제시하였다. 주요내용으로는 대중교통 이용 촉진 및 비용부담 감소, 수익증대의 효과로 이어질 수 있도록 하여 외국에서 일반화되어 있는 1일권 승차권, 승용차 출퇴근자의 승객과 승차인원 증대를 위한 출퇴근권 및 경춘선 등에 서비스가 공급대비 수요가 부족한 경우에 한해 왕복 여행객에 대한 특별할인 왕복승차권 제도 도입을 제안하였다.

The metropolitan area needs to control the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and transportation card system in order to implement an efficient railway and subway. This paper introduces a suitable analysis to take advantage of the systematic method of the AFC and transportation card. These systems should consider the fare system, transportation pass and AFC equipment, which are organized with the Automatic Ticket Vending Machine, the Ticket Office Machine and the Card System of Radio Frequency (RF). However, the organization includes the fact the Automatic Ticket Vending Machine has a problem with the proceeding speed of passengers and inconvenience. Second, the majority of passengers have not utilized the Ticket Office Machine. Also, it should consider whether the transportation card is the proper system in the metropolitan area. Based on the analysis of national and international cases, it suggests that the AFC should make more improvements in the metropolitan area railway and subway.

서울시는 2004년 7월 대중교통체계를 개편함과 동시에 "통합요금제 정산 배분기준"을 마련하여 운영기관 간에 요금수입금을 배분하고 있다. 그러나 이는 향후 민자 노선 및 신교통수단의 도입 시 기본요금이 높은 운영기관에 수입금이 편중될 우려와 수도권 지역으로 확대 시행될 경우 각 운영기관 또는 지자체 간 갈등으로 인해 복잡한 문제로 발전될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 교통수단 및 운영기관이 다양화될 경우에도 보편적으로 적용 가능한 합리적인 요금수입금 정산방안을 제시하기 위하여 국내 외 대중교통 및 통신 분야 수입금 정산방안의 기본 원칙을 고찰한 다음, 이를 현 서울시 대중교통체계에 맞게 응용하여 정산대안을 설정하였다. 또한 대중교통체계 개편 이후 정류장 기반 O-D 를 표본으로 구축하여 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 평가기준인 Z값을 제시하여 대안별로 분석한 결과 운영기관별 비용회수율의 합을 최대화하고 운영기관 간 비용회수율 격차를 최소화하는 대안 1이 최적 대안으로 나타났다. 이는 운영기관에게 합리적으로 요금수입금을 배분하기 위해서는 운영기관의 승객 운송실적인 인 km와 승객을 운송하는데 소요된 운송비용을 함께 고려하는 것이 바람직함을 의미한다.

Service automation equipment uses a scripture season to be the first boundary gate of the passenger, there must be a place where it uses a service automation facility and in order to be convenient, it considers the moving area and a wait of the reverse station passenger moving area and the space where, must secure the automatic fare collection system which it follows in automation of facility and the service operation of the reverse station which is ticket sale, the collection of tickets back the passenger is convenient and in order it will be able to use, must do and must consider, must arrange the efficient characteristic of the maintenance civil official services.

본 논문은 부산 지하철의 당면 문제점인 이용 승객의 감소추세와 이용효율의 저하를 개선하고자 지하철 중심의 환승체계 정책대안으로 환승할인 요금과 차내 외시간의 단축을 설정하고, 대안별 이용승객 및 요금수입의 변화를 계량적으로 제시하여 향후 정책추진의 근거자료로 활용하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구의 정책대안은 지하철간의 환승저항 해소방안과 지하철과 연계교통수단의 환승할인 요금제의 도입방안 등을 제시하고 있다. 하지만 정책대안으로서 효과가 적고 재정적인 부담으로 시행이 어려운 실정에 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지하철의 이용실태조사에서 지하철 이용승객에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 버스와 지하철의 환승할인 요금체계 및 환승에 따른 서비스 개선(차내 외시간의 단축)방안을 정책대안으로 설정하였다. 그리고 제시된 정책대안이 시책으로서 타당한지를 판단하기 위해 명신선호(SP)조사를 토대로 구축한 네스티드 로짓모형을 이용하여 정책대안별로 요금수입과 이용승객의 변화에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 정책대안의 평가결과, 최적대안은 차내 외시간을 단축하지 않고 환승할인 요금제를 우선 시행할 경우 연간 67억의 재정지원을 전제로 환승요금을 50% 할인하는 방안이고. 환승할인요금과 차내 외시간 단축을 동시에 적용할 경우 예상수입금의 손실금액 56억을 재정지원 하는 것을 전제로 무료 환승방안이 타당한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구를 아우르는 질문은 "지하철 역사내부를 이동하는 개별승객은 언제 어디서 어떤수단을 이용해서 출발해서 언제 어디로 어떤 수단을 이용해서 갔는가 ?"이다. 이 물음에 답하기 위해서는 지하철 역사를 이동하는 개별승객이 이용한 정류장, 경로, 수단에 대한 파악이 선행되어야 한다. 수도권 통합대중교통요금체계에서는 AFC(자동요금징수체계)자료를 활용하면 개별대중교통이용승객의 통행수단, 정류장, 경로가 파악된다. 본 연구는 AFC자료를 이용하여 수도권의 대중교통역사의 승객이동을 지하철 환승역사의 관점에서 관찰하는 SSA(선별역사분석) 기법을 제안한다. SSA는 환승역사내 개별승객이동을 세분화하고 연계통행관점에서 최초출발역/시간과 최종도착역/시간 정보를 분석한다.

The routes of coastal passenger ships are important in the light of both economic and social view point. Islands around the Korean peninsular can be actually dominated by linking them with land by the ships. The service quality of the route is not high enough to satisfy habitants in the islands. The income of the service-users is increasing so that they expect better service in terms of ship's speed and cabin. The reality is not, however, good to motivate ship-owners to replace aged ships with new and large ones. The situation is caused by low passenger-fare and inefficient management. Therefore the fare should be raised and the fare system should be innovated. And the number of passenger ship companies should be reduced from 42 to 20 by merger and acquisition.

We have frequently felt it inconvenient to collect fare drawing the card in transportation system. Especially, for subway the fares of mass transportation at rush hours of the days, it's important to find a way to collect fares without unnecessarily delaying passengers. In this paper, we proposed a system for the gateless fare collection passing through the booth in only carrying the card. In this system that RF-ID system and Bluetooth are applied. We designed two wireless communication channels. One is the 125kHz communication channel by FSK and PSK for power supplying on the card and identification and the other is 2.4GHz channel for the collection.
