This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

본 연구는 저출산 문제의 극복을 위한 정책으로 추진되고 있는 가족친화경영의 현황을 살펴보고 가족친화경영수준의 결정요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국기업지배구조원의 ESG 평가모형에서 가족친화경영과 관련된 평가지표 및 평가결과를 활용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 기업규모가 크고 부채비율이 낮으며 기업가치가 높은 기업일수록 가족친화경영에 적극적인 것으로 나타났으며 가족친화적 제도운영에 있어서는 종업원이나 정규직 직원 중 여성비율이 낮을수록 높게 나타나 기존의 연구와 다르게 나타났다. 그밖에 최대주주지분율이 높을수록 평가점수가 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 우리나라 상장기업들이 아직까지 여성근로자의 고용규모에 비해 가족친화적 제도의 운영이 부족하며 가족친화경영의 활성화를 위해서는 최고경영진의 관심과 지원이 필수적이나 아직까지 우리 기업의 최대주주들은 이에 대해 적극적이지 않다는 의미로 해석된다.

주5일제의 도입으로 가족이 함께할 수 있는 여가시간이 대폭 늘어났으나, 정작 가족을 위한 여가수단은 마땅히 제시되지 않아 여가의 공급과 수요가 불균형을 이루게 되었다. 지금까지 가족 매체로서의 역할을 공고히 해왔던 TV는, 스마트 TV의 등장으로 새로운 TV 인터랙션의 가능성을 제시하며 다시금 각광받고 있다. 이에 스마트TV를 활용하여 주말 가족 여가를 건강하게 보내기 위한 방안의 모색이 필요한 시점이 되었다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온-오프라인 연계 가족형 농장관리 콘텐츠 '우리농장(Our Farm)'을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존 연구와 선행 개발된 가족형 게임을 분석하였으며, 일가족을 대상으로 한 FGI를 통해 연구의 필요성과 당위성을 확립하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 조사 결과에 따라 화면 UI를 제안하는 단계까지의 연구를 진행하였다.

가족의 경영참여 유무와 관여정도에 따라서 기업성과에는 매우 상이한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 특히 가족의 경영참여(family involvement)는 일반적으로 문제를 야기하는 것으로 알려져 있으나 일부 경우에는 가족의 경영참여가 높은 기업들이 지속적인 성장을 하고 있는 것 또한 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 가족의 경영참여와 다양한 혁신성과(사내기업가 정신, 급진적 혁신, 그리고 점진적 혁신) 사이의 상관관계를 탐색적으로 확인하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 중소 중견기업의 중역들을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과, 창업자의 가족이 경영에 참여하고 있는 기업들이 일반적으로 높은 수준의 혁신성과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경영참여 수준도 모든 혁신성과 지표들과 높은 수준의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper examines the relationship between ownership structure and level cash holdings in an emerging country, namely, Saudi Arabia, by constructing a corporate governance mechanism (foreign ownership, family ownership, institutional and managerial ownership). This paper uses data from 100 listed firms at Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL) from 2011 to 2019. The firm's decision to hold cash has come to the fore in the last two or three years as a result of the recent global financial crisis, and the impact that this has had on the firms' ability to raise funds from external sources. Using the random-effect generalized least square (GLS) regression model, the findings reveal that foreign and family ownership negatively influences cash holdings, while managerial ownership has a positive association with cash holdings. Further, institutional ownership did not have a direct effect on cash holdings in Saudi Arabia. Our results suggest that ownership structure include foreign ownership, family and managerial ownership is an essential vehicle to promote the performance of cash holding of all the 100 public-listed non-financial firms in Saudi Arabia. We recommend that sound policies should be targeted toward foreign ownership, family, and managerial ownership since they are essential to improve cash holding in Saudi Arabian firms.

본 연구는 중소기업의 정부 수출지원 프로그램 활용도, 기업의 마케팅 역량과 기술역량, 재무적, 전략적 성과 간의 관계에 미치는 기업유형(산업재, 소비재)의 조절효과에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였고 사용가능한 산업재 수출중소기업 246개와 소비재 수출중소기업 137개의 설문지를 수집하였다. 조절회귀분석에 대한 연구결과로는 산업재 중소기업의 정부 수출지원 프로그램 활용도가 기업의 재무적 성과에 미치는 정적인 영향이 소비재 중소기업에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 그러나 두 유형의 중소기업 모두에 대해 정부지원 프로그램 활용도는 전략적 성과에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다. 한편 두 기업유형에 대해 마케팅과 기술역량 모두가 재무적, 전략적 성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤으나, 소비재 중소기업의 마케팅 역량이 재무성과에 미치는 영향이 산업재 기업에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높았으며, 산업재 중소기업의 기술역량이 재무성과에 미치는 영향이 소비재 기업에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 실무적 제언과 향후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership in families and psychological well-being and career decision-making self-efficacy. The samples were randomly selected from high school students studying liberal arts in Seoul. 400 survey questionnaires were distributed March 11 through 18, 2010. Among them, 386 completed surveys were utilized as the data for the statistic analyses. SPSS were applied. The main results of the study are as follows. First, adolescent children of mothers with leadership have higher psychological well-being than those from families of mothers without leadership. This has been determined as a result of reviewing the psychological well-being of adolescent children according to their mothers' transformational leadership in the family. Second, the adolescent group with mothers who show transformational leadership in managing the home have higher career decision-making self-efficacy than the group without such mothers. This was determined as a result of reviewing adolescent children's career decision-making self-efficacy according to mother's transformational leadership level in the family. Third, career decision-making self-efficacy according to adolescents' psychological well-being show positive relations by group. That is, adolescents living table lives are more positive about their future. Lastly, when comparing the relative contribution of the mother's transformational leadership in the family and psychological well-being on career decision-making self-efficacy, it has gained more credibility as stage ads. Based on the results, when mothers nurture children with a affection-based autonomy, children gain higher psychological well-being, which leads to firm beliefs about constructive futures. Therefore, for successful and systematic career development, CEO mothers' transformational leadership should serve as its foundation.

본 연구에서는 신용평가기관이 소유구조 형태가 가족지배에 의한 경영 참여와 소유지분율이 회사채신용등급을 높게 평가하는지를 검증하였다. 실증분석을 위한 표본은 2011년부터 2016년까지 한국거래소에 상장된 1,449개 비금융기업의 기업/년 자료를 대상으로 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족기업 여부가 기업의 신용등급 평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족기업의 소유지분이 높을수록 기업의 신용등급이 더욱 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 가족기업임과 동시에 그들의 소유지분이 높을수록 해당 기업의 신용등급에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구는 가족기업의 대리인 문제를 완화시키고 정보비대칭을 감소시키는 효과를 검증하였다는 측면에서 의미가 있으며, 소유구조의 역할에 의한 후속 연구에 기여할 수 있다는 점에서 학문적인 의의도 있다.

Even though social intervention in child abuse has begun in Korean society, there are many problems in terms of basic principles of child welfare services. Focusing on the principle of family preservation in child welfare services, this comparative study reviewed services for abused children and their families in the USA and Sweden. Results indicated directions for effective services for abused children are comprehensive and should be provided by community resources. Comprehensive services and follow-up of reported cases should be managed by public agencies and community networks. Education curricula for professionals and inter-disciplinary collaboration should be organized. A most important task in the future is to set up firm laws and policies for effective services in Korean society.
