HOME DESIGN A design of Sampung Apartment

  • In early Highlighting the client's personality especially, home design demands very careful consideration. It's not an easy task to understand the characteristics of each family member, to take into account their requirements, and strike proper harmony among them. For this Sampung Apartment Project, I decided to create a cozy homelike atmosphere by using overall modern and antique furniture, props, and lighting. I tried a different sense of space by choosing wood as the main material, installing furniture that looked antique, and applying painting with touch instead of pictures or wallpaper By the use of the light bulb color overall, lighting was yellow and added more comfort. Local lighting was used in certain places to add more fun along with the props. After choosing white as the main color, point colors were determined according to the client's inclination toward green and blue. The color choice also matched the client's paintings that were in soft green and blue. Each room was planned and color coordinated according to their own characteristics. The children's rooms were planned with such point colors as pink, green, and blue. The master bedroom and the family room were produced around gold and grey color, respectively.

모임별 상차림에 대한 인식도 및 기호도 조사 (Evaluation of the Recognition and Taste of Table Settings According to an Objective Party)

  • This study was conducted to generate fundamental data required by food coordinators and food space creators for planning and directing table settings. The results of this study were then used to suggest an ideal model of table settings for Korean-style food equipped with simple, sophisticated, and practical characteristics. Specifically, this study evaluated the importance of hygiene (safety, cleanness, arrangement), decoration (dignity, form, stylishness, presentation of food on plates), naturalness (seasonal beauty, comfortableness, natural beauty), and modernity (modern style, chic style, urban style). These factors were evaluated according to the preference of the table setting and the characteristics of the meeting, which fit various meal cultures, times, places, and objectives. The results of this study indicate that people prefer hygiene and decoration for family meetings (bansang setting), hygiene and modernity for friendly meetings (simple buffet setting), hygiene and decoration for company meetings (simple buffet setting), and hygiene and decoration for academic meetings (tea party). Hygiene and decoration were highly evaluated in most cases, which indicates that individuals at meetings for special purposes give weight to the meeting's atmosphere, but also consider the hygiene and cleanliness of the food.

다문화가정 청소년의 가정 기능적 특성이 재산비행에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Functional Characteristics of Adolescents in a Multicultural Home on Property Delinquency)

  • 1990년대 중반부터 시작된 세계화는 우리사회를 다문화사회로 만들었고, 갑작스러운 다문화사회의 형성은 아무런 사회적 대비 없이 사회의 구성원이 되어 많은 문제를 양산하였다. 특히, 다문화사회를 구성하는 다문화가정 청소년들은 일반청소년들과 다른 피부색, 눈동자 색을 가지고 있어 적응의 어려움을 가지고 있어, 청소년기의 모든 행위들은 영향보다 가정환경적인 영향을 많이 받는다고 예상이 된다. 이러한 내용을 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 다문화가정 청소년들을 대상으로 가정의 기능적인 특성이 다문화 가정 청소년들의 재산비행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 다문화가정 청소년의 가정 기능적 특성 중에서 부모의 양육방식이 절도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 나머지 특성들은 다문화가정 청소년의 재산비행에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나, 다문화가정 청소년들의 재산비행은 가정의 기능적 특성보다는 다른 요인에 더 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 보여진다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 다문화가정 청소년의 기능적인 특성이 재산비행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았으며, 향후 다문화가정 청소년의 비행을 살펴보는데 기초자료로 활용하는데 의의를 가진다.

탁구 동호인의 스포츠 재미요인이 운동지속의지 및 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Sports Fun Factors on Willingness to Continue Exercise and Psychological Happiness of Table Tennis Club Members)

  • 본 연구는 생활체육 탁구 동호인의 스포츠 재미요인이 운동지속의지 및 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향에 알아보고 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 참여자는 탁구 동호인 293명을 대상으로 스포츠 재미요인, 운동지속의지, 심리적 행복감 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 운동지속의지에 영향력을 주는 요인은 승리/경쟁, 대인관계, 연습/혜택, 가족지원으로 파악되었으며 운동지속의지는 자아실현과 쾌락적 즐거움에 모두 유의미한 정적인 영향력을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 재미요인인 유능성/지각, 승리/경쟁, 대인관계, 연습/혜택, 가족의 지원이 심리적 행복감인 자아실현, 쾌락적 즐거움에 미치는 영향에서 운동지속의지의 매개 효과분석 결과 유능성/지각만을 제외한 모든 요인의 매개 효과를 확인하였다. 특히, 대인관계(팀 분위기) 요인이 타 요인보다 자아실현과 쾌락적 즐거움에 높은 매개효과를 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

패밀리 레스토랑의 핵심${\cdot}$고품질${\cdot}$기본서비스 요인과 요인 별 고객관리 차별화 전략에 관한 연구 (Core${\cdot}$Quality${\cdot}$Basic Service Factors of Family Restaurants and Differentiation Strategy for Customer Service Management)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the detailed customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors of family restaurants in Korea, and to then classify the factors into 3 groups, inlcuding core service, quality service, and basic service. ‘Core service’ represents the critical factors that generate both satisfaction and dissatisfaction; ‘quality service’ generates only satisfaction; and ‘basic service’ generates only dissatisfaction. This categorization is based on Herzberg’s motivation-hygiene theory (1976) as well as Cadotte & Turgeon (1988). Based on the characteristics of the three groups, differentiation strategies in managing customer service were suggested to the family restaurant managers. A qualitative research method, termed the critical incident technique (CIT), was used in the study. This method helps researchers find new factors or attributes by grouping key issues from the anecdotes (critical incidents) and then categorizing common factors from the key issues. This research categorized key satisfiers and dissatisfiers into 33 factors, which were from 402 critical incidents described by 261 respondents. Eleven factors (response to service failures, food taste and quality, attention paid to customers, coupon/mileage point/discount card, customer’s ordinary requests, waiting, food diversity, food price, facility sanitation, checking out, customer’s special requests) were classified into core service, which required maximum management not regarding the level of customer satisfaction. Six factors (employee attitude, event, education and explanation, complementary food, customer’s mistakes, attention paid to children) were classified into quality service, which required differentiation strategy management. Finally, nine factors (speed of food service, employee’s mistakes, food sanitation, atmosphere and interior, seating, forcing orders, parking, other customers, reservations) were classified into basic service, which required minimum management at the level of the industry standards.

우울한 모를 둔 여아의 자아 발달을 위한 모래놀이치료 사례연구 (Child Sandplay Therapy for Ego Development, a Case-Study)

  • This research was based on a case study of a child who experienced difficulties in ego development due to her mother's compulsive and depressed behavior. Twenty-four therapeutic play sessions, including 16 sessions involving sandplay, were conducted. Based on discussions by Neumann and Kalff, the child's early psychic development and ego development were observed during these sandplay. As part af this investigation, I conducted counseling sessions in the sandbox where the atmosphere was free and safe. The sessions were based on mother-child unity with the therapist. As a result, the child exhibited restoration of mother-child unity and showed the journey of constellation of self and ego development. The results of this research indicate the effectiveness of sandplay in accelerating ego development.

식사 평가기준 유형으로 본 음식소비문화 (Food Consumption Culture heed on the Evaluative Criteria Pattern of Eating)

  • This research reviews the characteristics of consumption oriented culture of post modern society and describes the food consumption culture based on the evaluative criteria pattern in eating in Ulsan Metropolitan City. The subjects consisted in 217 full-time housewives and 129 cooks. The evaluative criteria of eating scale with 4 components - the eating atmosphere factor, the preference factor, the quality factor and the table factor- is described and interpreted in the context of consumption oriented culture. 4 clusters were decided through cluster analysis; preference and quality pursuing type, high involvement type, consumerism culture pursuing type and low involvement type. Among socio-economic variables, the evaluative criteria pattern of eating was significantly associated with occupation. The results of factor analysis and cluster analysis proved that the full-time house wives and cooks in Ulsan Metropolitan city showed the propensity to consumption oriented culture in food consumption culture.

  • Due to the change in modern lifestyle and social pattern, food service industry has steadily grown recently. Especially, in terms of familiarity, chinese restaurant can be most popular type of dining alternative to Korean. The project was aiming to establish a new branch of the existing restaurant which has a main location in Kangnam area and has been famous for it's food quality, kind services and good interior design. This restaurant is located in Seohyoun-Dong, Bundang-Gu, Kyoungki-Do and this area is very crowded by both residential apartments and commercial offices. Considering the complexity in regional characteristics, this restaurant has basically targeted frequent dining-out family groups. In addition, the floor design was flexibly developed to be able to accomodate large office dining customers. The overall design was intended to keep very elegant and simple atmosphere, developed to express eco-friendly image by adopting the 'Water' component in the floor plan.

Pre-college Study Abroad and Its New Impact on Korean Mothers

  • This study examines pre-college study abroad (PSA, Chogi yuhak), which is one of the fastest growing phenomena among the various efforts for Koreans to learn English. The discussion includes the reasons why PSA has become so popular in the last decade under the name of globalization, the problems it has caused, and its new impact that this phenomenon has on Korean mothers. This study argues that PSA boom provides Korean mothers with an opportunity to pursue their own self-realization by studying abroad with their school aged children. These "new wild geese" mothers, who make double investments in their own education as well as in their children's in the U.S. represent important aspects of the contemporary Korean society regarding education, gender and neoliberal social atmosphere.

부모수준과 가족관계가 부모효능감과 양육불안감을 매개로 초등사교육에 미치는 영향 분석 (An Analysis of the Effects of Parental Level and Family Relationship on Elementary Private Education through the Mediation of Parental Efficacy and Parenting Anxiety)

  • 대한민국 국민의 고등교육 이수율은 2009년에서 2019년 사이에 OECD 회원국 중 가장 높게 성장했다. 취업모의 자녀돌봄휴가나 남편의 배우자 출산휴가와 같은 일가정 양립정책의 확산으로 맞벌이 비율은 점점 증가하고 있다. 고등교육 이수자 증가와 맞벌이 부부의 증가로 부모의 교육적 경제적 수준은 이전에 비해 향상되었다. 또한 자녀 양육에 있어 양육분담을 하는 가족지원과 자녀와의 대화 및 놀이 활성화의 가정건강성으로 이루어진 가족관계는 개선되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초등학생 학부모의 부모수준과 가족관계가 사교육에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 가족지원과 가족건강성으로 이루어진 2차 요인인 가족관계와 부모교육수준과 부모경제수준으로 이루어진 2차 요인인 부모수준이 부모효능감과 양육불안감을 매개로 초등 사교육에 미치는 영향과 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2018 아동종합실태조사의 만 6세 이상 만 11세 이하의 초등학생 1,075명의 부모를 대상으로 PLS 구조방정식을 이용하여 통계적으로 제안 모형을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 가족관계와 부모수준은 부모효능감에 정의 영향을 미쳤고, 가족관계나 부모수준 그리고 부모효능감은 양육불안감에 부의 영향을 미쳤다. 부모수준은 사교육에 정의 영향을 미치고, 부모효능감은 사교육에 부의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만, 가족관계나 양육불안감이 사교육에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 매개효과 검증을 통해 가족관계나 부모수준은 부모효능감을 매개로 양육불안감에 영향을 미쳤고, 가족관계나 부모수준은 부모효능감을 매개로 사교육에 영향을 미쳤다. 연구를 통해 초등학생 학부모들이 과열되고 있는 사교육 분위기 속에서 부모의 경제적 교육적 수준 향상은 사교육을 증가시키지만, 좋은 가족관계에 의한 부모효능감 향상은 양육불안감과 사교육을 낮추는 효과를 거둔다는 것을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지식경영 관점에서 자녀교육과 가족행복이 균형을 이루는 데 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
