In the fashion retail research, the role of fashion salesperson and their job satisfaction have been getting attentions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the elements affecting the job satisfaction of fashion salesperson. A hypothetical path model of job satisfaction of fashion salesperson was developed and tested. Empirical data were collected with a written survey instrument. Data were collected from 150 fashion salespersons during 2001 fall, and finally 101 responses were analyzed. As results of series of regression analysis, final job satisfaction model was identified. Job satisfaction of fashion salesperson was affected by subjective job aptitudity, salary, fashion product knowledge. fashion involvement, and work experience. Managerial implication and research limitation were discussed.

매년 높은 비율의 전기안전사고가 발생하지만 예방교육은 단순한 영상홍보나 단순 텍스트를 이용한 교육 수준에서 주입식으로 이루어지고 있다. 항공, 군사, 전력산업 등 다양한 분야에서는 가상현실을 이용한 체험형 교육 시스템이 개발되어 운영되지만 전기안전 예방교육은 감전사고와 같은 특수한 상황의 체험과 사고를 유발시킬 수 있다는 측면에서 체험형 교육시스템이 개발 및 적용이 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전기감전 체험교육 시스템에 저주파 자극 장치를 사용할 수 있도록 저주파 간섭형 자극기를 이용한 인체 자극의 임계값 산출시험을 실시하고 대표적으로 성별, 연령별(아동 및 성인 구분)로 구분하여 적절한 자극값을 산출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 전기안전사고 예방을 위한 체험형 예방 교육 시스템에 활용이 가능할 것이다.

The present paper is focused on the prediction of the acrosswind aeroelastic response of square tall buildings. In particular, a semi-analytical procedure is proposed based on the assumption that square tall buildings, for reduced velocities corresponding to operational conditions, do not experience vortex shedding resonance or galloping and fall in the range of positive aerodynamic damping. Under these conditions, aeroelastic wind tunnel tests can be unnecessary and the response can be correctly evaluated using wind tunnel tests on rigid models and analytical modeling of the aerodynamic damping. The proposed procedure consists of two phases. First, simultaneous measurements of the pressure time histories are carried out in the wind tunnel on rigid models, in order to obtain the aerodynamic forces. Then, aeroelastic forces are analytically evaluated and the structural response is computed through direct integration of the equations of motion considering the contribution of both the aerodynamic and aeroelastic forces. The procedure, which gives a conservative estimate of the aeroelastic response, has the advantage that aeroelastic tests are avoided, at least in the preliminary design phase.

아프리카 문학의 대표적인 소설가 치누아 아체베는 아프리카 민속문학의 대표작을 세웠다는 데에서도 기여한 바가 있으나 영문 소설의 외연을 확장하였다는 점에서도 그 기여한 바가 적지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 그의 대표적인 소설 '모든 것이 산산이 부서진다'외 1편의 소설을 분석하여 그가 영어로 소설을 쓰면서도 나이지리아의 토착어인 이보어의 속담, 문구 등을 교차 사용하여 기존 영문 소설에서는 찾아볼 수 없었던 정서를 담는 등으로 영문 소설의 외연을 확장시켰다는 점을 논증하고자 한다.

본 연구는 소비자 행동연구에서 최근 높은 관심을 나타내고 있는 체험에 관한 연구로써, 공연이벤트를 경험한 관객의 체험을 통한 공연이벤트 마케팅 방안에 도움이 되고자 실시되었다. 우리나라의 대표적 공연거리인 서울 동숭동 대학로에서 조사된 자료를 토대로 관객특성에 따른 체험의 차이와 공연이 벤트의 체험이 관객의 후속행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 파악하였다. 실증분석 결과 공연이벤트의 체험에 따른 시장세분화 및 표적시장 전략이 가능하며, 공연이벤트의 체험이 관객의 행동에도 유의한 영향을 미치기 때문에 공연이벤트의 체험마케팅을 적극적으로 도입할 필요가 있다. 특히 공연이벤트의 '여가체험'은 중요한 변수로써 공연이 예술의 순수성만을 부각할 것이 아니라, 관객의 여가체험을 극대화하는 방안이 고려되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 유년기에 경험한 문화예술교육이 성인이 된 후 문화예술참여와 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과 어린 시절 문화예술(미술, 음악, 연극 등의 예술교육, 공연관람 및 참여 등)에 대한 경험이 많을수록 현재 문화예술 활동(예술관련 취미활동, 관람, 학습활동 등)을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 문화예술 활동을 많이 하는 사람일수록 현재와 미래의 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타나 어린 시절부터 문화예술 관련 활동이나 교육을 받았던 경험이 현재에도 문화예술 취미활동으로 이어지게 되며 이는 현재의 삶의 질과 미래의 삶의 질 모두에 높은 설명력을 나타냈다.

국가경쟁력의 원천으로서 사이언스 파크가 구축되고 발전하고 있다. 대덕특구에 이어 대구와 광주, 그리고 세종시에도 사이언스비지니스파크(SBP)가 계획 중에 있다. 이 가운데 지방정부가 계획하여 운영해온 50년 역사의 리서치트라이앵글은 우리나라의 게획에도 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 이같은 과거 경험과 미래 50년을 준비하는 RTP의 경험을 토대로 우리나라가 계획하는 세종, 대구, 광주의 세지역에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 핵심요인으로는 연구역량, 리더십, 창의적 비즈니스 모델, 삶의 질 환경 등을 중심으로 고찰하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 치과치료를 무자격 의술자에게 받은 사람들의 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 2006년 국민구강건강 실태조사 자료를 이용하였다. 본 연구 대상자는 755명으로 치과 무자격시술 경험 유무에 따라 그룹을 나누었다. 무자격 시술 예측 모형을 기 분석에서 살아남은 변수로 CART 모형으로 예측한 결과는 다음과 같다. 의료보험 종류가 의료급여 1종중 66.67%가 무자격 시술경험을 할 것으로 예측되었으나, 직장 또는 미가입 자는 15.46%만 무자격 시술경험을 할 것으로 예측되었다. 연령은 66.5세를 기준으로 66.5세 이상에 해당하는 사람들은 30.0%가 무자격 시술경험을 할 것으로 예측되었으나, 66.5세 미만은 72.7%가 무자격 시술을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다.

With the increasing use of tower cranes higher than free standing height, the importance of lateral support is also growing. Since the fall of 43 tower cranes hit by the last typhoon 'Mami' in 2003, regulations and concerns about safety of construction equipment have increased and construction laws regarding lateral support have been strengthened. In Korea, where there are many large-scale apartment housing construction works with the development of new towns, Rope Guying is a more economical construction method than Wall Brace which fixes building structure like building wall and slab. The safety of this Rope Guying is not verified and many construction works are still carried out based on the experience of site managers. There has been no case of construction work where frame and measurements are applied. The objective of this study is to examine the safety of Rope Guying method and ensure the effective implementation of equipment and prevention of disasters.

A Genetic algorithm is a searching algorithm that based on the law of the survival of the fittest. Multi-population Genetic Algorithms are a modified form of genetic algorithm. Therefore, experience with fuzzy logic and genetic algorithm has proven to be that a combination of them can efficiently make up for their own deficiency. The Multi-population Genetic Algorithms independently evolve subpopulations. In this paper, we suggest a new coding method that independently evolves subpopulations using the fuzzy logic controller. The fuzzy logic controller has applied two fuzzy logic controllers that are implemented to adaptively adjust the crossover rate and mutation rate during the optimization process. The migration scheme in the multi-population genetic algorithms using fuzzy logic controllers is tested for a function optimization problem, and compared with other group migration schemes, therefore the groups migration scheme is then performed. The results demonstrate that the migration scheme in the multi-population genetic algorithms using fuzzy logic controller has a much better performance.
