  • In recent years, O2O services for real estate sales are widely distributed in web platforms and apps. This allows sellers, buyers, and real estate brokers to quickly and conveniently conduct real estate sales and charter contracts. However, in the O2O-based real estate sales information system, it wastes time and money for real estate buyers due to the posting of fake information, partial correction of the sales information, and intentional non-posting of the sales information. Therefore, we propose a method of detecting the false or not of real estate property information that can occur on the web platform, and design and implement a proposal system for this. To this end, we propose a method of detecting personal identity and property information based on DID, a distributed identity authentication protocol. The false real estate sales information detection system proposed by us can determine the existence of real estate sales information, partially correct the false sales information, or prove whether or not intentionally unpublished in three steps.

U.S. Consumers' Motivations for Purchasing and Not Purchasing Fashion Counterfeit Goods

  • This study explores U.S. consumers' perceptions about fashion counterfeit goods and counter feiting and motivations for purchasing and not purchasing those goods. A qualitative research technique utilizing self-administered essay questions was used to collect data. A convenience sample of female college students(N=128) drawn from classes at Midwestern and Southern universities in the U.S. participated in this study. This study found that a majority of consumers tended to perceive that fashion counterfeit goods are merely imitations of the legitimate goods and that counterfeiting is producing and selling fake goods, but a small number of consumers associated those goods with illegally produced goods and illegal practices or violations of intellectual property rights. The major motivations for purchasing counterfeit fashion goods were found to be price/value consciousness, appearance of counterfeit goods, status consumption, availability of the goods, desire for souvenirs, and social(family and peer) influences. In addition, the major deterrents to purchasing these goods were identified as integrity/ethical judgment, poor quality of counterfeit goods, self-image/status, and unavailability of the goods. This study provides policy makers and anti-counterfeit coalitions with information to develop effective educational programs or campaigns to influence consumers' counterfeit fashion purchasing behavior.

A Study on the Usability of Mobile Real Estate Service Search Filter and Information Quality -Focused on domestic, US and UK cases- (모바일 부동산 서비스 검색 필터와 정보품질에 관한 연구 -국내, 미국, 영국 사례를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a way to develop the information quality of mobile real estate service and improve the false property through search filter service. I compared the cases of typical mobile real estate apps that are currently in use and analyzed the usage and service status by adopting 13 search filters that are the first priority when searching for real estate information. As a result, it has been shown that the provision of high quality search filter service is required to improve the information quality in order to provide users with quick and reliable information organically at any time and anywhere according to the definition of mobile real estate service. As a result, it is more prejudiced than the countermeasures against false fraudulent products, and it is satisfied with the needs of the users and provides the improved search filter service, so that it can be trusted with the definition of mobile real estate brokerage service, Providing quality services can be said to prevent the victims of fraudulent products.

Lightweight Validation Mechanism for IoT Sensing Data Based on Obfuscation and Variance Analysis (난독화와 변화량 분석을 통한 IoT 센싱 데이터의 경량 유효성 검증 기법)

  • Recently, sensor networks are built and used on many kinds of fields such as home, traffic, medical treatment and power grid. Sensing data manipulation on these fields could be a serious threat on property and safety. Thus, a proper way to block sensing data manipulation is necessary. In this paper, we propose IoT(Internet of Things) sensing data validation mechanism based on data obfuscation and variance analysis to remove manipulated sensing data effectively. IoT sensor device modulates sensing data with obfuscation function and sends it to a user. The user demodulates received data to use it. Fake data which are not modulated with proper obfuscation function show different variance aspect with valid data. Our proposed mechanism thus can detect fake data by analyzing data variance. Finally, we measured data validation time for performance analysis. As a result, block rate for false data was improved by up to 1.45 times compared with the existing technique and false alarm rate was 0.1~2.0%. In addition, the validation time on the low-power, low-performance IoT sensor device was measured. Compared to the RSA encryption method, which increased to 2.5969 seconds according to the increase of the data amount, the proposed method showed high validation efficiency as 0.0003 seconds.

A Impact Study on Combustion Characteristics of the Engine by Changing the Gasoline Properties (휘발유 물성변화가 엔진의 연소특성에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study examined combustion characteristics by selecting the fuel which have a different physical properties compared to gasoline in order to examine the effects of vehicle performance and environment depending on the physical properties. The experiment examined the combustion characteristic in the optimum ignition timing according to the physical properties change and the lean burn by performing control about ignition timing and air-fuel ratio for each fuel, and it was also evaluated the exhaust gas according to the experiment. We used a single-cylinder engine for the experiment, and tested for gasoline properties change by selecting a fake fuel that beyond the fuel quality standards in 석대법. As a result, in the case of the selected fuel showed a difference in Octane and distillation characteristics, vapor pressure and it was also found to unstable combustion, and leads to a large amount of harmful exhaust gas.
