동계사료작물 재배후 석회물질 시용이 땅콩의 주요 형질 및 수량에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Lime Application after Cultivating Winter Forage Crops on the Change of Major Characters and Yield of Peanut)

  • 전북 익산군 왕궁면 땅콩 4년 연속 연작한 토양 연작장해를 감소시키기 위하여 흡비력이 강한 이탈리안 라이그라스와 호밀을 동계에 재배하고, 토양개량 효과를 증진시키기 위하여 석회물질을 시용한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 땅콩 연작지 토양에 동계 사료작물을 재배하고 석회물질을 시용한 결과 토양중 유기물함량은 이탈리안 라이그라스만 재배한 구 1.25%, 이탈리안 라이그라스를 재배한 후 석회고토를 시용한 구 1.37%, 석고를 시용한 대조구 1.1%에 비해 높게 나타났다. 또한 호밀만 재배한 구는 1.70%, 호밀재배후 석회고토 시용구 1.73%, 석고 시용구 1.77%로써 사료작물 재배구의 유기물함량이 높았다. 2. 인산함량은 이탈리안 라이그라스만 재배하고 석회물질을 시용하지 않은 구 332ppm, 호밀을 재배하고 석회물질을 시용하지 않은 구 386ppm, 이탈리안 라이그라스 재배후 석회고토 시용구 340ppm, 석고시용구 312ppm, 호밀시용후 석회고토 시용구 386ppm, 석고 시용구 418ppm으로써 석회물질만 시용한 대조구 549ppm 보다 월등히 낮았다. 3. 연작장해 요인중의 하나로 알려진 phytotoxin함량을 분석한 결과, 이탈리안 라이그라스 재배후 석회고토 시용구 19.7%, 석고 시용구 25.3%, 호밀 재배후 석회고토 시용구 12.0%, 석고 시용구 12.8%의 phytotoxin 감소효과를 나타냈다. 따라서 사료작물에서는 이탈리안 라이그라스가 phytotoxin 감소에 효과적이었고 석회물질은 석회고토보다 석회가 효과적이었다. 4. 연작장해의 가장 큰 요인으로 알려진 땅콩의 주요 병해인 풋마름병과 검은무늬병의 발병률을 조사하여 본 결과 풋마름병 이병주율이 이탈리안 라이그라스만 재배한 구 3.4%, 호밀 재배구 2.9%, 이탈리안 라이그라스 재배후 석회고토 시용구 2.5%, 석고 시용구 2.3%, 호밀 재배후 석회고토 시용구 2.6%, 석고시용구 2.3%로써 석회물질을 시용한 것 보다 사료작물을 재배한 것이 이병주율이 낮았고, 사료작물만 재배한 것 보다는 석회물질을 함께 사용한 것이 효과가 컸다. 5. 검은무늬병 발병률은 이탈리안 라이그라스만 재배한 구에서 5.6%, 호밀만 재배한 구에서 7.9%, 이탈리안 라이그라스 재배후 석회고토 시용구에서 4.6%, 석고시용구에서 3.4%, 호밀 재배후 석회고토 시용구에서 5.3%, 석고 시용구에서 5.2%였다. 그러나 사료작물만 재배구의 5.6%와 7.9%의 발병률은 석회물질만 시용한 대조구 5.8%와 비슷하거나 높게 나타나 석회물질을 시용하지 않고 사료작물만 재배하면 오히려 병이 조장되는 것으로 나타났다. 6. 이탈리안 라이그라스만 재배한 구와 호밀만 재배한 구 공히 석회물질만 시용한 대조구에 비해 생육상황이 나빴고, 수량도 각각 202kg/10a 및 186kg/10a로써 대조구 210kg/10a보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이탈리안 라이그라스 재배후 석회고토 시용 구 및 고토 시용구는 생육상황도 양호하였고, 수량도 각각 217-225kg/10a 와 225-237kg/10a를 기록하였다.

산부식 전처리에 따른 2단계 자가부식 접착제의 연마 법랑질에 대한 미세인장결합강도 (The micro-tensile bond strength of two-step self-etch adhesive to ground enamel with and without prior acid-etching)

  • 자가부식 접착제는 사용하기 쉽고, 술식 민감성이 적은 장점이 있으나 특히 산도가 약한 자가부식 접착제의 법랑질에 대한 결합력은 논란이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2단계 자가부식 접착제인 Clearfil SE Bond (Kuraray, Okayama, Japan)의 연마 법랑질에 대한 미세인장 결합강도를 측정하여 3단계 산부식수세 접착제인 Scotchbond Multi-Purpose (3M ESPE, St. Paul, MN, USA) 및 1단계 자가부식 접착제인 iBond (Heraeus Kulzer Gmbh, Hanau, Germany)의 결합강도와 비교하고자 하였고, 2단계 자가부식 접착제에 산부식 전처리를 시행하는 것이 법랑질에 대한 결합강도를 높일 수 있는지 알아 보고자 하였다. 실험군은 2단계 자가부식 접착제인 Clearfil SE Bond만 사용한 비산부식 군과 35% 인산 (Scotchbond Etchant, 3M ESPE)으로 산부식 후 Clearfil SE Bond를 사용한 산부식 군, 그리고 1단계 자가부식 접착제인 iBond를 사용한 군으로 나누었다. 대조군은 3단계 산부식수세 접착제인 Scotchbond Multi-Purpose를 사용한 군으로 정하였다. Bovine 전치의 순면을 십자가형으로 4등분하여 각 군으로 무작위로 배분하였다. 각 치아의 순면을 800-grit 실리콘 카바이드 지로 연마한 후 삭제된 법랑질면에 제조사의 설명서에 따라 각 군의 접착제를 적용하고 Light-Core (Bisco)로 적층 충전하였다. 시편은 $37i{\acute{E}}$, 증류수에 일주일 동안 보관한 후 low speed precicion diamond saw (TOPMENT Metsaw-LS, R&B, Daejeon, Korea)를 이용하여 약 $0.8{\times}0.8mm$ 단면이 되도록 시편을 절단하여 미세시편을 제작하였다. 일주일마다 증류수를 교환하면서 한 달, 세 달 동안 $37i{\acute{E}}$, 증류수에 미세시 편을 보관한 후 각각의 미세인장결합강도를 측정하였다. 미세인장결합강도 (MPa)는 파절 시에 가해진 힘 (N)을 접착면적 ($mm^2$)으로 나누어 계산하였다. 접착계면에서의 파절 양상은 실물현미경 (Microscope-B nocular, Nikon)을 이용하여 분류하였다. 미세인장결합강도에 대한 통계분석은 one-way ANOVA를 이용하여 유의수준 5%에서 검정하였고, 사후감정은 Least Significant Difference 방법을 이용하였다. 중합 후 1개월 뒤 측정된 각각의 접착제의 평균 미세인장결합강도는 유의수준 5%에서 모든 접착제 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3개월 뒤 측정된 각각의 접착제의 평균 미세인장결합강도는 유의수준 5%에서 iBond 와 Clearfil SE Bond 비산부식 군과 Scotchbond Multi- Purpose 간에는 각각 유의한 차이가 없었다. 본 연구에서는 2단계 자가부식 접착제인 Clearfil SE Bond의 연마 법랑질에 대한 미세인장결합강도가 3단계 산부식수세 접착제인 Scotchbond Multi-Purpose 와 비교하여 유의한 차이가 없었으며 (P>0.05), 3개월 후의 결과에서 Clearfil SE Bond 비산부식 군의 미세인장결합강도가 Clearfil SE Bond 산부식 군보다 유의하게 낮았다 (P<0.05). 즉 35% 인산으로 산부식 전처리를 시행한결과 Clearfil SE Bond 의 법랑질에 대한 결합강도가 증가하였다.

진안 평지리 이팝나무군(천연기념물 제214호)의 생육진단 및 관리방안 (A Study on the Growth Diagnosis and Management Prescription for Population of Retusa Fringe Trees in Pyeongji-ri, Jinan(Natural Monument No. 214))

  • 천연기념물 제214호 진안 평지리 이팝나무군의 고사(枯死) 및 쇠약(衰弱) 요인의 명확한 진단(診斷)과 처방(處方)을 통한 천연기념물로서의 가치 존속(存續) 방안을 강구하고자 시도된 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1968년 13그루의 천연기념물 지정 이후, 1973년을 시작으로 근년까지 계속적으로 고사가 진행되어 현재는 3주만 생존하고 있다. 특히 2010년 이후 마령초등학교 담장 후퇴 등 정비과정에서 복토된 토양의 일부 제거에도 불구하고, 계속적으로 고사가 이루어진 것으로 확인된다. 둘째, 지정목 중 1 3번 생존목 또한 고사된 가지가 많고, 잎이 왜소하며, 엽량이 적었다. 1번목은 수세가 '극히 불량'하고 다량의 가지가 이미 고사하였으며, 금년에는 단지 2개 가지에서만 개화가 이루어졌으며 엽량 또한 현저히 적은 상태이다. 2번목 또한 '불량'상태로 잎이 작고 엽밀도도 낮으며 수형의 변형이 이루어지는 등 수세가 쇠약한 상태이다. 현존하는 가장 큰 1번목은 논토양으로 추정되는 점질토가 복토되어 있어 우려를 더하고 있다. 셋째, 평지리 이팝나무군의 토성 분석결과, '미사질양토[微砂質壤土, Silt loam(SiL)]'로 밝혀짐에 따라 미사(Silt)의 성분비가 높음을 알 수 있다. 또한 1번목 북측의 토양산도는 pH 6.6으로 다른 부위의 흙과는 편차가 컸는데 이는 원지반 토양이 아닌 외부에서 반입된 토양으로 복토되었음에 기인한 것으로 판단된다. 더불어 유기물함량은 적정범위보다 높게 나타났는데 이는 보호관리를 위한 시비가 계속적으로 이루어진 결과가 반영된 것이라고 판단된다. 넷째, 진안 평지리 이팝나무군의 고사 및 생육 불량의 근본적 원인으로는 복토(覆土)로 인한 심각한 생리저하의 만성적 증후군으로 판단된다. 이는 신규로 식재된 후계목 또한 일부 고사된 것에서도 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 다섯째, 1차적으로 기존 고사의 원인으로 추정되는 복토 부분에 대한 점진적 제거가 시급하다. 무엇보다도 근계부에 복토된 점질토양의 제거를 건의한다. 복토부를 제거한 후 굵은 모래로 치환하고 뿌리의 호흡 개선을 위해 유공관을 설치한다. 그리고 고사한 4번 고사목과 5 6번의 고사흔적인 밑둥은 제근하고, 하층식생은 예초한다. 생존목은 상부 고사지를 제거, 수피 이탈부는 외과수술을 시행하는 한편 생장점 아래에서 전정하여 맹아의 발생을 유도해야 할 것이다. 여섯째, 지하부 뿌리를 확인하여 부패근 절단 및 토양호흡 개선방안을 마련한다. 근계 전반에 대한 추적 굴취 등으로 썩은 뿌리부를 단근하여 새 뿌리의 발생을 유도한다. 일곱째, 이후 잡초 발생과 답압 억제 그리고 토양 보습효과 유지를 위한 멀칭을 시도한다. 또한 지속적 영양공급을 위한 무기양료 엽면시비 및 영양제 나무주사, 무기양료의 토양관주를 고려한다. 향후 모니터링과 예찰방안을 마련하여 계속적으로 변화상을 체크해야 할 것이다.

셀룰로오스 유도체가 돈가스 튀김옷의 흡유량 감소에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cellulose Derivatives to Reduce the Oil Uptake of Deep Fat Fried Batter of Pork Cutlet)

  • 돈가스의 튀김과정에서 증가되는 지방량을 감소시키고자 튀김반죽에 셀룰로오스 유도체인 MC 및 HPMC를 각 0.5, 1, 1.5%의 비율로 첨가하여 점도, 튀긴 후 색도, 수분보유량 및 흡유량, 관능특성 등을 측정하여 품질특성을 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 셀룰로오스 유도체를 첨가한 튀김반죽의 점도는 속도에 반비례하여 감소하였고 첨가량에 비례하여 증가되었다. 동일 첨가수준에서 HPMC에 비하여 MC의 점도 증가가 매우 컸으며 HPMC 0.5%의 첨가군이 대조군과 거의 유사한 점도양상을 보였다. 반죽의 점도는 돈가스를 제조할 때 재료(원육)에 대한 튀김반죽의 coating성에 영향을 주어서 HPMC 0.5% 첨가군의 coating성이 가장 좋았다. 2. 튀김옷의 수분보유량과 흡유량을 측정한 결과, 수분보유량은 대조군(45.69%) < MC 0.5%(47.36%) < MC 1%(48.55%) < MC 1.5%(49.59%) < HPMC 0.5%(51.49%) < HPMC 1%(53.72%) < HPMC1.5%(56.45%)의 순으로 증가하였으며, 흡유량은 대조군(15.49%)> MC 0.5%(15.44%) > MC 1%(15.25%) > MC 1.5%(15.05%) > HPMC 0.5%(14.69%) > HPMC 1%(12.62%) > HPMC 1.5%(10.03)의 순으로 감소하여 HPMC 1.5% 첨가 batter가 수분보유량이 가장 높으면서 흡유량은 가장 적었다. 3. 튀긴 돈가스의 명도는 셀룰로오스 유도체를 첨가함에 따라 대조군에 비해 증가하였으며 HPMC 보다 MC첨가에 의한 변화가 커서 1.5% MC 첨가군에서 가장 높은 명도값을 나타냈다(p<0.001). 적색도는 HPMC를 첨가한 경우 대조군과 비슷한 수준을 나타냈으나 MC의 경우 1.5%에서 가장 낮은 수준을 나타냈다(p<0.05). 황색도는 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 4. 관능검사 결과 튀긴 돈가스의 색은 HPMC 0.5% 및 1% 첨가 시 가장 대조군과 유사하였으며 그 외에는 색상이 진해지는 경향을 보였다. 짠맛은 대체적으로 셀룰로오스유도체의 첨가에 따른 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 구수한 맛은 셀룰로오스유도체의 첨가량이 증가하면 감소하였으며 HPMC 0.5%와 MC 0.5% 첨가 시에는 대조군과 유의한 차이가 없었다. 불쾌취의 정도는 대조군과 HPMC 0.5% 첨가군 사이에는 유의적인 차이가 없었으며 다른 셀룰로오스유도체의 첨가군에서는 약간 불쾌취가 느껴지는 것으로 평가되었다. 기름진 정도는 대조군보다 HPMC 0.5%와 1% 첨가군에서 덜 기름진 것으로 평가된 반면 HPMC 1.5%와 MC 첨가 시에는 대조군보다 더 기름지게 느껴지는 것으로 나타났다. 촉촉한 정도는 대조군과 HPMC 0.5% 및 1%는 같은 경향으로 평가되었고 HPMC 1.5%와 MC의 경우는 대조군보다 촉촉한 정도가 더 강해 반죽이 덜 익었다는 느낌을 주기도 하였다. 단단한 정도는 대조군과 MC 0.5%, HPMC 0.5% 및 1%가 같은 수준으로 평가되었으나 첨가량이 증가할수록 감소하였으며 MC 1.5%에서 가장 낮은 수준을 나타냈다. 바삭거리는 정도는 셀룰로오스유도체 첨가량이 증가하면 감소하는 경향이었으며, 전체적인 기호도는 HPMC 0.5% 첨가군이 오히려 대조군보다 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 돈가스의 흡유량을 개선시키기 위한 튀김반죽의 첨가제로 셀룰로오스 유도체인 MC 및 HPMC의 첨가가 효과적이나, MC의 경우는 대조군에 비해 점도의 증가가 매우 커서 동일 온도에서 coating이 두껍게 되었다. 또한 색도 및 관능평가의 결과 HPMC 0.5% 및 1%를 제외한 모든 셀룰로오스 첨가군은 첨가율에 비례하 여 대조군에 비해 명도가 감소하고 수분보유력이 증가하 여 흡유량이 적은 데도 느끼하고 덜 익은 것처럼 느끼 는 것으로 평가되었다. 위의 결과를 종합해보면 돈가스와 같이 튀김반죽을 재 료에 코팅하는 조리과정을 거치는 음식에서는 튀김반죽 에 셀룰로오스유도체인 HPMC를 적정량 첨가하면 코팅 하기가 쉽고 흡유량은 감소하는 반면 수분보유량은 증가 하여 매우 효과적이었다. HPMC의 최적 첨가량은 약 0.5% 수준이었을 때 점도가 적당하였고 색감, 바삭한 정도 및 단단한 정도 등의 관능적인 면에서도 우수하였다.

딥러닝 시계열 알고리즘 적용한 기업부도예측모형 유용성 검증 (Corporate Default Prediction Model Using Deep Learning Time Series Algorithm, RNN and LSTM)

  • 본 연구는 경제적으로 국내에 큰 영향을 주었던 글로벌 금융위기를 기반으로 총 10년의 연간 기업데이터를 이용한다. 먼저 시대 변화 흐름에 일관성있는 부도 모형을 구축하는 것을 목표로 금융위기 이전(2000~2006년)의 데이터를 학습한다. 이후 매개 변수 튜닝을 통해 금융위기 기간이 포함(2007~2008년)된 유효성 검증 데이터가 학습데이터의 결과와 비슷한 양상을 보이고, 우수한 예측력을 가지도록 조정한다. 이후 학습 및 유효성 검증 데이터를 통합(2000~2008년)하여 유효성 검증 때와 같은 매개변수를 적용하여 모형을 재구축하고, 결과적으로 최종 학습된 모형을 기반으로 시험 데이터(2009년) 결과를 바탕으로 딥러닝 시계열 알고리즘 기반의 기업부도예측 모형이 유용함을 검증한다. 부도에 대한 정의는 Lee(2015) 연구와 동일하게 기업의 상장폐지 사유들 중 실적이 부진했던 경우를 부도로 선정한다. 독립변수의 경우, 기존 선행연구에서 이용되었던 재무비율 변수를 비롯한 기타 재무정보를 포함한다. 이후 최적의 변수군을 선별하는 방식으로 다변량 판별분석, 로짓 모형, 그리고 Lasso 회귀분석 모형을 이용한다. 기업부도예측 모형 방법론으로는 Altman(1968)이 제시했던 다중판별분석 모형, Ohlson(1980)이 제시한 로짓모형, 그리고 비시계열 기계학습 기반 부도예측모형과 딥러닝 시계열 알고리즘을 이용한다. 기업 데이터의 경우, '비선형적인 변수들', 변수들의 '다중 공선성 문제', 그리고 '데이터 수 부족'이란 한계점이 존재한다. 이에 로짓 모형은 '비선형성'을, Lasso 회귀분석 모형은 '다중 공선성 문제'를 해결하고, 가변적인 데이터 생성 방식을 이용하는 딥러닝 시계열 알고리즘을 접목함으로서 데이터 수가 부족한 점을 보완하여 연구를 진행한다. 현 정부를 비롯한 해외 정부에서는 4차 산업혁명을 통해 국가 및 사회의 시스템, 일상생활 전반을 아우르기 위해 힘쓰고 있다. 즉, 현재는 다양한 산업에 이르러 빅데이터를 이용한 딥러닝 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만, 금융 산업을 위한 연구분야는 아직도 미비하다. 따라서 이 연구는 기업 부도에 관하여 딥러닝 시계열 알고리즘 분석을 진행한 초기 논문으로서, 금융 데이터와 딥러닝 시계열 알고리즘을 접목한 연구를 시작하는 비 전공자에게 비교분석 자료로 쓰이기를 바란다.

ICT 인프라 이상탐지를 위한 조건부 멀티모달 오토인코더에 관한 연구 (A Study of Anomaly Detection for ICT Infrastructure using Conditional Multimodal Autoencoder)

  • ICT 인프라의 이상탐지를 통한 유지보수와 장애 예방이 중요해지고 있다. 장애 예방을 위해서 이상탐지에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 지금까지의 다양한 이상탐지 기법 중 최근 연구들에서는 딥러닝을 활용하고 있으며 오토인코더를 활용한 모델을 제안하고 있다. 이는 오토인코더가 다차원 다변량에 대해서도 효과적으로 처리가 가능하다는 것이다. 한편 학습 시에는 많은 컴퓨터 자원이 소모되지만 추론과정에서는 연산을 빠르게 수행할 수 있어 실시간 스트리밍 서비스가 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구들과 달리 오토인코더에 2가지 요소를 가미하여 이상탐지의 성능을 높이고자 하였다. 먼저 다차원 데이터가 가지고 있는 속성별 특징을 최대한 부각하여 활용하기 위해 멀티모달 개념을 적용한 멀티모달 오토인코더를 적용하였다. CPU, Memory, network 등 서로 연관이 있는 지표들을 묶어 5개의 모달로 구성하여 학습 성능을 높이고자 하였다. 또한, 시계열 데이터의 특징을 데이터의 차원을 늘리지 않고 효과적으로 학습하기 위하여 조건부 오토인코더(conditional autoencoder) 구조를 활용하는 조건부 멀티모달 오토인코더(Conditional Multimodal Autoencoder, CMAE)를 제안하였다. 제안한 CAME 모델은 비교 실험을 통해 검증했으며, 기존 연구들에서 많이 활용된 오토인코더와 비교하여 AUC, Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score의 성능 평가를 진행한 결과 유니모달 오토인코더(UAE)와 멀티모달 오토인코더(Multimodal Autoencoder, MAE)의 성능을 상회하는 결과를 얻어 이상탐지에 있어 효과적이라는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 경주 남산의 불적에 대한 본격적 조사는 일제강점기 일본인 학자에 의해 시작되었다. 그래서 일제강점기 경주 남산 불적조사에 대한 연구는 오늘날 경주 남산 불적을 심도 있게 고찰하는데 빼놓을 수 없는 선행 과제라고 할 수 있다. 경주 남산의 불적조사는 1920년대부터 본격적으로 시작되어 한일병합을 전후한 초기 조사는 예비 조사 정도로 간주되어 그다지 주목을 받지 못했다. 그러나 그것은 기초 조사로 후속 조사의 발판이 되었고, 1910년대에 남산이 불적의 보고로 널리 알려지게 된 계기가 되었다는 점에서 큰 의미를 지닌다. 특히 1915년 경주에서 반출되어 경성 경복궁에서 개최된 시정 5년 기념 조선물산공진회에 출품된 삼릉계 약사여래좌상은 관람객의 눈길을 가장 끄는 미술관 중앙홀에 전시되어 세간에 불적으로서의 경주 남산을 알리는 데 큰 역할을 했다. 이 약사여래좌상은 남산 불상 중에서 가장 원상태를 잘 유지하고 있고 아름다웠기 때문에 공진회에 출품된 것으로 일반적으로 생각되어 왔다. 그러나 그 반출은 한일병합을 전후하여 구상된 석굴암 경성 이전계획과 깊은 관계를 맺으면서 진행되었다. 석굴암 경성 이전계획은 데라우치 마사타케가 중심이 되어 구상된 식민 이데올로기인 '일선동조론'과 '조선정체성론'을 바탕으로 조선왕조의 상징인 경복궁을 해체하고 그 한복판에 과거의 영광을 상징하는 석굴암을 안치시킴으로써 일본 제국에 의한 새로운 시대가 열린 것을 시각적으로 선언하려는 기획이었다. 그러나 그 구상이 무산되자 석굴암 본존불 대신에 경성으로 반출된 것이 다름 아닌 삼릉계 약사여래좌상이었다. 약사여래좌상에 대한 본격적인 조사는 1911년 세키노 다다시가 실시했으나 그 위치를 세키노에게 알린 것은 모로가 히데오나 고다이라 료조와 같은 경주 거주 일본인이었을 가능성이 크다. 그들 현지인은 총독부로부터 요청을 받아 공진회에 출품할 만한 불상을 찾고 있었을 것으로 보인다. 약사여래좌상은 총독부와 세키노 다다시, 그리고 경주 거주 일본인들 사이의 긴밀한 연계 속에서 경성으로 반출되었다고 할 수 있다. 그것은 경주 남산의 불적이 그 신비의 베일을 벗기는 과정이기도 했다. 요컨대 초기 남산 불적조사는 기초 조사로 중요한 의미를 지니고 있으나 석굴암 경성 이전계획과 1915년 공진회의 성공적 개최라는 데라우치 총독의 제국주의적 야망과 깊은 관계 속에서 진행되어 순수한 학문적 목적으로 이루어졌다고 하기 어렵다. 한편 석굴암 경성 이전계획이 좌절되고 경성으로 반출될 가능성이 컸던 미륵곡 석조여래좌상이 현지에서 보존될 수 있었던 것에는 경주 조선인의 저항이 적지 않은 영향을 미친 것으로 보인다. 본고에서는 자세히 논할 수 없었으나 그들을 단순한 방관자가 아니라 역사를 움직이는 주체로 부각시킬 연구가 요구된다.

골밀도검사의 올바른 질 관리에 따른 임상적용과 해석 -이중 에너지 방사선 흡수법을 중심으로- (A Study of Equipment Accuracy and Test Precision in Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry)

  • 목적 : 골밀도검사의 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 검사장비 및 검사자의 정밀도와 정확도는 환경에 따라 차이가 있기 때문에 질 관리가 체계적으로 이루어져야 한다. 골밀도 검사장비의 노화 및 잦은 고장에 의하여 장비의 교체 및 추가 구입으로 인하여, 추적검사를 하는 환자들의 호환성에 문제가 있다. 따라서 장비 교체 및 증설 후 동일한 장비처럼 호환하여 시용해도 환자의 임상적인 골밀도 변화를 정확하고 정밀하게 반영할수 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 재료 및 방법 : 장비 정밀도는 GE Lunar Prodigy Advance 2 대의 장비 (P1, P2)와 HOLOGIC Spine Phantom(HSP)을 이용하여 각 장비에서 20 번씩 스캔하여 팬텀을 이용한 정밀도 데이터를 획득하였고 (Group 1), 여성 120명 (평균나이 48.78, $20{\sim}60$세)을 대상으로 각 장비에서 15명씩, 같은 환자가 두 번 촬영을 하여 각 검사자의 정밀도를 측정했다(Group 2), 또한 검사자의 정밀도는 팬텀(ASP)을 이용하여 매일 아침마다 질 관리 시행후 얻은은 데이터를 기준으로, 각각의 장비에서 HSP를 이용하여 각 장비에서 20번씩 스캔 후 데�歷� 획득하여 검사자정밀도 및교차 보정 데이터를 산출하였고(Group 3), 여성 120명(평균나이 48.78, $20{\sim}60$세)의 동일 환자를 대상으로 한 장비에서 한 번씩 교차로 측정하여 검사자 정밀도 및 교차보정 데이터를 산추라였다(Group 4). 결과 : Daily Q.C Data는 $0.996\;g/cm^2$, 변동계수(%CV) 0.08로 안정된 장비로서 Group 1에서 Mean${\pm}$SD 및 %CV값은 ALP(P1: $1.064{\pm}0.002\;g/cm^2$, $%CV=0.190\;g/cm^2$, P2: $1.061{\pm}0.003\;g/cm^2$, %CV=0.192). Group 2에서 Mean${\pm}$SD 및 %CV값은 P1: $1.187{\pm}0.002\;g/cm^2$, $%CV=0.164\;g/cm^2$, P2: $1.198{\pm}0.002\;g/cm^2$, %CV=0.163, Group 3에서의 Mean${\pm}$2SD 및 %CV는 P1 - (spine: $0.001{\pm}0.03\;g/cm^2$, %CV=0.94, Femur: $0.001{\pm}0.019\;g/cm^2$, %CV=0.96), P2 - (spine: $0.002{\pm}0.018\;g/cm^2$, %CV=0.55, Femur: $0.001{\pm}0.013\;g/cm^2$, %CV=0.48), Group 4에서 Mean${\pm}$2SD 및 %CV는, r값은 spine: $0.006{\pm}0.024\;g/cm^2$, %CV=0.86, r=0.995, Femur: $0{\pm}0.014\;g/cm^2$, %CV=0.54, r=0.998이였다. 결론 : HOLOGIC Spine Phantom과 LUNAR ASP %CV는 ISCD에서 규정한 정상오차 범위인 ${\pm}2%$안에 모두 포함되었고 BMD가 비교적 일정한 값을 유지하면 측정되어 뛰어난 재현성을 보였다. 하지만 Phantom은 환자의 체중이나 체지방 조성의 변화 등 임상적인 부분을 반영하는 데는 한계성을 갖고 있어 mis-calibration을 check하는데 유용할 것으로 판단된다. Group 3과 Group 4의 결과에서 환자를 하나의 장비로 두 번 측정한 값을 보았을 때와 두 대의 장비를 교차하여 측정한 값 모두 2SD값 이내에 포함되었고 선형회귀분석(Regression Analysis) r값이 0.99 이상으로 높은 정밀도와 상관도를 나타냄으로써 두 장비를 호환하여 추적검사를 시행하여도 영향이 없었다. 신뢰있는 BMD 산출을 위해서는 정기적으로 장비 및 검사자의 기능테스트와 이에 대한 적절한 교정행위가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction.
