The FTA utilization rate in Korea current, compared with the developed countries, utilization rate is low overall. In particular, in the case of Korea-ASEAN FTA, etc. remain at 30% level, improvement of FTA utilization has emerged as a matter of urgency. In addition, the proportion receiving the FTA preferential tariff trade companies have also been assessed as weak, improve the utilization ratio is in the policy issue of maximum. In this study, in order to increase the utilization of FTA trading enterprises, and analyzes were performed in reality. And to understand the FTA bottleneck matters of trade enterprises, and was also studied improvement plan consulting and education FTA utilization of trading partners. This has a purpose to provide data useful measures making to improve the utilization of FTA government. It is expected that the contribution of export expansion trade companies that take advantage of the FTA as a result of this study, enhancement of FTA policy, to strengthen the support base of FTA policy.

This study analyzes difficulties of enterprise activities in Chinese construction market by surveys on early entrants and interviews with experts. This study also suggests future strategy to enter the market by using inducement coefficient model. Korean construction companies in China are under heavy pressure to maintain requirement of licenses, despite recent deregulation. They are in dire predicament for market entry due to the Foreign Direct Investment System. It is almost impossible to participate in public projects and also it is not easy to do PPP projects. Therefore, Korean government should make more efforts to solve those issues through negotiations in FTA and GPA. For future expansion in Chinese construction market, it is highly recommended to boost cooperation models between Korea and China according to the empirical results of inducement coefficient model. Korean companies should collaborate with Chinese companies in some fields: smart city, environment and water treatment. Also, Korean government should support Korean companies by diplomatic means such as requesting for further opening of China's market. In GPA or GATS negotiation, Korean government should ask Chinese government that Korean companies can obtain order independently (without joint venture with Chinese companies) in China. Lastly, Korean construction companies should participate in construction projects ordered by international organizations such as ADB, AIIB.

낙농가들은 당면과제로 제도 개선을 통한 우유수급안정 대책 마련이 시급하다고 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 협회가 지난해 말 실시한 '2012년도 낙농육우산업 발전을 위한 설문조사' 결과에 따르면 우리나라 낙농산업의 가장 큰 구조적 문제점을 묻는 질문에 63%의 농가들이 압도적으로 '우유수급안정을 위한 제도적 장치 미흡'을 꼽았다. 또 FTA시대 가장 시급한 해결과제가 '협동조합 집유일원화, 연간총량제 등 전국단위 낙농제도 개편'이라고 응답한 농가는 24%로, 지난 2009년 말 실시되었던 조사 때보다 6%P 늘어났다. 한편 올해로 6년째를 맞이하는 깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동이 목장환경 개선 및 농가 인식제고, 대소비자 낙농 인식제고에 큰 역할을 한 것으로 조사됐다. '깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동 목장환경 개선에 도움되나'라는 설문에서 '도움이 된다'는 응답은 47%로 이전 조사 대비 21%P 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 '보통'이라고 응답한 농가도 42%에 달해 90% 가까운 농가들이 대체로 운동 성과에 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 아울러 '낙농가 의식전환과 대소비자 낙농 이미지 제고에 도움되나?'라는 설문에서도 '그렇다'고 응답한 농가는 63%로 이전 조사 때의 48%보다 크게 증가했다. 이번 설문조사는 협회가 FTA시대 대비 중장기 낙농산업 발전을 위한 방안을 모색하기 위해 현장의 의견을 수렴코자 지난 11월 29부터 12월 13일까지 실시한 전국순회 낙농육우인 대토론회 기간 동안 행사에 참석한 낙농가들을 대상으로 이뤄졌다. 설문조사 문항은 낙농산업 발전방안, 목장경영 현안 및 애로사항, 협회 제반 사업, 낙농자조금사업, 월간낙농육우 및 홈페이지 등에 대한 내용으로 구성되어 있다. 협회는 이번 설문조사 결과를 향후 협회활동에 참고할 계획이다.
