In a situation where worldwide free trade between countries has expanded recently, our country is being rapidly pushed FTA agreements with the financial developed countries such as United States, EU. According to the agreement, the user information of foreign financial companies in Korea is expected to be transfered overseas. In this paper, we need to define the scope and the definition about the transfer of information and analyze the relating domestic and foreign laws preparing for Cross Border Financial Information Transfer. Also, we review the expected issues about the transfer of information divided into institutional and technical sectors and arc presented the policy implication such as differentiation of regulatory information, enactment and amendment of Personal Information Protection Law(Draft) and related regulations, ensuring the safety of financial companies, raise the standard guidelines of the transfer of information. We refers to the needs for policy formulation to differentiate our privacy information from financial information to protect the privacy of users. The proposed countermeasures in this paper is expected to be helpful the measures to prepare for other institutions such as banks and supervisory authorities prepare for the future Cross Border Financial Information Transfer according to PTA.

The demands of IC card payment system has been increased according to the rapid advancement of the IT convergence application technologies. Recently IC card payment systems are in demands of the usage space at anytime and anywhere by developing the wireless communication technology and its related multimedia processing technology. Therefore the security of IC card payment system becomes more important and necessary. There are many fault analysis methods to evaluate the security and safety of information systems according to their characteristics and usages. However, the only assessment method to evaluate the security of information systems is not enough to analyse properly on account of the various types and characteristics of information systems by the progress of IT convergence and their applications. Therefore, this paper proposes an integrative method of the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Fault Modes and Effect Analysis/Criticality (FMEA/C) based on criticality to evaluate and improve the security of IC card payment system as an illustration.

19) This research investigates the satisfaction level of both countries' export companies about the export insurance system which can cause problems in Korean-Chinese FTA in this age of spreading FTA. Through this research, it surveys of the system user satisfaction of two nations based on the characteristics of export insurance systems in South Korea and China. The satisfaction level of export credit insurance system is as follows: Awareness of credibility (3.53), awareness of exporting area (3.38), awareness of risk management (3.29), awareness of market change (3.14), awareness of insured accident (3.24), and awareness of regulations (3.03) present positive responses to the export insurance system but awareness of defective product (2.97) was relatively unsatisfied. Though it is hard to compare directly due to the differences between the exporting systems of Korean and China, this research shows the need of various export insurance products, and that most export companies in Korea and China are generally satisfying with export insurance products at present.

Free Trade Agreement(FTA) aims at abolishing tariffs on trade among nations or regions resulting in having a significant impact on maritime transportation and port. Korea made the first FTA with Chile in 2004 and the trade volume between two countries has seen significant increase. The literature on such impact, however, seems to be very limited. The main purpose of this study is, therefore, to analyze the impact of Korea-Chile Free Trade Agreement on the imported container throughput from Chile at the Busan Port. For this both cross-sectional and time series data are collected that comprise container throughput, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), import tariff, and maritime freight rate, from 2000 to 2011, and the gravity model is applied. The main result of the study shows that the dependent variables, GDP and import tariff are statistically significant, but the maritime freight rate is not consistent with regarding to statistical significance and parameter sign.

This paper studies how the free trade agreements (FTAs) have changed the dynamics of Korea's imports since 1996. Specifically, the dynamic regression analysis on the transition of trade liberalization discovers three main findings: (1) import values of Korea increase gradually as FTAs enter into force; (2) the extensive margins of import work as a major source of the trade effect in the transition episode of FTAs; (3) the extensive margins of import tend to increase even before FTAs enter into force. This noble forward-looking effect suggests some potential foreign exporters or exporting goods enter the Korean market, especially when FTAs negotiation starts. It supports the early entry behavior of potential exporters found in recent international trade literature.

시장 개방의 가속화로 어려움이 한층 가중되고 있는 요즘 한.미 자유무역협정(FTA) 협상 타결에 이어 유럽연합(EU)과의 FTA 협상이 진행 중이다. 이처럼 거센 시장 개방 환경에서 살아남으려면 우리 양돈산업의 경쟁력 향상이 절대적으로 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 철저한 사양관리와 환기관리를 통한 폐사율의 감소와 생산성 향상은 우리 농가들에게 필수적으로 요구되고 있는 항목이다. 저온진입기, 즉 동절기로 진입하는 요즘에는 보온으로 인한 환기불량과 추위로 인한 생체기능이 떨어지기 때문에 전반적인 질병에 대한 저항력이 감소되어 질병 발생 가능성은 어느 계절보다 크다. 양돈농가의 생산성 저하로 인한 경제적 피해를 최소하화기 위해서는 돼지의 호흡기질병 예방을 철저히 하고 농장의 단열과 환기시설 점검을 통한 효율적인 대책에 만전을 기해야 성공적인 양돈을 기대 할 수 있을 것이다. 높은 폐사율을 극복하고 부족한 환기관리와 시설은 꼼꼼한 컨설팅으로 보완하여 생산성 향상에 노력하고 있는 충남 당진 순성농장(대표 박중호)을 찾아가 보았다.
