  • 본 논문에서는 게임 개발에 있어서 빈번하게 적용되고 있는 식물 생태계와 이와 연동하는 동물 생태계를 자동화 하는 기법을 연구하고, 이를 실제로 구현하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 정해진 몇 가지 변수에 의해 자동 생성된 식물 생태계와 추가적인 FSM을 기반으로 생성되는 동물 생태계의 자동 생성 로직을 설계하고 이를 구현함으로써 기존의 게임 개발 과정에 효율성을 증대시키고, 최근 들어 터레인의 동적인 구성이나 유저와의 다양한 상호작용으로 인하여 빈번하게 요구되고 있는 자동화된 생태계 생성 기능을 구현하여 게임의 다양성이 기여하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 연구된 연구 결과는 추후에 일반적인 온라인 게임의 배경 자동 생성 시스템으로 확장되어 보다 다양한 적용이 가능할 것이다.

  • In this paper, an efficient non-scan design-for-testability (DFT) method for finite state machine(FSM) is proposed. The proposed method always guarantees short test pattern generation time and complete fault efficiency. It has a lower area overhead than full-scan and other non-scan DFT methods and enables to apply test patterns at-speed. The efficiency of the proposed method is demonstrated using well-known MCNC'91 FSM benchmark circuits.

  • Recently, in the shipping companies have been employing prudently in order to prevent from sea accidents occurred by human factors. Also the students of merchant marine universities are choosing prudently the shipping companies when taking a job. But many qualitative and quantitative factors are considered in decision making for the employment. FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) has been widely used in modeling the system composed of such qualitative and quantitative factor. In this paper, a case study is discussed for the analysis of the consciousness of the employment of shipping companies using FSM. Also this paper proposed the planes for educating and recruitment guiding the student in maritime university.

  • 한국천문연구원은 Giant Magellan Telescope (GMT)의 부경 중의 하나인 Fast Steering Mirror (FSM)의 시험모델을 개발 중이다. 구경 1.06m의 비축 비구면 반사경을 시험제작하기 위하여 경량화 설계를 하였고 실제 가공 준비를 하고 있다. 반사경의 tip-tilt 제어를 위해서는 mathmatical model을 작성하고 실제 test-bed를 제작하였다. 이 논문에서는 FSM 시험모델의 개발 현황에 대해 논한다.

  • 한국천문연구원은 GMT (Giant Magellan Telescope)의 부경 중의 하나인 FSM (Fast Steering Mirror)의 시험모델을 개발 중이다. 구경 1.06m의 반사경을 가공하는 중인데, 뒷면 경량화 가공을 마쳤다. 다음 작업으로 비축 비구면의 앞면을 가공하기 위해 반사경의 지지셀을 제작 중이다. 또한 tip-tilt 제어를 위한 test-bed를 제작하여 스프링과 진공을 이용한 무게 상쇄실험을 마쳤다. 미러 셀을 제작하여 실제 상황과 비슷한 환경에서 시험하고자 한다. 또한 tip-tilt의 최종 성능시험을 위한 장치를 개발하고 있다. 이 발표에서는 FSM 시험모델의 개발 현황에 대해 논한다.

  • The quality of chaotic mixing in three-dimensional micro channel flow has been numerically studied using Fractional-step method (FSM) and particle tracking techniques such as $Poincar{\acute{e}}$ section and Lyapunov exponents. The flow was driven by pressure distribution and the chaotic mixing was generated by applying alternating current to electrodes embedded on the bottom wall at a first half period and on the top wall at a second half period. The equations governing the velocity and concentration distributions were solved using FSM based on Finite Volume approach. Results showed that the mixing quality depended significantly on the modulation period. The modulation period for the best mixing performance was determined based on the mixing index for various initial conditions of concentration distribution. The optimal values of modulation period obtained by the particle tracking techniques were compared with those from the solution of concentration distribution equation using FSM and CFX software and the comparison showed their good match.

  • Fractional Step Methods(FSM) are popular in simulation of unsteady incompressible flow. In this study, we demonstrate that FSM, combined with a Volume-Of-Fluid method, can be further applied to simulation of multiphase flow. The interface between the fluids is constructed by the effective least squares volume-of-fluid interface reconstruction algorithm and advected by the velocity using the operator split advection algorithm. To verify our numerical methodology, our results are compared with other authors' numerical and experimental results for the benchmark problems, revealing excellent agreement. The present FSM sheds light on accurate simulation of turbulent multiphase flow which is found in many engineering applications.

  • A new class of electronically commutated brushless motors, the flux-switching motor (FSM), is gradually emerging for use in power tools and household appliances especially fan and pump application thanks to green policies, This motor offers such advantages as high-power density and relatively high efficiency compare to induction motors, and low cost and simple motor structure compare to the BLDC motor. This paper presents the principle of the FSM and design of the 12/6 pole FSM drive system for fan application. Test results of the prototype motor are provided to verify the validity of the fan application with a TMS320F2812 DSP and inverter.

  • Game AI(Artificial Intelligence) technologies implement the movement of autonomous characters and control the movement of Non-Player Characters(NPC). In this paper, we present several types of game AI control systems such as Movement Scripts, FSM(Finite State Machines), Hierarchical State Machines, fuzzy State Machines, and Pathfinding techniques and their limitations.
