The community structure of meiobenthos was studied in the sediment of Kongfjorden, Spitsbergen of Svalbard Island in the Arctic Sea. Samples of meiobenthos were collected in August, 2003. Meiobenthic organisms were collected by SCUBA and van veen grab or acryl sub-corers 34mm in internal diameter, and were taken from upper sediment to a depth of 3cm at each station. A total of 26 meiofaunal groups were found in the sediment of Spitsbergen in Svalbard Island. Nematodes were the most dominant faunal group. Sarcomastigophorans, benthic harpacticoids, and nauplius larvae of crustaceans, were also important components of the meiobenthic community of Kongsfjorden. All of these low faunal groups were comprised of more than 90% of total meiobenthos at every station. The total density of meiobenthos at each station was highest at station MeG 6 $(3,583{\pm}1,137inds./10cm^2)$, and lowest at station $MeG9(28{\pm}1inds./10cm^2)$. Meiobenthos in general showed the highest density in the upper 1cm layer. This may be associated with food and oxygen supply to subsurface. Harpacticoids showed extreme preference at the surface and little presence in layers deeper than 2cm. These animals may be less resistant to oxygen deficiency, and nauplius also showed the same trend. However, in St. MeG 8 and 9, meiobenthos were dense at depths of more than 0-1cm, at especially at depths of 2-3m because of relatively easy penetration of oxygen. Based on the results of cluster analysis, three meiobenthos assemblages were distinguished: one was in the outer and two were in the inner fjord. Station SCU 5 was grouped with the meiobenthos assemblage located in the outer fjord. The outer ford community was characterised by : 1) a relatively low mean number of meiobenthos taxa, 2) a relatively high density of harpacticods and nauplius. One of the inner ford communities (a group of four nation: MeG 2, 3, 8, 9) was in the proximity of the glaciers. Specifically, it was characterised by : 1) a low mean number of meiobenthos taxa, 2) a low density. The other inner ford community was characterised by both a high density and great mean number of meiofaunal taxa.

FORD and FULKERSON have shown that a stationary maximal dynamic flow can be obtained by solving a transhipment problem associated with the static network and thereby finding the maximal temporally repeated dynamic flow. This flow is known to be an optimal dynamic flow. this paper presents the remark that temporally repeated flows may be not optimal for a minimal dynamic flow and an algorithm for such a flow. a numerical example is presented.

후발국지역의 자동차업계 역시 소형차경쟁이 격화되어 이제까지 중ㆍ대형차로 세계 주요 자동차 후발국에 생산, 판매망을 구축해 왔던 미국이나 유럽의 기존 메이커들은 현지에서도 수세에 몰리고 있다. 그러나 일찌기 소형차에 눈뜬 일본이나 Ford, VW같은 메이커는 계속 지반을 확대하고 있다. 이에 따라 각 후발국에서는 이제까지 난립 상태에 있던 자동차업계를 과감히 정리통합하는 등 재편성하여 격화되는 국제 경쟁에 대응하려는 모습을 볼 수 있다. 한편 이제까지 자동차수입을 금지함으로써 맹목적인 자국산업 보호정책을 실시해 왔던 남미제국들이 요즘에 와서 일제히 수입 금지를 해제함으로써 이들 시장이 새로운 소형차수출시장으로 부각한 것은 특기할 만한 일이다. 일본차는 이 지역에 무서운 속도로 파고 들어가고 있는 중이다.<편집자주>

This paper treats the problem to schedule for trains with how transit priority so as to maximizing the number that can be sent during given time periods without interfering with the fixed schedule for train with high transit priority in a track. We transform the this problem into Time Expanded Network without traverse time through application of Ford and Fulkerson Model and construct the Enumeration Algorithm for solutions using TENET Generator (TENETGEN). Finally, we compare our algorithm with Dinic's Maximal-Flow Algorithm and examine the avaliability of our procedures in personal computer.

An isometry of hyperbolic space can be written as a composition of the reflection in the isometric sphere and two Euclidean isometries on the boundary at infinity. The isometric sphere is also used to construct the Ford fundamental domains for the action of discrete groups of isometries. In this paper, we study the isometric spheres of isometries acting on hyperbolic 4-space. This is a new phenomenon which occurs in hyperbolic 4-space that the two isometric spheres of a parabolic isometry can intersect transversally. We provide one geometric way to classify isometries of hyperbolic 4-space using the isometric spheres.

In the view point of accomplishing salesperson's management effectively, this study aims to find the relationship between salesperson's performance factors(Motivation, Role Perception, Ability) and turnover intention. The lowering of the turnover rate through this finding can reduce sales cost or marketing cost including the salesperson's education/training cost. Here, this study is researched empirically under the following hypothesis ; salesperson's turnover intention is affected by the performance factors originally This empirical research is based on theoritical background by Walker, Churchill, Ford and Jackofsky.

QS-9000 was established by Chrysler, Ford, General Motors and some Truck Manufactures to solve problems of efforts to prepare original standards for each company. When we compare the requirements in QS-9000 with those in ISO 9000, we may observe that those of QS-9000 are more specific, since the user of the standard is limited to the automobile industry. In particular, the requirements on statistical techniques are described in more detail. In this paper, we present the requirements on statistical techniques in QS-9000. Specifically, we review the contents of QS-9000 and explore the philosophy and the minimum requirement on statistical techniques behind the description.

SPM dynamic model was developed by using Bland & Ford formulas considered elastic zone in roll gap, gauge meter equation, tension equation, speed equation and actuator models. And SPM controllers of the field were done model ing. It was shown the efficiency of constant tension, rol1ing force and elongation controllers by the simulation program and it was recommended the proper gain to the controllers of the field.

포드(Ford)사는 "자동차 소유자의 충성도가 1% 올라갈 때마다 매년 1억 달러의 이익이 올라간다"라고 말한 바 있다. 1998년 포드의 세후 경상 이익이 61억 달러였던 것에 비추어 볼 때 포드의 고객 충성도가 10% 증가한다면 연간 이익이 16% 이상 증가하게 되는 것이다(Schultz, D. E. ＆ Gronstedt, A.,1997). 하지만 이렇게 분명히 회사의 이익을 올리는데 커다란 기여를 하지만 고객충성도는 아직 대차대조표의 자산 항목의 구성요소에는 포함되어 있지 않다. 아무리 가치를 지니고 있다고 해도 객관적으로 측정되지 못하면 자산으로 인정할 수 없기 때문이다.(중략) 때문이다.(중략)
