This paper presents an intelligent control approach for lateral position control of an autonomous four wheel steered snowplowing robotic vehicle. The vehicle is built for removing snow on the highway. Dynamics of the vehicle is derived and linearized for LQR control. Lateral position is controlled by the LQR method first, then the neural network control technique is introduced to improve tracking performances under the presence of load. The feasibility of using four wheel steering control is investigated by simulation studies of lateral position tracking of the Ford F-250 truck model. Performances of a LQR control method and a neural network control method under virtual snowplowing situation are compared.
The abducens nerve (AN; cranial nerve VI) exits the brainstem at the inferior pontine sulcus, pierces the dura of the posterior cranial fossa, passes through the cavernous sinus in close contact to the internal carotid artery (ICA) and traverses the superior orbital fissure to reach the orbit to innervate the lateral rectus muscle. At its exit from the brainstem, the AN includes only axons from lower motor neurons in the abducens nucleus. However, as the AN crosses the ICA it receives a number of branches from the internal carotid sympathetic plexus. The arrangement, neurochemical profile and function of these sympathetic axons running along the AN remain unresolved. Herein, we use gross dissection and microscopic study of hematoxylin and eosin-stained sections and sections with tyrosine hydroxylase immunolabeling. Our results suggest the AN receives multiple bundles of unmyelinated axons that use norepinephrine as a neurotransmitter consistent with postganglionic sympathetic axons.
In this paper, we measured the biosignal using hot-water system(STYX ford202) on foot. The biosignal transition data is observed from hot-water thermotherapy on foot. pre and post demonstration conditions under 43$^{\circ}C$ and 45$^{\circ}C$ are checked about 9 physiological factors for 10 persons and 10 days. (Checking Time: pre-test, post-test(5, 10, 15, 20 minutes)). The biosignal transition of demonstration's results showed as belows; Forehead Temperature($^{\circ}C$): -0.69 $\pm$ 0.01 dec, Leg Temperature($^{\circ}C$): 1.51 $\pm$ 0.22 inc, Blood Flow($m\ell/min$): 1.18 $\pm$ 0.50 inc, Blood Pressure(mmHg): (max) -1.49$\pm$ 2.81, (min) -0.06 $\pm$ 0.13 dec, Heart Rate(bpm): 6.97 $\pm$ 0.72 inc, Blood Sugar($mg/d\ell$) : -2.41 $\pm$ 1.55 dec, Oxygen Saturation(%): 1.34 $\pm$ 0.28 inc, Body Fat(%) -1.75 $\pm$ 0.15 dec, Weight(kg): -0.10 $\pm$ 0.04 dec. Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the prevalence and related factors of metabolic syndrome in Korean adolescents. Method: Based on data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey of 2015, 404 adolescents aged 12-18 years were enrolled. We used the adolescent Ford method as the diagnostic criteria for adolescent metabolic syndrome. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, $x^2$-test, and logistic regression with SPSS WINDOW 23.0 program. Results: The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in Korean adolescents was 6.5% (6.5% for boys and 6.4% for girls). Among metabolic syndrome components, the prevalence of elevated blood pressure (28.8%) was the highest, followed by elevated triglycerides (21.3%), increased waist circumference (14.1%), decreased high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (11.5%), and elevated fasting blood sugar (7.8%). The only factor associated with metabolic syndrome in both boys and girls was the Body Mass Index (BMI), and the likelihood of a metabolic syndrome increased by 1.6 to 2.3 times (Adjusted OR=1.552 to 2.313, p=0.001) as the BMI increased. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, an intervention program should be developed and provided to maintain the BMI in the normal range for the prevention and management of metabolic syndrome in Korean adolescents.

Along with the recent increase in traffic volume of vehicles, accidents involving rollover of vehicles have been rapidly increased, resulting in an increase casualties. And to prevent this, various technologies such as vehicle crash test equipment and analysis program development have been advanced. In this study, the applied vehicle model is FORD EXPLORER model, and PC-Crash program for vehicle collision analysis is used to predict the rollover accident behavior of SUV and the collision velocity. Compared with the actual rollover behavior of SUV through the FMVSS No 208 regulations, the analysis results showed similar results, the characteristics of the collision velocity and roll angle showed a tendency that the error rate slightly increased after 1000 msec. Then, as a result of considering using the database of NHTSA, it is shown that the rollover accident occur most frequently in the range of the collision velocity of 15~77 km/h and the collision angle of $22{\sim}74^{\circ}$. And it is possible to estimate the vehicle speed and collision time when the vehicle roof is broken by reconstructing the vehicle starting position, the roof failure position and the stop position by applying the actual accident case.
This paper describes the forecast of power plant construction in a competitive korean electricity market. In Korea, KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation, fully controlled by government) was responsible for from the production of the electricity to the sale of electricity to customer. However, the generation part is separated from KEPCO and six generation companies were established for whole sale competition from April 1st, 2001. The generation companies consist of five fossil power companies and one nuclear power company in Korea at present time. Fossil power companies are scheduled to be sold to private companies including foreign investors. Nuclear power company is owned and controlled by government. The competition in generation market will start from 2003. ISO (Independence System Operator will purchase the electricity from the power exchange market. The market price is determined by the SMP(System Marginal Price) which is decided by the balance between demand and supply of electricity in power exchange market. Under this uncertain circumstance, the energy policy planners such as government are interested to the construction of the power plant in the future. These interests are accelerated due to the recent shortage of electricity supply in California. In the competitive market, investors are no longer interested in the investment for the capital intensive, long lead time generating technologies such as nuclear and coal plants. Large unclear and coal plants were no longer the top choices. Instead, investors in the competitive market are interested in smaller, more efficient, cheaper, cleaner technologies such as CCGT(Combined Cycle Gas Turbine). Electricity is treated as commodity in the competitive market. The investors behavior in the commodity market shows that the new investment decision is made when the market price exceeds the sum of capital cost and variable cost of the new facility and the existing facility utilization depends on the marginal cost of the facility. This investors behavior can be applied to the new investments for the power plant. Under these postulations, there is the potential for power plant construction to appear in waves causing alternating periods of over and under supply of electricity like commodity production or real estate production. A computer model was developed to sturdy the possibility that construction will appear in waves of boom and bust in Korean electricity market. This model was constructed using System Dynamics method pioneered by Forrester(MIT, 1961) and explained in recent text by Sternman (Business Dynamics, MIT, 2000) and the recent work by Andrew Ford(Energy Policy, 1999). This model was designed based on the Energy Policy results(Ford, 1999) with parameters for loads and resources in Korea. This Korea Market Model was developed and tested in a small scale project to demonstrate the usefulness of the System Dynamics approach. Korea electricity market is isolated and not allowed to import electricity from outsides. In this model, the base load such as unclear and large coal power plant are assumed to be user specified investment and only CCGT is selected for new investment by investors in the market. This model may be used to learn if government investment in new unclear plants could compensate for the unstable actions of private developers. This model can be used to test the policy focused on the role of unclear investments over time. This model also can be used to test whether the future power plant construction can meet the government targets for the mix of generating resources and to test whether to maintain stable price in the spot market.
A new spray chrysanthemum (Dendranthema grandiflorum) 'Blue Hope' was bred by the Flower Research Institute, Gyeongsangnam-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services in 2009. The cultivar 'Blue Hope' was initially derived from the cross in 2005 between 'Ford', a spray chrysanthemum cultivar, with white anemone type, and 'Chopin', a spray chrysanthemum cultivar with white anemone type. The cultivar has anemone type with white petals. After the evaluation of the characteristics under shade culture in summer and retarding culture in spring and consecutive selection from 2007 to 2009, 'Blue Hope' was selected finality. The natural flowering time of 'Blue Hope' was October 24th, and year-round flowering is possible by shading or lighting treatment. The growth of plant was very vigorous and response time 6.5 weeks. The diameter of flower was 4.9 cm. Number of flowers per stem was 19.1 in autumn. Days to flowering under the short day treatment was about 45 in spring and its vase life was 23.8 days in the autumn season. This cultivar was resistance white rust and consumer's preference of new spray is high level than the control.
Network Flow has been playing important role in the modern industrial society. No matter what people or company run the network, both of them can't avoid circulating goods among the many branches. But in practical situations, not only the price rising in network increase the transportation costs, but the huge traffic flow volumes increase the transportation costs. Given to such a network environment, how to flow goods in the network is very important. In this paper, the MAX-Flow algorithm will be applied to network flow in order to maximize the network flow volumes. As far as the functions of network are correctly provided, the optimized network system always can make the flow process efficiently.

Taylor and Ford in the 1910s led to the "scientific management" for the entire industry from the manufacturing spread of TQM Total Quality Management has been structured as a management efficiency, such as 6-Sigma techniques were developed. SW development also introduces the idea, such as CMMI and SPICE-based process management, management practices have evolved. However, in recent years to increase the knowledge of workers in the manufacturing process oriented management approach is under serious challenge. Business performance or productivity will be varied depending all motivation, human relationship, job involvement rather than simply putting a lot of time. Especially in the SW industry which is depending on human resource, Creativity should be limited in traditional management methods. Recently, Google and Apple, Cisco and global advanced companies adopt a human relationship management. Their productivity and creativity in product development has been successful by giving autonomy and motivation, enthusiasm and vision to tile employees. Human relationship management since the mid-1990s, appears as a new paradigm so called Agile process in the field of SW development. Agile processes emphasis on light, flexible and responding to changes immediately in the business environment step away from traditional management approach which is the heavy and complicated process. In this paper, agile project management concepts and practices which is applied to industry will be examined.
