대학도서관 웹사이트의 FAQ 내용분석을 통한 이용자 안내에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Guide through Content Analysis of the FAQ at Academic Library Web Site)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 이용자에게 효율적인 도서관 및 정보이용안내를 제공하는데 있다 본 연구의 목적달성을 위하여, 도서관 FAQ의 구조적 특성과 질의내용을 분석하여 효과적인 FAQ의 접근단계와 환경변화에 따른 안내항목을 제안하였다. 또한 도서관이용법과 관련된 도서내용과 FAQ질의 내용을 비교 분석하여 새로이 추가되거나 강화되어야 할 내용을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 도서관 이용에 관한 FAQ의 작성과 관련하여 포함되어야 할 사항의 결정은 물론 도서관 정보이용 교재개발 등의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

소상공인들의 고객 문의 데이터를 활용한 문의응대 챗봇의 개발 및 도입 (Development of Chatbot Using Q&A Data of SME(Small and Medium Enterprise))

  • In this study, we developed a chatbot (Dialogue agent) using small Q & A data and evaluated its performance. The chatbot developed in this study was developed in the form of an FAQ chatbot that responds promptly to customer inquiries. The development of chatbot was conducted in three stages : 1. Analysis and planning, 2. Content creation, 3. API and messenger interworking. During the analysis and planning phase, we gathered and analyzed the question data of the customers and extracted the topics and details of the customers' questions. In the content creation stage, we created scenarios for each topic and sub-items, and then filled out specific answers in consultation with business owners. API and messenger interworking is KakaoTalk. The performance of the chatbot was measured by the quantitative indicators such as the accuracy that the chatbot grasped the inquiry of the customer and correctly answered, and then the questionnaire survey was conducted on the chatbot users. As a result of the survey, it was found that the chatbot not only provided useful information to the users but positively influenced the image of the pension. This study shows that it is possible to develop chatbots by using easily obtainable data and commercial API regardless of the size of business. It also implies that we have verified the validity of the development process by verifying the performance of developed chatbots as well as an explicit process of developing FAQ chatbots.

대학생을 위한 온라인 노화와 건강관리 교육의 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Online Aging and Health Management Education for Undergraduate Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop online aging and health management education for undergraduate students and to evaluate its effects analyzing the differences in knowledge and attitude toward aging and the elderly. Method: An Online aging and health management education program was established through analysis, planning, content framing and production, program application, and evaluation stages. The study sample consisted of 98 undergraduate students in one university in D city. The instruments used were FAQ I for knowledge of aging and a 20 item semantic differential scale for attitude toward aging and the elderly Results: The results of this study were as follows. First, undergraduate students' knowledge level was low and attitudes were negative at the baseline. Second, after the class, knowledge scores improved significantly from 14.44 to 20.12. In addition, the attitudes toward elderly and aging changed from negative to a more positive way showing a 23.57 point difference. Conclusion: This study shows that the online aging and health management education program was an effective educational method to improve knowledge and attitude of aging for the young generation such as college students.

위탁 급식 업체 웹사이트 이용 실태 및 중요도.수행도 분석 -식품영양학전공 학생을 중심으로- (An Evaluation of Contract Foodservice's Web sites by Importance and Performance Analysis - For Students Majoring in Food & Nutrition -)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate contract foodservice's websites. The survey sample consisted of students majoring in food and nutrition having good knowledge of foodservice. The questionnaire requested information related to demographics, internet usage, contract foodservice company websites, and the evaluation of the websites. The data were analyzed using SPSS for windows(version 12.0). The results are summarized as follows. From the results of the factor analysis in evaluating the contract foodservice's websites, 7 factors were generated and were defined as technology & interactivity, customer service, interface, design & convenience, contents, communication, and offering of information. Of these, technology & interactivity(p<0.05), customer service(p<0.01), interface(p<0.05), design & convenience(p<0.001), content(p<0.01), communication(p<0.01), and offering of information(p<0.01) had a significant effects in terms of the on satisfaction with a website. Since the beta of the "design & convenience" factor(0.319) was the largest, it had the greatest effect on satisfaction. In the importance performance analysis, the respondents showed high recognition on the importance, but low recognition on the performance, of aspects such as menu composition, attraction of the website, offering a FAQ section, and the operation of Q&A. Also, the importance score for 'offered relevant websites' was significantly higher than the performance score. Therefore, contract foodservice companies should take into account these aspects for improving their websites.

국내외 모바일 기반 아토피피부염 개인건강기록 애플리케이션 현황 (The Status of Mobile Personal Health Records of Atopic Dermatitis : An evaluation of features and functionality)

  • Objective : To evaluate the status of mobile personal health records (mPHR) applications of Atopic Dermatitis, assessing general characteristics, information content, features of PHR content and functions. Method : Searches were conducted from Android's Google Play and iOS's App Store. Main criteria used to include mPHRs were: providing health information of PHR function of Atopic Dermatitis; operating in Korean or English; for human. Selected mPHRs were analyzed considering general characteristics, information contents, data elements, and application features. Results : 19 applications were included in this study. 15 were providing health information. Data elements of information included general information, symptom, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, management and FAQ. No single application contained all seven data elements. Only Eight applications had PHR function. In the features analysis, one PHR applications contained all eight PHR functional features; saving profile function, profiles supported, password, import data, export data, information provided, progress chart and push-up alarm. Conclusion : mPHR is an emerging health care technology. The majority of existing mPHR applications only provide one-way information. Application designed to help users and doctors to exchange mutual information was the only one. Also, there was no application that can record the Traditional Korean Medicinal treatment information. However, as the mobile market continues to expand it is likely that more comprehensive mPHRs will be developed in the near future. New advancements in mobile technology can be utilized to enhance Tranditional Korean Medical health care.

한국천문연구원 질문상자의 통계 및 과학탐구 질문유형 분석 (The Analysis of Statistics and Scientific Inquiries Types in Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute Q&A Service)

  • 본 논문에서는 한국천문연구원에서 2000년부터 운영중인 홈페이지 질문상자의 질문 및 조회 수를 통계적으로 분석하고, 그 질문 내용에 나타난 인지적 측면에서 과학탐구 유형을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 홈페이지 질문상자에 올라온 질문 및 조회 수를 월별/연도별로 통계를 작성하였으며, 질문문항이 과학탐구의 어떠한 인지적 측면이 부각되어 있는가를 분석하기 위하여 과학탐구 분석틀을 개발하였다. 질문유형 분석은 인지적 측면에서 과학지식과 과학탐구로 분류하였다. 과학적 지식의 하위유형으로 내용지식, 방법지식, 지식본성 이해로 분류하였다. 과학탐구의 하위 요소는 과학탐구 수행능력으로 분류하고 각 세부 요소를 고려하였다. 질문유형 분석틀에 따른 과학탐구 유형의 분석은 분석틀을 통해, 2004년 7월부터 12월까지 6개월간 질문상자에 질문한 703개 질문 항목에 대해 질문들의 세부 사항 및 속성들을 세부적으로 살펴서 질문유형 분석틀에 따라 분석을 시행하였다. 이 분석을 통하여 질문상자의 질문에 대한 이해와 잦은 질문들에 대한 응답을 마련하는 등, 앞으로 질문상자의 운영 방안에 대한 방향을 설정할 수 있었다. 이 분석을 통해 질문수의 증가와 함께, 질문의 내용도 일상생활 과학 지식수준을 넘어 해마다 난해해 지고 전문화 되어가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 질문상자의 이용자 수가 계속 증가될 것으로 예상되고, 지적 요구의 증대와 함께, 질문의 내용도 더욱 난해해 질 것으로 예상됨으로 심도 있는 콘텐츠의 개발이 필요하다.
