공조용 1마력급 2상 BLDC 팬모터의 설계 및 구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design and Implementation of 2-phase BLDC Fan Motor with 1-horsepower Class for Air Conditioning)

  • 본 논문은 공조시스템에 사용되는 1마력급 2상 BLDC 팬모터의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 본 연구에서 구현한 BLDC 모터는 수명 및 내구성이 우수한 무정류자 모터방식이며 2상 전원에 의해 구동된다. 공조시스템에 사용되는 모터의 가장 중요한 목표사양은 정격운전점에서 높은 효율을 갖는 것이다. 이를 위해 BLDC 모터의 고정자 형상과 회전자 자석의 설계를 수행하고 구동을 위한 제어회로를 설계하였다. BLDC 모터는 모터부와 제어부 그리고 전원부가 일체화된 구조를 갖는다. BLDC 모터의 특성계산을 위해 유한요소해석을 사용하였으며 시제품의 제작 및 성능시험을 실시하여 설계결과의 적합성을 확인하였다.

운전점이 다른 소형 축류홴의 난류 유동장 고찰 (Investigation on the Turbulent Flow-Field of a Small-size Axial Fan with Different Operating Points)

  • The turbulent flow characteristics around a small-size axial fan(SSAF) for a refrigerator are strongly dependent upon the operating points. Four operating points such as $\phi$ =0.1, 0.18, 0.25 and 0.32 were adopted in this study to investigate three-dimensional turbulent flow characteristics around the SSAF by using a fiber-optic type Laser Doppler Anemometer(LDA) system. Downstream mean velocity profiles of the SSAF along the radial distance show that axial and tangential velocity components exist predominantly, except $\phi$ = 0.1, and have a maximum value at $r/R{\fallingdotseq}0.8$, but radial velocity component having a relatively small value only turns flow direction to the outside or the central part of the SSAF. The turbulent intensity shows that the radial component exists most greatly after $r/R{\fallingdotseq}0.5$. Downstream turbulent kinetic energy at $\phi$ = 0.25 and 0.32 together has the largest peak value at $r/R{\fallingdotseq}0.9$.

  • The thermal reliability of the closed-type BLDC motor for the high speed axial fans is analyzed by a numerical method in this dissertation. Since the module and the motor part are combined in a closed case, the heat generated from a rotor in the motor and the electronic components in the PCB module can not be effectively removed to the outside. Therefore the module will easily fail by high temperature. The accelerated-life testing was accomplished to formulate the life equation and numerical method is used to predict the inside temperature of the PCB module, which is one of the life equation parameter according to the environment. The experiment for measuring the surface heat flux of the electronic components is carried out to apply the boundary condition of numerical study. When the environment temperature of BLDC motor is 21, 35 and $50^{\circ}C$, the temperature in the PCB space is predicted as 73.4, 87.5 and $102.4^{\circ}C$. Then the life time with the temperature are calculated as 2,239, 863 and 328.

  • A numerical analysis of a compressor dehumidifier has been conducted focusing on the air side heat transfer, which is a part of a series research on the dehumidifier. The moving reference frame was applied to the fan modeling, and the porous model was used for the evaporator and condenser modeling. Curve fitting obtained the inertial and viscous resistances parameters to the results of the physical model of the unit cell with actual shape of a fin tube. The porous model was validated within a reasonable computation time for the range of practical inlet velocity of a dehumidifier. A parametric study has been conducted for fin number, fan speed (i.e., air flow rate), and evaporator/condenser tube arrangement. ANOVA analysis showed the dependency of each parameter on the velocity and temperature uniformity, which are desirable for high performance of the dehumidifier.

가상밴드 K/DA에 대한 사용자 제작 콘텐츠(UCC) 특성 (The Characteristics of User Created Content(UCC) for Virtual Band K/DA)

  • In November 2018, virtual pop band K/DA, with the use of holograms and actual K-pop girl group members, performed its debut album titled "POP/STARS" at the opening ceremony of the League of Legends S8 final, hosted by Riot Games. The fan culture that exists for real singers adapts itself to virtual bands, and K/DA, consisting of virtual characters, encouraging the production of user created content (UCC). However, this form of UCC is different from the most common one, meaning that this type of band generates another way of consuming content. Therefore, this study examines how K/DA's digital characters are transformed and reproduced by UCC and how the original producers' content differs from them. Firstly, the development of this study considers the open characteristics of UCC, such as user type, created motivation, created process, content type and sharing method. In the second part, the virtual idol Hatsune Miku and virtual band Pentakill will be analysed to understand UCC. Thirdly, K/DA will be analyzed as a case study based on three factors: created motivation, content type and sharing method. In this manner, this study aims to explain how UCC for virtual bands reproduce and consume original content and expand their commercial value.

  • Single phase induction motor is directly used usual source, it can be a source of an appliance such as mechanical fan, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. Especially capacitor-run single phase induction motor is suitable to make more inexpensive and high efficient products because it is more high efficiency, and good to start than other single phase induction motors. Generally, voltage and current of capacitor-run single phase induction motor transfer to the part of positive phase and negative phase based on two motor theory. In this paper, we simulate the torque characteristics to capacitance variation from single phase induction motor's equivalent circuit. Through the test using the real motor, we compare and investigate the maximum torque of run state related with capacitance and the adequacy of the converted model.

굴뚝효과와 외부출입문 개방을 고려한 부속실 제연 (Vestibule Smoke Control Considering the Stack Effect and the Opening of the Outside Door)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the stack effect of the staircase and the failure to take into account the opening of the outside door of the staircase, which are the disadvantages of the existing smoke control only vestibule. As a result of the study, the new vestibule and the staircase simultaneous smoke control are equipped with an exhaust flap damper with an effective opening area of about 0.25 m2 in the upper part of the staircase, and a ventilator-type air supply fan of about 5 m3/s in the lower part, and take measures to prevent overpressure in the staircase. If you use the new simultaneous smoke control method of the vestibule and staircase, you can achieve the following effects. First, it is possible to open the external entrance door. Second, it can reduce the stack effect. Third, the staircase door closes automatically without fail. And a new method of preventing overpressure was proposed for the vestibule.

  • 하나로는 한국에 설치되어 있는 열출력 30MW의 개방 수조형 연구로 이다. 이는 발전로와 달리 원자로에서 발생하는 열을 이용하여 전기를 생산하는 것 대신에 원자로의 노심 온도를 유지하기 위하여 냉각탑을 통해 대기로 이 열을 냉각한다. 냉각탑 월간 점검 중에 냉각탑 4번의 냉각팬 감속기가 기준을 상회하는 고진동을 기록하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 고진동의 원인을 찾아 정상적으로 수리하기 위함이다. 연구 방법은 FFT 스펙트럼 기법을 적용하여 고진동의 원인을 분석하였다. 그 결과 고진동 주파수는 피니언 기어의 고유 진동수의 두 배인 354Hz이었다. 피니언 기어를 점검한 결과 이빨 표면이 깨져 있었다. 깨진 피니언 기어를 제거하고 새것으로 교체한 후에는 감속기는 정상적으로 작동하였다.

소형 공동주택의 하이브리드 환기시스템 성능실험 연구 (A Study on the Performance Evaluation of the Hybrid Ventilation System for Small Apartment Houses)

  • From Feb. 2006, the ventilating systems with air exchange rate of over 0.7times/hour are installed at the apartment houses (over 100 units). Installation cost and maintenance cost are very important factors for ventilating system because consumers have to pay the expenses of that system. Especially small apartment needs more considerations because small apartment is comparatively the economically weak part. The purpose of this study is to the performance evaluation of the hybrid ventilation system for small apartment houses. Hybrid system 1 consists of natural ventilation system and duct type exhaust diffusers. Hybrid system 2 has natural ventilation system and toilet exhaust system with static pressure fan. Infiltration of test apartment houses with ventilation system is under 0.1 times/hour. Mean air age of hybrid system 1 is 1.52 hours and hybrid system 2 is 1.42 hours. Mean ventilation effectiveness of hybrid system 2(93%) is higher than that of hybrid system 1(81%).
